y/n loved to party, that was so obvious to everyone who knew her. Especially when she felt it was as earned as they winning the league party felt the night before.
To win and beat Wolfsburg to that number one spot, to have automatic qualification for the next Champions League, it just felt right and normal for a party.
What also felt right, was her arm curled around y/n's waist, the feeling of her naked skin pressed into y/n's as she slept, trying to put off the hangover for as long as possible.
Best friends. They fuck when they get drunk yeah? Or when they're not drunk and just feel like it. They were best friends, and they needed to help each other out. It was normal.
It was not normal.
y/n knew as she crept from Georgia's room and into her own - considering they lived together - that what they were doing was not what best friends did.
y/n knew that best friends did not make such changing decisions as she did for Georgia, she knew that best friends were supposed to love each other, but not be in love with each other.
So why was she in love with Georgia?
y/n knew what would happen. Georgia would be up in half an hour, always coming too once y/n no longer held her, she would cook them breakfast, and ignore what had happened.
It killed y/n. It truly truly killed her. How could she just ignore everything they had done last night, every loving touch, every kiss, moan and climax.
But she did, and so would y/n. And in two weeks when it would happen again, y/n would be there, on her knees for her and crawling back like she always did.
They would go back to camp for the world cup, y/n's sister Leah would captain them and everyone would be oblivious to the fact y/n was drowning in Georgia.
y/n sighed, running a hand over her face and climbing into the shower, trying to wash the feel of Georgia's hands from her body. It didn't work.
Then she changed, pulling on some jeans and a shirt before grabbing her fanny pack, phone and head phones and pulling on her trainers, moving into the kitchen where Georgia stood making them coffee.
"Mornin'!" Georgia smiled.
"Coffee?" She asks, holding the cup up but y/n shakes her head.
"I'm going to meet up with Syd. Sorry G." y/n smiles, ignoring how her heart broke at Georgia's relaxed smile, not even mentioning the fact she was in y/n's shirt.
"Okay, when will you be back?" Georgia asks and y/n sucks in a deep breath as she shrugs.
"Dunno. Sydney said she'd help me revise." y/n explains as she picks up her tote back from the bag hook, her revision for her sports science degree inside.
"Oh, I can help!" Georgia smiles, knowing it was something she usually did.
"It's okay, Syd and I have got it." y/n smiles. "Have a nice day." She adds.
"Don't be home too late!" Georgia smiles as y/n rushed out the door, her house keys on the hook. "I love you." Georgia sighs sadly to the empty flat, before she sighs and leans over the counter.

y/n just posted on her story x 2
°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。
y/n and Sydney were laid out on the blonde's sofa, y/n having texted Georgia saying she would have dinner at Sydney's, unknowingly disappointing the light brunette back at their apartment, who had spent the day watching the door longingly as she tried to get chores done.
y/n and Sydney were watching a TV show y/n had begged Sydney to watch called Humans, the German saying she wouldn't like it but now being as obsessed as y/n was.
"Will you ever tell Georgia?" Sydney asked aloud, being the only person to know y/n's current dilemma as the two were very close.
"I don't know Syd." y/n sighed and Sydney sent her a look.
"Warum weißt du es nicht?" Sydney asked with a scoff.
Why don't you know?
"Because it is not that simple!" y/n chides, Sydney sending her a look which said say it in German. "Weil es nicht so einfach ist." y/n repeats and Sydney nods.
"Maybe not, but the way you both look at each other is clear." Sydney denies and y/n sighs.
"And how is that?" y/n asks with an eye roll and Sydney glares at her.
"Like you two are each other's reason for breathing." Sydney states and y/n snorts and shoves her.
"You Germans are so fucking poetic." y/n says before checking her phone and sighing. "I need to get home." She hums and Sydney rolls her eyes.
"No you need to avoid this conversation." She says as y/n grabs her bag.
"Huh, look at the time. Love you." y/n says, dragging out the 'you' as she gets to the door.
"Love you too." Sydney calls as y/n leaves. "Dummes Mädchen." She then mutters.
Stupid girl.
y/n slides her headphones on, happily walking the ten minutes back to her and Georgia's in the slowly setting spring German sun. She got to the door, sighing as she realised she didn't have her key.
y/n knocked on the door, straining her ears as she tried to hear Georgia's padding footsteps but didn't hear anything. y/n texted the girl, confused at her lack of response considering it was only 8:34 pm.
When she didn't reply, y/n called her twice both times the phone ringing out to voicemail as the phone was outside the shower which Georgia was currently in, trying to forget about the way y/n's lips felt.
y/n waited, for ten minutes outside their house, sighing as she slid against the door and called her sister instead, watching the phone ring out before the blonde picked up with a grin.
"Hey baby sis!" Leah grinned, smiling at her sister who grinned widely back.
"Hey Lee." y/n smiled, her head lent back against the door as she watched her sister's smiling face. "You look happy." y/n chuckles and Leah grins.
"Of course, I see you tomorrow!" Leah grins and y/n can't help but smile.
"I can't wait to see you either Lee." y/n smiles widely and her sister lets out a shriek as her body is pushed to the side.
"Baby Williamson!" A cheer echoes. Mary Earps pushing herself into frame.
The players who play in the WSL had gotten to camp two days ago, the women who play abroad all now waiting to join at camp after their later games.
That included, Keira, Lucy, who played at Barcelona and y/n and Georgia, who played at Bayern, all four having made it into the squad and all travelling over tomorrow.
"Mary! Hi!" y/n grins, Leah huffing as Mary snatches her phone away.
"I saw that off the line clearance from you yesterday, we'll make a keeper of you yet." Mary grins. y/n can't help but let out a laugh at that and someone calls Mary from off camera.
"Go on, go help whoever needs it." y/n laughs at the keeper who grins and presses a kiss to the camera.
"I'll see you soon!" Mary calls before handing the phone back to Leah and running off, Leah rolling her eyes as her sister chuckles.
"What are you doing?" Leah asks her sister who sighs.
"Forgot my key, so waiting for G to let me in the fucking flat." y/n groans and Leah chuckles, though she looks confused that the two weren't together. "I was at Sydney's." y/n explains.
"Oi oi." Leah grins, wiggling her brows and y/n glares at her.
"Shut up!" y/n laughs, knowing she and Sydney were just friends. y/n goes to say something but the door unlocks and y/n sighs in relief.
"You go and get packed missy." Leah says and y/n mockingly salutes. "I love you." Leah adds and y/n smiles.
"I love you too Lee." y/n smiles at her, before she hangs up and walks into the apartment, Georgia was stood awkwardly by the door, wet hair hanging over her shoulders.
"Sorry, I uh, was in the shower." Georgia apologises, and y/n shrugs as she sends her a small smile.
"It's okay, I should have remembered my keys." y/n nods. "I was on facetime to Leah anyway." y/n explains as she places her bag down.
"How was Sydney?" Georgia asks awkwardly as y/n walks into her room where her suitcase is half packed.
"Yeah great, we got through a lot." y/n smiles happily as she digs through her closet to find more clothes.
"Good, good." Georgia nods, awkwardly stood in the doorway of y/n's bedroom.
A silence settled across the two, and usually neither would mind that, because they could be in silence together but would like it, because they were together.
However, this silence was pregnant with awkwardness, tension thick in the room as Georgia watched as y/n continued packing, trying to avoid looking at her.
"Why won't ya look at me?" Georgia asks and y/n tense, sending a quick look at Georgia.
"I am, but I need to pack G." y/n says and Georgia scoffs.
"You ain't looking at me!" Georgia denies and y/n throws her trainers down as she turns and folds her arms, looking at Georgia.
Their eyes meet, holding their stares as they both watch each other for a moment before Georgia scoffs at the cold stare being held between them and turns and walks out.
y/n listens to her go and jumps when Georgia's door slams shut, her head dropping as she sighs and shuts her own door quietly, she then sits against her bed and falls back.
Love sucked.
°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。
y/n hadn't been able to sleep. She put her phone down nearly an hour ago at half eleven, but sleep hadn't been kind enough to save her from over-thinking.
She was on her side, back to the door, almost as if she was trying to forget that across the hall Georgia was probably asleep. Getting energy before flying tomorrow.
Slowly, there was a creak behind her and y/n stopped breathing, holding the air in her lungs as her door shut again and a body slid into bed behind her.
Georgia's arm slowly curled around her waist and y/n sighed, turning onto her other side so they could at least face one another. y/n couldn't see her, it was too dark.
But they both knew their eyes were open as they stared into the dark of the room. Georgia's hand was resting against the dip in y/n's waist, y/n's hand was close to Georgia's chest.
There was no sound other than the quiet breathing, the small breaths blowing in and out softly as they laid together. Slowly, Georgia's head moved, her breath now pushing against y/n cheek.
She stopped, lips just centimetres away as she gave y/n enough time to push her off, to shove her away. However, y/n's hand came up to slide up Georgia's chest and onto the back of the neck.
The moved in sync, lips colliding softly as the room suddenly filled with sound of smacking lips and breathy moans. y/n's hand tightening on the back of Georgia's neck, pulling her closer.
Georgia pushed up, leg swinging over y/n as her arms held her above her, lips never breaking as their tongues tangled together, tasting every section they could.
y/n sat up slightly, pulling Georgia closer to her as her other hand pushed at her back, mounting Georgia onto her lap as y/n's back hit the wall.
Georgia's hands slid around her shoulders, fingers playing with the baby hairs on the back of y/n's neck. y/n sighed into the kiss, knowing where it would lead as Georgia pulled away.
"We should get some sleep." Georgia says quietly, settling down into y/n's side.
y/n paused, shock running through her veins because a kiss like that always led to something more.
"Yeah, okay." y/n whispers, settling further into her pillow as she pulls Georgia closer, nose buried into her head as she inhaled Georgia's shampoo.
y/n's eyes quickly become heavy with sleep, Georgia's warmth and body weight pressing into her finally helping her brain shut off, and in the silence of the room, the two fell asleep embraced.
°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。
The next morning y/n woke up alone. Her phone blaring her alarm and as the two girls got ready for the day it was like another heartbreak to know they had slipped into their old routine.
She and Georgia joked like friends, not mentioning the night before as they shuffled out of their apartment and locked the door, Georgia letting out a shocked shout at the person waiting for them.
"Sydney!" y/n grins, rushing over to hug the blonde.
"I wanted to say goodbye!" Sydney smiles. "I will see you soon, I'm sure." She adds. y/n chuckles and squeezes the blonde once more as Sydney then hugs Georgia.
The taxi pulls up and Sydney pulls y/n to the side, Georgia rolling her eyes as she is left to help the driver pack their cases away.
"Tell her." Sydney says quietly, her back facing Georgia. "Just tell her." She adds.
"But Syd." y/n sighs and Sydney sends her a look. "I'm so sacred." y/n admits and Sydney giggles and brings y/n into a hug.
"Everyone's scared y/n, but if there is one person who can deal with fear it's Baby England." Sydney promises and y/n sighs.
"I'll see you soon." y/n promises Sydney who smiles and the two pull away and share another smile.
"We going?" Georgia calls, the girl leant against the car, arms folded and eyes narrowed in annoyance as y/n rolls her eyes.
"Yeah." y/n tells her. "See you soon!" y/n grins at Sydney who waves at her as y/n climbs into the taxi.
"About time." Georgia scoffs before nodding at Sydney although slightly tightly before Georgia sunk into the car and shut the door.
y/n sighs at the girl's attitude but quickly slides her headphones on and easily ignores the glare Georgia sent her way and the driver awkwardly clears his throat as he drives away.
Sydney watches the car go, a wedge of confusion stuck in her at the fact the two girls she played with could not see what she could so clearly.
"Dummes Mädchen. Also offensichtlich eifersüchtig." Sydney can't help but say as she begins to walk home.
Stupid girls. So obviously jealous.
°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。
y/n and Georgia made it to the airport, neither having said a word to the other since the ride began, both placing their headphones on and ignoring the other - anger swirling for reasons neither really understood.
The two checked in their baggage as if they were separate travellers who didn't know each other. They went and got coffees from separate places as if they were not friends.
And when they sat down on the plane, the two turned away and closed their eyes, preparing to sleep the short journey.
"Why are you angry with me?" y/n asked quietly, trying not to be too loud. But Georgia didn't answer, she simply turned to face the window.
y/n sighed, rolling her eyes and leaning down, pulling her eye mask out of her bag and placing Georgia's on her arm, knowing she struggled to sleep on the plane without it.
At the action, Georgia caved and turned to face y/n, but the girl already had her headphones and mask on, and was clearly no longer interested in the conversation.
And as the two sat next to each other, travelling back home to their national camp. Neither had felt so lonely in a long time.

met someone II Lena Oberdorf x Reader
masterlist I word count: 1452
a/n: dear readers, the poll chose Lena Oberdorf for this oneshot, we hope you're enjoying it. 💖💖
“Lena?”, Lea sounded surprised.
“Lea, this bar sucks!”, the dark-haired woman yelled into her phone
“But that’s there all the hot lesbians are according to Georgia.”, the blonde frowned.
“Georgia is wrong. The thing is full of straight women.”, she observed with growing frustration as a group of them was laughing hysterically about a joke one of the girls had made.
“Wait, but it’s a gay bar are they all celebrating their bachelorette parties?”, the forward asked confused.
“I don’t care what they do here but they’re all here. I think I’ll go home.”, Lena replied grumpily.
To lighten up her best friend’s terrible mood the blonde suggested. “Tomorrow at my place? I’ll cook a lot of hot chocolate and then we’ll watch a stupid romcom?”
“Didn’t you do that today already?”, the brunette teased the older player.
“Uhmm.”, Lea responded awkwardly.
“I know you.”, Lena stated chuckling.
“Well, I can do it two times in a row if you don’t tell our coach.”, she answered sheepishly.
“Okay, I won’t tell him if you don’t tell him that I’m out at a bar.”, the younger footballer offered grinning.
“We’ve a deal. See you tomorrow night!”, Lea chirmed.
“Bye.”, the brunette ended the phone call. Her dark eyes wandering one last time through her surroundings. The bar had its charm, she could admit that. It had a fading elegance to it like an old diva where you could tell that the woman once was a great beauty, something with a lot of history.
The barkeeper had mentioned to her that back in the 1980s Freddie Mercury was a reoccurring guest. Probably it was a bit more colourful back in the day.
For a second Lena tried to imagine how it would’ve looked like when the British rockstar was still alive but when her eyes locked with yours and all she could think about was you. Why hasn’t the football player noticed you before?
“Uhmm hi.”, the brunette greeted you nervously.
“Hey.”, you bit your lip.
“I’m Lena.”, the stranger introduced herself. Her smile was infectious, it immediately calmed you and made you feel less awkward than you’d usually feel in front of a person you just met.
You told her your name and when added. “You’re alone here too? There’s a lot of groups tonight?”
Lonely hearts recognized each other you thought to yourself. Especially in a crowded room where people who came alone were rare.
“Yeah, I was about to go home. But then I saw you and I thought.. I could at least try and shoot my shot.”, Lena winked.
“That’s funny because I was about to leave too until I saw you.”, you confessed without hesitation in your voice.
A smile spread across Lenas face: “Oh really? Looks like this was meant to be.“
You chuckled in response, teasing her: “Are you a romantic, Lena?”
“Not really.“, she shook her head, her smile unwavering.
“So you don’t believe in love at the first sight?”, you asked.
She tilted her head slightly: “I believe in attraction at the first sight.“
You could barely tear your eyes away from that smirk, confident and cool.
“Me too.“
Lena pointed back towards the entrance of the bar and suggested: “Maybe we should stay for another drink?”
You nodded quickly: “Yes.“
Unsurprisingly, the bar was still crowded when the two of you went back inside. Lena led you right towards the counter to two empty bar stools. She had already ordered drinks while you sat down.
“Come on, it’s on me.“, she grinned as she pushed one of the glasses towards you.
You smiled politely at her: “Thank you.“
“You’re welcome.“
You sipped on your drink. Despite its dangerously clear look, you could barely taste the alcohol.
“So, what got you here tonight?”, you asked.
“I moved here a couple of months ago. I guess I’m just looking for someone…“, Lena admitted willingly.
It was more than understandable.
“A big city like Munich can get lonely…“, you mused, absentmindedly swirling the liquid in your glass.
Observing you, she raised an eyebrow: “Speaking from experience?”
“I do…“, you replied but quickly frowned at yourself. That sounded all wrong, you weren’t lonely. “I mean I love my friends…“
“But a romantic relationship is different. I get that.“, Lena completed your thought.
You paused for a moment, not because her interruption felt invasive, but because you felt an immediate connection.
“It is.“
“I feel the same way about that.“, Lena agreed.
You lifted your glass and clinked it against hers: “Cheers to the Lonely Hearts Club.“
Lena laughed: “Who knows. Maybe we’re at the right place at the right time and won’t be part of that club for much longer.“
Your heart skipped a beat, swelling with hope that this could be more than just a last-minute flirt at a bar but your forced it to calm down.
“Do you want to go for a walk after this?”, you asked, once your heart had started pumping blood to your brain again.
Lena checked the clock on her phone and nodded: “Sure.“
“Perfect.“
Both of your glasses emptied quickly.
“Ready to leave?”
“Yes, I’m ready.“, you said as you got up.
“Let’s go.“
Lena followed you outside where you both were met with the chilly breeze of the late night.
Side by side, you started walking against the cold. Streetlights illuminated the sidewalk just enough. You watched the shadows dance across Lenas face as you walked to nowhere in particular.
“Do you like living in the city so far?”
“I do. I expected the move to be harder but.. I like it.”, she admitted. You could tell that the young woman meant it. Immediately you asked yourself where Lena had lived before. Possibly somewhere smaller and calmer.
The brunette glanced at you with curiosity. “What about you? Have you lived here for a long time?”
“Yes, I moved here for university. It felt very freeing.”, a shy smile played on your lips as you spoke.
“I can see that.”, she observed in a friendly tone.
“In Munich you can be yourself.”, you added meaningfully.
A moment of realization hit the dark-haired woman unexpectedly. “You came out here, huh?”, Lena recognized.
“I did.”, you nodded. Pictures of the past were flashing behind your eyes. The small Bavarian village you grew up in, the catholic church being the centre of everyday life and gay people were basically non-existent. When you came to Munich it felt like you were able to breathe normally for the first time in forever.
“I think I understand why this city means so much to you.”, the brunette replied.
“You were out before moving?”, you asked her although it was more an observation than a question.
“Yes, for a while. I’m a football player so everyone is very open about it.”, Lena explained blushing.
“Ah a football player.”, you smiled at her mildly.
“Oh. You don’t sound impressed.”, she stated sounding almost a bit disappointed. But from the inside the midfielder felt relived too as sometimes the only thing women found interesting about her was her job.
The Lena off the pitch didn’t interest them at all, the one who loved her friends and family fearlessly, who liked to have fun, party a little and who wanted to take care of a dog again, but knew she wouldn’t have enough time without a partner to help her.
“No, I was just wondering why your arms are so impressive.”, you countered grinning, your fingers intertwined as you kept walking.
“You’re impressed by my arms? You should see my thighs.”, she smirked.
“Can’t see them through those trousers.”, you continued the banter making the woman you felt attracted to break into a warm and loud laughter.
“Sorry that joke went a bit far for a first meeting.”, Lena biting her full lips apologetically.
“A little but I’m already liking what I can see.”, you responded truthfully.
“Oh, you do?”, the football player raised an eyebrow.
“Yeah, too much honesty?”, you chuckled.
“No, I like honesty.”, she replied earnestly.
“Same. So, what if I’d like to see you again?”, you questioned bravely, your heart pounding hard against your chest.
“How about tomorrow?” That ask sounded like music to both of your ears. Like this night might came to an end but it was only the beginning for you two.
The following day Lea exclaimed surprised. “Wait, you’re bringing a plus one to our movie night?!”
“Either that or I have to cancel. And you won’t forgive me for that.”, Lena said smiling.
“Okay, you can bring her.”, the striker sighed dramatically.
“You won’t regret it.”, the brunette promised wholeheartedly. Lena got butterflies in her stomach as she thought about you.

