#i havent had an anxiety attack in so long but im fetting a really bad one today my entire body is numb #like so numb it isactually a big effort to move my fingers to type this #like im pushing against all my muscles to move anything #even my throat feels numb with how hard it is to move #everything is vibrating like the feeljng when ur arm falls asleep but its everything every single muscle i feel it ib my cheeks in my throat #in my toes even and my tongue #j havent even had that much caffeine today i only had 2 cups of tea and i usually have more and i slept a lotttt so its not from lack of #sleep #aaaaaaaaa its probably from my job there are some high risk projects and lots of stuff to do today because of the holiday and theres #conflict that will be happening soon with two of my bosses that im in the middle of #aya.rtf

hi work is killing me bye

#i got a promotion so i was waiting 4 a pay raise n its kinda way less than what i expected lollll #i be killing myself for less money than what my shoes cost😔😔😔😔#only good thing is since im senior engineer now im able 2 hire ppl #so i hired my friends <3 rip to capitaliszm #I'll be looking 4 higher paying jobs when ive completed a year here watch out 4 me job market #but also they jst sent me a new laptop of my choice so i cant rly complain much #(but also they should've sent it months ago anyways soooooooo)#im jst kinda so back n forth abt feeling whether theyre taking advantage of me or not lmao #whateverrrrrrrrr #kinda sucks tho now tht im senior engineer i csnt sleep during work hours:(((#ignore me pls #aya.rtf
