A Dynamic Duo: Unveiling the Benefits of Aloe Vera Gel with Vitamin E in Skincare
Tumblr media
Introduction:
When it comes to skincare, the quest for natural and effective ingredients is ever-present. Among the diverse array of botanical wonders, the combination of aloe vera gel with vitamin E has gained immense popularity in recent years. Both aloe vera gel and vitamin E are known for their exceptional skincare properties, and when combined, they create a dynamic duo that can work wonders for your skin. In this article, we will delve into the synergistic benefits of aloe vera gel with vitamin E in skincare, exploring how this powerful combination can enhance your beauty regimen.
Understanding the Power of Aloe Vera Gel and Vitamin E:
Aloe Vera Gel:
Aloe vera gel, derived from the leaves of the aloe vera plant, has been used for centuries to treat various skin conditions and promote skin health. Its natural properties include:
Hydration: Aloe vera gel deeply moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft and supple.
Soothing: It calms irritated skin, reducing redness and inflammation.
Healing: Aloe vera accelerates the skin's natural healing process, making it ideal for treating minor wounds and burns.
Anti-Aging: Its antioxidants help combat free radicals and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Non-Greasy: Aloe vera gel is lightweight and non-greasy, making it suitable for all skin types.
Vitamin E:
Vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant, is renowned for its protective and reparative effects on the skin. Some of its remarkable properties include:
Antioxidant Defense: Vitamin E neutralizes free radicals, protecting the skin from oxidative stress and premature aging.
Moisturizing: It helps retain skin moisture, preventing dryness and promoting elasticity.
Scar Reduction: Vitamin E supports the fading of scars and blemishes, promoting a more even skin tone.
Sun Damage Protection: Its photoprotective properties shield the skin from harmful UV rays.
Anti-Inflammatory: Vitamin E reduces inflammation, making it beneficial for sensitive or irritated skin.
The Synergy of Aloe Vera Gel with Vitamin E:
Combining aloe vera gel with vitamin E creates a potent blend that maximizes the benefits of both ingredients. The synergy between the two enhances their individual properties, resulting in a skincare powerhouse. Here are the key advantages of using aloe vera gel with vitamin E:
Intense Hydration: The combined formula deeply nourishes and hydrates the skin, helping it retain moisture for longer periods.
Enhanced Healing: The anti-inflammatory and healing properties of aloe vera gel, coupled with the scar-fading abilities of vitamin E, accelerate the skin's recovery process.
Increased Antioxidant Defense: The antioxidant-rich combination provides heightened protection against environmental damage and premature aging caused by free radicals.
Soothing and Calming: Aloe vera gel's soothing properties complement vitamin E's anti-inflammatory benefits, offering relief to sensitive or irritated skin.
Improved Skin Texture: The blend promotes smoother, softer skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Incorporating Aloe Vera Gel with Vitamin E into Your Skincare Routine:
The beauty of this dynamic duo lies in its versatility. You can incorporate aloe vera gel with vitamin E into your daily skincare routine in various ways:
Serum: Look for serums that contain both aloe vera gel and vitamin E and apply it before your moisturizer for an extra boost of hydration and antioxidant protection.
Moisturizer: Choose a moisturizer enriched with aloe vera gel and vitamin E to nourish and protect your skin throughout the day.
DIY Face Mask: Create a homemade face mask by blending pure aloe vera gel with vitamin E oil. Apply the mask once a week to promote skin rejuvenation and radiance.
After-Sun Care: Use a product with aloe vera gel and vitamin E to soothe and repair the skin after sun exposure.
Conclusion:
In the realm of skincare, the pairing of aloe vera gel with vitamin E has proven to be a game-changer. The combined benefits of deep hydration, antioxidant defense, scar reduction, and soothing properties make this duo a must-have for any skincare enthusiast. By embracing the power of aloe vera gel with vitamin E in your beauty routine, you can unlock the true potential of natural skincare and unveil radiant, healthy, and revitalized skin.

