shiggy headcanons: eczema edition âđâËâšâĄ
from a person with eczema who felt very seen ily tenko shimura youâre my real one
also if you donât know what eczema is itâs a skin condition that makes your skin hella dried out all the time it doesnât retain its moisture and with dry skin comes an itchy hell *scratches neck cutely*
⌠he smells musty and stinks, dabiâs smoke and his dust from decay make him smell ashy and smokey, like cigarette butts
⌠he doesnât smile or make lots of expressions because it makes his dry ass skin crack and it hurts to do it
⌠he scratches his hands and fingers a lot especially when heâs playing games
⌠spinner notices shiggy scratching his hands during games and tries to minimize it by distracting him and shoving him lightly when he sees him reaching to itch
⌠spinner gifted him a small container of lotion that he saw in an abandoned store and shiggy uses it all up on his hands (heâs too afraid to try on his face because it burned the first time he tested on his cheek) when he runs out heâs too prideful to ask spinner if he has more and tries looking for the same brand in other stores
⌠he has bad dandruff and his scalp is full of bleeding and cracked skin and he tried to be funny once by ruffling his hair and saying âhey itâs the first snowâ (only twice was like âoi shigaraki thatâs pretty funnyâ then his other side said âew that was grossâ and shiggy never tried it again. everyone else was dumbfounded and silent)
⌠the league doesnât have easy access to showering and normal hygiene practices but shiggy would avoid showering and washing his hands anyways because it burns his skin
⌠toga made him wash his hands once and used hot water and it felt so good but after he dried his hands his skin felt 10x worse so he avoids water
⌠hates winter because it dries out his skin and hates summer because it makes him sweaty and more prone to itching and it irritates his skin
⌠toga tried to get him skincare products before but they burned him on the first use and he never tried again
⌠picks his dead skin (lips and hangnails around fingers) and eats it
⌠chews his nails and eats the dirt (guilty pleasure)
⌠actually hates having long nails because the itching is worse with them but he doesnât have nail clippers available
⌠rubs at his dead skin absentmindedly because it feels satisfying
⌠when he was younger and his dead skin flaked onto mon chanâs fur, he would gently brush it off and try to avoid getting it on mon chan
⌠scratched off his eyebrows because the itching was so bad
⌠sometimes wished dabi had ice instead to numb his skin
⌠has had the urge multiple times to ask dabi to burn all his skin off during particularly bad eczema episodes
⌠he always wakes up with skin flakes all over his pillow and has to flip it over to the other side everyday (someone get him clean sheets pls)
⌠has trouble sleeping because his itching keeps him up
⌠dabi notices him itching himself in his sleep because itâs loud as hell and shoves him to make him stop (not out of the goodness of his heart itâs because the noise is annoying as fuck) (it helps a little anyways)
⌠desperately wants to buy skins for his lol main but doesnât have a credit card to pay for it (he steals from someone off the street and puts them in generational debt with transactions from lol)
⌠scratches his neck furiously when he loses a game and canât stop
⌠when he gets super regeneration it nullifies his eczema and gives him relief but erasure taking away regeneration also takes away the relief of not having irritated itchy skin so thatâs why he gets extra pissed at aizawa and holds a grudge (so cool eraser!)
⌠the reason he gets mad easily is because his skin being itchy all the time makes him super irritable
⌠when he reawakens in the new body he feels more level headed and in control and he doesnât have to worry about his skin, loves being able to show off his new body thatâs not riddled with scratches and cracked skin

Shower time
FyoSig (Fyodor X Sigma)
681 words, if you donât like the ship you really donât need to comment about it đ¤¨
Fluff, No body description- and I havenât properly proof read, so sorry for any spelling mistakes đ
Sigma, the manager of the Sky Casino, had to attend a business meeting. However, said meeting had to take place in Europe, meaning he had left Japan for about a week.
Sigma made his partner, Fyodor, promise to take at least one shower while he was away. That didnât happen.
The process of even getting Fyodor to consider having a shower took at least 2 days. And actually forcing him into the shower took hours.
âFyodor you have to.â Sigma pleaded.
âNo. I donât want to.â Fyodor shot back; he was sitting comfortably on the pair's sofa, playing with something on his laptop- probably terrorism related letâs be honest.
âFedya I know you donât like taking showers, but Iâm concerned. You havenât showered in over a month!â
Fyodor turned his head away from the man, trying to pretend he didnât exist. This was a common, âI know you're right but itâs easier if I pretend you donât existâ move. But thatâs not what Sigma wanted at this point in time. He wanted his beloved to have a shower and wash his hair. He obviously cared about his well being, but if the black haired man got head lice there was no way his own beautifully cared for lavender and white hair would be able to avoid the irritating bugs too. Lice shampoo was the last thing he needed on his own hair at this time- it would ruin all the recent hair care work!
âFedya, this is now an intervention!â Sigma said proudly as he wrapped his arms around the back of Fyodorâs neck, as well as under his knees, resulting in a bridal style lift.
Fyodor was light as a twig- sigma could easily pick him up despite not being very physically strong at all.
Fyodor was forcefully carried, kicking and complaining, into their shared bedroom, where he sullenly took off his usual clothes. Sigma also promptly undressed.
Before Fyodor could escape- which he did try- sigma took him by both wrists and pulled him into the bathroom.
âFyodor, I am going to wash your hair. If you really really really donât want this shower, I will let you go.â
Fyodor didnât answer, he just looked down at his wrists still being held by his favourite person in the whole world, Sigma. He looked back up and a slightly guilty look plastered itself to his face.
This is as much of an answer as Sigma's going to get this far into the shower process. Fyodor didnât like taking while showering.
