Au where mortis happens after the wrong jedi arc and after padme gets pregnant
Anakin heads to mortis alone, and with most of his relationships broken off, he hesitantly decides to stay. Seventeen years pass in the outer world, the empire has risen, and anakin is constantly trying to communicate with his loved ones through their bond.. it's unsuccessful until one day he manages to reach ahsoka after a mission gone wrong where ahsoka was either left behind or hurt by another group of rebels in a mass confusion.
Anakin, royally pissed and only having dieties as companions for the past decade, immediately leaves mortis with the son & daughter by his side, go to make sure ahsoka is okay and then decimate the group of rebels that hurt ahsoka

Also he's as tall as the son and daughter now

I've been brainrotting over this for weeks because Overwatch and Star Wars are two of my fave content to consume and I've been in both these fandoms for so long so-
Overwatch Star Wars au, where Overwatch were the Jedi Order, Blackwatch were Jedi shadows/sentinels.
Reyes as a Jedi Shadow and his little unconventional padawan Cole Cassidy, former teen criminal with enormous potential in the force that Reyes decided to pick up and train despite his age and past.
Ana and Jack are Jedi Masters and part of the council.
The fall of Overwatch would happen very similarly to Order 66, where most of the members get killed and hunted down.
Gabriel Reyes "dies" similarly to Anakin Skywalker and in his place emerges Sith Lord Reaper. As does Talon, similarly to the birth of the empire. Not all Talon members would be Sith ofc. I imagine Doomfist at the very least would be. While Widowmaker is the wife of Senator Lacroix, similarly to in game lore she gets kidnapped and brainwashed. Sombra is probably a mercenary working for Talon. Moira is an inquisitor, former Jedi sentinel, she enjoys capturing former jedi and torturing/experimenting on them, she's responsible for the fall of many former jedi turned inquisitors.
For our Overwatch people, they're also not all going to be Jedi. Ana and Jack, obv. With their respective padawans Fareeha and Lena. Winston as well, plus Angela as a Jedi Healer. Reinhardt and his padawan Brigitte.
Genji would've been part of the Shimada clan, a group of force users that kept themselves separated from Jedi or Sith. Same as in Canon he'd be cut apart by Hanzo and saved by Angela, after which he joins the Jedi. He leaves a few years before the fall to find himself and goes to the monks in the temple of Jedha, where he meets Zenyatta, a force user who is neither jedi nor Sith, not good nor evil, he's in the balance and so he decides to study under him. Hanzo on the other hand completely abandons his lightsabers, same as he stops using his sword in game after "killing Genji".
Post Recall members:
Baptiste as a former Talon Inquisitor, joins the reformed Overwatch and learns how to heal instead of killing.
Cassidy takes on Hana as a padawan and with her he rejoins Overwatch (who he had ditched a little before the fall after having grown disillusioned with them and seeing the corruption that was brewing inside). He does however spend a long time as a merc before taking back his lightsaber and accepting himself as a jedi.
For now this is all my little peabrain could come up with. Mind that the story revolves mainly around Jack, Gabriel and Cassidy. As they kind of replace Obi-wan, Anakin and Ahsoka. (No Jack was not Gabriel's master but they had a strong brotherly bond like Obi-wan and Anakin so I think they fit the roles pretty well).
I do however have some more details on the characters I managed to fit in.
Ana and Fareeha are not mother and daughter but they're from the same clan and they're both Mirialan, they do have a mother and daughter relationship tho. They both have blue lightsabers.
Jack also has a blue lightsaber and he's the order's grandmaster.
Gabriel wields two lightsabers, one purple and one blue, they both turn red after his fall.
(I'm considering making Jack and Gabriel the children of the prophecy. Which they both fail by fighting eachother instead of being in balance. Jack as the light side of the force and Gabriel as the dark side. Kinda like on mortis we have the son and the daughter and the balance gets upset by the son killing the daughter- So yeah Gabriel has completely fallen to the dark side and intent on destroying the light side while Jack is grey-ish and obsessed with revenge and justice, they're terrible at their jobs.)
Cole wields one lightsaber, green. His skills in the force far outclass his lightsaber skills, especially since he greatly favours wielding a blaster in his other hand. He was actually discovered as force sensitive because of his pin point accurate shots. Which he later discovers to be guided by the force and that for years he's unknowingly used the force to guide his aim as well as even maneuvering the blaster fire (basically giving him the equivalent of deadeye in this universe).