Ayurvedic Secrets to Radiant Skin: Understanding Your Dosha and Simple Homemade Skincare
In the pursuit of healthy, glowing skin, many of us seek solutions in expensive creams, serums, and treatments. But what if the key to vibrant skin lies in ancient wisdom that's been practiced for centuries?
Welcome to the world of Ayurveda, where the holistic approach to skincare goes beyond topical treatments to address the root causes of skin imbalances.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda, often called the "science of life," is an ancient healing system that originated in India thousands of years ago. At its core is the belief that our well-being is intricately connected to the balance of three fundamental energies known as doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Understanding Your Dosha:
Each person is born with a unique combination of these doshas, which influence not only our physical characteristics but also our mental and emotional tendencies. By identifying your dominant dosha, you can tailor your skincare routine to address specific skin concerns effectively.
Vata Dosha: If you have Vata-dominant skin, you may notice tendencies toward dryness, flakiness, and sensitivity. Vata skin often feels parched and is prone to premature aging. To nurture Vata skin, focus on moisturizing and nourishing practices.
Skincare Routine: Massage your skin with warm sesame oil to deeply moisturize and improve circulation. Use gentle, hydrating cleansers and rich, emollient creams to lock in moisture.
Homemade Recipe: Create a hydrating face mask by mixing mashed avocado with honey and a few drops of almond oil. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Pitta Dosha: Pitta-dominant skin tends to be sensitive, prone to redness, inflammation, and occasional breakouts. Excessive heat and stress can exacerbate Pitta imbalances, leading to increased oiliness and irritation.
Skincare Routine: Opt for cooling and soothing ingredients like cucumber, aloe vera, and sandalwood. Use gentle, non-abrasive cleansers and avoid harsh exfoliants that can aggravate inflammation.
Homemade Recipe: Make a calming face pack by mixing sandalwood powder with rose water and a pinch of turmeric. Apply it to clean skin, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Kapha Dosha: Kapha-dominant skin tends to be oily, prone to congestion, and enlarged pores. Kapha imbalances can result in dullness, blackheads, and a lack of vitality.
Skincare Routine: Focus on purifying and detoxifying practices to balance excess oil and congestion. Use gentle, oil-balancing cleansers and lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers.
Homemade Recipe: Create an invigorating scrub by mixing ground oats with yogurt and a pinch of turmeric. Gently massage it onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water.
General Ayurvedic Skincare Tips: In addition to dosha-specific practices, there are some general principles of Ayurvedic skincare that benefit all skin types:
Practice Abhyanga, or self-massage with warm oil, to promote relaxation and improve circulation.
Drink herbal teas like chamomile or tulsi to reduce internal inflammation and support overall well-being.
Maintain a balanced lifestyle with adequate sleep, regular exercise, and stress management to promote skin health from the inside out.
Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to skincare that emphasizes harmony between mind, body, and spirit. By understanding your dosha and incorporating simple, homemade remedies into your skincare routine, you can unlock the secrets to radiant and healthy skin naturally. Remember, consistency and mindfulness are key to achieving lasting results. So, embrace the wisdom of Ayurveda and let your inner glow shine through!
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further guidance on your Ayurvedic skincare journey.

Pearl Correspondences & Uses in Witchcraft
Friendly reminder that this post was available for early access over on my Patreon! Unlock early access to my future content (as well as exclusive access to my research notes, free tarot readings, digital goodies, access to my online library, and TONS more) by subscribing to my Patreon for as little as $2/month!
In ancient Chinese culture, pearls were used in artwork, folktales, and charms to represent wishes, fortunes, gratitude, and even the moon:
Marquis of Sui’s Pearl, a gemstone in a folktale dating back to the Warring States period (475-221 BCE), is given to a leader, Sui, from an injured snake that he nurses back to health, as a symbol of gratitude.
In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, The Chintamani (equivalent to the importance of The Philosopher’s Stone in alchemy) is known as a wish-fulfilling jewel that is sometimes depicted as a pearl.
