Atsushi — just repressed and didn’t receive any kind of sex ed.

Akutagawa — also not ace, just repressed. so, so repressed.

Dazai — Mafia Dazai: repressed ace. Current Dazai: horny, slutty ace

Chuuya — neither ace nor repressed

Ranpo — no repression. he is simply ace and doesn’t give a fuck (literally and figuratively). he used to be insecure about it but now has a god complex because of it

Poe — ace. don’t talk to him about sex. he’ll indulge you because he doesn’t want to support purity culture, but it still freaks him out.

Kunikida — ace. don’t talk to him about sex on ada premises. he’ll write you up for sexual harassment. also he personally conducts the ada’s harassment training and he will use your conversation as an example of what not to do, shaming you in front of the entire office. if you ask respectful questions outside of work, he’ll answer.

Yosano — did experience repression in her teens. not ace or currently repressed. she knows a lot about asexuality because she and Fukuzawa read a bunch of books to help Ranpo

Gin — demi. once almost stabbed Tachihara when he didn’t know what that was and said something stupid. he knows now

Oda — aroace. hasn’t really thought about it.

Ango — aroace. has thought about it so much, he needs to have his brain privileges revoked.

Higuchi — not ace, not repressed, but a third secret thing

Lucy — gray ace. do not ask her about sex unless you want to be killed (her sexual awakening was Atsushi and she’s still mad about it)

Tachihara — not ace or repressed. didn’t know what any of that meant until he made an insensitive comment and Gin almost killed him, prompting him to get a book about it. now he’s an extremely loud ally

•He has no idea what to do while you're shaking and crying in the corner, so he just kneels down infront of you and pats your head, kissing your forehead

•He tries to be really sweet, but probably accidentally glares at you while you're crying, making you cry harder

•At this point he's panicking he tries to pay you again, but pats you a little too hard and hits you 😭

•He attempts to apologize, but don't forget, it's also Akutagawa so...

•He apologizes but it seems like he's not really sorry because of his apathetic face (he is sorry)

•So the whole thing would end in chaos, him panicking and you in tears, but that doesn't mean he'll ever let you leave

•Don't worry though, he'll protect you from this cruel world!

•He takes you to his mansion

•He locks you in the basement

•He planned ahead, he got you a gorgeous room down there, a nice bed of your favorite color, cute plushies (if you like those), all the accessories and jewelry you could possibly want, and whatever decor you like

•He hates how scared you are at first, of he wanted to hurt you, he wouldn't have gotten you this gorgeous room

•No, no! Don't try to get away! Why are you so scared? He won't hurt you!

•He holds you close as you cry and sob

•He hates being the reason you're crying

•The worst part is, you're being good! You haven't done anything to deserve how afraid you are!

•He see's how hard he can make you cry, how to cheer you up, what you act like when you're at your lowest, ect.

•He's not purely cruel with this, he also likes to see how long he can be around you and be nice before you cry over something

•He loves how obedient you are

•If you're crying over something stupid, or that he deems dumb, he'll just leave you there to cry depending on how good you've been

•Since you're typically obedient, he does sometimes comfort you when you're crying over dumb things

•If you're crying for an actual good reason he'll always comfort you

•Sometimes he feels bad for how much you cry, especially since you're such a 'good girl' as he calls you

•He doesn't often show he feels bad unless you pick up on the subtle, accidental hints he gives

A/N: this drabble is just a random draft I wrote when I finished the last episode of BSD; Number of days etc. are speculation as it is not said how long everything in season 5 lasted; Cry a lot and I will be happy ;3

"Akutagawa……."

A murmur escaped from your chapped lips; your eyes widened, and a chill ran down your spine at the sight of a familiar figure in the doorway. Before your lips could fully part, and your body, nourished with immense desperation, could move towards him, everything turned dark. Akutagawa quickly scooped you up in his arms, preventing you from hitting the ground directly.

At that moment, if someone had to describe you in one word, they would choose "relieved." Akutagawa hadn't returned home in over 4 weeks. Initially, you didn't understand why, but as soon as the Detective Agency was branded as terrorists, you expected that the Port Mafia would temporarily align with them. However, you never anticipated that it would last almost a month.

You had feared that your husband's existence had been erased, and with each passing night, the loneliness that enveloped you in bed seemed to confirm these fears, sapping your hope and energy.

But now, he was there, holding you with his slender fingers pressed against your skin, supporting you upright.

''Are you-… Are you okay?! I-'' your words barely made it out of your mouth. You tried to break away from his grip nervously, your eyes scanning his entire body, your trembling hands searching for any injuries. All you needed was to know if he was alright, and-

''Stop!'' Akutagawa exclaimed, taking hold of your shoulders, looking you up and down, realizing the toll his absence had taken on you. His tone softened but remained resolute. ''I'm fine… I'm here… you can rest now, [name].''

''But-''

''Stop worrying; everything is fine now…'' He whispered, gently wiping away the tears that fell onto his cheeks, a testament to the immense longing that had consumed you. ''You look like a helpless puppy when you cry…'' he murmured, and you hugged him even tighter than before, burying your face in his chest and wetting his clothes.

''I'm sorry…..I'm not good at it.''

He sighed, holding you close.

''Darling, I'm home.......'' he whispered, his voice filled with the warmth of a love that had endured even the darkest of times.
