Future did the final thing, but Figure was cursed by Clementine, who we're now working side by side with. And it's a long, repeated story. I understand, um, the Apokine is with us again, also. I don't expect perfection from the Cause leadership. I know that we have a unique perspective on all of this, Brnine. You and me, we remember what things were like on Partizan. We were on Fort Icebreaker. We lost Valence. We lost Gur. We lost Sovereign Immunity. We lost more people than there are people to count!

Levi: Yeah, man, and now people are going to say that about you. People are going to be sad that they lost you! ‘Cause that's how it ends.

Jesset: No. I've seen the future, and no one is going to be sad about me. 

Brnine: That thing lies to you. 

Jesset: You won't even say the names of the people we lose. 

Brnine: It's been five years, and I've spent my time feeling bad about it. I think if Valence saw me now, [tearing up] part of them would be proud of me. And I'm happy enough with that.

Visualising Balance in the Force

Balence looks a lot more like this:

The red outer edges of the first gradient can never be destroyed. They are as natural as the blue center. And it is difficult to remain at the center—pulled on all sides by various kinds of selfishness and malice (fear, greed, hate, anger, guilt). If you could just run all the way to one side of every issue, and stay there forever, being a good person would be easy. Simple.

But it’s not simple or easy, most of the time. You have to think hard and become a complicated adult person if you want to do find the way to be good. Good is harder than evil, unselfishness is harder than selfishness, and Star Wars has always said so. It also says that the goodness, the unselfishness, the balance within it, is singularly worth the effort.

Had an idea for a palisade scene I want.

I want Brnine to convince Gucci to stay on Palisade. I think Gucci is gonna want to leave (bc explosion, yknow) and Brnine is gonna have a whole speech about how if this revolution is worth doing it is worth getting blown up for. And crucially they are NOT going to think about valence until after. And then they're gonna ignore that thought because if they don't they'll lose it. :)

Okay, I just watched the Barbie movie today do I am a few months behind but let me lay this out.

Barbie is now some sort of everything doll that was supposed to represent everything s girl could be… but it was still unrealistic and then in order the make Barbie stay fake she had to travel to reality where she realized life isn’t perfect.

I like this concept so far.

But then you have Ken who represents men and the only thing he is good for is his love for Barbie. And he is constantly belittled but when he comes to reality he becomes macho patriarch who will be in charge constantly but still just wants to be with Barbie.

Okay here is my problem. Why couldn’t we just have a balanced relationship here?

Why couldn’t Ken and Barbie end up as friends? On that note why couldn’t we have a Ken that Barbie appreciates?

Here is where I am. I don’t want all men or all women. I want human! Why do we have to constantly fight over who is in charge. We need each other. We all have strengths and weaknesses we can’t all do everything. Being a women is too hard and contradictory but so is being a man.

It was only briefly touched on and I think it has been overlooked. We have to each find our own story. We can’t all be leaders or doctors. We have to find our own me. Some of us might be moms, CEOs, hair dressers, doctors, politicians, writers, dads, actors, athletes, plumbers, IT, mechanics, or anything under the sun. But Equal isn’t what we need. We need balance. To much of anything is a bad thing.