In Chinese artwork, dragons may be seen holding or playing with a “flaming pearl” – in this context, some believe the pearl may be representative of “an object of great value that enhances the benign dragon who treasures it”, however it is more commonly (especially in Westerners) believed to be a cosmological symbol of the moon – in fact, there is an ancient belief that full moons are solid pearls, while new moons are hollow pearls.
In holistic circles, pearl powder is also known to help you with longevity, beauty, bone-health, among many other (non-FDA approved) benefits – and in Ayurvedic medicine, pearl is said to be an antidote for poison, and it was also used in love potions.
Knowing the traditional symbolism of pearls in Chinese and Eastern cultures, as well as its (supposed) medical benefits and Ayurvedic uses, we can create our own Correspondences for Utilizing Pearls in Witchcraft:
The Moon
The inner/subconscious-self
Wishes
Gratitude
Abundance
Love
Beauty
Longevity, good health
Pisces, cancer
Hidden knowledge
Uses for pearls (or pearl powder) in modern witchcraft:
Use pearl powder as highlighter in makeup for an easy glamor-spell
Mix with salt and other herbs associated with abundance to make “money-salt” for money spells
Add whole pearls or sprinkle pearl powder in your money bowl
Blow pearl powder onto your front door at the beginning of each month to bring abundance to your home
Write down a secret or something you want to get off your chest, and bury it with a pearl to keep it ‘hidden away’ from others
Make a wish with a pearl by leaving it out in a rainstorm, or dropping it into a natural body of water (pond, lake, etc).
Offerings to sea-related or beauty-realted deities
Tumblr media
Fun pearl facts:
Genuine pearls (and pearl powder) doesn’t burn! Pearls may discolor, but they shouldn’t go up in flames.
Pearls are made as oysters try to protect themselves from irritants or parasites – they add layers and layers of this ‘pearl’ coating to intruders, and viola!
Pearls are the only gemstone that come from a living creature
Pearls come in many colors
Pearls are obtained from oyster farming – which is actually beneficial to the environment! Additionally, pearls can be harvested without killing oysters.
Be careful when shopping for pearls – many places do not sell genuine pearls and they may be fake. Use caution when looking to purchase!

Brat, have you noticed Camilla has almost Parkinsonian-looking tremors? I am wondering if she is sicker than people think?
I noticed her tremors at QEII's funeral last September when Camilla's head moved a bit like a bobblehead. As an acupuncturist friend of mine would say, she looked a bit "windy."
Apparently it's been an open secret for awhile because I came across a few youtube videos that mentioned it.
It actually makes sense when you consider that Camilla travels to India to get treated at a special spa, which I believe is an Ayurvedic spa. There are plenty of Ayurvedic practitioners in London. Perhaps she sees some of them on a regular basis. But I suspect she needs a temporary, full-scale retreat for a few days in order to recharge and maintain her health.
I had a family member who had tremors, but it wasn't due to Parkinson's. I suspect her tremors are worse with exhaustion, which is why she had to rest on Friday, so that she wouldn't have noticeable tremors during the coronation ceremony.

Going back to our roots- the haircare edition
Part-1: Haircare- Love in Oiling
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Haircare through oiling transcends generations, embodying a profound expression of love and connection in our culture. It's a shared journey of tenderness, a story every desi knows, of bonding with our mothers and grandmothers. I recall how my mother would lovingly oil my hair, a ritual that strengthened our connection. My hair suffered when I stopped allowing her to care for it, emphasizing that oiling hair is more than just a routine – it's an intimate experience. Beyond mere beauty, hair-oiling serves as a cherished heritage, a bond passed lovingly from one generation to the next.
THE THREE DOSHAS
Tumblr media
Ayurveda posits the existence of three fundamental life energies, known as doshas, within every individual:
Vatta
Pitta
Kapha
An excess of any of these doshas can disrupt the body's equilibrium, and its impact is particularly noticeable in its effect on our hair.
In Ayurvedic philosophy, the scalp is perceived as having numerous energy-balancing centres known as "marmas." Hair oiling is considered a rejuvenating practice, as it assists in eliminating any surplus doshas that tend to accumulate in the head.
