It’s been bugging me for seasons but I think it needs to start looking like 1963 or 2005 we found cool stuff in the trash now it’s an alien sometimes we regret letting kids win competition type style. Doing Cotwork always makes me feel like I’m creating a blueprint for a nuclear reactor or something lol. I almost always start with a pencil sketch; seeing all the syllables laid out makes it so much easier to identify potential connections and overlaps. And for some reason I find it easier to get a sense of balance, too, when I’m working in pencil instead of digitally. Maybe it’s the ease of sketching a bunch of curves and erasing the ones that don’t work; maybe it’s all a placebo effect.

Regardless, I thought I’d give you all a glimpse behind the curtain, so to speak, and share a bit of what my process looks like! I always find it neat to see how different the end result looks from the initial brainstorm.

Good omens s2 referencing doctor who is so funny to me. Some people theorize that maybe tennant’s doctor was done by a different actor in that universe or something… but I like to think that Crowley just got bored and decided to pretend to be an actor named David Tennant and actually was the doctor.

the genuine dread i feel whenever theres knocking in season 4 is awful omg idc that i know the doctor doesnt die at that point but it still makes my heart stop for a second and then im reminded i need to watch the end of time again and hear him say "i dont want to go" then start sobbing and banging on the walls