Sigma fiddled with the shower taps before finding the right temperature, and pushing Fyodor straight into it, so he couldnât back out at the last minute.
Fyodor stayed still while sigma methodically rubbed and massaged shampoo into his absolutely horrendous scalp. Fyodor scrunched his eyes closed as tight as he possibly could while Sigma rinsed out the first round of shampoo, taking extra care himself to not get any water on Fyodorâs face- and Fyodor appreciated that. After putting shampoo in his hair two more times, Sigma moved onto the conditioner. This time he used a comb to push the conditioner through the now clean hair, and properly detangle all the knots that had formed through the vigorous shampooing heâd done just minutes previously.
Each time the comb pushed its way over Fyodorâs scalp, he let out a content hum, but he didnât open his eyes.
After all of the product was removed from Fyodorâs hair, Sigma quickly washed his own hair, and let Fyodor pull it gently into a long braid while he messed around with a face mask- which Fyodor would absolutely not be putting on his own skin.
By the end of the night, both of them were suitably clean, and both quite happy.
âI told you it wouldnât be bad.â
Sigma kissed Fyodor's cheek, before turning over to sleep, as Fyodor clicked away on his laptop, most likely doing some more terrorism of some kind. At least he was now a clean, nice smelling terrorist.

A Guide to Choosing the Right Shampoo
1. Understand Your Hair Type
The first step in finding the perfect shampoo is to understand your hair type. Knowing whether your hair is oily, dry, normal, curly, or color-treated can narrow down your options and guide you to the best ingredients and formulas.
Oily Hair: If your scalp tends to get greasy quickly, look for shampoos labeled as "clarifying" or "oil control." These formulas usually contain ingredients like tea tree oil, salicylic acid, or lemon extracts to help cleanse excess oil without drying out your scalp.
Dry Hair: For dry hair, opt for moisturizing or hydrating shampoos with ingredients like aloe vera, coconut oil, shea butter, or glycerin. These will help add moisture and reduce frizz, leaving your hair feeling softer and more manageable.
Curly or Coarse Hair: Curls often need extra moisture to stay bouncy and defined. Shampoos labeled "moisturizing," "nourishing," or "curl-enhancing" often contain ingredients like argan oil, jojoba oil, or proteins to strengthen curls and prevent breakage.
Color-Treated Hair: If you dye your hair, look for shampoos specifically designed for color-treated hair. These formulas are typically sulfate-free and have ingredients that help preserve color, like UV protectants or antioxidants.
Fine or Thin Hair: Lightweight, volumizing shampoos are ideal for fine or thin hair. Ingredients like biotin, rice protein, or keratin help to add volume without weighing down your hair, making it look fuller.
2. Know Your Scalp Needs
Your scalpâs health is just as important as your hairâs condition. Some people experience dandruff, sensitivity, or itchiness, which requires special attention.
Dandruff or Flaky Scalp: For dandruff, look for shampoos with ingredients like zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole, which help combat the fungi that cause dandruff. Avoid ingredients like sulfates and alcohols, as these can worsen dryness.
Sensitive Scalp: If you have a sensitive or easily irritated scalp, avoid products with harsh chemicals and fragrances. Choose a gentle, hypoallergenic, or sulfate-free shampoo with soothing ingredients like chamomile, aloe vera, or oat extract.
Itchy or Oily Scalp: If you experience oil buildup with itching, try a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove buildup. Look for ingredients like tea tree oil or peppermint, which have antimicrobial properties and a cooling effect to relieve itchiness.
3. Check the Ingredients List
Certain ingredients in shampoo are best avoided if you want to maintain the health of your hair and scalp. Hereâs a quick rundown:
Sulfates: These are cleansing agents that create lather but can strip your hair of natural oils, making it dry and frizzy. Sulfate-free shampoos are milder and ideal for sensitive scalps, dry, curly, or color-treated hair.
Silicones: Although silicones add shine and smoothness, they can build up over time, making hair feel heavy and greasy. Use silicone-free options if you have fine hair or prefer a lighter feel.
Parabens: Parabens are preservatives used to extend shelf life. They have potential health risks, so many people prefer to use paraben-free shampoos.
Fragrances and Dyes: Artificial fragrances and dyes can irritate sensitive scalps and cause allergic reactions. Choose fragrance-free or naturally scented shampoos if youâre sensitive to these additives.
4. Consider Environmental Factors
Your environment can also influence the type of shampoo you need. For instance:
Hard Water: If you live in an area with hard water, look for a shampoo with chelating agents that can help remove mineral buildup. Chelating shampoos can help keep your hair from becoming dull and lifeless.
Humidity and Dry Weather: Humidity can lead to frizz, so look for anti-frizz shampoos with hydrating ingredients if you live in a humid climate. In dry weather, opt for moisturizing shampoos to prevent your hair from becoming too brittle.
5. Read Reviews and Patch Test
When trying a new shampoo, itâs always wise to read reviews from people with similar hair types and concerns. Additionally, do a patch test to check for any allergies or irritations. Apply a small amount of shampoo on the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours to see if thereâs a reaction.
6. Balance Your Routine
Finding the right shampoo is essential, but remember that a healthy hair routine doesnât stop there. Avoid over-washing your hair, as this can strip it of natural oils. You can also benefit from adding a conditioner, a leave-in treatment, or a hair mask, depending on your hairâs needs.
Conclusion
Choosing the right shampoo involves understanding your hair and scalp type, reading ingredient labels, and balancing your routine with complementary products. A well-selected shampoo can make a significant difference in the health and appearance of your hair, so take the time to find one thatâs perfectly tailored to your needs.

Using Pomegranate Seed Extract for Hair Growth: Is It Effective?