Not Fair
So this is something that has been in my head for a while and I needed to get it out. Would anyone be after a part 2 (maybe a smutty pt 2? I hope you enjoy it <3<3<3
Lena Oberdorf x Reader
Description: It's been a long time since Lena has been able to do anything with you and she's fairly sure your teasing her.
Word Count: 3.8k
TW: Suggestiveness
It had been two months since Lena’s injury. Two months of painful rehab and sleepless nights. Every day was a battle, each movement a reminder of her limitations. She could still feel the ache in her bones, the stiffness in her muscles, and it was a constant reminder of her struggle.
It was a blessing and a curse that it had happened during the summer. A blessing that now she had no excuse not to sit out in the sunshine with you and absorb the last of the golden rays. A blessing that you had uninterrupted time to spend with each other. A blessing that you were granted privacy that the regular football season wouldn’t have offered. It was a blessing that she often found you lounging around the house in her jersey, and only her jersey or her shorts and a bra – claiming that it was far too hot for anything so mundane as clothes.
It was a curse because she couldn’t do anything about it.
Your sex life prior to her injury had been nothing less than perfect. Quickies in the shower after training. Long nights where you relished in each other’s arms. Spontaneous adventures fuelled by passion and mutual desire, leaving you both breathless and content. Every touch, every kiss, had always been electric, a testament to the deep connection you shared.
But now, with Lena’s injury and the limitations it imposed, everything had changed. The spontaneous passion was replaced by tender, careful moments that highlighted the gap between what you once had and what you could manage now. To put it lightly, Lena was horny. Really, really horny. And she was convinced that you were doing it on purpose.
The way you worked out in the garden, your skin glistening with sweat as you finished up your movements. The way you carelessly let ice cream drip down onto your chest as it melted, a soft giggle and quiet "oops" leaving your lips as you wiped it up. You seemed to revel in the freedom of your less-than-dressed state, and Lena was left to watch, her frustration mingling with an undeniable sense of longing.
She was lying on the couch, her leg dutifully resting out in front of her, the ugly brace she still had to wear discarded on the coffee table. You were busying yourself with tidying up dinner. The soft hum of the dishwasher filled the room as you wiped down the counter, organising stray utensils and putting away leftovers. Every so often, you glanced at her, noting the way her gaze followed your every move.
“Y’know, if you’re tired, we can head to bed,” you called over your shoulder, trying to keep your voice light.
“’M definitely not tired,” she said lowly, her voice holding that note that had your skin tingling.
You turned to face her, catching the faint glimmer of amusement in her eyes despite her attempt at nonchalance. The room was bathed in the soft, warm glow of the overhead light, casting gentle shadows that danced across the walls.
“Okay, baby. Whatever you say.” you said with a teasing smile as you finished wiping down the counter. You dried your hands on a towel and moved closer to her. She shifted slightly on the couch, letting you have some space to lie down next to her.
You stared inquisitively at the space, biting your lip in a way that was making Lena crazy. She studied you as you looked at the gap she had created, your gaze shifting between the empty area and her body. Your concentration was evident, and Lena couldn’t help but be mesmerised by the sight before her.
You weren’t wearing much – an oversized white top that flowed around your frame like a soft, airy cloud, leaving your legs and arms exposed. The fabric was so loose that it accentuated the curves of your body in a way that was both casual and tantalising. Your hair, still loose and tousled from the day's activities, framed your face in wild, inviting waves that added to your effortlessly sexy appearance. The dishevelled look only seemed to enhance your natural allure, making you look both unbothered and irresistibly attractive.
Lena's eyes traced the contours of your silhouette, admiring how the top hung off one shoulder just so, and how the hemline brushed against your thighs with every subtle shift of your weight. The way you bit your lip, deep in thought, drove her to the edge of her composure. It was a habit of yours – an unconscious gesture that somehow managed to be both endearing and intensely alluring.
“As much as I appreciate the space,” you said with a playful grin, “I think I’ll take my seat riiiiight here.”
You eased yourself down gracefully onto the couch, positioning yourself carefully so that your legs draped casually over Lena’s lap. The motion was deliberate, a blend of relaxation and intimacy that spoke volumes without needing words. Your choice of seating was both affectionate and teasing, a clear declaration of your closeness and comfort with each other.
Your legs, bare and smooth, rested lightly on her lap, the contact warm and reassuring. Lena could feel the gentle weight of your limbs, the subtle shift in her own body as she adjusted to accommodate you. The way you positioned yourself was intimate, an unspoken message of your need to be close, to maintain a physical connection despite the changes in your lives.
Your fingers began to move instinctively, brushing through Lena’s hair with a tenderness that was both soothing and affectionate. You let your touch wander through the soft strands, fingers tangling gently with her curls as if trying to memorise their texture. The motion was slow and deliberate, a quiet act of love and attention that contrasted sharply with the playful tone of your earlier words.
Lena closed her eyes for a moment, allowing herself to fully appreciate the sensation of your touch. The rhythmic stroking of your fingers through her hair was calming, almost hypnotic. It was as if you were weaving a tapestry of comfort and connection, stitching together the spaces between you with each gentle caress.
The room seemed to quiet around you, the only sounds being the soft rustling of your movements and the occasional hum of contentment from Lena. The intimacy of the moment was palpable, a cocoon of warmth and affection that enveloped you both.
As you continued to play with her hair, your touch grew more exploratory, tracing gentle patterns on her scalp. Each stroke was imbued with care and love, a silent promise of your enduring connection. Lena’s senses were fully attuned to you, her body relaxing further into the couch as she savoured the tenderness of your gestures.
The way you looked at her, with a mixture of affection and mischief, made Lena’s heart flutter. Your eyes, bright and full of a playful gleam, held her gaze with an intensity that was both captivating and disarming. There was a tenderness in your expression, tempered with just the right amount of teasing, that sent a shiver of warmth down her spine.
“Too far away,” Lena managed to breathe out, her voice barely above a whisper, as she shifted slightly in her seat. The words were an admission of her longing for closeness, a subtle plea for more of your comforting presence.
“I’m sorry, baby,” you replied, your voice soft and laden with sincerity. The tone of your words was so imbued with affection that it felt almost divine. It was as if you were her personal angel, sent from some celestial realm just to provide her with the comfort and reassurance she needed. The way you spoke, with such gentle care and loving intonation, made Lena feel cherished and adored in a way that went beyond mere words
She whined when your hands left her hair, a soft, pitiful sound that escaped her lips with an involuntary desperation. The sound was almost a whimper, an audible sign of her yearning for your touch, and it carried with it a mix of vulnerability and need. The whine was both plaintive and revealing, a candid expression of how deeply she craved the comfort and closeness your hands provided.
Her cheeks flushed with heat, a deep pink spreading across her face, but it was not just from embarrassment. The intense flush was driven by the potent blend of emotions you had stirred within her – both the longing for your touch and the undeniable arousal that accompanied your affectionate gestures. The warmth that suffused her cheeks was a direct response to her heightened state.
You resettled yourself on her lap, your movements deliberate and tender as you adjusted to find the most comfortable position. With your legs draped on either side of her hips, you created an intimate embrace that enveloped her in your warmth. The way you situated yourself allowed you to be close, your body molding seamlessly with hers in a way that was both reassuring and sensually charged.
As soon as you were settled, Lena’s hands instinctively found their place on your hips. Her fingers, delicate yet firm, traced the contours of your waist and hips with a practiced ease. The touch was gentle, almost worshipful, as if she was trying to memorise the feeling of your skin beneath her fingertips. Her palms rested lightly against you, the warmth of her touch radiating through the thin fabric of your clothing.
Lena's grip on your hips was soft but unmistakably possessive, a silent declaration of her affection and desire. She squeezed the skin lightly, her fingers curling around the curves of your body with a tender, lingering pressure. Each squeeze was a wordless communication of her yearning, an intimate conversation conveyed through touch.
The closeness between you was palpable, the way your bodies pressed together creating a cocoon of shared warmth. Her hands moving across your hips brought with it a heightened sense of connection, a reminder of the bond you shared even when words fell short. The sensation of her hands on you was grounding, a soothing contrast to the heightened emotions that had been building between you.
You shifted slightly, feeling the subtle, sensual pressure of her touch accentuate the already electric atmosphere. Your own hands moved to rest on her shoulders, your fingers gently kneading the soft fabric of her clothing. The exchange was fluid, a dance of touch and proximity that deepened the intimacy of the moment.
Lena's eyes fluttered closed as she savoured the sensation, her breathing becoming more measured and deliberate. The gentle pressure of her fingers on your hips was a contrast to the fiery emotions simmering beneath the surface. Her touches were slow and deliberate, exploring the familiar terrain of your body with a sense of reverence and desire.
“So pretty,” you whispered, your voice a soft murmur that seemed to hang in the air like a delicate caress. Your eyes traced over her features with a reverential gaze, taking in the intricate beauty that was uniquely hers. The admiration in your eyes was palpable, as if you were seeing her for the first time, even though you knew her so well.
You allowed your fingers to move gently, your nail tracing a soft path along her eyebrow. The light touch was almost imperceptible but incredibly intimate, a feather-light graze that made her skin tingle in its wake. You followed the arch of her brow with careful precision, savouring the way her skin responded to your touch.
Your fingers then drifted to her nose, the movement as delicate as a whisper. You traced along the bridge of her nose, your touch lingering momentarily at the tip. The sensation of your nail against her skin created a ripple of warmth, a gentle reminder of the closeness you shared. Each movement was deliberate and tender, a testament to the depth of your affection.
Lena’s eyes fluttered closed, succumbing to the sensory symphony you orchestrated with your touch. The sensations you created cascaded over her like a gentle wave, sending a deep, soothing pleasure through her entire being. Her breath caught in her throat, a sharp intake of air that underscored the profound intimacy of the moment. Every brush of your fingers, every trace of your nail, heightened her awareness, making her skin feel exquisitely sensitive, almost electrified.
You took your time, meticulously savouring each detail of her features. Your touch was deliberate and slow, a careful mapping of the contours and lines that defined her beautiful face. Each stroke of your finger was imbued with tenderness, as if you were cherishing and preserving every aspect of her beauty.
As you continued your exploration, Lena’s heart beat a little faster, her emotions intertwining with the physical sensations you were evoking. The intimate nature of your touch created a cocoon of closeness between you, enveloping you both in a private, shared moment that felt both timeless and fleeting.
“Nicht so schön wie du,” Lena chided softly, her voice barely more than a whisper. The reverent tone of her words was tinged with affection, a quiet acknowledgment of the depth of your connection. Her eyes remained closed, but her lips curved into a faint, contented smile as she spoke, her voice filled with admiration for you.
“Such a flirt, Ms. Oberdorf,” you teased in response, your voice low and playful. You leaned in closer, so your lips were mere millimetres from hers, the proximity creating a palpable tension between you. The warmth of your breath mingled with hers, and the gentle tease in your voice carried a flirtatious undertone that contrasted with the tenderness of the moment.
Lena’s smile widened at your playful response, her lips tingling with the anticipation of your next move. The space between your lips was charged with a delicate electricity, a shared understanding of the closeness and affection that defined your relationship. The playful exchange only added to the intimacy of the moment, a reminder of how deep your love ran and the ease with which you could transition from tender admiration to flirtatious banter.
Your lips were pillowy soft – gentle and warm against Lena’s rough and chapped ones. The differences had your mind reeling in the best way. Each movement was deliberate and slow, allowing the warmth of your lips to gradually soften the rough edges of hers. The touch was like a gentle caress, a deliberate act of kindness that spoke volumes of your care and affection.
As you continued to kiss her, your lips moved with a soft, rhythmic pressure, adding a layer of warmth that melted away any remnants of roughness. You both melted into each other, drawing each other close as your arms wrapped around her neck, your fingers threading themselves into her hair seemingly of their own accord.
Lena’s fingers, initially brushing lightly against the fabric bunch up around your hips, ventured further. She let her hands drift slowly, relishing the sensation of finally reaching the smooth expanse of your skin. When her fingers made contact with your arse, the sensation was electric. She sighed appreciatively, the sound a soft murmur of contentment.
The contrast between the roughness of her hands and the silky texture of your skin had her thoughts racing, a blend of sensations and emotions that left her breathless. The way your body responded to her touch, the way her fingers glided over your skin, made her feel entirely consumed by you. Her senses were overwhelmed; every touch of your skin, every soft whimper that escaped your lips added to her growing excitement and desire.
Each gentle caress seemed to amplify her feelings, heightening the intimacy of the moment. The warm, smooth sensation of your skin beneath her fingertips was intoxicating, a constant reminder of how deeply connected and intertwined you both were. The soft, pleasurable sounds that escaped your lips as she explored further only deepened her own sense of longing and arousal.
As Lena continued to trace her fingers over your body, her touch grew more assured, guided by the rhythm of your reactions. The way your skin responded to her delicate exploration – each shiver, each sigh – served as a tantalising feedback loop that drove her passion. The intimate connection you shared was electric, each movement and touch creating a crescendo of emotion that left her yearning for more.
She shifted her position slightly, adjusting to press even closer against you. Her hands roamed with an eager curiosity, each touch and caress becoming more fervent. The boundaries between your bodies seemed to dissolve, leaving only the sensation of skin against skin, warmth against warmth. Lena's breaths came in shallow, ragged gasps, each one a testament to how profoundly she was affected by your presence.
The way your body responded – your reactions, the way you moulded to her touch – created an intoxicating dance of passion. Every subtle movement, every shift in your posture seemed to draw her deeper into the moment. It was as though you were both lost in a shared dream, where reality blurred and only the sensation of each other’s touch mattered.
Her lips parted slightly, her breaths mingling with yours as she leaned in closer, the warmth of her breath adding another layer to the shared intimacy. Her touch became a mix of tenderness and need, exploring with a growing urgency. The sensation of her fingers tracing over your smooth skin, the way her touch made you shiver, the way you writhed above her – it was almost too much.
“Baby,” you gasped, your voice a weak rasp as you pulled away just enough to catch your breath. The intensity of the moment was overwhelming, and the need to pause and gather yourself was palpable. The connection between you was so profound that every sensation felt magnified, every touch and caress sending ripples of pleasure that left you breathless.
Lena’s gaze was locked on you, her eyes filled with a mix of concern and desire. She could see the effect her touch had on you, the way your body responded with an almost frenetic energy. Her fingers remained poised in mid-air, a subtle reminder of the tenderness and urgency she had been expressing. The momentary distance only heightened the anticipation, leaving both of you suspended in a state of yearning.
Her breaths came in shallow bursts, matching the rhythm of your gasps. She took a moment to steady herself, her fingers lightly skimming your skin in a delicate dance. The gentle touches were now more exploratory, tracing soft patterns as if trying to soothe the intensity of the moment while still maintaining the closeness that had drawn you both so deeply into this shared experience.
“Are you okay?” Lena whispered, her voice a soft, concerned murmur. The tenderness in her tone was a stark contrast to the fervour of the moment, reflecting her genuine care for your well-being even as desire simmered beneath her calm exterior. Her eyes searched yours for any sign of discomfort or distress, her touch gentle and reassuring
“We … we need to stop.” Your voice was barely above a whisper. Lena’s eyes widened slightly, a flicker of surprise crossing her face before her expression softened with understanding. Her concern for your well-being was evident in the gentle furrow of her brow and the way her fingers paused in their delicate exploration. She took a deep, steadying breath, her stare never leaving yours, as she absorbed the weight of your words.
“It’s … not fair. We can’t … you … your knee. It’s not …” Your voice faltered, the concern for Lena’s well-being overtaking the rush of emotions. You so desperately wanted to continue, but what if she hurt herself more? What if she pushed too hard and exacerbated her injury? The fear of causing her further pain, of not being able to protect her from the very consequences of something that was very much in your control, was overwhelming.
The vulnerability in your voice was palpable, and Lena’s eyes softened with understanding. She reached out, her hands gently cupping your face, her touch a grounding force. You let your eyes close as you leaned into her hand – the warmth doing more for you than the summer sun ever could.
“It’s okay,” Lena said softly, her voice carrying a soothing, reassuring quality. “I’m okay. I promise.” You opened your eyes, locking your gaze onto her chocolate ones. Her eyes were steady and full of warmth, a silent promise that she was with you, that your concerns were heard and valued.
“I’m good,” Lena’s fingers remained gently cradling your face, their warmth and tenderness a silent reassurance. She leaned in slightly, her breath mingling with yours, creating a shared intimacy that was both calming and profound. The closeness of her presence was a balm to your anxious thoughts, grounding you in the moment.
“But … I don’t want to hurt you,” you confessed. the words trembling slightly as they left your lips. The fear of causing Lena any discomfort, of exacerbating her injury or pushing her beyond her limits, was heavy on your heart. It was a deep-seated concern that you couldn’t shake, no matter how much you wanted to be close to her. Lena dropped her hands from your face, placing them back on the designated place at your hips.
Lena’s eyes softened further, and she shook her head gently, her touch remaining tender and comforting. “You won’t hurt me,” she said, her voice steady and filled with conviction. “If you don’t want to continue, that’s fine. We can stop if you want to. But I don’t want this silly little idea that you will hurt me to be the reason.” Her words carried a reassuring warmth, designed to dispel the worry that had taken root in your mind.
“It’s not silly,” you huffed a little, your face flushing in embarrassment. The warmth of Lena’s gaze and the gentle reassurance in her voice made it clear that your concerns were understood and respected, even if they felt overwhelming to you.
“No, it’s not,” she agreed, her tone earnest. Lena’s thumb lightly brushed repetitively over your skin, her touch tender and reassuring. She took a moment to let her words settle before leaning in closer, her breath hot against your skin. “You’re so important to me,” Lena continued, her look unwavering.
“I love you, baby.” The words tumbled out of your mouth without thinking. It wasn’t the first time you had said those words, they were commonplace in your daily vocabulary with Lena, but there was something different about this time. The confession was raw and unguarded. Lena pulled you closer, as if she were trying to hold onto the moment for as long as she could.
“I love you,” Lena whispered, her voice thick with emotion. The air between you seemed to thrum with intensity. The world outside seemed to blur and fade. You could have been the only two people on the planet, and you wouldn’t have noticed.

