I wanted to thank you guys again for being such lovely people and decided to make this for you. I don’t know if it’ll help anyone, as you can see, I struggle with explanations and this doesn’t cover a lot of this matter (I’d have to write books in order to deal with everything), but I did get several requests to do something like this, so there you go!

If you’re interested, I can make a second part about how I draw full body gestures. If you have a specific question etc, feel free to ask, just be aware that I’m the worst teacher.

Love the thought concept of Knock Out going as high as he does in medic ranks due to seekers generally trusting him more than, let’s say, gladiator medics. Of course the only medics available to the Decepticons are ones who worked on gladiators in Kaon. Any other medics who tried to join were rightfully hunted down as a fixed Decepticon is a dangerous Decepticon. Seekers wouldn’t trust gladiator medics near their delicate wiring, not to mention their wings. Knock Out is a similar size, sometimes smaller than bulkier seekers, and is viewed as having a more steady servo.

(I know Starscream is lanky and only has like a couple inches on Knock Out but I imagine there’s a wide variety of height in flight frames.)

Comedically Knock Out joining the Decepticon expecting to do light medical work and mainly be a grunt because his only knowledge is cosmetic reforms; suddenly getting flocked (ha pun) because it got out he knew basic welding and has the razor thin talons like seekers.

And Knock Out going from faceless recruit to on-call medic for the Elite Trine in days, maybe weeks. It’s very common to be woken up in the middle of the night by Skywarp needing his shoulder joint popped back in. Knock Out had to learn on the fly (another pun) by wringing out information from the stubborn fliers on how to fix them. He picked up the basics of their language because they refused to speak standard half the time.

Just, Knock Out accidentally becoming a seeker favorite despite being a grounder.

Personal Description

I am very indecisive when it comes to favourite continuities. I keep switching back n forth every time I see some good fanart.🤭

At the moment, the one that stick out to me is the TFP/Aligned Continuity where we see our flamboyant speed racer - Knockout. 🏎️

I know I meant this for angst but in hindsight the more I think of it this could be very funny for a situation where Knockout and/or Breakdown defect or otherwise work with the autobots for a bit😌

How do you feel about Bulkhead and Breakdown being exes

Transformers prime decepticons as birds (ignore that two of them can’t canonically fly ok)

Soundwave - barn owl (only one where the original bird colors are completely changed. The barn owl has a distinct disc like face, black glassy eyes, and has great hearing, which i thought fit him very well, so that should make up for the color inconsistency)

Megatron - bearded vulture (the bird’s already piercing red eyes matches Meg well, along with the black/greyish feathers framing the face similarly to his helm)

Starscream - peregrine falcon (one of the fastest birds in the world. It has a distinct brow bone and the black/white face matches his helm somewhat)

Knockout - northern cardinal (a bright red bird with a spiked crown and black eyes)

Breakdown - blue indian ringneck (a blue bird with yellow touches, along with a red/orange beak like BD’s face)

Skyquake - great green macaw (a large green bird with red touches and a strong beak meant for crushing, blue wing feathers changed to match the glass of his cockpit)

Dreadwing - hyacinth macaw (a color variant of his twin: blue and yellow/gold)

Airachnid - rook (first considered making her a raven, but the rook’s already white beak matched her face better, plus iridescent/purplish neck feathers)

Shockwave - victoria crowned pidgeon (a purplish chest and a distinctive red eye matches him fairly well, plus his many antennae and wings sticking out of his silhouette kinda fits the feathered crown)