Is your hair feeling dry and lifeless despite cleansing and conditioning it every day? Well, it looks like your shampoo and conditioner might not be doing their job to keep your mane soft and healthy-looking. In fact, many hair growth nutrients are not found in these hair care products, which can affect hair growth. But with a hair growth serum, nutrients can intensely penetrate and provide what your hair is lacking. If you believe that your locks are in dire need of deep nourishment, you can start using a serum with pomegranate seed extract. This type of fruity hair growth serum does not only contain potent nutrients, but it does bring a myriad of benefits for your growing locks. Check out the following benefits of pomegranate seed extract for your dull-looking tresses.
5 Benefits Your Hair Can Get From Pomegranate Seed Extract
There's more to eating juicy pomegranate fruits. You can also use the seeds for growing healthy locks. Here are five essential benefits that your hair can get from pomegranate seed extract. - You can receive an ample supply of antioxidants for your hair follicles. Your hair follicles can be sensitive to oxidation, which can lead to their miniaturization. Itâs a good thing that pomegranate seed extract can be your go-to source for follicle-protecting phenolic compounds like anthocyanin, flavonoids, ellagitannins, and punicalagin. These phytoconstituents protect your hair follicles against free radicals caused by oxidative stress. - You can enjoy the hair growth benefits of vitamins C and E. Your hair will never get over vitamin nourishment. The pomegranate seed extract is rich in vitamins C and E, which can provide you with the best-looking locks. You need enough vitamin C to boost collagen production since your hair needs amino acids for keratinization. On the other hand, vitamin E has antioxidant qualities that also protect your hair against oxidative stress. Sustaining your locks with these vitamins will ensure your hairâs glorious days. - You can protect your scalp from inflammations. Your scalp can easily get irritated by bacterial invasions or sebum build-up, which can block hair follicles and hamper hair growth. A specific type of antioxidant known as punicic acid has strong anti-inflammatory properties that can prevent your scalp from suffering inflammations. The pomegranate seed extract is also a clarifying agent that can help remove excess oils on your scalp, thereby avoiding inflamed pores and aggravated follicles. - Your hair strands get protected from aging and thinning. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays can age your hair prematurely, causing strands to become sparser, more sensitive, and greyer. But thanks to many researchers, they have found that pomegranate seed extract has potent antioxidants that can protect your tresses against UVB-ray damage. It can also encourage DNA restoration activity for your impaired hair follicles, thereby stimulating hair regrowth. The pomegranate seed extract is also a pH balancer. It is especially useful for protecting your hair cuticles, resulting in smoother hair strands. The extract also acts as a humectant because of ellagic acid, a phytonutrient that locks in moisture for your tresses. - Your hair can prevent baldness because of pomegranate seed extract. A lack of keratinocyte proliferation is also a common culprit of hair loss problems since keratinocytes are essential for the onset's hair growth cycle. If left untreated, anagen follicles can be forced to shift phases and undergo premature shedding. Here's the good news: pomegranate seed extract can stimulate keratinocyte increase for hair follicle growth. Include Pomegranate Seed Extract in Your Hair Care Regimen. Finding a multipurpose hair growth product is not easy-peasy. Even your shampoo and conditioner might not be enough to target your hair's specific needs. Thus, you need something packed with active ingredients which can easily penetrate and get the recuperative job done for you. Therefore, you should try using pomegranate seed extract because it can mitigate your hair growth problems effectively. By including pomegranate seed serum in your hair care regimen, you'll never have to worry about your weary locks again. Read the full article

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is my hair so oily?
Sebum, the natural oil produced by the scalp, may be produced in large quantities, making your hair oily.
This too much oiliness can be caused by several factors, including hormonal fluctuations, genetics, and an imbalance in oil production. Certain hair care habits, such as overwashing or using many products, may also be important.
2. What is oily dandruff called?
Seborrheic dermatitis is a common term used to describe oily dandruff. Excessive sebum production is the indicator of this condition, resulting in a greasy scalp and the formation of yellowish, oily flakes. On the scalp, seborrheic dermatitis can also cause redness and inflammation.
3. Should I oil my hair if I have oily scalp?
Applying oil to an oily scalp should be done with caution. While heavy oils or excessive application can worsen the problem, some oils can help balance the scalp's natural oil production.
If you decide to use oil or home remedies for oily dandruff, use light varieties like jojoba or tea tree oil and apply carefully to prevent further greasiness.
4. Is naturally oily hair good?
The management of naturally oily hair and personal preferences are the main factors that determine whether oily hair is good or bad. Naturally oily hair has several advantages, such as increased shine and hair shaft protection.

Natural Hair Care â A Comprehensive Guide
Natural haircare routines are essential to keeping locks looking their best and healthy. Finding a style that works for you and sticking to it are the keys to successful locks care.
Afro-textured hair presents unique challenges when it comes to styling and maintenance. Many women turn to natural hair regimens to address these concerns.
Understanding Your Hair Type
Before embarking on your natural hair journey, you must understand what type of texture your hair possesses. Doing this will enable you to choose an appropriate style and care for it appropriately.
Although many people use various products on their hair, reducing this use will help promote healthier growth. Selecting natural options tailored to your hair texture will simplify styling.
If your straight hair tends to get oily quickly, using dry shampoo might help control the excess production of oils. Or you could try applying a light serum that distributes oils evenly across your scalp.
If you have wavy or curly locks, lightweight mousse or curl-defining cream is an excellent way to style them. Remember not to add too much product, as too much can weigh down and lead to frizz. To keep strands looking smooth and manageable, avoid combing too often and opt for protective styles like braids or weaves; styling gel can also add definition.