so so kind
lea schuller (platonic) x lena oberdorf (romantic) x reader
summary: your jealousy blinded you from the support you had all along
warnings: jealousy, injury
the weight of the match against wolfsburg hangs heavy on your shoulders as you step onto the pitch, the red and green spreaded across the crowd gives you motivation.
normally, the energy from the german stands fuels you, pushes you to play harder, faster.
but today, the noise fades into a distant hum, overshadowed by the anxiety gnawing at the edges of your mind.
you’ve played for bayern munich frauen for a while now. it's been four years since you left arsenal as an eighteen year old, hoping to find something new outside of your childhood club.
every time you wore a bayern kit, you felt right at home.
but today feels different—unsettling.
lena, your girlfriend, isn’t on the field with you. her mcl and acl injuries wil her on the sidelines for nearly the entire season, and the absence of her steady presence beside you has left a void.
ever since she transferred from wolfsburg to be closer to you, her girlfriend of three years, you were excited to have her as a teammate. a little too excited.
when she got injured during the national break before the olympics, your heart broke for her. she is the last person to deserve that robbery.
but still, it’s more than just missing her support; it’s the knowledge that she’s out there somewhere, watching, unable to join you, unable to share the intensity of the game and having to watch instead.
lena likes watching games, but she hates watching when she knows that she should be out there. you feel the same for her.
as you take your position in midfield, your eyes involuntarily search for lena on the bench. she’s sitting there, her leg propped up, her gaze fixed on the pitch with a look of hope. hoping that bayern will win– you don’t think that you’ll get used to that look, considering that lena was your rival for years.
your heart aches seeing her like this, sidelined when you know how badly she wants to be out there.
but before you can dwell on it, you catch sight of lea standing nearby, sitting beside your taller girlfriend and laughing at something lena said.
lea didn’t start this match, so she sat comfortably on the bench planning to watch the first half before being subbed on in the second.
lea’s always there, isn’t she? always so close to lena, so touchy and affectionate in a way that feels foreign to you.
it’s not that you don’t trust lena—you do, more than anything. but the friendship between lena and lea has always made you uncomfortable, even though you know it’s irrational and stupid of you to feel.
a few weeks ago, it was a casual evening at giulia’s after a long day of training. everyone was relaxed, laughing, and enjoying the moment.
but as you stood by the kitchen, pouring yourself a drink as sydney begged for you to try a pastry that she made, you couldn’t help but notice lena and lea across the room. they were sitting close together on the couch, lena’s arm draped casually over lea’s shoulders as they talked, their heads bent close in conversation.
they were smiling, laughing at some private joke, completely at ease in each other’s company. lea smiled brightly as lena suddenly bursted out in laughter at something.
the sight of them like that, so comfortable and familiar with each other, sent a very sharp ache through your chest. you felt a knot form in your stomach, a mix of jealousy and insecurity tightening around your heart. suddeny, sydney’s pastry wasn’t important or on your mind.
you knew it was irrational—lea was lena’s best friend, nothing more—but that didn’t stop the doubts from creeping in, from making you question your place in lena’s life.
you tried to shake it off, and tried to focus on sydney again, but the image of them together wouldn’t leave your mind. it felt like a dark cloud had settled over you, dulling the joy of the sunny evening.
you forced a smile when sydney turned around from the oven and handed you the brownie in a pink napkin, pretending everything was fine, but you could feel your mood slipping, the heaviness settling in your chest as you chewed on the chocolate dessert.
too busy staring at your girlfriend and her best friend, you didn’t notice some of your closest teammates, georgia and sam, coming to sit next to you on the kitchen island.
georgia and sam had always been perceptive when it came to your feelings. they followed your gaze to lena and lea, then looked back at you, their eyes softening with understanding.
“y/n,” sam said quietly, her voice low enough that only you could hear, “you okay?”
you nodded quickly, not trusting your voice to stay steady.
“yeah, i’m fine,” you replied, but even you could hear the unconvincing tone in your voice.
“come on, we can see something’s bothering you. what’s up?” georgia raised an eyebrow, clearly not buying it. she gently nudged your shoulder.
you sighed, knowing there was no point in trying to hide it from them.
“it’s just–” you couldn’t say, but instead nodded toward lena and lea.
sam expressed an “ohh” facial expression, while georgia nodded her head.
“i know they’re just friends, but sometimes i can’t help but feel… i don’t know– jealous? i don’t know.”
georgia and sam followed your gaze again, watching lena and lea for a moment before turning back to you.
“i get it,” sam kerr said softly. “but you have nothing to worry about. lena’s crazy about you, everyone who knows her can see that. and lea? she’s known lena since they played at essen. they’re close, sure, but they don’t have feelings for eachother– if i knew or suspected that i would tell you. you’re the one lena’s in love with.”
sam’s words were comforting, but the ache in your chest didn’t fully ease. “i know that,” you whispered, more to yourself than to georgia and sam.
“it’s just hard sometimes, seeing them so affectionate like that.”
“trust me, y/n. lena’s yours, and she wouldn’t trade what you two have for anything. see– she's looking at you right now.” georgia says.
you look over at lena and she smiles at you, waving and happy seeing you in conversation with georgia and sam– she doesn’t know what you’re talking about though. all you do is give a light smile before lena turned away to talk to tuva, who sits by lea and lena.
“thanks, georgia and sam. you guys don’t understand how much i needed to hear that” you nodded, giving a light smile at them as you swallowed the lump in your throat.
“anytime,” sam replied with a smile, then nudged you playfully.
“i would suggest talking to them about it.” georgia adds on.
“i can’t– lena’s gonna think i am a jealous insecure freak and will leave me. i can push it down, don’t worry.” you ramble.
“don’t. that's how resentment starts. don’t be mad at me, but i think that is happening now.” georgia said with concern.
at this point, sam gave a sympathetic smile before walking away– being called by klara in another room to check out something.
“you think so?” you ask.
“yes, you need to talk to them as soon as you can. now come on, let’s get back to the fun. no more people watching.”
you managed a small smile, letting her words sink in as you tried to push the insecurities aside. it worked, temporarily.
back to the pitch– the whistle blows, signaling the start of the match, and you push everything else aside, focusing on the game. you will not let their moment affect yours here. if your mistakes from that cost you a loss for bayern, you’d risk your starting spot next game.
for a while, you’re lost in the rhythm of the game, your focus sharp, your movements precise. you channel all your energy into the match, letting the intensity of the game distract you from everything else. the ball at your feet, the opposition pressing, the cheers from the bayern crowd—it’s all that matters in this moment.
you dribble around a few defenders in green before shooting the ball. you put your hands up when the ball reaches the back of the net– goal!
everyone gathered around you for a hug. you smiles in joy before jogging back to your spot.
lena smiles at you and puts her hands up in her heart. you stop jogging, now walking, and put your hands up into a heart as well. a camera captures you putting up an “L” with one hand and your other hand making an “O”.. fans will obsess over this later.
after halftime, you’re on the pitch when lea comes on. you didn’t show any emotion, hoping that lea makes an impact like she usually does on the pitch. you’ll give her that– she is a damn good striker.
after wolfsburg conceded a corner kick, you stood by the back post.
the ball is kicked by giulia and you unplant your feet– thinking of going for a header.
the ball soaring through the air toward you. you leap up, determined to make the play, but lynn from wolfsburg shoves you mid-air.
it’s a hard, intentional shove, and you’re caught off balance.
time seems to slow as you lose control, your body twisting awkwardly in the air. you crash into the goalpost with a sickening thud, pain exploding in your head, the metal reverberating as you flop onto the ground.
the world goes blurry, and the sounds around you fade into a muffled haze. you’re vaguely aware of hitting the ground, of voices shouting around you, but everything is distant, as if you’re underwater or in a cave far from society.
nobody noticed at first, since the ball was kicked into the goal by lea. she didn’t care to celebrate when she noticed your injury.
you were barely moving, which freaked her out internally.
a voice cuts through the fog in your head—lea’s voice. she’s there, crouched beside you, her hands on your shoulder, her face pale– just like yours– but with worry.
“stay with me, y/n. stay awake,” she’s saying in german, her voice shaking slightly.
you try to focus on her, but it’s hard, everything spinning and out of focus. you catch a glimpse of her wide, panicked eyes, her grip on your hand tight, almost desperate, as if she can keep you tethered to consciousness by sheer will.
the weak hand of yours touches lea, signaling that you have no energy to talk. that knock fron lynn took all of the wind out of you. it was rough, the yellow from the referee proved that.
you’re dimly aware of the medics rushing over, of being lifted onto a stretcher, but all you can think about is how lea is holding your hand, refusing to let go until she’s forced to step back. her concern, her fear, is palpable, and it cuts through the haze of pain and confusion.
it’s a stark contrast to the distance you’ve been trying to maintain, a reminder that maybe, just maybe, you’ve misjudged her and her intentions with your girlfriend all along.
later, when the dizziness has faded and you’re back in the locker room with an ice pack on your head, guilt gnaws at your gut.
lea didn’t have to help you—she could have stayed on the sidelines since you wanted distance from her, but she didn’t. she was there for you, just like she’s always there for lena. and that’s when it hits you: lea has never hated you. she wasn’t trying to steal lena away from you. you’ve been so blinded by your own insecurity that you couldn’t see it. you’ve let your fears create a wedge between you and lea, and it’s been unfair to both her and lena.
you know what you have to do. so, after the match, you ask lea to your house. she would probably be there anyways, since it you and lena’s shared home in the bavarian countryside.
luckily, lena had a doctor’s appointment at bayern– so she had to stay behind and encouraged you to go home since you’re tired from the match.
it’s awkward at first with lea, the two of you sitting across from each other in the cozy living room, the tension thick in the air.
you internally freak out when you realize that you’ve never had a real conversation with her before, not like this. now, the words feel heavy on your tongue.
you take a deep breath, trying to steady your nerves. the silence in the room feels heavy, almost suffocating. you’re sitting across from lea, her eyes steady and patient, waiting for you to speak.
this conversation is long overdue, but it’s hard to find the right words. finally, you break the silence.
“lea, i– i need to be honest with you about something,” you begin, your voice wavering slightly.
“i’ve been carrying these thoughts around for a while, and i think it’s time i finally tell you– or rather ask you.”
lea’s expression is gentle, her gaze encouraging. “you can tell, or ask me anything, y/n.”
“do you like lena?” you ask, your eyebrow knitted together as lea’s face fills with confusion.
“as my best friend, yes, anything more– i don’t.” lea answers, not trying to show that she is nervous about the upcoming conversation.
“it’s about… about how i’ve been feeling lately. about you and lena. i know it sounds silly, and i’m trying to work through it, but—” you pause, struggling to find the right words.
“seeing you two together, so close, affectionate and so comfortable, it stirs up this weird knot inside me. i keep thinking, what if one day, lena decides she doesn’t need me anymore? what if she doesn’t love me anymore? what if she… decides she’d rather be with you?”
lea’s eyes widen slightly, and she opens her mouth to speak, but you hold up a hand to stop her. you need to get this out, to lay everything bare.
“i know it’s irrational,” you continue, your voice cracking. “i know you’re her best friend and that there’s nothing more between you two. but every time i see you two together, laughing and being so affectionate, it feels like a reminder that i might not be enough. it’s like there’s this part of me that’s afraid lena might see something in you that she doesn’t see in me. and that thought… it terrifies me. i don’t want to be fooled, if there are feelings between the both of you– just tell me and i’ll get out of the way.”
you look down at your hands, unable to meet lea’s gaze. the vulnerability of your confession makes you feel exposed, raw.
“i’ve been pushing you away because of these feelings, and i know it’s not fair to you. i thought that if i kept my distance, i wouldn’t have to deal with these insecurities. but the truth is, i’ve let it affect my relationship with lena, and with you– and it’s not right.”
lea’s silence stretches on for a moment, and you’re not sure what she’s thinking. when she finally speaks, her voice is soft but firm.
“y/n, i had no idea you felt this way. i’m really sorry if i’ve contributed to those feelings. but i want you to know that lena and i have known each other for years, and yes, we’re close, but that’s all it is—a close friendship. our friendship doesn’t change the fact that lena loves you. she’s never looked at me in that way, and she’s never given me any indication that she wants anything more than what we have as friends.”
you glance up, meeting her gaze. there’s sincerity in her eyes, and it’s a comfort. “but you’re right,” lea continues.
“i’ve seen how much lena loves you. it’s obvious to everyone around us. i care about lena deeply, and because of that, i care about you too. i’ve always wanted us to get along, but i didn’t know how to close the distance between us.”
“i’ve been so caught up in my own fears that i didn’t see things clearly. i’m sorry for the way i’ve treated you.” you swallow hard, trying to process her words.
lea reaches out, placing a comforting arm over your shoulder. “i’m glad that you found a point to start talking about your feelings now. i want us to be friends, y/n, and i want to support you and lena, not be a source of conflict.”
your heart warms as you listen to her. “thank you, lea. it means a lot to hear that from you.”
lea smiles, a warm and understanding smile. “there is no problem, i promise. we both care about lena, and that’s something we have in common. we can use that as a way to become close.”
you nod, feeling a sense of relief and clarity that you haven’t felt in a long time. “yeah, i’d like that. thank you for being so understanding.”
“anytime,” lea says with a reassuring nod. “now, there is just one thing—”
your heart sunk, afraid of what lea might say.
“you have to talk to lena now about this.” lea says, firmly.
“i will.” you swallow.
when lea leaves your home, you feel lighter.
just a couple of minutes later, lena comes through the door. relieved seeing you resting on the couch.
you and lena are curled up on the couch in your shared apartment, the room dimly lit by the soft glow of a lamp. darker from when lea was there. the day has been long, and the tension between you has only recently begun to ease after your conversation with lea.
"are you okay? I saw that hit you took from lynn earlier, is there anything you need?" lena asks, rubbing your head.
she hated that she could only stand and watch as the medics surrounded you earlier. she was glad that you had lea, sydney, pernille, and georgia watching over you.
lena’s presence beside you feels comforting, then it feels the same as it did before your conversation with the blonde german. what if lena doesn’t react so kindly?
your girlfriend isn’t mean, so you take a deep breath, preparing to share your feelings with her.
"I am okay--- but lena,” you start, your voice quiet but steady.
“i need to talk to you about something that’s been on my mind.”
lena looks at you, her expression soft and attentive as she plays with the hair in your ponytail. “what’s on your mind, love?”
you hesitate for a moment, then continue, “it’s about you and lea. i talked to her earlier and for a while i’ve been struggling with how close you two are. it’s not that i don’t trust you or anything—it’s just— i’ve felt this knot of jealousy and insecurity whenever i see you two together. i know it’s irrational because you;ve been friends with her since even before we knew each other, but seeing you so close with her, it makes me wonder if there’s something i’m missing.”
lena’s eyes widen with concern, and she reaches out to gently brush a strand of hair from your face that fell out of your ponytail.
“y/n,” she says softly, her voice full of warmth. “you’ve been feeling this way? i had no idea.”
you nod, trying to hold back tears.
“i’ve been pushing myself to stay calm and rational, but it’s been hard. i guess i just needed to hear it from you. i need to know how you really feel about lea and why you two are so close.”
lena pulls you closer, wrapping her arms around you in a comforting embrace.
“lea and i have been friends for a long time, longer than you and i have been together. she’s like a sister to me. we’ve shared so many experiences, and that bond is deep and meaningful, its not going anywhere. but that doesn’t change how much i love you.”
you rest your head on her shoulder, feeling the warmth of her body against yours.
“i understand that, but sometimes it feels like i’m competing with that bond. it makes me question if there’s a place for me in your life where i’m not overshadowed by your bond with her.”
lena kisses the top of your head, cheek, and nose– her touch tender and reassuring.
“you’re not competing with anyone, y/n. my friendship with lea is important, it doesn’t come close to what i have with you. my love for you is different—it’s deeper and more significant. our relationship is something i cherish and prioritize above all.”
you close your eyes, letting her words sink in. “i needed to hear that. thank you for being so understanding. it’s just hard sometimes, seeing how easily you connect with her. maybe i didn’t understand because i’ve never had a close bond with a friend like you do with lea”
lena pulls back slightly to look into your eyes, her gaze intense and filled with sincerity.
“i want you to know that my connection with lea is like that of family. it’s a bond that’s been built over years, and it’s special, but it’s not a reflection of how i feel about you. there’s no comparison. my love for you is above anything else– ever since i met you”
the taller girl takes your hair out of your ponytail gently– your hair falls down from the hair tie and she runs her fingers gently through your hair, her touch soothing.
“if you ever feel uncertain or insecure, please talk to me. i want us to be open with each other. and remember, you’re my priority. nothing and no one will ever change that.”
you nod, feeling a wave of relief wash over you. “i will. i just needed to know where i stand with you.”
lena smiles, her eyes warm and loving. “well you aren’t standing now– but you’re sitting right here, with me. and that’s exactly where we belong.”
you lean in for a kiss, feeling the connection between you deepen. the reassurance and physical affection from lena makes you feel grounded and loved.