Hana has a blue lightsaber, though with her being a pilot and being trained by Cole she's also an accelent shot and doesn't rely too heavily on her lightsaber.
Winston is a lasat, he wields a green bladed saberstaff, though he's more of a scholar than a fighter. (Like Plo Koon he can use the jedi technique of electric judgment)
Moira never made her crystals bleed and she wields a purple and a yellow lightsaber. While she is an inquisitor she's not Sith. She doesn't use the dark side to fuel her, preferring science and force techniques from either side of the force, knowledge is knowledge and she wants it all.
Lena has a blue lightsaber and a blue shoto. She's also an accomplished pilot and it's usually her or Hana that are flying the crew around. Though Hana specialises in combat flying much more compared to Lena.
Baptiste has a white lightsaber, after having healed his own crystal.
Angela has a green shoto, she really only uses it in self defence since she heavily dislikes having to result to violence and her abilities are much more focused on force healing. She's strong enough to be able to bring someone back from the brink of death (which is what she did with Genji).
Genji has a green lightsaber and a green shoto, tho he also uses various tools at his disposal, like traps or smoke bombs.
Hanzo used to have two blue lightsabers, but he's since put them to rest and now favours an energy bow. Similarly to Cassidy he uses the force to guide his aim, making him a formidable sniper.
Doomfist has a red Saberstaff and he's a kiffar! (He's always wearing gloves or gauntlets of some kind since he has psychometry)
I think this is all for now? Let me know what you think and if someone wants to talk about this AU with me!

In the Absence of Light
Tumblr media
Part 1
Words: 2.5k 10 min read time
Warnings/tag: talk of ghosts and haunted houses etc, eventual romance but nothing explicit, modern/crack au
Summary: What happens when two rival Ghost Hunting teams are trapped in the same haunted mansion for the night?
AO3
Dead leaves ripped off the sprawling snake-like branches of ancient trees flanking a dilapidated mansion. They drifted across the overgrown yard, settling themselves in the corner of the stone garden wall. The air was chill and crisp, leaves crunching under the three companions' shoes.
A young man clad in all black holding a camera pans over the mansion before focusing on the older man in front of a large locked gate. His wavy gray flecked auburn hair dusted the collar of his beige button-down shirt. His closely shorn beard gave him a professorial air like he was about to lecture on the literary themes of Proust. Clearly, this crew was not here to discuss literature.
"Here we are outside the Mortis Mansion. Said to have been the home of a family of occultists. Legend has it they were able to open doorways to the spirit realm. The father, son, and daughter, known to the townsfolk as recluses, mysteriously disappeared almost 100 years ago. Since then, many have tried to live here, but no one can last more than a year. The stories of murder, disease and hauntings are all that's left of those who once walked these halls. It has remained vacant for 50 years. The rumors of the haunting precede the place. My two crewmates, Anakin and Ahsoka, and I are about to spend a full 24 hours locked inside the estate recording the entire time. My name's Obi-Wan Kenobi, and you're watching Ghost Knights."
"And cut, we got it!" The young man set his camera down on a tripod. He wore a faded band shirt, 'Cannibal Corpse,' and ripped-up black skinny jeans. His dark brown hair was long enough to get into his eyes. He shook it back and leaned down to the camera. "Now, we'll get some time lapses of the building here." He futzed with the camera's controls, kneeling down on the broken pavement littered with leaves and old yard waste.
"How did it sound? Was it too formal?" Obi-Wan asked, stroking his beard.
"No, boss, it was great!" The chipper young Togruta woman reassured him. She wore a plain black sleeveless dress with a choker, while several rings and bracelets adorned her hands and wrists.
"Hmm, well, next, we should try to get some interviews with the caretakers of the place."
"Already taken care of, boss. They'll be here in about-" she paused to look at her watch, "-uh 20 minutes or so."
A light gold sedan pulled up to the driveway. Once it parked, the two occupants, elderly blue and orange Twi'leks, stepped out and walked towards the team.
"Hello, disaster trio," the frail man's voice called out. "I'm Carl, and this is my wife, A'rina. Let's go inside so we can sit and discuss everything." Carl gestured for them to follow him.
He unlocked the padlock at the front gate and swung it open with a spine-chilling creak.
"Spose we should take care a that," he chucked to his wife, and they both smiled. They made their way up the drive towards the house, making small talk as they went.
Carl unlocked the front door through a series of padlocks and deadbolts. His frail hands shook with each lock he undid. The last lock clicked open, and the heavy wood door swung open as if by its own desire.
