ALCOHOL & FITNESS😉🥃 . . . The key to enjoying alcohol while reaching your fitness goals, is incorporating it in moderation🔑. No you can’t drink unlimitedly multiple times a week, but you can treat yourself with a few drinks every now & then! Here’s a couple tips to keep you on track when you decide to indulge💃🏻🍾: . . . 🔸Be mindful when selecting your drink of choice. Beer & sugary mixed drinks tend to be the highest in calories, while red/dry white wines, spiked seltzers, and plain light liquor tend to be better options🍸🍋. If you’re drinking liquor, be careful about choosing a chaser. Things like soda water & diet lemonade are better options than regular soda & sugary juices🙅🏻‍♀️. . . . 🔸Try to limit the drunk munchies & hangover cravings. When you’ve consumed alcohol, you’re more likely to store excess calories as fat, so be mindful of this when you’re drinking! We all slip up every now and then, so don’t beat yourself up if you do, but try not to make a habit out of it🍔🍟. . . . 🔸Don’t go overboard🛥🚫. At a certain point in life, you have to learn self control. Take responsibility for your actions and ask yourself if it’s really worth throwing your progress away to throw back an unnecessary amount of alcohol on the weekends🤷🏻‍♀️.