Lena Oberdorf x german!bayern munich!reader
Summary: Lena suprises you with her move to your childhood club. To finally be with you properly.

Masterlist

Girl, I never loved one like you
✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
You grew up in Munich. Everything you know is there. Your famil. Your friends. Your bestfriend, Sydney. Your club.... Everything you loved was in one place. Exept your home, your lover, Lena Oberdorf. She plays for Wolfsburg. That wouldn't be the problem, even trought its the rival, but Wolfsburg is too far away from Munich, to see each other more then once in a month. And its slowly infecting your realationship.
It's started when you both grow out of the honeymoon phase. That doesn't mean you're stopped being smitten about each other. But the distant made it worse. A 6 hours drive or a one hour flight. It started to come to much.
It wasn't because of the lack of trust you have for each other. You trust each other very much. But you missed the closeness, the cuddles or the kisses. The things you would only get, if you play each other or in the german camp. It was rarely that one come to visit the other. To caught up with training for your clubs.
So everytime the national break started, you follow each other like lost puppies. It's mostly Lena, who follows you everywhere. Her Wolfsburg teammates will tease all the time, when the break is going to start or gets closer. But she doesn't care. She only cares about being close to you.
But you follow her everywhere too. And your teammates tease you about that too. Like obi, you don't care either. You're just happy being with her again.
-
To the problem is only one solution. One has the move clubs. But you both are too stuborn.
"I'm not moving away, liebling. (Darling) I have everything here."
"I change would look on you, baby. You can't always stay in the same place your whole life." Obi argues back on a face time call. It wasn't a fight. More like a discussion, in wich you both bring the same arguments over and over again.
"You know i can't handle change. And it would be a change for you too."
"I know you can't. And i already had a change. I moved from Essen. There wouldn't be so much change. You know half of the from national and you got friends with Lynn."
You look away, to the wall, feeling defeated. "Ha Gotcha, Schatz. (honey)" Obi said happily. "If you move to Bayern, you can play with and see Lea more often." You knew what the Lea card would do. You know that Lena misses to play in the same team as Lea, like in Essen.
"Didn't you wanted to show me your new tattoo idea?" Obi distracts from the topic.
You knew Obi wants to distracts from the topic. She was a bad loser and she knew how right you were, Obi just didn't want to admit that. So you played along.
"What do you think of something like that?" You showed her a page from your sketchbook.
Since then none of you dared to bring up the topic again. In the meanwhile Obi has gotten an offer from bayern munich. She didn't know what to do with it. Should she tell you? Should she ignore it? These question were toturing her mind.
-
Her solution: She's going to ask on national break what you would say if she got an offer from your beloved club.
But unfortunately the right time wouldn't come to Lena. Everytime she was close of telling you something happened. So she finally decide to say it to you no matter what.
She walked into the chill room, wich she knew you mostly are. You were there but you talked with Sydney. She didn't mean to overhear, but she stayed as she heard her own name out if your mouth.
"I love Lena, but i don't know how long it's going to work" Obis face fell. She doesn't want you to think like that. She wants to be with you forever. With sad face she walks away. She talks to you after your conversation with Sydney. But she stopped as she heard Sydney speaking.
"Don't say stupid shit like that. It's going to work out. You both are so smitten and follow each other like lost puppies. It makes me love sick. It's getting to the point to become disgusting."
"Yeah because your Single" you chuckle and on Obis face a smile grows.
"But i'm serious. If you leave, then there would be nothing much different. You still have me and Klara. We still be friends and pull pranks on camp or annoy Laura. Okay? You still got us and the team. We're a big family." Sydney hugs you.
'That's why' Obi realized. You're scared that if you move, your friends will turn their back on you. Obi walked away with smile. Knowing what she's about to do, calling her agent.
-
You were more then suprised as Lena said she will be visiting for a few days, but gadly take it. With Lena being in Munich you were happier. Sydney and Klara took notice of it and asked themselves why. But they got the answer, when Lena picks you up from training.
"Hope it wasn't too boring, being alone." You kissed Obi. After you two broke apart, you hugged her. Behind your back Sydney, Klara and Georgia made gagging faces. Lena rolled her eyes at them.
"No it wasn't, Liebling" It really wasn't. It was exhausting. She was talking with the club, her agent and the Bayern coach. All to negotiate her move to Bayern Munich.
-
The day she signed the contract she had mixed feelings. The tought of leaving Jule behind haunted her. But the blonde told her to go, to get her girl. It made Obi feel a bit better about it, but not fully. The other side was excitment. To be near you. To kiss you everyday. To cuddle with you. To cook with you. To do everything with you.
-
Before the national camp in february the romurs of Lenas move spread over. You saw it too, of course. You didn't know how to feel. There was hope, but you knew to not trust rumors. And Obi wasn't a help either. She only said that she didn't know how or why there are rumors. It broke her heart to see your face fell, just to cover it up quickly with a smile.
-
On the 14th february her move to Bayern will be officinal. She came to munich for the day, because of valentines. She knew you had a came on the evening, so she took you on a date for lunch. The whole day you weren't allowed to look on your phone. You wondered why and asked her. She only told you it would ruin her suprise.
After lunch in your favourite restaurant she took you to your favourite park, in wich you finally were allowed to look on your phone. You looked confussed at her but did anyway.
"Now go on insta"
"Obi what have you done?"
"Nothing" she smiles at you.
You looked on your phone your confussed look turned into shock. You looked up at Obi, who smiled slyly at you. "Suprise?"
"You fucking idiot. I love you" You run to Lena and hug her. "But why would you do that? You didn't had to"
"I know. But i love you. And Bayern didn't Sound that bad." With that she kisses you. Happy play with you next season and to in with you

Far From Angry: Hardersson x Reader (Part 1)
Summary: You meet a stranger and her girlfriend at the bar. Things escalate quickly. Pairing: Hardersson x Reader Warnings: 🔞Smut. Mdni🔞 Disclaimer: Obviously fiction Words: 2778
Pt. 2
Ever since you entered the bar, the pretty blonde sitting a few stools away hadn’t taken her eyes off of you.
You weren’t normally one for going out, especially without your friends, but the sound of music and unseasonably warm night air had drawn you out of your apartment, walking downtown to your favorite bar, ready to enjoy the evening.
You were certainly enjoying the sight of the beautiful woman in the flowy white top, her sweet smile as she looked across the bar at you.
Her eyes didn’t leave you as she finished her drink, sliding her glass back across the bar. You blushed as she looked away, and you caught a hint of white teeth scraping across a pair of ruby lips.
Fuck.
Taking a deep breath and gathering your courage, hoping you were interpreting her glances correctly, you hopped up from your stool and walked the few feet between you, hoping you looked more confident than you actually felt. As you sat down on the stool beside her, the pretty blonde tucked her hair behind her ears, turning her head to smile at you again.
“Hi,” she said, and you caught the slightest hint of an accent, one you couldn’t quite place.
“I’m Pernille,” she said, turning her stool to face you. She leaned forward, toward you, giving you the same brilliant smile that had drawn you over in the first place.
You introduced yourself, pleasant shivers running up and down your spine as she made eye contact with you, tilting her head and raising her eyebrows, clearly waiting for you to continue.
“So, Pernille,” you said, matching her posture, hoping to convey just how interested you were in getting to know her and her pretty smile a whole lot better. “Can I buy you a drink?”
Before she could answer, another blonde appeared over Pernille’s shoulder. Her hair was darker than Pernille’s, and the hand she put on Pernille’s shoulder was attached to a muscled arm.
“What’s going on over here, love?”
Love?
It was like someone had dumped a bucket of ice water over your head as you processed the words.
Love.
She had a girlfriend.
Of course she had a girlfriend.
As the other woman, just as blonde and just as gorgeous, claimed Pernille’s lips with her own, you felt a humiliated blush rising to coat your cheeks.
You wished that someone would break one of the legs off of the barstool and beat you over the head with it. Or that a freak sinkhole would open beneath the floor, somehow burying only you in the dirt. Because this was beyond your worst nightmares.
“Fuck,” you whispered, not sure which one of them you were talking to as apologies began to spew from between your lips.
“I’m so sorry, I didn’t know, I didn’t mean… Fuck, I’ll just-”
You made to stand up, charting the path that would get you to the exit quickest, but before you could make your escape, Pernille reached out and grabbed your hand, clasping it in hers. You let out a tiny gasp, still on your stool, at the contact, your eyes flickering back and forth between your skin touching hers and the woman whose hand had moved from her shoulder to her waist, possessively gripping her flowy white top.
“Don’t go,” she said, voice somewhere between a command and a plea. Even though your heart was racing, your legs longing to carry you far away, it was enough to make you pause.
You looked back and forth between Pernille and her partner, beyond confused. There had been no mistaking the look in your eyes as you approached her, or the undertones when you asked to buy her a drink. But there was also no mistaking the fact that she had a girlfriend, a very pretty and very strong looking girlfriend who had, out of some miracle, not yet put you on the ground.
“B-But,” you stuttered, trying to make sense of the increasingly odd situation in which you found yourself.
“Y-You, your girlfriend- She’s already angry enough at me, I-”
You didn’t have time to finish your runaway train of thought before you were unceremoniously interrupted.
“Do I look angry?”
You didn’t think you could stand looking at Pernille’s girlfriend any longer without wanting to light yourself on fire, so you didn’t. Instead, you stared at your nearly-empty drink, trying to think of how to escape this humiliating and bizarre situation with some of your dignity still intact.
You didn’t see the look they gave each other, but you definitely felt it when a hand grasped your chin, forcing your head upward. A pair of blue eyes met yours, clouded by mirth and something else you couldn’t quite place. Your eyebrow crinkled in confusion at the absence of anything identifiable as anger, a confusion that only grew when she spoke again.
“I’ll ask you again,” she said. “Do I look angry?”
Answering wasn’t optional this time, you could tell. So, trembling a little, you shook your head.
“N-Not really.”
“Clever girl.”
Her voice, smooth and seductive and just a bit condescending, hit you like a jolt of electricity, and you couldn’t stop the shudder that ran through your body at the tone, from the tips of your fingers to between your legs. You quickly lowered your eyes again, hoping that she wouldn’t notice.
The self-satisfied smirk on her face made it clear that your hopes were in vain.
“Magda, baby,” said Pernille, standing and taking her place at her partner’s side, tucking herself under the taller woman’s free arm. “I think she likes it when you talk to her like that.”
Your mouth was slightly open, gaping in shock as you pressed your thighs together, unable to deny the arousal beginning to pool in your core. No matter how embarrassing Pernille’s words might have been, they were undeniable- the condescending tone of Magda’s voice made your mouth water, the need for the two of them to do what they wanted with you taking over your mind.
“Oh, she’s so cute,” said Pernille, relishing the way you shuddered as she placed her hand on your thigh, fingers sliding upward and creeping closer to the hem of your panties under your new skirt. Magda nodded in agreement.
“Her face is all red,” she said, the two of them exchanging comments as if you couldn’t hear them speaking. You had an idea of where this was going, one that you desperately hoped was correct, and the thought of it made you press your thighs together with need.
“I wonder what she’d look like all spread out on our bed.”
You gasped quietly, initial arousal only amplifying as they confirmed the thought that had been solidifying in your mind. With a squeeze of Pernille’s hand, Magda took a step forward towards you, her gaze piercing through you and making you whimper again.
“Do you want this?”
Magda’s breath was hot against your neck as she whispered the question into your ear, and you were sure that she could hear your pulse pounding.
You nodded so quickly that you could have given yourself whiplash, still gaping in disbelief even as she smirked, helping you to your feet and throwing a wad of cash behind her, payment for the drink you had tried to buy her girlfriend.
This was actually happening.
Their apartment was only a few blocks away from the bar, and when they guided you through the door, you had barely kicked off your shoes when you found yourself pressed against the wall by a pair of strong arms.
You hadn’t noticed Magda’s muscles back in the bar when you were refusing to look at her, but now that they were being used to pin you against the wall, they were difficult to ignore. You bit your lip, letting out a little moan, one which she immediately swallowed with her mouth. Magda’s tongue pressed insistently against your lips, and you didn’t waste any time before granting her access, letting her dominate the kiss.
You weren’t normally this submissive- typically, you would have made at least a token effort to take back some control, but something about these women made that seem like a concept far too difficult and complex to grasp. So you let Magda devour your lips, her hands on your waist as you started to move again.
Guiding you backward into their bedroom, Magda’s hands migrated downward to your ass, giving it a hard squeeze. You could vaguely sense Pernille nearby, a few steps ahead of you, but you couldn’t see the way she’d already shed her top, tossing it carelessly aside as she flicked on the light switch in their bedroom.
When Magda stopped moving, hands on your ass stilling you as well, you felt the other woman come up beside you, but still shivered when she whispered in your ear.
“You gonna do what we tell you, baby? You gonna be a good girl for us?”
The coaxing voice in your ear made you tilt your neck in the opposite direction, exposing the soft skin to Pernille as Magda broke your kiss, releasing you from her hold.
“Uh huh,” you said, and were rewarded by a new pair of warm lips pressed against your own. Pernille’s kiss was dirty and tender at the same time, her pink tongue gentler than Magda’s had been but with a similar level of control and the identical result of making you crave more of her touch.
“Let us give you what you need, honey,” said Pernille, voice saccharine as she pulled away from your lips. “Let us fuck you like you need to be fucked.”
Your nod was desperate, her words only adding to the copious arousal between your thighs.
“Good. Then strip for us, pretty girl,” she whispered in your ear before releasing her hold on your body, raising an eyebrow and fixing you with a coaxing smirk.
Blinking a few times to regain even a modicum of composure, you blushed as you pulled your shirt over your head, both of the women’s eyes locked on you predatorily as you set the garment atop their wardrobe, revealing your lacy bra.
“So pretty,” said Magda, as you reached for the hem of your skirt. You had to wiggle your hips to slide out of the slightly-too-small fabric, a sight which made both pairs of eyes locked on you darken, the couple exchanging a look full of hunger. When the garment finally dropped to the floor, leaving you in just your bra and matching panties, you looked back over at them and found the pair exchanging a heated kiss of their own. Sensing your gaze, Magda pulled away from Pernille’s lips to raise an eyebrow at you.
“All of it.”
Your flush deepened as you undid the clasp of your bra, shrugging it off your shoulders and letting it join your skirt and top in the haphazard pile on the floor. With your breasts exposed to their hungry gaze and nipples beginning to harden, unprompted, into peaks, you reached for the waistband of your panties and let them slide down your legs, stepping out of them when they pooled around your ankles.
You had somehow missed Pernille approaching you, the lighter blonde woman reaching out a hand and slipping it between your legs. You gasped at the sudden contact, unable to stop your hips from jutting forward, seeking friction against your throbbing cunt.
It only lasted for a moment before she turned her head back towards Magda, giving her a smirk and a nod.
“Get on the bed, pretty girl.”
You nodded quickly, scurrying across the room and seating yourself on the edge of their sizeable mattress. One look from Magda told you that that wasn’t what she had meant and so, still blushing, you laid yourself carefully back against one of their pillows, hyper-aware of their eyes on you, gazes locked on the curve of your breasts and the copious arousal gathered between your pretty thighs.
You could tell what the order of things would be when Pernille walked toward the edge of the bed, lingering beside you without sitting down, and Magda climbed up immediately, her large hands pulling you just slightly further forwards to where she wanted you.
“Open your fucking legs.”
Magda’s words weren’t a request, but the order was one that you were all too happy to obey. Letting your thighs fall apart, you watched, unbreathing, as the other woman pulled a hair elastic from her wrist and tied her blonde waves up into a careless bun.
Feeling the bed dip beside you, you heard Pernille’s voice against your neck as she left a trail of kisses across the sensitive skin.
“Magda’s going to taste you now.”
Barely had the words left her mouth then Magda’s tongue connected with your core, the woman wasting no time before licking a wet stripe over your soaking hole. You gasped, fingernails digging into your palm as you clenched your hands tightly, and the sound must have pleased the other woman, because her soft chuckle vibrated against your core.
She took a minute to explore, warm appendage tracing a path up and down your cunt, unmoved by your breathy pleas for her to go faster, or to put her mouth on the one place you needed it most.
“Patience, honey,” crooned Pernille, noticing your gyrating hips. “Stay still. Let her enjoy you.”
You sobbed in pleasure as Magda’s tongue swiped through your pussy again and again, Pernille’s soft hands tugging at your nipples. The woman between your thighs was talented, the wet muscle of her mouth lapping and kissing all the right spots, finally running her tongue across your swollen clit, even letting a hint of teeth scrape across your thigh once in a while.
You couldn’t have closed your legs if you wanted to, a combination of Magda’s shoulders and her hands combining to hold them open.
“Stay still,” she reminded you with a gentle smack to one of your thighs.
Still, you couldn’t help but buck against her tongue, trying to get her mouth back on your clit.
“I told you to stay still,” said Magda with a growl, strong hands pushing your hips back down to the mattress.
A shudder ran up and down your body at her harsh tone. Pernille, you noticed, now had one hand on each of your tits, the strength in her arms a warning that, if you moved again, she wouldn’t hesitate to use that muscle to keep you pinned down with no choice except to take what her partner gave.
Your body shook with the effort of keeping still, of not allowing your hips to rock against Magda’s tongue, but you were rewarded by attention lavished on your bud, able to feel the other woman’s smile against your cunt.
You shuddered, feeling your muscles tighten as your peak began to grow closer. Apparently Magda could sense it as well, because she pulled her mouth away from you and reached for her girlfriend.
Pernille obeyed the summons, leaving you writhing on the bed, whining pathetically at the loss of contact as Magda pulled her in for a deep kiss. Your eyes went to the two women, unable to stop a groan as you watched them, Magda’s hands wrapped around Pernille’s waist as their tongues battled. As hot as the sight was, it only made you wetter as you realized that they were sharing the taste of you between them.
Even through your haze, you knew that, no matter how desperate your cunt was for their attention, you couldn’t let your fingers drift down between your legs. They had made it clear since you met that they held the reins of control, that you were their plaything for the night.
“Pernille,” said Magda, rocking her hips subtly as Pernille pressed a line of wet kisses along her neck.
“Look at her.”
Pernille’s eyes drifted back toward you, wriggling desperately on the bed, twisting your hands in their covers as you fought not to touch yourself.
“God,” said Pernille. “She’s desperate, isn’t she?”
You made no move to deny her claim, rather nodding in confirmation. Any shock or disbelief you had felt at the situation you were in had certainly vanished, replaced with pure, undiluted need.
“Please,” you whimpered, soaking pussy still perfectly visible between your spread legs. “Please, I need…”
You trailed off, the blush that was quickly becoming a familiar companion returning once again to your cheeks. Luckily for you, Pernille was able to translate the low moan which replaced the words you couldn’t find.
“I think she needs your cock, Magda.”

