Hey darling! I really wanted to write something where readers really become part of the group, which I feel sometimes doesn't fully happen. Of course, she had to have an animagus!

And then, well, foxes are also my favourite animals (My mom was tired of watching Disney's Robin Hood because I would quite literally finish it and then repeat it, nonstop for days, it was my favourite movie ever no joke).

Now, I did consider going for a different animal, even bigger animals like a a tiger or a panther, but even though I love big cats (they're so pretty and fierce), I thought the idea of having her be smaller, and also a canine could be an interesting plot point in the story (wanted to make that love puppies joke lol).

So in the end, I decided to settle for a fox, besides the last name Vixen was so cute in my head, must admit I was scared it came off too much like an insult rather than an endearing term (English is not my first language and course words don't quite hit the same). Which is why it is reassuring it was well received, personally I think it's too cute.

design choices

- for robin's name i wanted something that was reminiscent of light due to robin as a name meaning shining, and reflet, his japanese name, meaning reflect. then i was like oh duh. thunder magic. lightning.

- sight was chosen bc of robin's tactical abilities. in wc, i think this translates into him just being generally clever and maybe having good senses

- chrom i had a harder time choosing a prefix. i was thinking about rock-ish names at first bc of chrom. chrome. chromium. idk. and i thought about blue. so then i was thinking about water names and settled on rush

- i knew for certain i wanted claw or heart as the suffix. i mean it’s chrom c'mon.

- i tried to somewhat emulate their clothing in their designs with robin having spots mimicking grima's eyes and his body referencing his coat. he has a mark on his paw to reference where his brand of grima usually is

- chrom has a scar on his shoulder where his brand would normally be and a scar on his back to sort of emulate falchion's sheath. the white on his back is his cape and his asymmetrical socks mimic his single sleeve and leg warmer

- robin’s a little smaller and leaner than average. dainty way of holding himself. while chrom’s super fluffy and just a big ass cat. broad shoulders and giant paws. “muscles rippling beneath his pelt”, as the erins might say

I love making stobin’s love lives absolutely disastrous like they break hearts and have their heart broken numerous times. specifically with robin I see her uhauling across the country numerous times and her realising that it’s not going to work out with this new girl right around the time they’ve signed a lease and gotten a cat together so she ends up stealing the cat and sneaking back to her and steve’s place in the middle of the night

the other side of it is that I also really like rovickie and I fully expect them to be endgame. but I imagine that they break up bc I can’t have robin in a successful and committed relationship and also out there breaking hearts (that isn’t just breaking the hearts of girls bc she’s not single) however the idea of them having a similarly disastrous break up is Not It for me. so I usually imagine that they end up becoming each other’s the one who got away. like it was purely circumstances not anything about their personalities or values or anything like that. like im thinking something like vickie got an amazing opportunity but very far away and robin is in a good spot like just got into an amazing position or program and so neither are wanting the other to give that up. both of those commitments would take up years and so they end up making the decision to break up rather than end up fizzling out trying long distance. it’s mutual and amicable and very sad for both of them! they write letters and occasionally try to call bc they’re still friends and care about each other but eventually the distance puts a stop to that

they lose contact, both of them just living their lives, gaining and losing loves, making friends, getting promoted and getting fired, the whole thing. maybe they manage to meet up again in their 30s and they’ve changed a lot, no longer young girls just coming into their sexualities, and they’re both in committed relationships at this time, maybe vickie is married or engaged, maybe robin is too or just with a long term gf or no gf at all idk. but they have other commitments...even if part of them will always love each other...

I most especially like to imagine them meeting again properly when they’re middle aged. like 55+ vickie’s divorced robin has settled into something queerplatonic with Steve bc they genuinely love each other not bc their romantic attempts with other ppl keep falling through. and robin and vickie trying again, not totally exclusive but committed...I do just love the idea of them growing together naturally again after having a lot of life’s adventures. there’s maybe grown children involved who do Not understand why mom is shacking up with a lesbian and her platonic life partner but hey <3 that’s life

every time beast boy changes form he has to active stay alert as not to completely adopt its nature and stay focused on the fight not the rapid change of chemicals flowing through him

martha wayne was native french and did the one parent one language thing so when bruce thinks about his mom a hint of french slips into his voice

oh man so easy. he's the most autistic on earth. to me. also think he's transmasc and like importantly ☝️ i also think he's comfortable with it :) for some reason (cis) ppl i think just cannot fathom a story of a "unexpected" chara being some level of i guess stealth trans and not in the depths of drama and pain about it bc they literally will only ever use us to fetishise or exploit us they don't like actually care for any level of normality and average trans existence because we literally just can't live ... normal lives ... steve harrington can't be transgender to them bc that's more unbelievable that he once SHOOK OFF a concussion. OR inversely like, him being trans can't depth or symbolism. i just think he is cuz it's fun it's the most fun ever he's literally The guy of the show he's The fan service and the cool action hero and the silly comic relief love interest-with-no-love-interest him being a literal self made trans man rules and is cool and hot and makes him sexier in every way <3 and honestly yeah ESPECIALLY in the time period bc ... trans... people have always existed... Even in small towns... crazy‼️

