Ingredients: For the Red Velvet Cake Layer: 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾 1 cup granulated sugar 🍬 1 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫 ½ tsp baking powder 🧁 ½ tsp baking soda 🥄 ¼ tsp salt 🧂 ½ cup vegetable oil 🫒 ½ cup buttermilk, room temperature 🥛 1 large egg 🥚 1 tbsp red food coloring ❤️ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿 ½ tsp white vinegar 🍶 For the Banana Pudding Cheesecake Layer: 16 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀 ½ cup granulated sugar 🍬 2 large eggs 🥚 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas) 🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿 ½ cup sour cream 🍶 For the Topping: 1 cup heavy cream 🍶 2 tbsp powdered sugar 🍬 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿 Sliced bananas 🍌 Crushed vanilla wafers or mini red velvet cake crumbs (optional) 🍪 Instructions: 1️⃣ Prepare the Red Velvet Cake Layer: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