just stay this little
part of the eriksson-harders universe
chapter one: furniture and first days
We just need to finish unpacking everything then we’ll find it,” Magda told her, “We’ll find everything, why don’t you help us build your bed first?” she suggested. They just needed to figure out which box it was in. It was her first big girl bed, they hadn’t probably graduated her from her toddler bed back in London because they knew they were moving.
They hadn’t picked it out from Ikea so it should look different but all of the brown packages were exactly the same. Ikea didn’t have a loft bed with safe stairs so they had to order it online. It was Pernille who found it and they took it upstairs before going back down to find everything for Tilde’s bed.
“Me and Mamma are going to beat you and Elvy, Mor?” Tilde grabbed her hand, pulling her into her bedroom with her bed.
“You want to bet?” Pernille was never one to back down from a challenge.
“Winner gets ice cream,” Tilde smiled.
“Deal,” Pernille held her hand out to Tilde for her to shake.

For the anon who asked if I could write something for Klara. I hope you like this one☺️
Klara Bühl / Family Talks
You were sitting in Klaras and your living room, having a nice day with some of your friends and family.
Just enjoying the day before the both of you would be flying out to Australia for the biggest tournament of your life.
You loved these moments. You have always been a family person and you were behind happy that yours and Klaras family got on so well together. Since you two became close friends three years ago, when you both joined Bayern at the same time your family’s got to know each other often meeting up before games to watch them together.
And since you guys started dating almost a year ago everyone grew even tighter.
You were just talking to your sister when you saw your little niece came running in from the garden laughing and giggling your girlfriend coming in behind her, chasing her.
You watched as Klara grabbed her by her waist lifting her up in the air and blowing a raspberry on her stomach making the little girl laugh even more.
“Klari, stop stop that tickles, please.” Your niece laughed and you couldn’t help the smile that broke out on your face.
Klara sat her bag down and kissed her forehead. Your niece smiled at her and hugged Klara around her waist, or more so her legs being to small to reach anything higher up before Klara crouched down to her level and rapping her own arms around the small girl.
“She is really good with her.” Said your sister, startling you slightly.
“Yeah she is.”
“You know. I think you are going to be great parents one day.”
You felt your cheeks getting warm and you tried to hide your blush by looking down.
It wasn’t the first time someone had said something like this to you or Klara. Your teammates, especially Sydney, often making a comment or two about it whenever you two were around children.
When Almuth brought her twins to the trainings camps with the national team the comments only got more. You two always being able to calm them down or getting them to laugh.
“You know. We talked about it. Becoming parents I mean.”
Klara had asked you about it one evening at camp and you had first freaked out saying that you wouldn’t be a good mum and exclaiming that you were to young and that you wanted to focus on your career. Klara had instantly calmed you down, saying that you would be a great and caring mother and that she hadn’t mean right now but maybe in the future.
“I can’t wait to see you two with your own little one running around and keeping you busy.”
Your sister smiled at your and pulling you into a warm hug.
When you looked back at your girlfriend you saw that your niece was now sitting on her lap and listening to Klara reading her a story. You watched as your niece slowly drifted asleep in your girlfriends arms. Once she was fast asleep, Klara carefully stood up, with your niece still in her arms and came over to you.
She smiled at you and sat next to you.
Pulling her into your arms you smiled down at the little girl still sound asleep.
“She is so cute” Whispered Klara to not wake her up.
You nodded slowly stroking over the little girls head.
Once Klara had come over your sister had left saying she wanted to talk to Klaras mother about something but you hadn’t really listend already to focused on your girlfriend.
“It suits you, you know. You have this special smile on your face when you are with kids.” You smiled at her and watched as she first smiled at the girl in her lap before she looked back at you. She leaned over to you, kissing you lovingly.
“Can you imagine us as parents? I know we talked about it once but everyone seems to think that we would be such great parents and I can’t help but think about it and I know it will not happen any time soon we are both in the middle of our careers but I can’t help to think about it.” Your girlfriend rambled on quietly and you had to giggle. She was just so cute whenever she was nervous about something.
“I love you. And I honestly think that we will be good at it. I mean no one is perfect and everyone makes mistake. But I think we will manage. When you first asked me I was scared but now I think we will somehow master it. Let’s just wait a bit more, yes?! I don’t think I am read just yet to have so much responsibility for such a little human being. I want to be a bit immature for now.”
Once you finished you pressed another kiss on Klaras lips and you felt your girlfriend smiled into the kiss.
“Yeah, I want to have you for myself for a bit longer.”

fc bayern officials considering re-employing jerome boateng and dismissing the fact that he was proven guilty to having abused his ex-wife and that he has bullied his ex-girlfriend until she actually killed herself is disgusting. the fact that kimmich was "happy to meet him" is appalling. tuchel talking about "innocent until proven guilty" is spineless, considering the fact that the jury considered him guilty and it was all because of a formal mistake that the trial is reopened.