Somehow, it was even more extensive on the inside. Two open grand staircases at the front entrance welcomed them in. Whistling air carrying secrets of the past chilled the trio to the bone. Dusty floorboards creaked under their feet, some of the boards feeling dangerously thin.
Carl and A'rina showed them around the central part of the estate. To give them a full tour would take hours, so they narrowed it down to a few critical locations while Obi-Wan interviewed them and Anakin filmed. Ahsoka would stop to leave markers in certain rooms where she felt a distinct otherworldly presence. Anakin would pan the camera over to her for a dramatic effect as she closed her eyes and meditated on the supposed spirits of the room.
The entire estate was still furnished in its 1920s opulence. More bedrooms and bathrooms than anyone could ever need. Old velvet furniture, some covered in white sheets, missing legs, or devoid of upholstery, lavished all the rooms. The group lost count of the number of chandeliers hanging in many of the rooms. Ancient cracked mirrors and paintings were decorating the faded walls. The wallpaper in many rooms so peeled it begged for the mercy of someone to tear it away.
At the end of the tour, they settled into the sitting room off the central kitchen. Despite the dankness, the room gave off a cozy feeling. Of course, it was still daylight and warm yellow light pooled in through the tall windows, the long maroon curtains pulled off to the side. At night it was beyond a doubt to give a different ambiance.
Obi-Wan gazed around the gaudy room while the caretakers went over the rules and details of the house. He half-listened with an intent look at the couple as though he hung off every word. It was the same spiel every time. "Leave things better than you found them." Yes, yes, it was apparent.
"Well, we'll leave you to get settled then," A'rina said, getting up from her chair, "we have another meeting to attend to."
"Thank you so much," Obi-Wan got up and shook both of their hands, "the house is in good hands with us."
"I've no doubt, dearie," A'rina smiled, scrunching up her entire small blue face.
-------------------
Obi-Wan and Anakin busied themselves by setting up cameras and ghost-tracking equipment while Ahsoka settled into her room. The caretakers had at least cleaned each of them a room to stay in for the night. Obi-Wan doubted anyone would be getting any sleep tonight, but it was still a nice gesture.
"Anakin, please pay attention to where you are setting these trackers. This is expensive equipment. We can't have us accidentally stepping on them." Obi-Wan picked up a delicate black metal device from the floor and set it on the glass-top side table near the orange velvet sofa. The sofa had worn impressions of a seated figure permanently featured on its once plush cushion.
"Yes, boss. Maybe if people watched where they were going, it wouldn't-" a loud crash and thump boomed through the walls. The two men stared at each other in bewilderment.
"That couldn't have been Snips…" Anakin trailed off his face full of concern.
"No, no, Ahsoka is on the complete opposite side of the house. I'm not even sure what is behind this wall." He walked closer to the wall, about to press his ear against it, when another loud scream and thump shook their corner. The two men jumped back, and the multiple picture frames shuddered into skewed positions on their hangers.
"Anakin, grab the electrometer! We need to collect data on this room NOW!" Obi-Wan shook with excitement and fear. His face lit up, and his blue eyes glittered with delight. This was precisely what they came here for. It didn't usually happen so fast that something paranormal would make itself known, but don't kick a gift horse in the mouth.
Anakin hurried off to find the electrometers while Obi-Wan stayed to further inspect the room, taking the camera with him.
"We've heard quite the disturbance from the other side of this wall." He placed his hand on the maroon wallpapered wall and shook the dust that came off onto his hand. "This may already be the sign we've been looking for. The proof of a haunting. I've sent Anakin to grab the electrometers so we can collect more data on this room. Until then, we'll record everything to not miss it if it happens again."
Obi-Wan stopped in his tracks, hearing a light tapping from further down the wall. He panned the camera over to it, adjusting the microphone to pick up the muffled noise.
"Something or someone is knocking on the wall," he whispered.
"Hello?" he thundered out with his voice, "Are you a spirit in this house?"
A distorted voice answered through the wall. Obi-Wan was shaking with delight but remained calm to steady the camera.
"My God, I can't make out what they're saying, but we'll analyze the audio in post-production." He breathed out in hushed tones to the camera again.
"What happened in this house?" he asked the spirit. More muffled voices and the hair on Obi-Wan's arms stood on end. He couldn't believe this was real. Where was Anakin? And Ahsoka? They needed to be here to get all this down. To collect data and reach out to the spirits. Gods, how many could there be?
The knocking grew in volume, as did the voices. Obi-Wan could almost make out what they were saying.
"Right here, brother, you can see the outline of a door."