AYURVEDIC HAIR-TYPE
Tumblr media
Healthy Vata-Type Hair is relatively thin, but often a bit coarse, may be straight, curly, or a combination of the two, grows quickly, and can be a bit unruly—potentially making it more challenging to style.
Healthy Pitta-Type Hair is straight, soft, predictable, and of moderate thickness, but very fine.
Healthy Kapha-Type Hair is typically wavy, lustrous, full, strong, coarse, and thick.
Common Imbalances
VATA- DOMINANT HAIR
Characteristics: The imbalance in vata dosha causes excessive dryness, flaky dandruff, frizzy and brittle hair.  It may also cause hair thinning and split ends.
Care: It is recommended that you oil your hair two-three times a week with almond oil, cocunut oil or sesame oil infused with hair strengthening herbs like bhringraj, liquorice, shatavari, ashwagandha. Avoid harsh chemicals and heat styling to protect fragile Vata hair. Natural hair masks with honey, yogurt, or henna can further strengthen and improve its texture and shine.
Dietary additions: Vata is a cold and dry dosha, therefore, warming, grounding, and nourishing foods like nuts and seeds, with moderately heavy texture, with healthy fats (like Omega 3 fatty acids) are advised. Choose salty, sour, and sweet tastes as well as soothing and satisfying foods.
PITA DOMINANT HAIR
Characteristics: The imbalance in pitta hair might lead to excess heat in the hair follicles, thinning or premature greying hair.
Care: Use coconut oil infused with cooling herbs like hibiscus, amla and kalonji seeds. Include weekly masking with ingredients that repair such as aloe vera and brahmi. Opt for natural, chemical-free hair care products.
Dietary additions: Those with predominant pitta should refrain from spicy and astringent foods, and look for foods that are alkaline, which cool and soothe the digestive fire.
KAPHA DOMINANT HAIR
Characteristics: An imbalance in the kapha dosha can result in excess oil secretion that blocks the follicles of your scalp, which leads to wet and sticky flakes.
Care: The Kapha hair care routine involves cleansing hair and scalp 2-3 times weekly with natural herbs like reetha, shikakai, and triphala powder. For purification, use neem oil. It is effective for dandruff in bi-weekly oil-and-wash sessions.
Dietary additions: Those with the kapha dosha should focus on warm, light, foods made with dry cooking methods like baking, broiling, grilling, sautéing, etc.
Choose organic, chemical-free, and 100% virgin oils, even if they cost use( 3-4 tablespoons). Honestly, I would say get your oils pressed from a local vendor. That's what I do. It's 100% virgin and doesn't cost much at all. Otherwise, you can get them online. If you guys want, I can attach some product links too.

Astrology Secrets
When Rahu and Jupiters are in the same house together or giving aspect to each other, Jupiter cannot function appropriately. Jupiter is knowledge, affects all heavenly nature within us, Rahu is named demon or monster factor within us. If this Rahu and Jupiter both are powerful in a chart and conjunction so the person comes to be extremely well known, people may recognize him as a very decent person, but behind his prestige, all wicked deeds are implicated. The individual could be from any area, he will have the outstanding status of proficiency but will utilize all those understanding for wicked actions.
The conjunction of Saturn and Mars in the chart establishes a lot of hardships in life. If this mixture is existing in the 8th house or 8th house lord is related to this mixture so the disastrous emergency is unavoidable. In the 4th house, the person may require to go for crucial heart surgery at least once in his life. If you have Saturn and Mars mixture in the 4th house so it is advisable to keep up away from smoking, and eat relatively light food, use ayurvedic therapy to keep your heart powerful.
While refereeing chart some folk do not bestow significance to 12th house, it is the most hidden house. But, the 12th house has tremendous significance to judge every path of life.
12th house from Lagna exemplifies what you provide physically or mentally. This house affects – bed happiness, clinic, cost of consciousness, payment of any way or living in an ashram. In this means, the 12th house from Moon also indicates many things. Without the 12th house, any astrological review is preliminary.
