Been talkin on my discord server with some friends about a DC A/B/O au. But like, Gotham just says fuck gender.

Like they just straight up are mixtures of dynamics or change, depending on their mood, because there's so much chemicals everywhere along with so many curses in Gotham. Like they are straight up messed up down to a biological state. There is a reason that no one wants to go to Gotham and why they leave them alone for the most part. Like people even moving there eventually start to lose their dynamic or starts shifting as well, and it freaks people out.

Not to mention that Gotham horrifies those that believe they should still follow 'traditional' norms. Omegas are often far more violent and larger than the alphas, bettas egg on others instead of calming them. Or at least that's what Outsiders always see.

Okay, I love French dub of TFP, it's too funny.

Like, for example.

In English dub we have this:

Menacing, terrifying. We are afraid of what Dreadwing could do to Knock out.

And then in French we have smt like this:

"Knock Out? Est-ce que tu vas bien?" (Knock out, are you ok?)

And he says it like he's just very surprised to see KO here and like he genuinely cares for his well-being hahahshhahahha

Another parallel between Valjean and Javert is that they’re eerily silent when captured or threatened.

Jean Valjean being captured by Patron-Minette:

The silence preserved by the prisoner, that precaution which had been carried to the point of forgetting all anxiety for his own life, that resistance opposed to the first impulse of nature, which is to utter a cry….

Javert being captured by Les Amis:

Javert had not uttered a single cry.

The other police spy who’s captured at the barricade— Le Cabuc— is not like Javert, in that he behaves like a normal person. He cries out in pain and anger and fear; he begs for mercy; he prays. But Javert is inhumanly tranquil, and reacts to his death with indifference.

Jean Valjean, when captured by Patron-Minette, is similar. He acts eerily “calm,” and inhumanly “silent.” Of course in Valjean’s case, he has to be silent, because he’s aware that the police would only hurt him if they arrived; his politeness is also a survival strategy. Knowing how to behave in a superficially polite solicitous way to avoid punishment from authority is clearly something he’s had to learn to survive prison.

This parallel feels like another way the trauma of prison has affected both of Valjean and Javert’s lives. Javert spent time in prison as a child, Valjean spent nineteen years serving his sentence— and both of them have now learned to silence “the first impulse of nature” to cry for help. They know instinctively how to behave in situations where they are trapped in another person’s power and have no autonomy. They are able to remain calm and tranquil and even “polite” even when they’re threatened with death.

i have a fic idea if i ever get around to it i want to start soon where it's zukka modern au where they decide to take really long road trip before sokka has to go back home and it's supposed to be a fun last hurrah but it's tinged by the fact that they both want to confess but it's too late

(aka long drives on the endless road where you really start to think about what you want in life and what you want is the person next to you and you just can't have it.)

THANK U FOR RECOGNiZING BUFF FITZ ! i think a lot of us forget his insane workout regimen they mentioned in flashback. To me personally yhe is like ken ^__^

YEAH!!! he can just?? do 45 handstand pushups upon someone asking? that is not normal behavior that's wild. and he goes for his morning runs like the fun little guy he is :)

Of course there is potential for emotional complication/angst when it comes to working out, as we saw in Neverseen that Fitz idolized Alvar (not in the same regard as Keefe, but he was someone Fitz looked up to), and Alvar is notoriously someone who worked out near religiously. So he may have been following in his brother's footsteps, which is now a whole entire can of worms.

BUT THAT ASIDE!!! Fitz works out he puts in the effort (though he did recently say he was out of shape, not that I trust that statement), he's got muscle! He should be buff!

Also to each their own but I personally do not mean like super super lean muscly, I think he should be super muscly and squishy. have some fat protecting those muscles. some substance to him. thank you for your time
