A beautiful mindset to me, is one that is open to suggestion and one that looks at situations positively and optimistically. To have a happy life you need to keep yourself in a positive mindset.

Everything in life is interpreted by an individuals mind. Perception is reality, therefore if we choose to perceive things in a positive way, we will live in a positive light.

I have recently found that starting the day has been difficult for me. I wake up early enough, but struggle to get myself out of bed and start my day. I know that in order to get myself to make the most of my days and feel better about myself, I need to change my mindset.