Whether that is a job judgement or of the wedding, The assortment of the lord of the 5th and 11th house gives rise to a profitable love connection. It transpires if both house and house rulers are empty of malefic consequences. If the 7th house meets that mixture so it will come to be a profitable love relationship. One Thing requires you to know here, the wedding will be only 100% verified when D-9 will help it, oppositely, the relation will stay as a fair remembrance and nobody will be eligible to ignore each other throughout their life.
If you are Manglik, do not worry, follow an easy rule, get wedded after 26 years of age (for women), and after 28 years of age (for men). Mars’s ill consequences on wedding become softer after these age gangs.
If this Mars is related to any wedding associated house or planet so it can give delayed wedding similarly.
Most people know when Sun and Venus are jointly in a house within 7 degrees 20 minutes, then Venus losses its all energy and Sun evolves the verdict planet. In my logical knowledge I have seen this is not valid in every case, venus constantly stays very close to Sun, so you will find at least an absolute proportion of charts with Sun & Venus together. Certainly, if Sun is very powerful so Venus relevant matters in the chart come to be sluggish in providing the outcome. If Sun is not powerful then take it like other ordinary planetary mixture, no need to pertain to it is combust.

Overview of Ayurvedic skincare
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, has long been revered for its holistic approach to health and beauty. Ayurvedic skincare focuses on achieving balance and harmony within the body, which in turn reflects on the skin. Unlike conventional skincare that often relies on harsh chemicals, Ayurveda emphasizes the use of natural ingredients to nourish and rejuvenate the skin.
Benefits of Manjistha for skin
Manjistha, also known as Rubia cordifolia, is a key player in Ayurvedic skincare. This herb is packed with a multitude of benefits that can transform your skin. One of the most notable benefits of Manjistha is its ability to detoxify the body and purify the blood. By eliminating toxins from the system, Manjistha helps to promote a clear and radiant complexion from within.
In addition to detoxification, Manjistha also possesses powerful antioxidant properties. These antioxidants protect the skin from free radicals, which can cause premature aging and other skin concerns. Regular use of Manjistha can help to combat fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
Understanding the properties of Manjistha
To fully appreciate the benefits of Manjistha, it is essential to understand its unique properties. Manjistha is known for its bitter taste, indicating its powerful detoxifying nature. It has a cooling energy, making it particularly beneficial for those with Pitta dosha, characterized by sensitive and easily inflamed skin. Its red color signifies its affinity for the blood, where it works its magic to purify and rejuvenate.
Manjistha also possesses anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, making it an excellent choice for those dealing with skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and acne. Its ability to reduce inflammation and kill bacteria helps to soothe irritated skin and prevent further breakouts.
How to use Manjistha for beautiful skin
Now that we understand the benefits and properties of Manjistha, let's explore how to incorporate this powerhouse herb into your skincare routine. Manjistha can be used both internally and externally to reap its full benefits.
Internally, Manjistha can be consumed in the form of capsules, tablets, or as a powdered herb mixed with warm water or milk. It is recommended to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate dosage for your specific needs. Regular consumption of Manjistha internally helps to purify the blood and promote overall skin health.
Externally, Manjistha can be used in various ways. One popular method is to create a Manjistha paste by mixing the powdered herb with rose water or aloe vera gel. This paste can be applied to the face and body, left on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinsed off with lukewarm water. This simple yet effective mask helps to brighten the complexion, reduce pigmentation, and promote a healthy glow.

Even though you are eating as clean as you can, there has to be a reason why you are still bloated, crampy, running to the ladies room, anxious and tired all the time.  You may or may not realize, but your recent weight gain and constant fatigue are all related to your diet as well as digestion.
Here is a list of the 5 common poor dietary habits I have seen people follow that totally wreck their digestion
#1 EATING WHEN NOT HUNGRY
Hunger is the biggest cue that your body needs nourishment. Hunger is also a sign that your Jatharagni or digestive fire is stroked and working well. Have you ever wondered whether you eat because you are hungry or just because the clock tells you that it’s the time to eat?
