You were heading down the park, coffee in hand, book in the other. Headphones in ears listening to podcasts, when you accidently bumped into a handsome looking man "sorry sir-" your eyes widened. You couldn't believe how gorgeous he looked, he looked older than your dad but couldn't care about that "sorry ma'am, I wasn't paying attention" bending down to get your book James grabbed it before you could "here you go ma'am, I'm James btw but people call me Logan" shaking his hand "nice to meet you James, what a lovely name by the way, I'm y/n" James's face heated up, he didn't get much compliments but you made his day already.

"You're stunning y/n, want to go for a coffee one day maybe?" a twinkle in his pretty eyes appeared, and a shy smile appeared on your face "sure, here's my number I'll text you when I get home and we can set a coffee date" you haven't been on a date for years, it was surprising when a handsome man asked you, your stomach flipped, and your heart was dancing in your chest. You didn't know this man but why was your body reacting this way? he's a stranger to you but something about him made you somehow interested in him. The kindness in his eyes, the cute smile. You didn't know.

When you got home and closed your door, you were leaning against it with the biggest shit eating grin on your face, heart beating out your chest and knees weak. No man has made you feel like a jelly mess before, there's definitely something about him you like. Once your legs stopped feeling like jelly, you looked in your diary to plan that coffee date with James looking through you had a free day Saturday which was a few days away. You left James a voice mail as he was busy today and hopefully, you'll hear from him soon.

three years later... You both get married and brought a house together♥️

James was known to have such a strong work ethic; at times it did worry you when you didn't see him for hours on end. Sometimes he wouldn't come home which would cause panic, but he always came back to you in the end. So, when James walked through the door, he collapsed on the couch looking so defeated a sad smile washed over your face "I've ran a bath for you sweetheart, take your time up there darling, I've cooked your favourite meal and it's currently warming up in the oven and made your favourite cheesecake" James getting up from the couch, he kissed you on the cheek lovingly "Thank you honey, you're so good to me! see you soon"

James heads upstairs, you check on his food and turn down the temperature. The cheesecake was currently in the fridge, the table was set with one fork, knife and spoon. You've already ate a few hours ago but wanted to make sure he'd ate all his. Red wine on the table, whiskey in his glass. An hour later, you could hear footsteps coming downstairs, birchwood and vanilla scent in the air. You went around the table and pulled out his chair for him and he sat down "thank you gorgeous, this looks amazing" sitting oppose him, taking in the beautiful view.

You couldn't believe how lucky you're to have such a protective and caring man as James. When he ate, it always put a smile on your face, you always made sure he ate something throughout the day especially when he's busy away or close to home. He had just finished his meal and rubbed his stomach in satisfaction licking his lips "that was so nice, you sure know how to make my favorites don't you honeybun" a smile fell onto your face, getting up to put the plate and cutlery in the sink you head to the fridge and took out the homemade cheesecake you made for him this morning.

"So, how's your day been sweetie?" James said.

Looking at his beautiful brown eyes "It's been good, better now that you're home" a smile appeared onto his face, he definitely looks tired so after his dessert you are going to take him to bed and appreciate all of him. After a few more glasses of red wine, you took his hand in yours, opened the bedroom door and went into the bathroom to brush your teeth, went to the toilet and slipped into your pj's. James went in after you, did the same and both went to bed you being the big spoon. James was lying on his back now, your head on his chest. You always felt safe in his strong protective arms, you remember the very first-time meeting, James.

James always looked so peaceful sleeping, his chest heaving slowly up and down. This man beside you, weren't just your husband, but best friend too. Your lips were beside his ear nibbling on it, making him giggle "what are you doing?" eyes slowly opening to look at you. A playful look on your face appeared, he could smell your arousal, but he was too tired. At times like this, he would normally let you do what you wanted to him, but you just wanted to appreciate him the way he appreciates you.