Kissin' and Kickin' Charm (Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir x reader)
A/n not requested, but this woman does not get the love she deserves, so I'm making it happen.
Munich is a hell of a lot different than home.
Of course, you expected that, you aren't stupid...
Not entirely anyway.
There's a charm to the city. A much different one than the small Texan town you're used to, but it's a homely charm, if any.
A much broader, explorative city with ins and outs, beautiful buildings, and on the outskirts, something you've come to realise you feel more at home in than the city, areas with wide open flatlands and albeit manmade, forested areas.
It's definitely a big city, with many towns and a lot of diverse structuring.
It's a lot.
But it's your new home.
At least for the next three years, anyway.
You imagine yourself at home in the ranch right now.
Kicking up dirt, green grass and if you're really lucky, mud and puddles. All of that on your horse, Sweets, that you got for your tenth birthday.
In fact, you'd be there right now, at home on the ranch, if it wasn't for one teeny tiny detail.
Soccer.
For whatever reason, that was the sport your child brain picked to become your newest obsession. Except, it never stopped being that way. You lived and breathed it.
It surprised the hell out of your parents.
They'd never imagined their little, quiet, leather boots, horseback riding, ranch loving daughter kicking around a soccer ball.
But that's what you wanted.
And that's what you did in your spare time.
At first, they were adamant you didn't play it. They refused, insisting that if you wanted to get into any sport, it had to be either American football or horse riding.
But after sneaking home a ball to boot around for the umpteenth time, they relented, letting you take it on.
And take it on, you did.
It got to the point where you were severely outclassing the only all boys teams in your tiny town.
Enough so that someone visiting, who happened to have the right associations, scouted you for the youth academy in Houston.
You went up through the academy, which survived despite the rise and fall of the women's league in the US several times.
Eventually, you were contracted for the first time at eighteen.
It was a big deal.
Small town girl makes her first appearance for the big leagues and despite your parents earlier disappointment in your choice of career, they were now prouder than ever watching you take on the world.
Of course, with that growth, came your first call up to the national team at age nineteen.
That little tidbit had your Mama crying harder than the day you were born. She couldn't have been prouder to see you represent your country.
Playing amongst the likes of legends like Tobin Heath, Heather O'Reilly and even Abby Wambach for a short period, you thrived.
The immense pressure was nothing like you'd ever felt, and you loved it.
Even as reserved as you are, you love a good challenge.
With the call-up, the demand to have you increased, and eventually, at the age of twenty-four, you, rather tearfully, said goodbye to the Dash and moved to Portland to join your national teammates, Sonnett and Horan.
You've spent the past four years there, although you aren't the biggest fan of the city life. You loved the soccer fanbase.
The thorns are well loved by the people in the city and some of the greatest players you've known, to date, play for them.
Of course, playing with the greatest players of all time means you yourself catch the attention of overseas scouters.
It's not the first time it's happened.
Every year, you get calls from your manager letting you know about the offers from clubs in countries you'd never dreamed of seeing before.
That being said, you'd always turned them down, not wanting to leave your home country just yet.
Until now, that is.
When the offer from FC Bayern came through, you just knew.
You knew you had to do it, had to take that chance.
"So what do we say, Y/n?"
"... Tell I'm in if they've got a heated pitch and air-conditioning."
Had your manager chuckling at that.
Taking the time to dig into the team a bit, you end having a look at the team list.
You know the names of a few of the players there, but you'd not formally met them yet, only meeting them once or twice on the pitch.'
One name stuck out in particular though.
Of course it did, she's the captain.
Your new captain.
But there's something you admire about the Icelandic woman that immediately grabs at your soul and you end up taking the time to look up her highlights.
The perseverance, the constant drive to do better and to lift up her teammates around her.
The perfect defence with constant push and pull, defensive manoeuvres and just an overall brick wall of a woman.
The perfect captain.
So when you meet her for the first time, you're a little starstruck.
Sure, you'd done your research in advance, but actually meeting the sweetly voiced Nordic woman has you anxious in your boots beyond measure.
----
When Glódís meets the new signing, she's a little thrown off.
She knew you were American, that you were from Texas and that you most likely had a very different upbringing to the lifestyle you lived now, but the immediate southern charm that flows through your natural southern drawl has her a little flustered.
She doesn't expect the charming smile or the way you call her ma'am and warmly shake her hand, expressing, rather sheepishly, your excitement to meet her.
"It's lovely meetin' you, Ma'am. I've heard a lot about everything you've done for this club and your country. It's incredible, actually, not to sound too much like I'm kissin' up here, but really."
Your head ducks a little, cheeks reddening at your own rambling.
It's adorable, she decides.
"You talk me up a lot for someone of her own incredible skill."
Her smile widens at the way your cheeks darken further under her teasing compliment.
"Oh, I mean, that's... it's not everything I want to achieve. It feels like I've had it a little easier than a lot of the ladies I've seen and played with and known personally. I'm just excited to be here and to get to be a part of something this big. With y'all, at that."
"We're glad to have you on board with us, then. I think you'll fit right in here. The girls have been begging me to let them in the door for the past thirty minutes while you were doing the contract signing."
She gestures to the windowed door to the room, which, with a quick glance, you spot the eagerly waiting players, grinning and waving like kids at you.
It makes you feel a little more anxious now.
Such big names in German and international football and here they are, giddily waiting for you to finish your media duties and finally get to meet little old you.
It feels surreal.
When you turn back to the captain, she's already smiling warmly back at you, and after the okay from you and the management in the room, they let them in.
It's almost too much, the way they all excitedly introduce themselves despite in many cases not having to, with the way you get flustered as you know them well already, having maybe, quite possibly also looked the rest of them up in a bit more detail, purely out of nervousness.
Also, the friendliness of it all.
Normally, with new signings at Portland, it always felt super cold and competitive, definitely a lot colder in the introductions, done during training rather than in a room on the campus.
Of course, after a couple of months, the players did warm up to you, but there's always the cold air about the veterans on the team, all of them wary of you and your abilities.
Always the stress of having your position on the team ousted by the new and shiny youngins for so much as running the wrong way.
Here, in Munich, Germany, in the clubs training facility, in a meeting room, your new clubs teammates welcome you with warm open arms, an air of bubbly enthusiasm and many, many hugs rather than the cold and firm handshakes you're used to.
You recognise a few of them, particularly Magdalena, a regular opponent from Sweden and her national teammate Linda, as well as of course, the German players, the English player, Georgia and Jill Baijings, a member of the Dutch National Team you'd faced just months before at the World Cup.
Regardless of the rivalry held at the international level, they're surprisingly warm, quickly dragging you into hugs themselves.
At least, it's surprising for you.
It feels different here.
It is different here.
You find yourself leaning into it more and more, the more you chat with the team.
It goes on for an hour or so before you're dragged away for more media duties.
The girls are rather reluctant to let their new friend go, waving you goodbye with warm smiles, but small pouts as their chuckling captain ushers them from the room, leaving you with one last grin and a wink that sends heat to your cheeks and shivers down your spine.
Well.
You'll be damned.
That just happened.
----
"She's so cute! I love her accent. She's so sweet with the way she talks too."
The gushing from Giulia is quickly resounded by the other's around her.
"Right? The way she kept calling us Ma'am and Miss. It's too sweet. And her accent, it's so smooth."
"Oh my god, I know Americans aren't the most well known for being nice to listen to, but I listen to her talk all day."
"She's really good too, I've seen her highlights."
There's a few small gasps and protests from around the room.
"Oi! Syd! Why haven't you shown us yet?"
"Hold on, let me just -"
"Guys! Seriously, what the hell are you doing? I've been looking for you for ages. Put the phone away, you all have training to do."
The resounding voice in the changeroom comes from a stern looking Glódís. She's normally quite gentle toned with them, but they were taking far too long to get out on the pitch, leaving their captain wondering where the hell half her team was.
"But we want to see how good Y/n is, Syd's got the highlights here."
"No, you can see how good she is when she joins us for training after her medical assessment. Now come on, or you'll be running laps for making the rest of the team wait on you all."
There's groans of disappointment, but to their rather swift credit, they do promptly exit the changeroom and make their way to the pitch where an also stern looking Alexander Straus is waiting for them, the team's manager, followed closely by Glódís, who's small smile contradicts her rolling eyes and annoyed head shaking.
----
When you do join them, you're quickly grabbed by Glódís, the captain having unofficially ruled that any new signings get paired with her first to properly welcome them to the team, and to also get them settled into her captaincy style and to adapt them to the dynamic of the team.
It's a way to get you properly integrated into the very familial like nature of it all.
Glódís seems very much like the mother of the team. All of them best friends but very much like siblings and but a few of the other older women taking the younger one's under their wings as parental figures on their own.
You figure it as a way to keep some semblance of structure amongst the chaos of the team.
The captain, it seems, is at the head of this, ensuring all of them work well together, the team is lifted for their triumphs, and picked back up with every miscalculated cross and shot, and dragged back onto their feet after every tackle or mistimed step.
Training with Glódís is intense, a good kind of intense. You find yourself enjoying the calculated, focused nature of her defensive manoeuvring.
But it's also warm, the occasional chatter between you leaving you both laughing at the other person's jokes and small mishaps as you settle in.
Her giggles are nothing if not contagious, and you can't help the grin that grows more and more the more you spend time with her.
It doesn't go unnoticed by the others, them taking note of the way their normally much more drill oriented captain has relaxed a bit.
Of course, she's friendly, smart, smiley and very much welcoming, but she's never been this laid back during drills, especially not when she's always expecting to set precedents with the new signings.
But this was definitely different to that.
The lingering touches, hip bumps and tone of laughter are different from the ones she's always held with the rest of the team. It's a little lighter, more giggly and full of a tone they themselves hadn't heard from her.
It was startling to see, nearly.
Glódís was... flirting?
Intentional or not, they didn't know, but it was definitely a flirty tone.
Not that you could tell, bless your oblivious self. You had no idea.
You matched the tone of lightness, of course. But you weren't picking up on everything else, thinking she's just naturally like that.
A very friendly captain.
The other girls know otherwise though, and the knowing looks they share later when your cute celebration after managing to meg the brick wall of a captain has her smirking slightly at your adorableness.
One thing she notices is that the more excited you get, the more your accent comes out.
It's adorable, she realises.
----
The second training isn't much different to the first.
You don't pay it much attention outside of friendliness, but Glódís takes a quick liking to you, now having claimed you for all paired warmups and drills.
Occasionally, you get stolen away every once in a while, leaving you feeling very much like the cool kid on the block.
There's something else, though.
It's in the way the Icelander smiles at you. It's in the way she hugs you every time you score in a mini game.
You brush it off, thinking, once again, she's just being friendly.
But it's a thought that sits in the back of your mind anyway.
You feel like it's a glimmer of hope. You're not sure what for or why but it's there.
Maybe it's a sign of a great friendship blooming.
Yeah.
That's what it is.
Ever since that, it's been amazing training with the team.
Your first match is just weeks after signing.
Your first minutes come as a sub for Klara in the sixtieth minute.
And it's not too long after that that you score your first goal for the club against Leipzig.
It's a beauty too.
A long range effort after a foward pass to Pernille is rebounded back to you.
It was an accident really.
You were aiming for the head of Lea but instead it curls a little more than you intend it to and it bends into the upper right corner of the netting, far past the outstretched gloves of the Swiss keeper, Elvira Herzog.
It feels a little silly, but you can't help the blush when you feel your captain hug you super tightly and lift you up in celebration.
"Let's go, that's our girl!"
----
It's been two months with the team and two and a half living in Germany. You've got a small cottage in the outer district of Munich, with enough yard to set up small drills and other various exercises.
There's been plenty of outings for you, finding yourself socialising far more than you used to back in Portland.
You don't hate it, though.
The whole team has been nothing but sweet to you, and it seems they're already attached, each player having dragged you on outings themselves, whether it be individually or with groups of them.
You're not sure why they've taken quite such a liking, but you think it might have something to do with the fact they keep asking questions for you and you alone to answer, or just anything to get you to talk, really.
You don't mind it. Bless 'em.
They're already like family to you.
Tonight is no different when it comes to being dragged to outings and team bonding nights.
Only this time, it's to a club in central Munich, having been allowed a little freedom given they dont a match this weekend. You yourself don't drink much, but some of the other girls do, so they've let loose, of course, under the watch of their captain and a few of the older girls acting as designated drivers.
There's a small nudge to your shoulder where you're leaning against a standing table.
"Hey you."
You'd recognise that sweet voice anywhere, humming as you turn to the suddenly appeared Glódís at your side.
"Well, hello, having fun there, Sweetheart?"
Glódís' lips perk up at your words.
"Always."
She takes a glance at the cup in your hand.
"Not drinking much? You can let loose a bit tonight, I'm letting you guys off the hook for tomorrow's training. Once in a lifetime opportunity L/n."
She winks at you, and you smile at her, amused.
You shake your head when she nods towards your still half full glass of vodka and soda.
"Nah, I want to be able to get up tomorrow, training or not."
She chuckles, nodding in agreement.
"Oh, to be young and dumb enough to drink like that once upon a time."
"Don't say it like that. You're only twenty-eight."
You huff playfully.
"Please, you and I both know neither of us would make it out alive if we-"
She cuts herself off, gesturing to the very rowdy girls taking another round of shots.
"Well... you're not wrong. To being old and susceptible to hangovers."
She giggles, and you hold out your glass towards hers, meeting her in the middle with a small clink and you both take a sip, her eyes never leaving yours.
"Woah there grandma. Not too hard now."
As you go to take another sip.
Rolling your eyes affectionately, you nudge her.
Turning back towards the group, you groan watching them take another round of shots.
"Oh sweet baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph. How the hell are we gettin' them home."
She pats your head with a small chuckle.
"With a lot of herding and the good old divide and conquer, cowgirl."
Then she moves off to go find Pernille and Magda on the other side of the room.
"You know, you and Glódís would be a super adorable couple."
A pair of arms wrap around your neck as a very drunk Sarah hangs onto you for stability, hear head leaning on your shoulder, and your arm moves to hold onto her so she doesn't hit the floor.
"Sarah, little miss, it's really cute that you wanna include me, but you know I don't speak German."
"One, I'm older than you, Two, sucks to be you."
A poke to the cheek following that, as she sticks out her tongue.
"Aren't you taking German classes anyway?"
"Yeah, but doesn't mean I understand the dialect of drunken soccer player yet."
She pouts at you before grumbling and resting her head back on it's spot on your shoulder.
"What I said was, you and Glódís would make a good couple."
Your cheeks immediately flame up, and your whole body tenses, wondering if you even heard the Austrian right.
"What-"
You clear your throat softly.
"What makes you say that?"
"You're already attached at the hip like no other. I've never seen her like this with anyone else. Even her old friend, Karólína."
"She's probably just missin' her then, Sar"
"If you say so."
It's just about mumbled into your shirt and you're beginning to realise that despite the pumping music, she's starting to exhaust pretty quickly with the way she's leaning further and further into you until you have to sit her down in one of the teams half occupied booths where she settles into another teammates arms.
With a small chuckle, you leave her to it, them saying they'd be heading out soon anyways and would take her home.
As you return to your spot at the table, you can't help but think back on what she said.
Despite her inebriation, what she said held weight in your mind.
And it ends with you eyeing up the woman through the small crowd over the lip of your drink.
You catch her looking back several times, each time sheet meets your eye, you think you imagine it, but her eyes crinkle a bit, and her smile gets a little brighter.
----
"You know, if you keep looking at her like that, she might catch onto you there, Glódí."
She knows she's not being subtle, but she can't help the way her eyes drift over to you.
"I have no idea what you're talking about, Schülli."
"I think you do."
Glódís bites her lower lip as she watches you set the very drunk Sarah down by Sam and Linda (The Swedish one) before moving back to where you were, carefully watching over the girls on the dance floor.
It seems, with even just a few months with the team, you're already looking out for them like your own.
When you make eye contact with her for the fourth time in ten minutes, she smiles just that little bit more, which you quickly match.
Though, it seems, she doesn't expect the wink you send with it.
She raises a brow at you, ducking under the cover of her glass, hoping the purple hue of the lighting masks her slightly flushed cheeks.
"Wow, she has got you already, hasn't she?"
"Shut up."
The defender quickly turns away from your direction so the striker doesn't have get given any more fuel and gives her an annoyed but small shove to the shoulder, a slight frown marring her features.
"I think you should go for it, Glódí, she clearly has something for you."
"And what if she says no? Then what? Another friendship here ruined?"
Lea pauses for a minute, watching her, as her head ducks and her cheeks flare up at the admission.
"You mean... Ka"
Glódís swiftly nods, shushing the forward.
"Is that why she hasn't-"
She nods again.
The tips of her ears burn in shame under the taller German's gaze.
She hadn't meant to bring it up, but it just slipped out.
Karólína hadn't exactly reacted badly as such, but things between them haven't been the same since then, and with her being on loan now, they really spoken, if at all.
It still hurt, the look in her eyes as she tried her best to let her best friend down gently. Even then, months later, after the international break together, it still hurt.
After that, she'd sworn off dating teammates.
Hence, she hesitates to even think about pursuing anything with you.
She can't help the pang of hope she gets when you smile so brightly at her, though.
The sweet, charming, smooth tone you hold with her.
The way you hold her just a little bit longer and tighter than you do with the others.
But that's what she thought with Karólína, too.
And she was oh so wrong there.
So what's stopping her from being wrong now, right?
"That's why it can't happen, Lea. I'm not going through that again. I can't risk losing her or risk the team possibly being affected by it."
Lea smiles sympathetically at her captain, hand resting on her shoulder with a small squeeze.
It's silent between them for a few moments before the blonde speaks up again.
"Then don't worry about it. Now come on, I think it's time we get this rowdy lot home, it's nearing midnight."
Glódís sighs in appreciation and nods, looking over to the singing and dancing group of players followed by her gaze ultimately drifting over to you once more, returning the familiar warm smile she receives.
----
"Alright, come on, time for you to go to bed, little miss."
There's a small giggle from the drunkenly slurring blonde as you walk her up to her front door, your hands rifling her pockets for her keys.
"You're so cute."
Giulia pokes your cheek with one finger, and you roll your eyes, ignoring the flush creeping up your neck when you hear Glódís' muffled laughter behind you.
You'd turn to give her a glare but you're a bit preoccupied.
"And you are very inebriated."
Finally acquiring the keys from her back pocket, which she giggles again and wiggles her eyebrows at you for, earning herself another eyeroll as you drag her inside finally.
"You sure you got her there?"
The amused chuckle from the doorway makes you groan as she watches your stubborn self herd the blonde woman, currently letting herself lean completely on you, into her bedroom to at least encourage her to bed for the night.
"I am perfectly capable, thank you."
You're sure she doesn't believe that, but you believe it enough yourself to give up and let the now giggling woman help you as she observes on your masterpiece of drunk person wrangling.
Said drunk person now dead weight in your arms whining about not wanting to go to bed yet, to which you just plop her on the mattress finally and despite her protests, she's asleep in seconds.
Turning to Glódís triumphantly, you catch her amused smirk.
"Yeah yeah, real funny. I'd like to see you do that."
She shrugs, shaking her head.
"You're the one that insisted on bringing her in yourself, without help."
Grumbling, you make sure Giulia is fully on the bed before dropping her keys by the door and exiting and locking it on the way out.
Now, the both of you are stood in the darkness outside, with the last of the girls dropped home already, a collaborative effort thanks to Pernille, Magda, both Lindas and Jovana.
It's just you and her, now.
It's a cool winter night, nearing the end of the season but still cold enough that you're half shivering in front of the older woman.
You're both silent, your eyes drifting over her features lit up under the faint glow of the street lamp.
You swear, she gets even prettier every day.
The subtle but sharp line of her jaw, the way her hair almost glows under the moonlight, and the soft pink tint to her cheeks from the cold all have your heart beating a little quicker.
The way her eyes sparkle as they scan yours from across the porch.
The way her lips quirk up slightly under your gaze, brow raising just a bit.
"You okay?"
Her words snap you out of your assessment, and you hum softly, quickly recovering.
"Just a little tired, let's get on home then, Darlin?"
She nods and turns to head towards her car.
It doesn't surprise her when you jog ahead of her to open the driver side door for her, having done it every single time now since leaving the club.
"Such a gentlewoman."
Apparently, she hadn't grown tired of it yet, so that's a start.
It's a soft teasing tone that you poke your tongue out at her at before jumping in the passenger side.
On the drive out to your place outside of the city, her arm rests on the centre console, lined up next to yours as you hum along to the song on the radio, gazing out the window but also occasionally glancing over at her, scanning her side profile.
If she can feel your gaze on her, she doesn't really react.
It remains quiet for most of the drive, with the occasional hum or murmur along with the music.
It's not an awkward silence, but one you both need after tonight's activities.
Every so often, your pinkies brush, and every time they do, there's a small jolt of electricity that shoots up you arm from where they meet.
The moment you're in your own driveway, you bid her a soft and sweet thanks with a gentle nudge and give her a small wink and wave as she pulls way again.
She's thankful you're not there to hear her most likely audible heart beating in her chest the rest of the way home again.
----
Her heart racing at everything you do doesn't stop that night.
In fact, it gets worse.
It feels like everything you do has it beating beyond her rib cage.
It frustrates her, actually.
Every time she gets placed on something she needs full focus and attention for, she's been perfect for, but if you're there next to her?
Forget it.
Media duties?
Sitting next to you, she can feel your leg occasionally brush hers, arms brushing on the table every time you set it down from making gestures and whatnot.
Coach speeches during half time?
It's like you're doing it on purpose knowing she can't focus when you're standing behind her, hands resting on her shoulders, warmth radiating against her back with how close you are.
At one point, she's convinced you are doing it on purpose when she looks back and up at you, head tilted to make eye contact with you with a brow kinked up as you look down at her with a small smirk and a wink.
The more it goes, the less she knows how to function around you.
Individual post game interviews?
Even with you just moving around her doing various interviews with different journalists. A small brush of shoulders here, a hand gliding across her lower back as you move past her there.
At this rate, she feels like she's drowning in you and she's not even trying to move away.
Paired up interviews?
It feels like she's at her wits end with this one.
You're brought in together for a two-on-one interview for some football media page she can't remember the name of. There, seated on a couch, you're not even really doing anything. Except for the arm you have over the back of the lounge, resting just behind her head.
You aren't seated so close that you're pressed together. But you are close enough she can smell your perfume and it's making her head spin a little.
Hell, she feels like she should be used to hearing you speak by now, but it still has her feeling like she can't think properly with you around.
How she plans on surviving this, she doesn't know, but all she knows if she doesn't do something, she's going to lose her mind.
----
You know you shouldn't do it.
Really.
There's not even a guarantee she likes you back right?
Still, you can't help teasing her a little.
She doesn't confront you about it, she doesn't tell you to stop and as far as you can tell, she's not uncomfortable.
Your captain has always been verbal about how she's feeling when she's talking to people...
Mostly.
But she never leans away from you, only ever receiving a flushed face or an eye brow in response at most.
You can tell it's flustering her though.
By the way she's so quick to hide her reddened cheeks.
It's in the most adorable way that she rolls her eyes at your teasing comments when she scores a pretty good goal.
Small touches here and there, innocent touches. Nothing more than brushes and occasional times of brushing away grass from her face after particularly rough tackles.
The soft smile and drawl flowing from you asking how she's holding up makes it worth it.
Even though you may not be able to kiss her, her smile? Totally worth it.
----
Glódís feels like she's at her breaking point right about now.
When she's getting distracted during a game, a champions league game at that, that's a major problem.
You're both lined up for offence on a free kick when you're pressed in between her and an opposition player while she pressures the player in front.
It takes one brush of your hands on her waist and she's distracted long enough to miss jumping for the header on time.
Instead, you make it to the header, the ball flying into the back of the net as you take off running in celebration, having broken the deadlock in the final minute of stoppage.
Which turns into celebrations of the win the moment the whistle blows for full time and you're piled on for saving the teams chances at a spot in the quarter final over PSG.
The screams of the home crowd are drowned out as she waits impatiently for the end of her on field media duties.
Being the captain sucked sometimes, but it had to be done.
The moment she's free, she's jogging straight over to you and you're being dragged away off the field before you can even realise what's happening.
You had your own media duties, ones that you were currently shirking right now not being out there.
The moment you realise it's Glódís, the protests you had ready die in your throat, left with minor confusion the further down the obscure hallways she drags you until you're both in a secluded area and you're shoved into a broom closet with the door slammed shut behind both of you.
"What's goin-"
It takes all of a moment for her to grab you by the collar and slam you against the door leaving you a little winded and confused.
"Whatever it is you're doing, needs to stop. You're driving me crazy."
"What are you-"
"Don't play dumb with me, every time you so much as come near me, you brush past me, you so much as stand near me, I can't think and it's like you damn well know it, too."
It suddenly clears up there. You definitely didn't weren't doing it entirely on purpose.
Well, maybe.
Okay, it may have been a little on purpose, but you had no idea she was this affected.
"Look, I can stop if it's making you uncomfortable but Glódís... I... I kind of really like you and..."
----
Oh.
Well that changes things.
You actually like her?
You weren't just teasing her?
----
Before you can say much else, her hands cup your face and her lips are on yours in one movement.
Anticipating the action, your arms are around her in an instant, pulling her as close to you as possible, her body hot against yours despite the almost raging cold out on the pitch.
Her hands are firm on your face not letting you go for even a second, her lips fervent and sure as they move with yours.
It's only when you pull away for air that she finally relaxes into your hold for the first time.
Your hands are pressed into her lower back, hers now pressed into your shoulders as she looks slightly down at you, being just shorter than her by an inch.
The two of you just breathe for a moment, taking the moment in.
"You know. If you wanted to kiss me, all you had to was ask, Sweetheart."
She huffs.
"You're infuriating, you know that?"
There's a small guffaw on your face after that.
"What did I do?"
She almost believes the innocent look on your face.
The small upturn of your lips let's her know otherwise though.
"What didn't you do?"
And she kisses you again, slower and more tender this time, slowly pressing you back into the wall, slotting herself easily between your legs.
With your chest pressed to hers, you can finally feel the way her heart races, and she can finally feel yours, too.
There's always been something about you.
Guess it's just part of your charm.

