Tremere1 is one of my most favorite bakudeku authors. I was thinking of not sharing but their stories are something I constantly go back to on Archive of Our Own. Simplified angst with a satisfying conclusion and hilarious writing that won’t leave you wanting. I’m working on my writing skills in the romance and character development area and authors like these are a constant inspiration. Check out one of my favorites: “Insomnia” https://archiveofourown.org/works/35070715/chapters/87358066

Me after reading @fangswbenefits @tragedybunny @selene-themoon
You ever read fanfic so god tier you have to wait for real life to load back in so you spend half the day doing tasks with that dead look in your eye, replaying all your favorite moments?

I love libraries.
I'm browsing the WWI shelves (as you do) and notice a very old book about the war. I glance at the first pages that talk about how one day the war will be over and we'll look at this place and not see any signs of the battlefield.
Then it hits me. And I check the publishing date.
This book was printed before the war's end. Not written. Printed. The physical object was created in 1918, while the war in question was raging and the end was as yet uncertain.
Now I'm standing on the other side of the apocalypse, with this physical link to that era in my hands. I'm living proof that the war did end and life did go on and we can all look at the end of the world as a long-ago memory.
Reading old books is cool enough, connecting our minds and hearts through the ideas of people who lived long ago, but there's something extra profound about holding a copy of the book that comes from the time that it was written. It's a physical link between the past and the present connecting me to those long-ago people. A piece of the past come into the future that gives me the chance to almost take the hand of some long-ago reader, to hold something they could have held, connecting not just mentally but physically to their era, a moment of connection across more than a century.
Excuse me while I go weep.

If you want a funny small case fic with lots of misunderstanding and silly banter, check this out!!

Something that I’m sure has been said before, but I absolutely love about Melinoe is how she’s sassy like Zagreus, but where Zagreus is very caring and sweet (taking after Persephone), Melinoe is firm and a little mean (taking after Hades). One stand out moment to me is when Nemesis and Melinoe are talking and as soon as the conversation goes in a direction Mel doesn’t like she says “Silence!”. Like father like daughter.

AO3 makes my brain garbage ideas look so professional and clean. How does my rambling turn into that nice looking presentable story? It’s wild how much more motivated I am to do something with an idea if I make it into a draft on AO3 to see what my fic looks like as it comes together (also helps that I then have a deadline before it’s deleted). This is why I could never write a book, I’m too used to the validation I get from posting chapters as I go on long works.

Well said buddy. We live for wandaxreader fics. Throw in a lil Nat from time to time. Either way, it's deffo worth the wait whenever you have the time to write. Hope you're all good buddy :)
wheres the nat x reader fic you promised us🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻 you make too much wandaxreader comeon bro
the reason why im takin my time with any fics i have promised is because:
1. tumblr has this function called community labels, which flags smut fics and basically reduces all interaction to zero. a lot of my fics have gotten this and thus demotivates me to write.
2. i write whatever i wanna write, whenever inspiration hits :) im assuning its the mechanic!r x milf!nat fic ur talking about, which i have begun writing but gotten sidetracked by other fics as well. i mean, i'm not obligated to post anything by a certain date.
and also, there's nothing as too much 'wandaxreader'. if u can't accept that, then this is not the blog for you.

The real difference between British and American Edwardian-era light fiction is that American stories have college girls. The British ones have girls who went to boarding school together, but it's a different vibe. The boarding school vibe is more juvenille--our parents sent us here, we've got to sneak around under the watchful eyes of our teachers, etc.--while the college girls chose to take their education to a higher level, and there's more of a sense that they have to use it out in the world. There's more energy to it. I don't know. It's just a thing.