Huh? Did he hear correctly? The camera rested on his shoulder, glued to the spot where he observed the knocking. His breath was shallow, and sweat clung to his brow and underarms.
"Anakin! Ahsoka! You need to be here!" He yelled out behind him towards the hallway.
The wall began to creak, the wood sounded as if it were splintering. Something was trying to get out of the walls. Obi-Wan had no idea what to do if something did come out of the walls. The most they'd dealt with before were whispering voices, doors slamming shut, that sort of thing. This was unheard of. His heart raced, and his stomach filled with acid.
He backed away from the creaking wall in small steps. Still wanting to be sure to capture everything but also keeping a safe distance. If there even was a safe distance from whatever was behind that wall.
The wall groaned in protest. Whatever wanted out was putting the structural integrity of the house to the test. The voices grew louder. There were too many of them overlapping to make out any specific words. A loud metal crack and Obi-Wan's jaw dropped as a cloud of dust and debris exploded from the wall. Through the haziness, three figures stood there bickering with one another. As the dust settled, Obi-Wan saw the three Zabrak brothers before him. Was he hallucinating?? No, it couldn't be.
"Kenobiiiii!!" The red Zabrak yelled out, lunging towards Obi-Wan, but held back by his larger yellow brother.
"I'm sorry I don't believe I've made your acquaintance," Obi-Wan said in a calm tone, backing away from the three.
This only further enraged the red Zabrak, "I'm surprised you could have forgotten me, Kenobi," spit flying from his mouth as he spoke. "After I ruined your boss's career and you left me stranded in that abandoned mental institute."
"Maul? It is you! I thought I must be hallucinating." Obi-Wan said with a confused look on his face. "What are you all doing here? We got a permit to do our show here. This is really quite pathetic, Maul, even for you. To try and sabotage our show." Obi-Wan shook his head in disapproval.
"Your show? We got a permit, and WE are shooting our own show. You just couldn't stand to hear I was back in business, I guess, Kenobi. And now you're trying to sabotage us and somehow pin it all on me. I'm on to your ways, ghost boy."
"Ha! I can't believe you, Maul. This is ridiculous."
Maul growled at Obi-Wan and looked to start an accusation again, finger pointed towards the man. Anakin and Ahsoka interrupted him by rushing into the room, each carrying way too much gear and spilling it as they halted to a stop in the room.
"Boss, we grabbed everything we could… hey, what are they doing here? Isn't he your nemesis?" Anakin pointed to Maul.
"I don't have enemies, Anakin. There seems to be some confusion as to why exactly they are here. But we'll get to the bottom of it."
"I mean… aren't we all kinda locked in here for the night?"
"What's your point, Snips?" Anakin responded to Ahsoka, but his gaze and growl pointed at the three Zabraks.
"Well, we might as well try to work together or around each other as best as possible. No one is leaving until the caretakers come back."
"Ha! Fool! If you think I won't be immediately calling the caretakers to kick the lot of you out, you are sorely mistaken. I will not tolerate this offensive transgression. What's next? A coven of witches settling up for the night here as well? Why don't we open the doors to the public? Let everyone stop in and look for paranormal activity with us. What could possibly go wrong there?"
"Brother, you're spiraling again," his larger brother put his hand on Maul's arm, holding it down with gentle firmness. Maul ripped his arm away with a hiss before stomping through the hole in the wall and disappearing.
------------
Once Maul left, the other two brothers introduced themselves and were civil about everything. It was all some big misunderstanding, no one to blame, it seemed. Not knowing what else to do in the situation, Obi-Wan headed for the kitchen to make tea. The others congregated in the sitting room nearby.
"I've put the kettle on if anyone cares for a cup," Obi-Wan said as he looked through the kitchen cabinets for mugs.
"I'd love some tea," Savage said, walking into the kitchen from the sitting room.
"I'll make enough for everyone. You can sit with the others in the sitting room."
"Nah," Savage replied, pulling out mugs from the cabinet nearest him. "I'd rather busy myself with something."
"So it seems we'll be sharing the mansion for the evening," Obi-Wan added tea bags to each mug.
"Yup, I don't mind so much. It could be fun for us to team up."
"Well, you aren't very much like your brother."
"I'm a lot like him. I have never understood the contempt he holds for you, that's all. I wasn't there when, when everything went down," Savage leaned back against the kitchen island, his large frame causing the wooden structure to groan against his weight.
