Wheat Parotta - Recipe Ingredients: Atta / Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cups Salt Sugar - 1 tsp Yogurt - 1 Tbsp Oil - 2 tsp Water Ghee Method: 1. In a wide bowl, add Atta, salt, sugar, yogurt, oil & water at intervals to knead in to dough 2. Close with a lid & let the dough sit for 5 minutes 3. Knead again for few minutes and close and let sit another 5 minutes 4. Knead for the 3rd time and let it sit for 1 to 2 hours 5. Finally, knead one more time and make balls that fit in your palm from the dough 6. Flatten the ball as small as you can. 7. Dab ghee all over on the surface 8. Gently make slits for every 1/2 inch with a knif and fold like pleats. 9. Roll and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes 10. Flatten them gently and not so thin 11. Toast in tawa. Spread some ghee while toasting Done!!! In this video, we are doing a short review of the Jamaican Charcoal chicken from Barbecue space trivandrum. And obviously the Best Charcoal Grilled Chicken in Trivandrum (ഗ്രിൽഡ് ചിക്കൻ ) .  Barbecue space restaurant was previously known as slice of spice and the charcoal grilled chicken was known as Al Ashrouf chicken. So the Al Ashrouf chicken of Slice of Spice is our all time favorite. Thought of sharing this with our dear friends! We used to have the Al Ashrouf Chicken / Jamican Charcoal Chicken from Slice of Spice(Kazhakootam and Palayam) and it remains as our favourite charcoal grilled chicken in Thiruvananthapuram. The restaurant is now known as Barbecue space and has got its outlet in Kowdiar as well. We liked the chicken as usual. But the Barotta was not tasty. Normally the in restaurant service and food served is of the best quality.