other than that i like most interations of The transgenderism. i think he and robin share pronouns at some point in their lives. i think he wears glasses to read but i also think he's always worn glasses and just hid it. i like the migraine thing bc i get migraines.. many of my friends think he's jewish on his mom's side generally nonpracticing and i think that rules insanely and is real forever now. also italian bc that's awesome. i think he can cook and he learnt using his mom like box of recipe cards that were passed down from his grandma i also think he's close with all his grandparents bc that's sweet and i like to think his grandma on his mom's side lives in a nearby city and he can visit her whenever and it's awesome there

ummm i think he's scared of dogs bc of the demodogs anything above the like calf and he will Not be entering the abode ❌ and he owns like 6 or 7 cats just a crazy amount of cats bc there was a feral colony behind his house and he looked after them and started reintroducing them to the indoors and he's Incredibly determined to spay neuter and rehome when possible every feral cat in all of hawkins post mews's death he like makes it his mission bc he's like um what if there's more dogs or something they're literally unsafe.. there's monsters afoot.. i need to save them in the depths of his upside down recovery moment when he had like no friends other than dustin and nothing else to do and it grew from there. he can't volunteer at the animal place tho bc There's doggies there ... i also think he eventually gets over the dog thing bc i like the idea of wayne owning a doberman or rottie or mastiff or something and through introduction to her he becomes more comfortable through the power of LOVE ‼️

also bc of that i like the idea of him going into some sort of animal rehabilitation or forestry thing i want him in the woods running around. wearing khaki shorts and boots with a zinc stripe on his nose. UGH. and specifically i want him to work with kids or just people in general somehow bc it can get potentially lonely in some of those jobs i think he is the top contender for like a day camp counsellor or even a sleep away if those exist in indiana .. all of this also wraps up into the whole taking his cpr cert or doing a first aid/emt course. also i can just picture him being like And here's the lake where a lake monster nearly drowned me. yeah. isn't that awesome. it's because i wasn't wearing a life jacket he preys on kids without life jackets.

erm. i also think he likes gardening esp food bc it branches into his cooking thing but it would take a couple years to build any of this up current age steve harrington is born to be a minimum wage princess who lays on people's basement floors and makes out with stoners and paints robins nails horribly. and reads magazines. and steals food from people. he is my beautiful loser and rep for every 20 year old layabout who doesn't know what they're doing in life. And he likes boys.

yes actually! my mom named me after olivia newton john bc she loves grease so now by default i also love grease

2. when was the last time you cried?

no idea. i cry at movies and tv shows more than like, actual things. so i couldn't tell you tbh. probably some time last week

um... this is hard but i guess their hair? maybe just face in general my brain just processes it as a whole so.

happy endings 100%. i am a huge sucker for a happy ending i can't help it.

hm. well, i can kind of swordfight? i took stage combat my last year of college so i learned it there. oh! i do impressions a lot, my best impression is unfortunately lois griffin. i'm also aware of how bad that is.

10. what are your hobbies?

writing, mostly, whether it's fic or screenplays or whatever, i just love it!! reading too i LOVE books <3!! oh, and i collect a lot of physical media, dvds, vinyl records, cassette tapes, etc etc.

yup! i have three cats; padme, precious, and sox!

12. have you played/do you play any sports?

i don't play sports anymore, but i played t-ball when i was really little, then basketball for a while, then i was a cheerleader for a little bit (hated that) and i tried out for volleyball but i never made the team in middle school rip </3

now though it's just archery occasionally, i only just recently got a new bow (my other one i'd had since i was like 12 she was NOT working properly lmao) and i've got to get some stuff before i can actually do anything with it.

in high school i was more of an english/drama kid but in college i drifted towards history and drama/film (and religion, i love religious studies.)

15. dream job?

eh, it changes. for a long time i wanted to be an actor, then a writer, then back to actor, then to writer/director/actor. so it just kind of goes all over the place. definitely something creative though, it's my favorite type of environment.

of my cats, Rico is usually the cuddliest while Bruno is the least cuddly. but lately Bruno's been being a lot more cuddly! earlier I was telling my mom how in the past few days I've actually cuddled more with Bruno and Robin than Rico, and Rico must've known what I was talking about, bc a few hours later he came over and sat on my lap 🥹 it's like he can sense when someone needs a cat to sit with them