The Importance of a Balanced Diet for Hair Health
Beginning the journey to healthier hair starts with eating well. According to trichologist Guy Parsons, healthy hair can be defined as âhair that grows from each follicle in an orderly fashion and aligns well with an intact scalp.â
He suggests including high-protein foods into your diet, such as sardines (which have low saturated fat content), mackerel, and salmon, as they contain omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamin B2 B3 D which all play an integral part in keeping hair strands healthy.
Avoid over-washing, as this can strip natural oils from your hair, leaving strands looking dry. Parsons recommends a natural shampoo free from sulfates and alcohol for best results.
Natural hair care ingredients, like aloe vera, tea tree oil, and apple cider vinegar, can help balance your scalpâs pH level, reduce inflammation, and kill any dandruff-causing fungus that might otherwise exist on your strands. They may even add shine. Lastly, drink plenty of water throughout the day to hydrate strands properly and prevent breakage or split ends; adding leave-in conditioner or hydrating spray into your routine can further assist this goal.
Natural Ingredients for Hair Care
As you establish a hair care routine, search for natural ingredients that nourish and protect your strands. Renewable botanical oils like shea butter, jojoba oil, and argan oil help keep your scalpâs natural oils intact while shielding the ends of strands from damage. Utilizing such natural remedies reduces your need for harsh chemicals that could otherwise dry out and flake out your locks, causing itchy follicles or flaky scalps.
Avoid products containing sulfates as these substances have been known to irritate skin and cause genetic mutation. If possible, seek natural products labeled âsulfate-free.â
Tea tree oil is another fantastic ingredient to look out for when selecting shampoo and conditioner products, as it stimulates hair follicles to promote growth while profoundly nourishing hair and scalp. Aloe vera also plays an integral role in maintaining healthy scalp conditions. At the same time, its low molecular weight allows it to penetrate hair strands to leave soft, smooth locks with healthy-looking locks.
DIY Natural Hair Masks
There are a few natural hair products you can incorporate into your routine to protect it from damage, such as:
NaturAllâs deep conditioning treatment for dry, thirsty tresses is perfect for parched locks. It contains raw avocado â known for its hydrating properties â and organic tea tree oil to prevent infections and deep conditioning agents that will keep your locks hydrated all day.
BeautyKLoveâs shampoo scrub may provide an easy remedy for oily scalp. This DIY recipe features baking soda to remove build-up. At the same time, apple cider vinegar closes the cuticle and prevents frizz by closing hair cuticles â leaving your locks smoother and less susceptible to frizz than before!
This natural hair mask is an excellent solution for anyone with damaged locks, thanks to the combination of avocado (known for its nourishing properties), coconut oil, and essential oils such as thyme for stimulating growth, rosemary for decreasing protein loss, and lavender to soothe your scalp. Furthermore, Boucleme contributes back to its local community by sourcing its ingredients from there.
How to Protect Your Hair from Damage
Establishing an effective natural hair routine is critical to keeping your locks healthy. Regular deep conditioning treatments help hydrate dry, brittle strands and replenish their essential natural oils that may have been stripped from them during shampooing.
Ensure not to overwash your strands, which may lead to product buildup. Instead, wash once or twice weekly using lukewarm water for best results.
Limit heat exposure, as overexposure can lead to brittleness in your hair using protective styles like braids, bantu knots, puffs, or wash-and-go styles.
No matter the situation, natural products offer solutions. From shampoo that helps combat dandruff to conditioner that will bring moisture back into your strands and even hair masks that repair damage â there is something suitable for everyone in your search for natural beauty solutions! By sticking to your routine, you can achieve your best look ever while maintaining health â good luck and congratulations on achieving an authentic natural style!
Tips for Natural Hair Styling
Two-strand twists are one of the most sought-after natural hairstyles, as theyâre straightforward and leave your locks looking lush and healthy.
There are numerous approaches to accomplish this look, but here are a few suggestions:
Tip 1: Do not overwash your hair; this can strip it of its natural oils and lead to product build-up. Instead, try washing with lukewarm water once weekly for best results.
When washing your hair, always opt for a high-quality shampoo free from sulfates, mineral oil, and parabens as these ingredients can harm the scalp and hair follicles. A natural hair shampoo will hydrate and protect locks while clearing away dirt or oils that build up from daily activities â this will also help to ensure healthier locks! To further ensure healthy locks, it is also essential to utilize deep conditioner after each wash session while limiting heat exposure, as these will all help foster good hair habits.
Maintaining Hair Health: Doâs and Donâts
As someone new to natural haircare, it may take time to master proper care of your strands. From overwashing to overusing products, common errors could harm the condition of your natural curls.
As always, weâre here to help you avoid these errors and foster vibrant, beautiful locks with healthy locks that look vibrant. From switching up shampoos and scheduling regular haircuts, here are a few tips for maintaining natural beauty.
Be sure to use a wide-tooth comb when detangling, and keep strands hydrated with oil, spritzes, and DIY packs. Furthermore, try to stick to a routine of trimming ends at least every eight weeks, keeping strands strong and preventing split ends from becoming knotted up. Furthermore, avoid products containing sulfates and phosphates, which can strip your scalp of its natural oils and lead to dry, itchy locks; instead, opt for organic products with natural ingredients.

What Is Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate in Shampoo Doing to Your Hair?
You may have experienced the foaming action of shampoo when massaging it into the scalp while shampooing your hair. Have you ever pondered that phenomenon's causes? Chemicals like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), as well as Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), deserve credit for this. When shampoos are combined with water, they release a cloud of cleansing bubbles. Most shower gel as well as body care items contain these synthetic chemicals. So, how exactly do sulphates in hair care products damage your hair? High levels of sulphates are considered to be harmful to hair because they dissolve hair proteins as well as natural oils. But using sulphates in smaller amounts won't do any harm. You can read more about sulphates present in shampoo in this blog penned down by Palvi Chemicals - an excellent Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate supplier in USA.
