BANANA CREAM PIE COOKIE CUPS
Mini cream pie recipes are always fun but a blend of banana cream and sugar cookies all rolled into an easy bite sized Banana Cream Pie Cookie Cups recipe makes it even better.

BANANA CREAM PIE COOKIE CUPS RECIPE
Banana Cream Pie is a delicacy in itself. But when you have banana cream pudding with bananas and sugar cookies, it makes for a splendid Banana Cream Dessert. Mini cream pie recipes are always fun and keeps everyone happy when they are bite sized. In honor of National Banana Cream Pie Day, we are happily sharing our Banana Cream Cookie Cups recipe.

Banana Cream Dessert Ingredients: Package sugar cookie dough *or use from-scratch recipe 1 package banana pudding mix A cup milk One cup whipped cream topping Banana, in slices Chocolate sprinkles, optional garnish

  *From scratch sugar cookies: Sugar Cookie Ingredients: 3 cups flour teaspoon baking powder 1 cup unsalted butter Cup sugar Large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract   How to make Banana Cream Pie Cups 1. Preheat oven to 350F   2. Grease a muffin or tart tin and press 1-2 Tablespoons of cookie dough into each indentation and press to shape into a cup shape (along the bottom and sides of the indentation).

  3. When each muffin tin is full, bake the cookie cups for 8-12 minutes (will vary depending on the size of your tin).   4. Allow the cookie cups to cool in the muffin tray before removing.   5. For the banana pudding filling, use a hand mixer to combine the banana pudding mix and milk until starting to thicken, about 2 minutes.

  6. Fold in the whipped cream topping and be careful not to over mix.

  7. Spoon 1-2 Tablespoons of the banana cream filling into the cookie cups and top as desired.

  8. Top with a banana slice and chocolate sprinkles if desired.

  *From Scratch Sugar Cookie Directions: 1. Cream the butter and sugar together with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.   2. Add in the eggs and vanilla.   3. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and baking powder and then slowly add it to the sugar-butter mixture.   4. Once all of the flour is incorporated into the dough, form into a ball and cover with plastic wrap.   5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before shaping into cookie cups.