The reactions to the kiss photo were a turning point
Pernille Harder and Magdalena Eriksson are the dream couple of women's football. A kiss made both of them world famous. Now they play for FC Bayern. And see themselves on a special mission for the LGBTIQ+ community.
It's a day at the FC Bayern Campus in the north of Munich, a training center for the record champions' youth and women's teams: The currently injured Pernille Harder, 30, and Magdalena Eriksson, 30, come to talk to WELT AM SONNTAG in sportswear.
The dream couple of women's football moved from Chelsea to Munich in the summer. Since then, the two have received numerous media inquiries, but rarely give interviews together. This Saturday (5:55 p.m., ARD/Magentasport/DAZN) their team will play for the first time in the Bundesliga in the men's stadium in Munich, against Eintracht Frankfurt.
WELT AM SONNTAG: They had breakfast together today, drove to the training facility together, had a team meeting, and now did the interview together. Do you sometimes get tired of each other?
Magdalena Eriksson: (laughs) When we met, we also played for the same team, in Sweden. We are now used to being together all the time. And want it that way. Or? (Looks at Pernille Harder with a laugh)
Pernille Harder: Absolutely (laughs). But we don't walk around hand in hand all the time. Here on campus, we are at work – and very focused. While we eat, we sit with other players and talk to them. This is important. At home, it's nice when your partner knows what you've experienced during the day. You can exchange ideas and empathize differently. Especially when it comes to pressure and emotions.
Eriksson: Right. Parents, family and friends cannot understand this, no matter how good the relationship with them is. Because they are not professional footballers. Pernille and I can help each other very well. When she's at a low point, I build her up - and vice versa.
WELT AM SONNTAG: How long have you been together?
Harder: For nine and a half years.
WELT AM SONNTAG: At that time, could you imagine playing together for FC Bayern one day?
Harder: Many players have a dream club as a child that they really want to play for one day. I didn't have that. But I always wanted to play in Germany. I dreamed of this as a girl.
WELT AM SUNDAY: Why?
Harder: I was born in 1992. During my childhood and youth, German football was very strong, and the men's Bundesliga was very good. In 2017 I moved to VfL Wolfsburg - and was part of German football for the first time.
Eriksson: This is my first time playing for a German club. This is something very special for me. In my home country of Sweden, the Germans in football are called – loosely translated – the ghosts.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Why?
Eriksson: Because they always threw us Swedes out of big tournaments and scared us (laughs). Germany has always been very successful, so I have always been interested in the clubs here. And wanted to know why the Germans were so successful.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Were you able to reveal the German secret to success in your first few weeks in Munich?
Eriksson: (laughs) I'm still figuring it out. Germany has a lot of talented players who expect a lot from themselves. The quality of German women's football is very high.
Harder: Fatmire Bajramaj was an idol for me, she was incredible. A machine. Germany still has physically strong players, but now also very creative players. You need them, football has developed.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Ms. Eriksson, when you left Chelsea FC in the summer after six years, you cried.
Eriksson: Because it wasn't an easy decision. Timing plays an important role in life. And now that was perfect. Because we feel that our team at FC Bayern is currently developing enormously. And has enormous potential.
Harder: Some of our team consists of young players who are far from reaching their peak. We see great opportunities. The team is on a journey. We want to be part of the development.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Your coach Alexander Straus expects you to lead the team. What defines good leadership in football for you?
Eriksson: Be yourself! There are so many different leaders, quiet ones and loud ones. It's so individual. For me, communication is at the top. From my position in defense, I can see and direct a lot. This comes naturally. Some people say I'm louder on the pitch than in life off the pitch.
Harder: For me, leadership primarily means setting an example. If I give 100 percent, the younger players who might look up to me will do the same. Lead by example – this sentence still applies. It's about not just thinking about yourself, but about the entire team.
WELT AM SONNTAG: You also moved forward off the field when you kissed at the 2019 European Championships. You, Ms. Eriksson, had just won the quarterfinals with Sweden and went to the stands where your friend was cheering in the Sweden jersey. The kiss photo went around the world.
Harder: As a homosexual couple, we didn't hide beforehand, but we also didn't consciously show ourselves publicly for cameras. This moment was completely natural. We didn't even realize we were being photographed. It was only in the evening that we realized that something was happening: we received a lot of positive news. Before the photo, we never thought about the fact that we could be role models beyond sports. The reaction to the photo – that was a turning point. We realized that we were doing something for the LGBTIQ+ community, that we could do a lot of positive things for people with the little bit of our private life. This still feels incredible.
Eriksson: Until the photo, we didn't realize what influence we could have. Since then, we wanted to do more. Our goal is to make people's lives a little easier. We have therefore joined the Common Goal organization.
WELT AM SONNTAG: You donate one percent of your salary to this charitable organization, like the German national players Mats Hummels and Serge Gnabry .
Harder: Every player can choose which area the money should go to. We chose “Play Proud.” An organization committed to making stadiums safe spaces for the LGBTIQ+ community. And imparts the necessary knowledge.
WELT AM SONNTAG: What do you want to stand for?
Harder: Maybe we can change the attitude of people who send hate, for example on social media. It is important that everyone has the opportunity to live peacefully. No matter who he or she loves or where you come from.
Eriksson: We want to show members of the LGBTIQ+ community that they are no different than others, that they are not alone.
Harder: You don't see same-sex relationships in professional men's football. There are very few role models in football for young people in this regard. If we can be that we're happy to be that. That's probably why our kiss was so special for many people: because it happened in a football context. It's nice that we can play a part in making football more open.
Eriksson: When I was younger, I knew some players who were gay. But they weren't really proud of it, at least that's how it seemed to me. They were hiding a bit. When Pernille and I act normally, it sends the message: Be proud of who and how you are!
WELT AM SONNTAG: What did you think when, after the final of the Women's World Cup, you saw the then Spanish association president Luis Rubiales kissing the Spanish player Jennifer Hermoso on the mouth?
Harder: I was surprised and shocked that this could happen. That a man doesn't understand that it's wrong to do this - and on the biggest stage in women's football. It was completely over the limit. That's why it was important that the Spanish players made this clear.
Eriksson: I felt sorry for the Spanish players. They had just achieved the biggest title of their careers to date - and hardly anyone talked about it, everything revolved around the kiss. But there is something positive in this negative event: namely the global solidarity of women. The players around Jennifer Hermoso stuck together. I found that inspiring. They sent a message: standing together can make the difference. I hope that the players will look back in a few years and be very proud.
WELT AM SONNTAG: How do you rate the development of women's football in general? Where can it go?
Harder: I played for the Danish national team for the first time when I was 16 years old. An incredible amount has happened in our sport since then. He wasn't really accepted back then. Now you can see the potential. Women's football has a bright future ahead of it.
Eriksson: I'm very excited to see where the sport is going. When you became an international player, Chelsea didn't even have a women's team. And the English women's league didn't exist yet. Now there are so many options for girls and women. That's why we both want to stay in women's football after our careers as players and continue to drive this development forward.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Do you want to become a trainer?
Eriksson: During our time at Chelsea, we got our UEFA B coaching license and trained the U14s there at times. Maybe we'll get the A license.
WELT AM SONNTAG: Does it help or is it annoying that women's football is repeatedly compared to men's football ?
Eriksson: It's good to compare until we reach a standard in women's football that is acceptable to everyone. Our sport is not yet where it should be in every country and in every respect. Some players don't get enough money and don't have professional conditions everywhere. We have to fight for that. Once we have achieved that, the comparisons may well subside. Because women's football has a lot that makes it unique: such as the peaceful atmosphere in the stadiums, the great fans, and the family-friendly atmosphere in general.
Harder: When it comes to infrastructure, women's football can even use the eternal comparison with men's football - to learn. The women should have the same set-up as the men. There should be some kind of minimum wage for the respective leagues. You can't expect a player to train intensively twice a day and then take care of her body and the team without being able to make a living from it. When it comes to the peaceful atmosphere in the stadiums, I'm entirely with Magdalena - here men's football can learn from women's football. Riots and hostility that unfortunately occur from time to time in men's football do not exist in women's football. The fans in our sport are exemplary.
WELT AM SONNTAG: You recently played together for Chelsea for three years. How does women's football in Germany differ from that in England?
Harder: A lot has changed since I left the Bundesliga in 2020.
WELT AM SONNTAG: What specifically?
Harder: Above all, the interest of the audience. Over 13,000 spectators came to our first game away from home against SC Freiburg , and our stadium here on campus is almost always full for home games. Thousands of people even came to pre-season friendly games.
WELT AM SONNTAG: How many spectators came to Chelsea?
Eriksson: Usually between 3,000 and 4,000 spectators.
WELT AM SONNTAG: What else does England have ahead of Germany?
Harder: The English are extremely good when it comes to branding and marketing the clubs and the league.
Eriksson: The quality of the Bundesliga is enormous. Every team can take points from you. It's a pretty balanced league. Alex, our coach, relies on dominant football with a lot of ball control. In England, it was a bit more goal-to-goal. This is a very interesting challenge. I'm already 30 years old, but I feel that I can learn and develop here.
WELT AM SONNTAG: What soccer skills would you like your partner to have?
Harder: (looks at Eriksson) Your left foot. And your unwillingness to compromise in duels.
Eriksson: (looks at Harder) You’re dribbling at high speed. And your calmness when making decisions in the last third of the game. I always get nervous when I get close to the opponent's goal (laughs). You, on the other hand, are totally cool. And you know exactly when to pass and when to shoot.
Harder: I'm a striker. That's my job (laughs).
WELT AM SONNTAG: Are you interested in football 24/7?
Harder: Luckily not. It's also about coffee (laughs). And eat. We love good coffee and good food.
Eriksson: Travel and family are also important to us. I just became an aunt, my sister had a child. And Pernille has two nephews. It's important to know that there's more to life than football. We used to be different. When we got together, it was mostly football for us.
Harder: We were very young. We still want to achieve a lot, but we take some things more calmly.

Vilja the wing-woman
Tuva Hansen x reader
I guess Tuva and I would have never met, if Vilja hadn't been.
The brown Cockapoo dog, moved with Tuva to Munich in the winter of 2022 and while they where exploring their new neighborhood, I was walking home from work.
She was throwing Vilja’s toy and it accidentally landed right between my feet.
But the small dog didn't walk back to her owner, she picked up the toy and looked up at me.
“Hey, little one.” I say and kneel down.
“Vilja?” I hear someone shouting and look up, meeting her blue eyes.
“Bad girl.” The women says as she notices that Vilja had laid down on my shoe.
“No, she’s really cute actually.” I say and she smiles.
“I’m sorry, normally she is not that...clingy.”
“No really, it's okay, I could never be mad at someone this sweet.” I answer and softly pet Vilja between her ears.
She makes a sound, that sounds like she agrees with me.
I get up and cant help but think, that I never saw someone as beautiful as her.
“I’m sorry but I have to go home, still need to do some work.” I say and Vilja pushes her head against my leg.
“I live that way.” I add and nod towards the street behind her.
“Me too, would it be okay for you if we walk back with you?” she asks and I nod, smiling at her.
“I’m Y/N, by the way.” I say as we start walking.
“Tuva and this is Vilja.”
“Nice to meet you two.” I answer and look down at Vilja who is walking between us.
After around five minutes and doing some small talk, we stop at my apartment building
“That's where I live.”, I say and Tuva nods.
“We actually live over there.” she says and points at the building, right across the street.
“Really, I never seen you two before.”
“We moved her only three weeks ago, for my work” she explains.
“Wow, you must really love your job then.” I say, I could never move for my job to a city, where I know nobody.
“Yes and I really like it here so it's not to bad I guess.”
I go down on my knees and softly pet Vilja behind her ears, before getting up and smiling at Tuva.
“It was really nice to meet you two and thanks for walking me home.” I say and she smiles back at me.
“It was really nice to meet you too.” I say, pulling my key out of my pocket and unlocking the door.
I turn back and watch Tuva walk across the street and unlock the door to her own house, I cant help but smile at my self as I walk upstairs and into my apartment.
In the next days and weeks, I meet Tuva more often.
Mostly when one of us I coming back from work or she went on walks with Vilja and sometimes I went with them and we went and grab some Coffee.
And we talked a lot.
She told me that she's from Norway and moved here to get her dream job as a pro soccer player for FC Bayern, and since her family still lives in Norway she is happy that she has Vilja with her.
And to be honest I really really like her.
Probably more than I should.
This weekend she went to Norway to visit her Family and I offered to look after Vilja.
Its Sunday evening and we are laying on the couch together, watching some movie, Vilja laid her head on my tight, while I pet her behind her ears.
“You miss you mom, don't you?” I ask and she pushes her head against my head.
“I miss her too.” I say and look over to the clock on the wall.
Tuva said that her flight lands at 8:30pm and that she need around one hour to get back from the airport.
During the end of the movie I fall asleep and only get woken up by the sound of the doorbell.
I get up and quickly open the door.
“Tuva.” I say and smile at her.
“Hello Y/N.” she answers and pulls me into her hug.
I wrap my arms around her and hold onto her, she smells good, like cinnamon and a little bit like grass but mostly like herself.
After we brake apart, I think her smile is a little bit bigger than before but maybe I’m just imagining things.
“Vilja?” she calls out but I don't her the sound of her paws on the floor, something I really have gotten used to in the last days.
“Come in.” I say and follow her into my small apartment.
Vilja is still laying on the couch and doesn’t even bother to move as Tuva walks in.
“I think someone likes it here, more than they should.” Tuva says, looking at me.
“Its okay, did you eat something for dinner?” I ask and Tuva shakes her head.
“I have some leftover pasta, if you want.” I offer while I’m already on my way into the kitchen.
While I reheat the pasta, Tuva watches me and after a couple of minutes she walks up behind me and wraps her arms around me.
“Thanks for watching over my little girl.” She says and rests her chin on my shoulder.
“Every time.” I say and lean against her.
From the door we hear a loud woof and Tuva stumbles back.
“Look who finally got up.” I say and grab the plate and a fork.
Together we sit down at the small table and I watch her eat, while Vilja climbs on the chair between us.
“How was your weekend?” I ask and watch her looking up at me.
“Good, it was great to see my family again and Bryne is still one of my favorite places.” She explains and I nod.
She tells me more about her weekend and after she finishes her dinner, I grab a bottle of wine and we move over to the couch.
“So you are telling me that everyone in your family is or was playing soccer.” I ask after she told me where she got her love for the game from.
“Nah not everyone, only my siblings and my Dad.”
“Is it hard being the youngest child?”
“Well I cant really tell you that, because I never knew it any different. I mean is it hard being an only child?” she asks back and I nod.
“Yeah, I guess there is no answer to that question.” I say and she laughs.
“Jesus, how can someone be so beautiful.” I ask myself and almost say it out loud.
At some point I catch my self staring at her lips.
“You know, I thought a lot about you, in the last days.” she says, her cheeks turning red.
“Can I try something.” she adds and I nod.
“Close your eyes, please.”
I do as told and feel her coming closer.
So close that I can feel her warmth. So close that I smell her sweet scent. So close that I feel her breath on my face.
And after what feels like eternity, I feel her lips on mine.
Softly.
And slow.
Like she's afraid to hurt me.
After a couple of seconds she notices that I don't pull I way.
I actually do the opposite.
I kiss her back.
And that gives her the confidence, to lay her hand on my cheek and to pull me closer.
I wrap my arms around her shoulder and she softly pushes me back into the couch.
“Wow.” is the only thing I can say after we brake apart, her basically laying on top of me.
“And I thought about doing this.” she says and smiles, while I get lost in the beauty of her eyes.
“I really like kissing you.”
“I really like kissing you too.” she replies and I smile back.
I feel something pushing against my shoulder and look to the side, seeing Vilja there, now that she got our attention she walks towards the door.
“What? Now you wanna go.” Tuva says and rolls her eyes.
“Hey.” I say and her attention shifts back at me.
“If she hadn’t been, we wouldn't be her.” I remind her.
Tuva nods while Vilja sits down and looks at us proudly.
“Yeah, okay.” she says and gets up. “If the princess wants to go home, then I guess we go home.”
I watch her grab her jacket and softly pet Vilja goodnight, before placing a soft kiss on her head.
I’m really gonna miss her.
“You know, if she gets a kiss, its only fair if I get one too.” Tuva says and I look up at her.
I softly grab her by her waist and pull her closer, connection our lips.
“Good night, Tuva.” I whisper, in the small space between us.
“Good night, Y/N.” she answers and opens the door.
I watch them walk down the stair before closing the door and running over to the window to watch them walk into there own house.
At the door, Tuva turns back and spots me watching them.
She blows me a kiss and I feel my cheeks burning red before she follows Vilja inside.
“Damm I’m so in love with you.” I say to myself, knowing that I miss her already.
But I know that I’m gonna see her again, soon.
And I thank god for Vilja.
I don't wanna imagine what happened, if Vilja hadn't been.