"There's not much to know. When you break it all down, we were never meant to get along. I'm not going to pretend I'm some innocent bystander while your brother was the complete antagonist to the story. While I do disagree with many of his methods, specifically ones used against me, I don't believe him to be an all-bad person or anything of that sort."
"He'll calm down. It was such a shock to find you all here. I think he kinda imploded on himself."
"Yes, well, I do believe it was a shock to everyone," Obi-Wan mused, pulling a jar of sugar out of the pantry.
"My wish is for you two to make amends," Savage offered with a calm collectedness.
The tea kettle screamed. Tea time.

Note
Hi! I’m a huge sucker for Anakin doesn’t fall fics and I’d like to hear if you have any recommendations for fics where Obi-Wan actually realizes that Anakin is sleep-deprived/confused/starting to fall to the dark side, so he’s actually there for Anakin instead of just ignoring his issues. Bonus points if Padme’s in on it too and she and Obi-Wan work together to save Anakin before he falls. Preferably multi-chapter fics but shorter ones are fine too :) Thank you so much!
omggggg canNOT BELIEVE SOMEONE ASKED ME THIS IM C R Y I N G.
Okay, well I’m going to assume that you’re thinking of gen! fics and not ship-based Anakin/Obi-Wan fics (and if you are, let me know!).
ALL of these recs will be strictly feature a family-type relationship and can be found under my fic recs. They will also feature story lines where Anakin is prevented from falling/does not fully fall to the dark side. I know for sure there is a fic that touches on everything you’re talking about… Padme and Obi-Wan are both aware of how close Anakin is to his fall and actively work to prevent it. I haven’t read SW fics in awhile, but I think this one might be it.
Echoes of Mortis
Post-Mortis Arc AU. In a universe where the Father failed to take away Anakin’s vision of the future, the Hero With No Fear struggles with the knowledge of what he will become and the knowledge of who, exactly, is responsible. Drastic steps are taken and in the process things go a little bit…sideways.
Also the fic below has heavy Ani/Obi relationship feat. Padme (and one of my all time faves)
The Finer Shades of Why
When Dooku realizes far earlier Sidious’ intentions to replace him, Sidious’ plans never come to fruition… but Dooku’s do. Across the galaxy, Anakin and Obi-Wan are shot down by their own men and try to make sense of why.
Other awesome Anakin doesn’t fall to the dark side fics:
Shadows of the Future
ObiWan lost the duel on Mustafar, but instead of dying, he finds himself on a ship leaving Tatooine, with his old Master and a familiar young boy. As events begin to unfold, can he stop the future he knows from occurring?
Precipice
An AU in which Anakin Skywalker does not follow Mace Windu and the others to Palpatine’s office after they leave to arrest the Chancellor. As a result, he doesn’t get that final push over the edge, and doesn’t Fall.
Test Of Time Book 1: A Father’s Son
Luke was walking the halls of the Jedi Temple when he was swept up by The Force, finding himself in the middle of a battle lead by his father Anakin Skywalker and his Master Obi-Wan Kenobi twenty-three years prior. Given the chance to get to know his father before he became Vader and possibly save him as well, will Luke be able to alter the past for the best? or make things worse?
The Exchange
The Daughter has a bad day and it irrevocably changes the fate of the galaxy, twice over.
Or;
ROTS Obi-Wan and Anakin are swapped with their younger, TPM, selves. It changes things, in both parallels.
Realign the Stars
It should have been easy. A simple mission. Yet here they are, three Jedi and two Clone Troopers, unceremoniously thrown back to the beginning. It’s an opportunity, to set right so much that had gone wrong over the years. But every action has a reaction no one can control, and the Force has a Will of it’s own.
But then, that’s what happens when you try to change things.
Things change.
A couple of AU stories with Obi-Wan and Anakin outside of the Jedi temple which in my opinion, means Ani never fell:
A Twist In Fate
AU. Obi Wan joined the Jedi Agricorp and has been living a quiet life. All that changed when he met Anakin. Now, the 2 live in safety.
All But Name
“You will be a Jedi, Anakin. I promise you. In all but name.”
Hope you find something worth reading on here!!

Timeline of Galactic History
@what-a-strange-little-star and I were talking about how awesome a Star Wars/Wonder Woman au crossover would be and so then I started planning things and, well, this happened. Stay tuned for more - someday we may even write a full fic - once my friend here finally watches Wonder Woman!
Pre-Clone Wars
c. 10000 BBY
One or more ancestral species unlock the secrets of hyperspace travel and open the galaxy for exploration.