Sulfates:
Sulfates are a common ingredient in personal care products such as shampoos, body washes, and facial cleansers. When used in shampoos, they help break down the surface tension between the shampoo and your skin, making it easier for the shampoo to remove oil, debris, and dead skin.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS):
SLS has been deemed safe to use by experts as well as others but has also been identified as a skin irritant when left on the skin for long periods.
Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) is a multipurpose chemical used in the cosmetics industry. Common side effects of SLS use include redness, dryness, and irritation. They don't always wash off completely and can disrupt the skin's natural protein. In reality, SLS eliminates the skin's natural benefits, which can cause irritation and inflammation. Allergic reactions to SLSs have been reported in rare instances.
Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES):
Sodium Laureth Sulfate, like sodium lauryl sulphate, is a surface-active ingredient that, when combined with water, produces a dense, luxurious foam. By ethoxylation, SLS is transformed into SLES. Here, a chemical method is used to introduce ethylene oxide and aid in the transformation of the molecule. If you are looking for a trusted Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate Distributor in USA, Palvi Chemicals is the best place for you.Â
Ethoxylation makes SLES milder on the skin, so it may be used in products like body wash without worrying about damaging your skin or stripping its natural oils. As an alternative to SLS, SLES is used in the vast majority of shampoos today. According to Gaskins, SLES is a better alternative to SLS because it doesn't cause irritation or dry up the skin as much as SLS does. This is why SLES is widely utilised in hair care products for those with sensitive scalps or skin.
Oil and water don't mix well, however, the SLES in hair products make it so that the contents are distributed evenly through the strands. It aids in the washing away of dirt and oil from the scalp and skin, and in the distributing of hair care products by the hands. To be more specific, it is attracted to and removes sebum and other naturally occurring oils from the skin. For this reason, most shampoos and conditioners utilise sodium Laureth sulphate rather than sodium laurel sulphate because it is less harsh on people with sensitive skin as well as less prone to irritate the scalp.
Risks of using SLES:
Shampoos with a lot of sodium lauryl sulphate or sodium Laureth sulphate in them can aggravate existing skin issues and even trigger allergic reactions in some people. If you have skin problems, you should avoid sulphates because they can make your situation worse.
 â   Skin rash
 â   Hives
 â   Itchiness
 â   Redness
 â   Inflammation or Swelling
Petroleum-based sulphates are blamed for contributing to global warming and other pollution issues. From a health perspective, SLES as well as SLS can cause skin and eye irritation. Additionally, 1,4-dioxane impurities, which have been associated to cancer, may be present in SLES, despite the fact that they are not often disclosed on ingredient labels. In addition, studies have linked the use of palm oil to ongoing environmental damage and have shown that ethylene oxide can cause cancer and other systemic harm. Although SLES has been largely disproven as a carcinogen, the environmental impacts of palm oil as well as petroleum cannot be ignored.
Are you looking to place a bulk order for SLES? Palvi Chemicals is the most trustworthy Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate exporter in Ecuador that can fulfil all of your SLES requirements.
The controversy surrounding palm oil is due to the fact that palm tree operations frequently necessitate the destruction of vital tropical rainforests. Now, let's say you're interested in using only the purest, most compassionate products because you follow a vegan diet. If so, you should know that sulphate shampoo formulae are frequently tested on animals to determine the severity of the effect the product may have on our hair, skin, eyes, and lungs. Consequently, it is always a good idea to verify the ingredient list prior to purchase.
Shampoo consisting of various Sulphates:
As one of the first components listed, sulphates are easy to spot in cosmetics and toiletries. To name a few examples of the sulphates typically found in shampoos:
 â   Sodium Lauryl Sulphate Sodium
â Â Â Lauryl Sulfoacetate Sodium
â Â Â Sodium Lauroyl Taurate
â Â Â Laureth Sulphate Sodium
â Â Â Lauroyl Isethionate
How bad are Sulphates for Hair?
SLES and SLS are two types of sulphates that are widely used in hair care products because they are believed to effectively remove debris and oil from the hair. However, they can cause negative effects on some people. Some reasons for expanding our explanation are as follows.
â Some people may get allergic reactions or sensitivities if they use sulphates on their hair or skin.
â Â Sulfates can deplete your hair of its natural oils, leaving it dry and brittle.
â Â Furthermore, they can cause dryness and irritation to the scalp.
â You could be putting your health at risk if you continue to use sulfate-containing shampoos despite seeing negative effects on your hair and skin.
These explanations should clear up any confusion about what effect sulphate has on hair and why it's detrimental to the hair's health. Any shampoo that comprises SLES and SLS manufactured and supplied by a distinct Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate Exporter in USA can be used on hair, but only in very small amounts.

After Hair Transplant: Essential Tips for a Healthy and Attractive Look
A hair transplant is a transformative step towards restoring confidence and addressing hair loss. However, achieving the best results requires proper Care and attention after hair transplantation. This comprehensive guide will walk you through the essential tips for post-transplant care to ensure healthy growth and a natural, attractive appearance.
Immediate Post-Transplant Care: The Crucial First Steps
The first few weeks following a hair transplant are critical to the success of the procedure. Proper care during this period ensures that the transplanted follicles stabilize and begin to grow effectively.
1. Protecting the Scalp
Avoid touching or scratching: The scalp is highly sensitive after the procedure, and any friction can damage the newly transplanted follicles.
Leave bandages intact: Only remove them when instructed by your doctor. Bandages protect the scalp from infection and irritation.
