Does anyone else absolutely HATE white noise? When it comes to other frequencies, I don’t mind them as much (like brown noise), because they sound much smoother to my ears and less harsh.

Horrorcon UK

Ok, so a little rather late for an Audio Drama Sunday post, but I wanted to share what an epic weekend we had at Horrorcon UK in Sheffield 11-12th May.

Myself, Daivd Ault and James Cleveland (all from The NoSleep Podcast) were there promoting "Horror in Audio Fiction", trying to get more people to discover audio drama and fiction through podcasts, and not assuming all podcasts were two blokes talking about stuff into a mic.

Having worked on over a 100 shows between us, (with a lot of horror), it became a game of "Tell us what kind of horror you like, and we'll recommend a show for you to listen to".

From the big anthology shows like NoSleep, and the very British and queer Shadows at the the Door, we kept finding more shows to talk about and add to an ever-growing flow chart.

Shows we were flag waving for included:

Okie now moving on to answering, i think one way to do this, and I actually am doing this rn, is what I did is make a list of all my desires (in this case your df and db) in my notes app, put a couple of pics for reference and baam. Now i just affirm to myself, "I have everything on my list" "Literally my list is just me" etc. OR even "I have my df and db "(since yk in your mind who they are, also love the choices heeh) "I literally look fcking exactly ditto like df and my db its crazy" etc.

These are ways you can try to do this instead of the void, to be frank with you I actually haven't even tried the void 😭😭 I do wanna try it though, so i might just go read a few posts. BUT yes thats a way, hope I could clear some confusion <3 sending love

a while ago on the discord i brought up the "which desk at the station is forrest's desk" question when the answer should probably have been obvious. he's been at the job for approx. one week, so it's the desk with all the unpacked boxes. it just didnt occur to me because thats Frankly A Lot Of Boxes and my first thought was this is where all the storage and junk are piled on, but no. it's all stuff forrest brought (/hc). he's a heavy packer. he spite packed all the stuff he didn't want his old job to keep even if he doesnt need or even like them all that much but now that he's blacklisted then no one in the entirety of chicago can have them

A friend on Discord mentioned the Korg DS-10 which I haven't played around with too much but I think it makes for a neat little novelty at least. The interface is surprisingly intuitive and being able to control various synth parameters with the touch screen is fun :3

Hey guys I have a thought.

Do you think if blade wasn't around frequency when he got the message about the lady in rags that she would have still defended him when he brought it up?

The two of them seem like good buddies and blade seems to trust her team perfectly well, so if he played a distressed message sent by another team member it would make sense that she'd believe him right???

Like no one believes him but blades just sitting there like "this mans only sin is playing the pornhub opening song when he asked juniper out other then that he's a stand up guy"

Before the incident frequency was deaf and mute and could only talk after the said incident gave him his sweet vocal effect

manifesting isn't really needed for me, i already have all my desires, so whats the point in manifesting? they all already came to me instantly, so i should just appreciate them

Hii, in my understanding, manifestation is there as a TOOL nothing but that to shift from a 3D where you don't have it to a 3D that does have it. Yes, absolutely they all come instantly because if you think it you its already created, but if our mind isn't conditioned because of what we have been limited by etc. manifesting is an aid as such to saturate our mind with the new thought, the new belief so we can 'shift' asap to the place where our 3D world shows it.