1) Method to Madness by @fraugwinska: one of my very first Hazbin reader fics by my very dear friend Frau, this fic is absolutely beautiful and just continues to get better! Everyone is characterized so so so well, the premise and execution constantly has me on the edge of my seat, the smut scenes are phenomenal, and Frau writes Alastor so perfectly 🤌 everything by her is wonderful, she is truly one of my favorite writers for this fandom as well as being a very good friend, but this fic in particular has a special place in my heart 💕

2) The Lookalike by @impale-me-radio-daddy: this fic did things to me. I think I've shared every chapter of it as it was posted but in case I wasn't clear, it's fucking amazing. The banter, the reader character, the smut scenes- perfection. All of it. I rest my case 📺📻 (pst they are also working on a new RadioStatic fic that has lots of fun dream shenanigans, keep an eye out 👀)

3) Bluest Monday/Say Hello, Wave Goodbye by @bapple117: I was not a RadioStatic girl before Bluest Monday but the way Bapple writes these two together is crack. The slow exploration of their relationship and how it changed from what was originally intended is gorgeous. I cried, I have no shame about it. And the continuation of everything in Say Hello, Wave Goodbye has been going wonderfully and I can't wait to see where everything goes 🩵❤️

4) What’s Your Frequency, Baby? by @elleinmotion: my first real Vox fic and the one that got me down bad for our favorite Samsung 😍 the way that they write him is just asdfh so delicious, in literally every way, the reader character is also an absolute babe with so much depth and I'm so so so in love with the story, especially now that Alastor is involved as well 👀 I want to somehow bake this fic into a lasagna and eat it

5) Scratch an Itch by @jurijyuu: another one of my first reader fics! The premise of this one was a little more gorey than I would normally get into (antler shedding and unknowing cannibalism, anyone?) but I'm so glad I took a chance with it because its SO GOOD and just like the rest, it just continues to get better 🦌 another dear friend and super talented writer that this fandom has brought to me 💗

So I just read the tooth-rotting incredible chapter 11 of And Comes Dawn.

He's made three rings. One of them is for Galadriel. On a scale from 1-10. How heartbroken/furious is the reader gonna be when she finds out that he made a ring for Galadriel.

Speaking of I keep trying to think of how Galadriel and reader would become friends. Because I feel that with how cruel Galadriel has been to reader that is a friendship that would be hard won but at the same time when she finds out he's Sauron and she's heartbroken I feel like Galadriel would be the one to embrace her and fix her hair and say, ''He's not worth your tears, he's worth your rage...and though he loves you dearly he fucked up and you need to show him that's no ok." I kind of also feel that maybe Galadriel would be the one to tell reader not to feel guilty that she's still in love with him after everything.

Not to mention if she gets physically hurt and he's not there would he be able to feel it? I'm also imagining the psychotic and emotional breakdown of the day she accidentally takes that ring off so she can have a bath or something just because he can't feel her. GODS these two need a happy ending.

So to answer your questions:

For Galadriel,

Sweet one is going to be so distraught in general that finding out about the ring is not going to affect her too much. Their friendship is for sure hard won, I need to write it but I still feel I don't capture Galadriel all that well. These might be some like minor spoilers, but it's actually Elendil that says something to her about it. Basically Sweet One, who wants to stay in Numenor for the new beginning it offers, instead goes back to Middle Earth because she feels obligated to help the people and soldiers. Elendil brings this up to Galadriel and basically just calls her out for holding reader to this impossible standard. The relationship evolves from there and they do become very close friends, to the point that there's a statue in Lothlorien dedicated to Galadriels sweet friend.

For the ring,

Sauron will be able to know some of that. With the ring he hasn't perfected it yet to the point that he'd know everything but it does create a link so he can visit her in her dreams. That's how he'd know. It creates this beacon for that connection even if she doesn't wear it on her finger. She will need to wear it for the healing properties to work. If she's wearing it, he can feel if she has intense emotions and if she's hurt in any way but she can't feel him. That is a vulnerability he's not willing to give. He's vulnerable on his terms, when he wants and he may love her but he's not going to be that open with her.