I have seen so many people focus on eating at fixed times that they totally forget to check in with their body whether it feels hunger or not.
Eating when not hungry is the no 1 cause indigestion. Eating when not hungry means that brain has not received any signals from your stomach to secrete any digestive juices to carry out digestion and hence your stomach is ill-prepared for the food that’s being stuffed into it. If your stomach is not going to secret sufficient digestive juice, how can you digest the food that you are eating? In Ayurvedic medicine, this semi-digested or undigested product of digestion is known as ‘Ama’ and is circulated through your body serving as undigested toxin, creating inflammation in your body further causing allergies, stiffness, joint pain,  as well as weight gain.
#2 EATING TO NUMB YOUR EMOTIONS
Is there someone who doesn’t eat emotionally…the answer is probably a few in a million. Today’s fast track life where people barely have time for anything, how can they find time to feel their emotions. Sometimes emotions like sadness, worry, loneliness, anxiety are harder to understand and process, as people don’t even know they are going through it for the lack of mindfulness. So the quick solution is food.
Today people turn to food for entertainment, comfort, stress relief, or as a reward rather than to nourish their body and mind. Often people eat to numb their emotions, especially sugary sweets as sweet taste is instantly comforting. This is nothing but a distraction to suppress certain emotions which result in totally overloading your digestive system. Again when you eat out of sadness, anxiety or boredom, your body is caught up in the emotions and not focussing on digesting food, which leads to ‘Ama’ the digestive toxin.
But it is so much more than just that. 'Your body needs to process emotions just the way it needs to process food and that takes time'. Most emotional states cause you to secrete stress hormones activating your sympathetic system shifts your body in the fight- flight- freeze mode. This takes away from your 'rest-digest' parasympathetic system. So again you barely secrete digestive enzymes and the food you eat makes you feel bloated, gaseous, and really uncomfortable.
#3 DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE OR AFTER MEALS.
This is the biggest weight-loss myth I have seen in my practice as an Ayurvedic doctor. If you think it is a good idea to chug a few glasses of water just before your meals to fill up, eat less and effortlessly lose weight, you need to think again. I have encountered so many 'weight loss gurus', who advise their clients to drink at least 2 glasses of water before they eat anything, which is the ‘worst’ thing you could do to your digestion. Too much water can easily dilute your digestive juices....just like when in your grade 8 chemistry class where you learnt to dilute an acid by adding water.
#4 EATING WHILE MULTITASKING
Let me get something straight to you…Multi-tasking is a myth. It just means that you are taking the same amount of time to do many things at once, often inefficiently, than choosing to do one thing at a time with all the focus and efficiency, In today's world, this is a sad reality for many busy women, men and alike.
Older men and women who lead a hectic life, working, attending client calls, dropping kids to school, getting to the gym while grabbing a quick meal; whereas some kids just cannot simply sit and eat without being glued to the idiot box. Eating on the go is a terrible habit for anyone and everyone and is another reason that leaves  your digestion compromised you’re your brain doesn’t is still focussed on reading emails, how the heck will it know that you are eating and need to secrete digestive enzymes??
#5 NOT EATING ACCORDING TO YOUR DOSHA TYPE
Last but not the least, eating against your dosha type
Dosha type? What the heck is that?
Well there are five main elements that make up the universe also your body- Akash or space, Vayu or air, Agni or fire, Ap or water and Prithvi or earth. These five elements combine to form 3 biological energies within your body known as the doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These doshas govern our physical, mental, emotional states as well as behaviour. Your health, happiness and longevity depend on the balance of these doshas, which are affected by foods, dietary habits, lifestyle, as thoughts that you think. Since these impact you in each and every aspect of your life, considering them when you choose your diet and nutrition is of utmost importance.  This is the reason why some people cannot handle cold foods at all, and some react to dairy. If you have a diet that is not compatible with the dominant doshas in your body or your dosha type, it sets you up for digestive imbalances as well as different health issues.
So take some time to see which of the above habits are the main reason your digestion is suffering and feel free to share with someone who needs this information.