Avoid direct sunlight: Protect the scalp from harmful UV rays by wearing loose-fitting hats or staying indoors during peak sunlight hours.
2. Managing Physical Activities
Refrain from strenuous exercises: Avoid activities that cause excessive sweating or blood pressure elevation in the scalp during the first two weeks.
Sleep in an elevated position: Use an extra pillow to keep your head slightly elevated, which reduces swelling and promotes healing.
Washing the Hair After a Transplant
Proper washing techniques are essential to keep the transplanted area clean and support the healing process.
First Wash (48â72 Hours Post-Procedure)
Gently wet the scalp: Use lukewarm water with a light flow to avoid pressure on the transplanted follicles.
Use a doctor-recommended shampoo: Ensure the shampoo is free from harsh chemicals like sulfates and parabens.
Apply shampoo gently: Dab the shampoo lightly with your fingertips without rubbing or applying pressure.
Pat dry carefully: Use a soft towel and gently pat dry the hair instead of rubbing.
Ongoing Washing Routine
Wash your hair regularly as advised by your doctor.
Avoid hot water as it can irritate the scalp and weaken the follicles.
Steer clear of blow dryers with high heat settings.
Long-Term Hair Care for Transplanted Hair
Once the initial healing phase is complete, maintaining healthy hair growth becomes the priority.
1. Choose the Right Products
Opt for natural, chemical-free shampoos and conditioners that nourish the scalp.
Consider taking supplements like biotin or zinc after consulting your doctor to enhance hair growth.
2. Avoid Harmful Habits
Smoking: Smoking reduces blood flow to the scalp, hindering the nourishment of hair follicles.
Harsh hair treatments: Stay away from chemical-based hair treatments, including dyes and straighteners, that can damage the transplanted hair.
3. Ongoing Protection
Wear hats or caps when exposed to sunlight for extended periods.
Avoid swimming in chlorinated or saltwater pools during the first few months.
Boosting Growth with Advanced Techniques
To achieve optimal results, you may consider additional medical treatments to complement your hair transplant:
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy:
Stimulates hair growth by improving blood circulation and nourishing hair follicles.
Typically performed every 4â6 weeks for maximum benefits.
Mesotherapy:
Involves injecting vitamins and nutrients into the scalp to promote follicle health and density.
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT):
Improves blood flow to the scalp and stimulates follicle activity for thicker, healthier hair.

Healthy Lifestyle Habits to Support Hair Growth
Your lifestyle plays a significant role in maintaining the health of your transplanted hair.
Balanced Diet:
Include protein-rich foods and essential vitamins, such as iron and zinc, in your meals.
Incorporate leafy greens, fruits, and nuts for optimal scalp health.
Hydration:
Drink adequate water daily to keep your scalp hydrated and promote hair elasticity.
Stress Management:
High stress can negatively affect hair growth. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga to reduce stress.
Conclusion: Invest in Long-Term Care for Outstanding Results
Caring for your transplanted hair is a continuous process that requires dedication and the right approach. By following these tips and consulting with your doctor regularly, you can enjoy a healthy, natural-looking appearance that enhances your confidence.

DIY Kerablast Treatments: Are They Safe and Effective?
Kerablast treatments have gained immense popularity as a revolutionary solution for taming frizzy, unmanageable hair and achieving a sleek, shiny look. While professional salons offer Kerablast treatments, many individuals are turning to DIY options to save on costs. But the question remains: are DIY Kerablast treatments safe and effective? In this article, we delve into the intricacies of these treatments to help you make an informed decision.
Understanding Kerablast Treatments
Kerablast treatments are a type of keratin treatment designed to smooth hair, reduce frizz, and enhance shine. The process typically involves applying a keratin-rich formula to the hair and sealing it with heat, usually using a flat iron. This treatment fills in the gaps in the hairâs cuticle layer, creating a smoother, healthier appearance.
DIY Kerablast treatments offer at-home kits that claim to deliver salon-like results. These kits often include pre-treatment cleansers, keratin solutions, and instructions for application. While the idea of achieving salon-quality results at home is appealing, several factors must be considered.
Pros of DIY Kerablast Treatments
Cost-Effective: DIY kits are significantly less expensive than professional salon treatments, making them attractive for those on a budget.
Convenience: You can perform the treatment at your own pace and in the comfort of your home.
Customization: With DIY treatments, you have control over the process, allowing you to adjust the application according to your hairâs needs.
Cons of DIY Kerablast Treatments
Safety Concerns: Improper application or using low-quality products can lead to scalp irritation, hair damage, or even breakage.
Lack of Expertise: Without professional knowledge, achieving consistent and even application can be challenging.
Results May Vary: The effectiveness of DIY treatments often falls short of professional outcomes due to the lack of advanced tools and techniques.
Tips for Safe DIY Kerablast Treatments
If you decide to try a DIY Kerablast treatment, follow these safety guidelines:
Choose High-Quality Products: Invest in reputable brands with positive reviews to minimize risks.
Read the Instructions Carefully: Follow the manufacturerâs instructions meticulously to avoid mistakes.
Conduct a Patch Test: Test the product on a small section of your hair or skin to check for allergic reactions.
Work in a Well-Ventilated Area: Many keratin treatments contain formaldehyde or similar chemicals that can release harmful fumes when heated.
Use Proper Tools: A high-quality flat iron with adjustable heat settings is crucial for sealing the treatment without damaging your hair.
When to Opt for Professional Treatments
While DIY Kerablast treatments can be tempting, professional treatments are recommended if:
Your hair is heavily damaged or chemically treated.
You have limited experience with at-home hair treatments.
You want long-lasting, salon-quality results.
