A Bronze Age Pokeworld OC I've been conceptualizing a little bit is the guy who takes over the role of Kalos' war general after Xan leaves... I've already established that this guy was kind of a huge asshole (he's the guy who hatched the plan to steal Floette from AZ ; it was a bit later into the war, and he remembered seeing Floette using her Light of Ruin move during the earlier war against Galar, and how powerful she was despite her small dainty stature), but I imagine him as being someone who was very calm and rational and always did what he believed to be right... I like thinking about Young AZ interacting with people he does Not get along with, because I imagine that his anger was something that he'd struggled with for pretty much all his life rather than just after Floette's death. It's interesting to think about him having "ugly" outbursts, struggling to control his emotions... and this being something that was detrimental to his relationships in the same way Xan being so avoidant was detrimental...

Oh my, while not "too personal", it is quite the long story~

Believe it or not, I was not initially interested in any sort of position within the Pokémon league. You see, I was quite the rebel of sorts as a child and didn't see myself fit for such a thing. Ah, but dear Marshal was extremely insistent about wanting to at least attempt to join... And, of course, I couldn't let Marshal join without me there to be better than him~

To our convenience, the League was searching for new trainers, as several spots had recently opened up. Marshal and I, along with Shauntal and Caitlin, decided to apply all together.

Now for those unaware, the Unovan League chooses it's newest Gym Leaders and Elite Four members with a bracket of sorts. Once you've been approved for said bracket, you have the opportunity to battle against a variety of other trainers in an attempt to stand out. Your skills as a trainer and type specialist are judged by the current Champion, Gym Leaders, and other Pokemon League employees... In our case, our battles were also televised~

Ah, long story short, the others and I were chosen to become the newest Elite Four members after gathering quite a lot of attention from both the public as well as the League~

Probably unpopular opinion but I hope Kieran will be paired with Pecharunt (and eventually Carmine with Ogerpon).

I feel it'd be a nice arc for Kieran (post DLC2) AND the peach pest.

Carmine and Ogerpon would be interesting too (girlbosses TM) but I guess either protag is fine too (closer to the originals DLCs stories).

I just don't want Kieran and Ogerpon as a pair because it'd ruin his whole arc (and what would be the point to be so insistent on Ogerpon NOT wanting to go with Kieran the whole DLC for him to get her in Master?), and I'm sure Kieran could with his story help Pecharunt to get out of its... way to obtain and give love.
