Your character was held down and forced to watch mine mercilessly beaten. How does this scene affect them?

At first Tony was fighting against the restraints that were holding him down and forcing him to watch some burly guy with a giant bald spot in the middle of his head pummel Loki. It bothered him because normally he wasn't part of the 'yay violence' club. It also bothered him because there was nothing he could do to stop it. He wasn't exactly strong outside of his suit and even though he had martial arts training, well they had him zip tied to a wall grate. He was pretty much stuck.

What shocked Tony about this particular moment was the fact that this big guy with the bald spot was an ordinary human with ordinary toys. A billy club? Really? And oh, would you look at that. A huge knife.

As much as he wanted to look away he couldn't. And in that moment he was glad he hadn't looked away because if there was one thing he'd learned about Loki was that extremely subtle facial twitches meant a variety of things. He could tell this would be over soon.

For the bald guy.

He finally calmed down and decided to relax against the grate. If he had known they were going to be ambushed like that he might have considered going to the bathroom after finishing off that glass (or three) of scotch or maybe have taken the safer route and not had anything to drink at all. Luckily at this moment he was distracted with the whole "beating up Loki for some reason or another" thing. Any lesser human would have at this point been fatally wounded or already dead, so Loki's not human status served him well.

He took a few breaths and watched, waiting for Loki to just knock the moron on his ass. He waited a bit longer and then just a bit longer. Loki was still playing victim.

Oh for fuck sake.

"Can we wrap it up here? I have to pee."

Nothing. Not one response. Just a slap upside the head from one of baldy's henchmen. So he gave it a few more minutes. Bald guy was getting tired but showed no signs of stopping. Loki was showing no signs of stopping him. And his bladder was definitely not showing any mercy.

"Okay, Loki! Game over. Come on."

Nothing.

"Loki! God dammit I have to pee! Can we go now?"

Still nothing. Tony huffed.

"You know what? Fuck you, buddy! You're doing this on purpose now, just to piss me off. Well you know what? It's not working."

A few more beats. Tony sighed.

"LOKI! QUIT BEING AN ASSHOLE AND JUST THROW HIM OFF ALREADY! I STILL HAVE TO PEE! LIKE REALLY BAD HERE. COME ON!"