Conclusion
DIY Kerablast treatments can be a safe and effective alternative to salon visits if done correctly. However, they come with risks, particularly for those unfamiliar with the process or using low-quality products. For the best results, weigh the pros and cons carefully and consider your hairâs specific needs. If in doubt, consulting a professional stylist is always a safer choice. Ultimately, the decision depends on your comfort level, expertise, and the value you place on achieving professional-grade results. Scalp Care For Sensitive Skin: How To Avoid Redness And Irritation
If you have a sensitive scalp, you know that taking care of it isnât just a once-in-a-while thing. Whether youâre rocking a full head of hair or sporting a smooth bald look, keeping your scalp in good shape is essential. After all, no one wants to deal with the discomfort of redness or irritation, right? Luckily, with the right products and a little care, itâs easy to keep your scalp healthy, moisturized, and free from irritation.
Letâs dive into the essentials of scalp care for sensitive skin.
1. Moisturize At All Costs
Just like the skin on your face or body, your scalp needs moisture to stay healthy. For those with sensitive skin, itâs crucial to find the right moisturizers for scalp that hydrate without causing irritation. Look for lightweight formulas that wonât leave your scalp feeling greasy or weighed down.
Brands like Halo Care offer scalp-specific moisturizers that are designed to soothe and hydrate, leaving your skin feeling fresh without irritation. If you prefer a more natural option, you might want to try products with soothing ingredients like aloe vera or chamomile. These can help calm any redness or inflammation, keeping your scalp happy and healthy.
2. Sunscreen: Donât Forget Your Scalp!
If youâve got a bald head, youâre probably already aware of the importance of sunscreen, but did you know that the scalp is one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to sun protection? Itâs easy to forget, especially when youâre spending time outdoors, but your scalp is just as vulnerable to sunburn as the rest of your skin.
Thatâs where sunscreen for men comes in. There are plenty of lightweight, spray-on sunscreens made specifically for the scalp that wonât leave you feeling greasy or uncomfortable.
A good tip is to reapply sunscreen throughout the day, especially if youâre outdoors for long periods. No one wants to deal with the pain of a sunburned scalp, and prevention is the best remedy.
3. Use the Best Pre-Shave Oil
Whether youâre shaving your head regularly or just giving it a trim, using a pre-shave oil is a game-changer when it comes to avoiding irritation. A good pre-shave oil creates a barrier between the razor and your skin, helping the razor glide smoothly and preventing those annoying nicks and bumps.
Look for oils that contain natural ingredients like coconut oil or jojoba oil, which nourish and protect the skin. Products from brands like The Man Company and Gillette are popular choices, known for their soothing and hydrating properties. Applying a pre-shave oil before shaving helps to minimize irritation, leaving your scalp soft and smooth after every shave.
4. Daily Scalp Treatment: Make It a Routine
Consistency is key when it comes to scalp care. Just like your skincare routine, you should include a daily scalp treatment in your regimen. This doesnât have to be complicatedâitâs about finding the right products that work for you and sticking with them.
A simple scalp treatment could involve gently massaging a soothing oil or serum into your scalp each night before bed. This helps to promote blood flow, reduce irritation, and nourish the skin. Make sure to choose a product thatâs formulated for sensitive skin and free from harsh chemicals or fragrances that could cause further irritation.
5. Invest in Bald Head Care Products
If youâre rocking a bald head, youâll want to make sure youâre using the right bald head care products to keep your scalp in top shape. Bald heads are particularly prone to dryness and irritation, so investing in high-quality, sensitive-skin-friendly products is a must.
Shampoo and conditioner for bald heads are formulated differently than regular hair care products. Theyâre often more hydrating and gentle, which is exactly what you need when dealing with sensitive skin. Some bald head care products even have added SPF protection, giving your scalp an extra layer of defense against the sunâs harmful rays.
6. Be Gentle with Your Scalp
One of the most important tips when it comes to sensitive skin is to be gentle. Scrubbing too hard or using abrasive products can lead to irritation and even small cuts or abrasions, which only make your scalp more prone to redness and discomfort.
When washing or shaving your scalp, use soft, circular motions to avoid putting too much stress on the skin. And remember to always apply products with a gentle touchâno need to go overboard.
7. Keep an Eye on Your Diet
What you eat can affect your scalp health as well. A balanced diet with plenty of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants can go a long way in promoting healthy skin, including your scalp. Foods like fish, nuts, and leafy greens are great for keeping your skin hydrated from the inside out.
If you find that your scalp irritation is persistent, it might be worth checking in with a dermatologist. Sometimes, underlying conditions like eczema or psoriasis can cause scalp issues, and a professional can help guide you toward the right treatments.
Final Thoughts
Taking care of a sensitive scalp doesnât have to be complicated, but it does require some consistency and the right products. Whether youâre moisturizing, applying sunscreen, or using pre-shave oil, the goal is to protect and soothe your skin while avoiding irritation and redness.
With the right products you can maintain a healthy, comfortable scalp without the hassle. So, make scalp care a part of your daily routine, and youâll be rocking that smooth, irritation-free scalp in no time!

Rosemary oil has emerged as a popular natural remedy for promoting hair growth and improving scalp health. This essential oil, derived from the aromatic herb Rosmarinus officinalis, is known for its therapeutic properties and has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. Today, it is widely embraced for its ability to stimulate hair follicles, reduce hair thinning, and enhance overall hair health. Here's everything you need to know about using rosemary oil for hair growth.
âââââââ
Why Rosemary Oil is Effective for Hair Growth
Rosemary oilâs effectiveness lies in its rich composition of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and circulation-boosting properties. These features make it a powerhouse ingredient for addressing common hair concerns like hair loss and slow growth.