Column Vivianne Miedema | The fact that FC Utrecht comes with a women's team sounds nice, but it is not a good idea
Columnist Vivianne Miedema does not think it is a good idea that the Eredivisie for women is expanded to twelve teams. ,,You already see results of 8-0 or 9-0. That will only get worse if there are more clubs.”
Slowly I start to hobble around the house again. At the beginning of this month I had surgery on my knee after I was seriously injured in December. The operation was successful. Everything the doctors wanted to do succeeded. That knee still nags and that's why I sometimes lie awake at night because of the pain. That is still part of it now, such an operation is not nothing.
Due to my injury I follow the football news in the Netherlands even better than usual. After AZ, FC Utrecht is now also entering the premier league with a women's team, so that after the summer we will have a competition with twelve teams. That sounds nice and great, of course, but I don't think it's a good idea.
A lot has changed for the better in recent years, thanks to the excellent work of quite a few people with a heart for women's football. But let's also be honest. In the Netherlands we are still far from where we want to be with the women's premier league. When I switched from the premier league to Bayern Munich nine years ago (yes, I'm getting old), I would have thought we would have moved on now. Especially in view of the successes we have achieved with Orange in the meantime.
"We want a full-fledged premier league, which is not played on artificial turf"
FC Twente, PSV, Ajax and now also Feyenoord are doing really well, but the reality is that sometimes games are played on an artificial turf field at an amateur club on a cold Friday evening. For 250 spectators. Stop using that artificial grass anyway. We want a full-fledged premier league, which is not played on artificial turf. Easy.
So I am not in favor of expanding the Premier League. You can already see results of 8-0 or 9-0. That will only get worse if there are more clubs. Because I can't imagine that AZ (as a replacement for VV Alkmaar) and FC Utrecht have direct competitive teams. It would surprise me. Of course it also depends on how much those clubs want to invest. But otherwise they take players away from other clubs, so that the effect remains the same. Where do you suddenly get two complete selections from, while the overall level is already not high enough?
"There is simply not enough talent right now. Let's look at that, instead of trying to expand the Premier League. That's the correct order"
Here in England they have a system that I believe in. All clubs from the three highest divisions are obliged to contribute financially to the development of women's football. Even the clubs that do not have a women's branch of their own. It works twofold: there is money to develop the sport and it encourages clubs to set up a women's branch. This should also get off the ground in the Netherlands.
So that we can really work on a good foundation for women's football in the Netherlands. As a result, girls will eventually have the same facilities and opportunities as boys in the training of a professional club. Don't get me wrong: I really understand that something like this can't be done with the snap of a finger. But we have to think this way when it comes to the development of women's football.
I am concerned about the Premier League. And that is also a theme within Oranje. If we want to continue to perform at the top global level with the national team, a larger pond is needed. There is simply not enough talent right now. Let's look at that, instead of trying to expand the Premier League. That's the correct order.

new family
barcelona femení x kika nazareth x reader
summary: if your family cannot accept you for who you are, your new family will.
warnings: homophobia mentions, coming out, angst, comfort, very long fic
your new home.
the first time you step foot in barcelona, it feels like an entirely new world. at just nineteen, you've been given a rare opportunity to live across the atlantic ocean, far from home, far from the familiar comforts of family and friends to play for the best club in women’s football as a defender.
it's thrilling, this chance to explore yourself and form your own ideas without the weight of your past or family pulling you back. but it’s also terrifying, since you have to build your social life from the ground up.
the team welcomes you warmly, and before long, you feel like you’re a part of something special– a new family.
you bond quickly with your teammates, and learn your new rhythm of life in spain.
but to you there's one person who stands out more than the others—kika, the newest player at barcelona. she's full of life, happy, with a laugh that makes your heart race and a smile that lights up even the darkest days.
at first, you don't understand why you're drawn to her the way you are.
you’ve had crushes before, but this feels different, for many reasons.
your last crushes were on men, many years ago during your middle school days.
the feelings you have for kika are more intense, more real.
you find yourself watching her during training, lingering in her presence, and feeling a flutter in your chest whenever she talks to you. she asks you to be her partner during drills, and you always accept.
the whole thing is confusing, overwhelming, and a little scary, but also something you can’t ignore.
as the days turn into weeks and the weeks into months, your feelings for kika grow stronger. it hits you one evening when you’re both sitting on the blue barcelona benches after a late training session, the sky painted with the soft hues of an orange spanish sunset.
kika is talking about her family back home in portugal, her eyes sparkling with fondness, and you realize that you don’t just like kika—you’re Infatuated with her. in that moment, everything clicks into place.
you’re a lesbian.
it’s a realization that shakes you to your core, but also feels like a puzzle piece finally falling into place.
for the first time, you truly understand who you are, and it’s liberating.
you begin to accept it, slowly, carefully, letting the idea settle in your mind. it’s a part of you, a part that you hadn’t fully understood until now.
kika, oblivious to the storm of emotions inside you, continues to talk, and you smile, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. you don’t know when it happens exactly, but one day, she looks at you in a way that’s different from before—softer, more intimate—and you realize she feels the same.
it’s subtle at first, a brush of hands, a shared look that lingers a little too long, until one night after el clasico when you invite her over to your apartment, she kisses you.
it’s everything you’ve imagined and more—soft, sweet, and filled with love.
you pull back, breathless, staring into her eyes with a mix of disbelief and joy.
“is this okay?” she asks, her voice barely above a whisper, and you nod, too overwhelmed to speak.
“yeah, it’s more than okay,” you finally manage, and she smiles, pulling you into another kiss, this one deeper, more assured. it’s the beginning of something beautiful, something that feels right.
it’s a crisp evening in january in munich, the air buzzing with the electric energy that only a champions league match can bring.
the stands are packed, fans draped in blaugrana, but with german red as well.
their cheers and chants echoing through the stadium. you’re on the pitch, adrenaline coursing through your veins as you face off against bayern munich, the intensity of the match pushing you to your limits.
the game has been tight, both teams fighting fiercely for dominance on the field.
you’ve been giving it your all, weaving through defenders, pressing high, stopping german forwards, creating chances, but the breakthrough hasn’t come yet.
the score is still 0-0, and you know that one goal for barcelona could change everything in the group stage match.
then, it happens.
a perfectly timed pass from alexia sends the ball back to your foot, just outside the box and after the halfway line.
as a defender, you notice gaps. bayern had a huge gap where you could launch the ball towards the goal– the only risk being their goalkeeper blocking it.
you take a quick touch, setting yourself up, and without hesitation, you strike. the ball sails through the air, spinning towards the top corner, and for a split second, time seems to slow down.
the breath in your lungs were held, watching as the bayern goalkeeper dives, her fingertips brushing the ball—but it’s not enough.
the ball hits the back of the net.
for a moment, there’s silence, as if the entire stadium is holding its breath.
then the roar of the away crowd erupts around you, deafening and exhilarating, and you feel a rush of pure, unfiltered joy.
you did it. you scored in the champions league.
as a centre back, this hasn’t happened with you much.
your teammates rush towards you after you put your hands up in joy, their faces alight with excitement and pride.
you’re grinning so wide it hurts, your heart pounding in your chest as they surround you, offering high-fives, smacks on the back, and hugs.
but it’s kika who reaches you last, on purpose– her eyes shining with a mix of awe and love.
before you can say anything, she’s wrapping her arms around you, pulling you into a tight embrace.
you can feel her heart beating just as fast as yours, her breath warm against your ear as she whispers, “you were amazing, y/n.”
and then, without a second thought, she presses a soft kiss to your cheek. it’s a sweet, tender gesture, full of affection and pride, and it sends a warm flush spreading through your entire body. the kiss lingers, her lips soft against your skin, and you can’t help the way your heart skips a beat at the contact.
her words stick to you. she didn’t mention the goal, she said that you were good.
you pull back slightly, just enough to see the wide smile on her face, and you’re sure you’re blushing, but you don’t care.
“thank you,” you murmur, your voice soft, almost shy.
the moment doesn’t go unnoticed. your teammates who got back in their positions start to giggle and cheer, their voices playful as they take in the scene.
“look at that!” ewa teases, a wide grin on her face. “our goal scorer’s getting some extra love.”
ona, who’s always quick with a quip, sidles up beside you, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
“y/n, you’re so in love it’s written all over your cute face.”
you glance at kika, who watched you with that same soft smile before setting herself up for the game, and you know you can’t deny it.
not when you feel like this—so happy, so content, so in love. you shrug, a playful smile tugging at your lips as you meet ona’s gaze. “i can’t help it,” you say, your voice full of warmth. “she’s kind of hard to resist.”
the match continues, but that moment stays with you—etched into your memory as one of the sweetest, most genuine moments of your life. and as the whistle blows on the field again, you can’t help but feeling like you’ve won twice in one evening.
being with your girlfriend is like a dream. she’s everything you could have hoped for in a partner—kind, understanding, and so full of love that it makes your heart swell just thinking about her.
your teammates notice the change in you, the way you light up whenever kika is around, and they’re happy for you.
alexia, your captain and neighbor, is especially supportive, always there with a knowing smile or a gentle word of encouragement.
living next door to alexia and her girlfriend, olga, has its perks.
the two of them have taken you under their wing from the moment you arrived, treating you like a little sister. alexia is the kind of leader who leads by example, and she’s always there to guide you, both on and off the pitch. her and olga’s relationship is something you look up to.
you spend countless nights at their apartment, talking about life advice, football, and everything in between.
alexia is your rock, she is the goat to everyone but to you she is another sister. someone you can lean on when things get tough, and olga is like another mother figure, always ready with a joke to lighten the mood, help you with dinner, or a hug when you need it most.
it’s during one of these late-night conversations that you find the courage to tell alexia about your true feelings for kika.
she listens intently, her eyes full of understanding, and when you’re done, she smiles softly.
“i’m proud of you, y/n,” she says, placing a hand on your shoulder. “i am happy that you’re being true to yourself– i had to go through the same thing. you and kika compliment each other very well.”
her words give you the strength you need to take the next step—to come out to your family.
it’s something you’ve been dreading, but you know it’s something you have to do. so, one evening, you call them, your heart pounding in your chest as you wait for someone to pick up.
your mother answers first, her voice warm and familiar, and for a moment, you almost back out.
but then you remember kika, the way she makes you feel, and you know you can’t keep this part of yourself hidden any longer. you wanted to show the world that you loved kika, and taking that step to tell your family first was important.
“mom, there’s something i need to tell you,” you begin, your voice trembling.
you can hear the concern in her voice as she asks what’s wrong, and you take a deep breath, closing your eyes as you force the words out.
“i’m… i’m dating someone–”
“oh my goodness, finally,” your mother cheers.
“i didn’t realize that you’d have suitors in spain– what's the fellows name!?” she continued.
your heart broke a tiny bit, knowing that it's not a man you’ll be telling her about.
“you’ve been watching my games, right?” you ask.
you couldn’t see your mom, but you could tell her eyebrows were raised.
“yes?”
“number 18 on my team, kika– she is the person i am dating..” you swallow.
there’s a long silence on the other end of the line, and for a moment, you look at your phone thinking that the call has dropped. but then your mother speaks, her voice cold and distant in a way that makes your heart drop.
“are you serious, y/n? is this some kind of phase?”
the words hit you like a punch to the gut, and you can feel the tears welling up in your eyes.
“no, mom, it’s not a phase. i’m a lesbian. i’ve always been, i just… didn’t tell you until now.”
“y/n, this isn’t… this isn’t what our parents raised us to be,” your younger brother’s voice cuts in, harsh and unforgiving.
“you can’t be serious about this. this has to be a joke. you’re throwing your life away for something that isn’t even right or makes sense.”
your heart breaks.
“it makes sense to me,” you whisper, but they’re not listening.
they continue to talk, their voices overlapping in a barrage of judgment and disappointment, and you feel your heart tearing apart with every word.
“please, just… try to understand,” you plead, but it’s no use. they’ve made up their minds, and there’s nothing you can say to change it.
“y/n, you need to think about what you’re doing or if you’re being manipulated,” your mother says, her tone final.
“we can’t support this or you. this is all wrong.”
the words echo in your mind, cutting deeper than anything you’ve ever felt before.
they don’t accept you, they don’t understand, and it feels like your world is crumbling around you.
“i… i can’t do this– goodbye.” you manage to choke out before ending the call, you quickly block your families numbers from your phones before the sobs hit your body– forcing you to collapse onto your bed.
you don’t know how long you stay there, crying into your pillow. the sun sets and now your room is dark, since you don’t bother getting up to turn on your ambient lamps.
eventually, you force yourself to get up when you notice the polaroid picture of you and kika sitting on your bedside table.
your legs are shaky, your heart feels like it’s been smashed into a million pieces, but you know you can’t stay here. you need to be somewhere safe, somewhere where you’re loved.
the family you grew up with will not be your family anymore. you refuse to associate with individuals that cannot accept you for who you are. Luckily you’re in another country so it won’t be as hard.
without thinking, you grab your keys and head to alexia’s apartment across the hall.
your hands tremble as you knock on the door, and when it opens, you’re shocked to see not just alexia and olga, but also ingrid, mapi, frido, caroline, and marta.
they’re all there, gathered around the living room, and as soon as they see your tear-streaked face, they jump up from the sectional couch and rush to your side.
“y/n,¿qué pasó?” alexia asks, her voice full of concern as she pulls you into a tight hug.
you try to speak, but the words won’t come out, so you just shake your head, burying your face in her shoulder as the tears start again.
“it’s okay, you’re safe now,” she whispers, rubbing your back as the others gather around, offering their own words of comfort.
“they… they don’t accept me,” you finally manage to get out, your voice breaking.
“they don’t understand, and they never will.”
there’s confusion from your teammates. everyone looks around to see anger and sadness in mapi’s eyes. she might not relate to it, but she knows exactly what you might’ve gone through.
“y/n, i’m so sorry,” mapi says, her voice thick with emotion as she reaches out to squeeze your hand.
“you don’t need them,” mapi continues firmly, her hand resting on your shoulder.
“what happened?” ingrid whispers in mapi’s ear.
“my family doesn’t want me to be with her, they don’t accept me ingrid.” you say, rubbing your eyes as you put your head up from alexia’s shoulders.
all of the adults in the room frowned.
“i am so sorry nina.” olga hugs you.
“we love you, y/n. everyone here, and everyone on the team, accepts you.” caroline rubs your shoulder as olga pulls away from your body.
“we’re your family now, y/n. we love you for who you are, no matter what.”
“and we always will,” frido adds, her voice soft but strong.
“you’re not alone in this,” olga says.
“not at all.” alexia finishes.
the words are like a balm to your broken heart, and you feel a warmth spreading through you as you look around at the faces of your teammates—your friends, your family.
they’re here for you, they love you, and they’re not going anywhere.
“thank you,” you whisper, your voice trembling as you look at each of them.
“i don’t know what i’d do without you all.”
“you’ll never have to find out niña,” alexia says, pulling you into another hug.
“we’re here for you, always.”
as the night goes on, you start to feel a little better, surrounded by the love and support of your teammates.
it doesn’t erase the pain of your family’s rejection, but it helps to know that you’re not alone.
kika comes over to alexia’s apartment when mapi contacts her, not giving much detail but saying that you needed her support.
when you tell kika everything– her eyes are wide, filled with a mixture of shock, worry, and something deeper—something that makes your heart ache all over again.
she steps closer, her hand trembling slightly as she reaches out to touch your cheek, wiping away a stray tear with her thumb.
“y/n…” she whispers, her voice breaking with emotion.
“i’m so sorry. i… i can’t believe they’d say that to you. you don’t deserve that. not at all.”
her words hit you hard, and you can see the pain etched on her face, pain that mirrors your own.
it’s clear that she’s hurting for you, that your heartbreak is tearing her apart just as much as it’s tearing you apart.
she pulls you into a hug, holding you so tight that you can feel her heart beating against yours, strong and steady, grounding you in a way that nothing else can.
“estou aqui, ok?” she murmurs, her breath warm against your ear as she strokes your hair.
“i’m here, and i’m not going anywhere. we’ll get through this together, i promise.”
you clutch her tighter, feeling a fresh wave of tears coming on, but this time they’re different—not just tears of sadness, but also of gratitude.
you don’t know what you did to deserve someone like kika in your life, someone who loves you so deeply and so fiercely, but in this moment, you’re thankful for every bit of it.
kika pulls back slightly, just enough to look into your eyes, her hands cupping your face with a tenderness that makes your chest tighten.
“they don’t get to decide who you are or who you love,” she says, her voice firm, full of conviction.
“you’re perfect just the way you are, y/n. and i love you, so much. don’t ever forget that.”
her words are saving, pulling you out of the darkness that’s been threatening to swallow you whole.
you nod, unable to find the right words to respond, but the look in her eyes tells you that she understands.
“we’re your family now,” kika continues, her voice softening as she presses a gentle kiss to your forehead. she smile, not knowing that alexia said the same thing a few moments ago.
“me, alexia, mapi, everyone here. we’re your family, and we’ll always be here for you, no matter what.”
the others nod in agreement, their expressions full of love and support, and you feel a warmth spreading through your chest, chasing away the coldness that’s been lingering since that painful phone call.
you’re surrounded by people who love you for who you are, people who will stand by you through anything, and that’s more than you could have ever hoped for.
“i love you too, so much kika” you finally manage to say, your voice shaking with emotion as you look into kika’s eyes.
“all of you. thank you… for being here, for loving me.” you say looking at your present teammates.
kika smiles, a soft, bittersweet smile that tells you she understands the depth of what you’re feeling.
she leans in, pressing her lips to yours in a kiss that’s full of love, reassurance, and a promise of better days to come.
it’s a kiss that reminds you that you’re not alone, that you have a family here in barcelona—a family that will love and support you no matter what.
when you finally pull away, you find yourself wrapped in the warmth of your teammates, their arms around you in a group hug that feels like a cocoon of safety and love.
your new home.
if you're struggling with similar feelings, just know that you're loved always. it might not feel like it, but we love you and support you for who you are!