There are so many psychological break downs to come lol.

Now, I have a question for you and some other readers.

What if love is not enough? What if his darkness too great, what if her morals too strong? What if the most angsty part of this series is that things still unfold the same way and evil prevails in Sauron?

His already piercing gaze was heightened by the way the clear frames of his glasses were set over the bridge of the mask. He looked like death, he was an angel of vengeance… Edward was everything. "You're- oh my god, this is really happening!" laughing as you pushed your hair out of your face with a deep sigh. Eddie stepped forward and you instantly stepped back from his hulking form. Arms hanging lamely by his sides he lifted his hand to scratch the back of his neck but stopped when he was reminded of the plastic wrap at the back of his skull. "Do I scare you like this?" he insinuated taking a step back with a forlorn tilt of his masked head. quickly you stepped forward attempting to soothe Eddie. "No, no! I'm not… You don't scare me! I'm just worried… What if you get caught?" beginning to pace back and forth in front of where the Riddler stood. He snorted and you turned quickly to glour at the masked man before you. "It's a perfectly valid concern!" Sighing the hot breath fogged the lenses of his mask making Eddie look a bit less fearsome. "C'mere" gesturing for you to come into his long protective arms. Obediently you stepped forward and instantly the warm, comforting presence of Edward enveloped you. Resting your head on his chest you could breathe in the familiar scents of coffee and old paper that made Eddie your Eddie. He was so tenderly soft it was hard to imagine the hands that gently stroked your hair, shushing all the niggling doubts that plagued you could be used for such gruesome violence.

Gently he bent forward hooking leatherbound gloves under your knees and bringing you almost effortlessly (He was a bit out of breath, he did always say he wasn't physically gifted. But for you! An effort was made) to the couch before sitting down with you snugly perched in his warm lap. The old futon groaned under the combined weight but held fast. Sitting curled up in his arms you felt truly safe, like nothing in the hellish streets of Gotham could take you from Edward. Still like a child afraid of the monster under the bed, you needed reassurance. Turning to face Eddie you hesitated to touch his face. Emerald eyes held your gaze and you could just see the way his brows were furloughed with the crinkle of the skin around his eyes. "Angel?" one gloved hand reached up to touch your cheek and instantly it clicked. "Can I touch your mask?" the words flopped from your lips in one undignified lump. "Of course, you can.." a bit incredulous that you would even ask to touch him. Even so, your hands gingerly met the vinal of his mask in an exploratory touch. Ghosting fingers over the shapeless face covering you could feel where his gorgeous nose was encased, down further and there were his cherubic cheeks and down once more and you were brushing over his lips. "See I'm still me, just better." whispering as you worked the hooks of the facial covering off so you could properly hold the reddened cheeks of your beloved. Letting the mask flop between the two of you as you bent forward to press a kiss into the plush petals of his lips. Instantly you melded with Edward. Lips dancing together as you cradled each other's cheeks. Finally pulling away to rest your foreheads together. "You're already amazing Eddie." gently kissing his nose. Snuggled under his chin you felt like renewal could be found within your love.

Hemlo, tis moon anon, i tried to figure out and draw A-Xing but it's late and i'm eepy (that was the surprise) . Also i got stuck on whether or not he's git wavy or straight hair and i think both could look good. Also i realised i can't send pictures in asks so i can't show you what i've got rn (not much, mostly doodles).

However, i do think he would look great in dark blue robes (since i think that colour isn't taken) especially ones with stars on them. Like the gorgeous night sky dresses (ehich i adore btw). Got whole moon & sun and stars theme going on, probably with lots of jewelry (also in his hair) and definitely on his ears, like at least 2 piercings and 1 small earlobe cuff. Also, maybe closer fitting inner robes and the more outer robes are more flowy and layered, imitating moving and changing night sky.