Improves Scalp Circulation: Rosemary oil enhances blood flow to the scalp, ensuring that hair follicles receive adequate nutrients and oxygen. This increased circulation supports stronger and healthier hair growth.
Reduces Hair Loss: Research suggests that rosemary oil may be as effective as certain pharmaceutical treatments like minoxidil in combating hair loss, but without the side effects.
Prevents Dandruff: Its antifungal and antibacterial properties help maintain a clean and healthy scalp, reducing dandruff and itchiness that can hinder hair growth.
Strengthens Hair Strands: Rosemary oil nourishes and fortifies hair strands, preventing breakage and split ends.
How to Use Rosemary Oil for Hair Growth
Incorporating rosemary oil into your hair care routine is simple and versatile. Here are some effective methods:
1. Scalp Massage
Mix a few drops of rosemary oil with a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, or almond oil.
Warm the mixture slightly and massage it into your scalp using circular motions.
Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing your hair. This method not only stimulates blood circulation but also relaxes the scalp, promoting a stress-free environment for hair growth.
2. Add to Your Shampoo
Add 5â10 drops of rosemary oil to your regular shampoo or conditioner.
Use as usual, ensuring you massage it thoroughly into your scalp. This approach is perfect for those seeking an effortless way to incorporate rosemary oil into their routine.
3. DIY Hair Masks
Combine rosemary oil with ingredients like aloe vera, yogurt, or honey to create a nourishing hair mask.
Apply the mask evenly to your scalp and hair, leaving it on for 20â30 minutes before rinsing. This treatment provides deep hydration while boosting the benefits of rosemary oil.
Safety Tips and Precautions
While rosemary oil is generally safe, it is important to use it correctly:
Always dilute it with a carrier oil before application to prevent skin irritation.
Perform a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if you experience any discomfort.
The Bottom Line
Rosemary oil is a natural, eco-friendly solution to achieving healthier, fuller hair. Its ability to stimulate hair growth, reduce hair loss, and maintain scalp health makes it an ideal choice for those seeking natural remedies. The Role of Scalp Health in Preventing Hair Fall
Hair fall is a common concern that affects millions of people globally. While many factors contribute to hair loss, the health of your scalp plays a crucial role in maintaining strong, healthy hair. The scalp serves as the foundation for hair growth, and any imbalance or issue can directly affect the strength and vitality of your hair. This article delves into the importance of scalp health in preventing hair fall and how Ayurvedic practices and remedies can support a healthy scalp.
Why Scalp Health Matters for Hair Growth
The scalp is not just the surface where hair grows; it is a complex ecosystem that requires proper care to function optimally. Key factors that impact scalp health include:
Blood Circulation: The scalp requires adequate blood flow to nourish hair follicles with essential nutrients and oxygen.
Sebum Production: Sebum, the natural oil produced by the scalp, keeps it hydrated and protects hair from dryness and breakage.
pH Balance: Maintaining the scalp's pH balance is crucial to prevent issues like dryness, dandruff, and irritation.
Cleanliness: A clean scalp ensures that hair follicles remain unclogged and free of buildup from dirt, oils, or hair products.
Microbiome Balance: The scalpâs microbiome, consisting of bacteria and fungi, needs to be in harmony to prevent infections and inflammation.
Common Scalp Issues That Lead to Hair Fall
Several scalp-related issues can contribute to hair fall, including:
1. Dandruff and Dry Scalp
Excessive flaking, itching, and dryness can weaken hair roots and lead to hair fall. Dandruff results from an overgrowth of Malassezia fungus, which disrupts the scalpâs balance.
2. Excess Oil Production
An overly oily scalp can clog hair follicles, leading to inflammation and weakening of hair roots.
3. Scalp Infections
Fungal or bacterial infections, such as ringworm, can damage the scalp and cause hair fall.
4. Inflammation and Sensitivity
Conditions like psoriasis or eczema cause inflammation, irritation, and damage to the scalp, making it harder for hair to grow.
Ayurvedic Perspective on Scalp Health
In Ayurveda, scalp health is deeply connected to the balance of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Imbalances in these doshas can manifest as scalp issues, ultimately leading to hair fall.
Vata Imbalance: Causes dryness and flakiness, leading to brittle hair.
Pitta Imbalance: Leads to inflammation, sensitivity, and premature greying.
Kapha Imbalance: Results in excessive oiliness and clogged follicles.
Ayurveda focuses on restoring balance through herbal treatments, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle modifications.
Ayurvedic Practices for a Healthy Scalp
1. Herbal Cleansing with Ayurvedic Shampoo
Using the right shampoo is essential for maintaining scalp health. Opt for an Ayurvedic Shampoo For Hair Fall that cleanses the scalp gently while nourishing it with natural ingredients. Ayurvedic Shampoo For Hair Fall helps balance the scalpâs natural oils and prevents buildup, which is a common cause of hair fall.
2. Scalp Massages
Massaging the scalp with Ayurvedic oils such as Bhringraj, Neem, or Coconut oil improves blood circulation, nourishes the hair roots, and promotes hair growth. Regular massages can also reduce stress, a known factor in hair fall.
3. Dietary Adjustments
Hydration: Drinking sufficient water flushes out toxins and keeps the scalp hydrated.
Hair-Friendly Foods: Include green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, and protein-rich foods in your diet.
Avoid Pitta-Aggravating Foods: Spicy, fried, and overly salty foods can inflame the scalp.
4. Stress Management
Stress can disrupt the hair growth cycle and lead to excessive hair fall. Practices such as yoga, meditation, and pranayama help in managing stress effectively.
5. Regular Exfoliation
Gently exfoliating the scalp removes dead skin cells and promotes better absorption of nutrients. Ayurvedic scrubs with ingredients like Fenugreek or Amla can be used for this purpose.