Force sensitives gather to form the Jedi Order, dedicated to the preservation of peace and justice. The world Ilum comes into their possession.
Unidentified rogue Jedi is born.
A group of malevolent Force users splits from the Jedi Order during the Hundred-Year Darkness. They form the Sith Order.
The Jedi attack the Sith temple on Malachor in the Great Scourge of Malachor, and battle the Sith. All participants are petrified.
A group of surviving female Jedi flee to Themyscira, a planet in uncharted space and erect powerful cloaks around their world to protect them. Hippolyta sculpts a baby out of clay and she is brought to life by “the gods”, she is named Diana.  The women call themselves the Amazons.
c. 6021 BBY
Through the use of slavery, the Sith build an empire that spans the galaxy, beginning a brief period of galactic dominance.
The Sith build a shrine on Coruscant. The Jedi later build the Jedi Temple on top of the shrine's foundations.
Prior to 1032 BBY
The Battle of Takodana is fought between the Jedi and the Sith. (at least 1,000 years)
The galaxy enters the Dark age.
The Jedi–Sith war is waged.
A male Jedi crash lands on Themyscira and Diana is convinced to leave Themyscira to help destroy the darkness even though she may never return to the world.
Diana learns she is the Force personified and is able to kill another Force Avatar who embraced darkness instead of light.
The Sith are defeated by the Diana and the Jedi and are driven into hiding.
The Old Republic collapses.
Mandalorians of House Vizsla sneak into the Jedi Temple and liberate the Darksaber.
Diana becomes the Master Jedi
Darth Bane establishes the Rule of Two.
Several solar systems unite and found the Galactic Republic.
The Zygerrian Slave Empire is defeated by the Jedi.
896 BBY
Yoda is born on an unknown planet. He is trained by Diana in the ways of the Force.
Diana leaves the Jedi temple to explore the galaxy, leaving behind a prophecy of a “Chosen One” who will bring balance. She manages to return to Themyscira whose shield are no longer active, only to find that the Amazon’s have been wiped out by an unknown assailant. She decides to stay and mourn her people and write about the Force at what she considers to be the “First Jedi Temple”
797 BBY
Yoda begins to train Jedi in the ways of the Force.
The Citadel is built to imprison rogue Jedi.
41 BBY
Anakin Skywalker is born to Shmi Skywalker through the Force. (half Force avatar)
32 BBY
Invasion of Naboo.
Battle of Naboo. Queen Amidala returns to Naboo and forms an alliance between the Naboo and Gungans. The Gungans engage the droid army while the Queen and her security force capture the leaders of the Trade Federation. Qui-Gon Jinn is killed by Darth Maul, who, in turn, is cut in half by Obi-Wan Kenobi but survives. Daultay Dofine is killed when the Droid Control Ship is destroyed by Anakin Skywalker.
Senator Sheev Palpatine is elected Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, replacing Finis Valorum.
The Jedi Council promotes Obi-Wan Kenobi to the rank of Jedi Knight and permits him to train Anakin Skywalker as a Jedi.
Events of Clone Wars - Galactic Civil War (episode 2- episide 6 including Rebels and Clone Wars)
(Diana starts being referred to as “the Jedi of Legend”. Few Jedi believe she exists and those that do think her some sort of goddess. Yoda has tried to find his old master from time to time, but hasn’t been successful. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka learn more about the first Jedi (the Amazons) and Diana while on the Force Planet Mortis. With the death of the Son, Daughter, and Father, Diana became the last “Force avatar/god” alive, with Anakin being a demigod and “the Chosen One”).

Luke Skywalker goes into exile over Kylo Ren's fall to the dark side.
First Order–Resistance conflict
34 ABY
Attack on Tuanul. The village of Tuanul is sacked by the First Order, which had been pursuing a clue to the missing Jedi Master Luke Skywalker's location.
Escape from Jakku. Rey, a scavenger, Finn, a former stormtrooper of the First Order, and BB-8 escape from the planet of Jakku to evade the Order.
Skirmish aboard the Eravana.

Battle on Takodana. The First Order sacks Maz Kanata's castle, searching for the Resistance astromech droid BB-8.
Assault on Starkiller Base. Resistance forces engage with the First Order at their stronghold, destroying the Starkiller superweapon
Han Solo is killed by Kylo Ren during the battle.
Rey and Chewbacca find Luke Skywalker and Diana of Jedi Legend on Ahch-To (called Themyscira by the original inhabitants), an uncharted planet in the Unknown Regions.
Themyscira/Ahch-To worldbuilding
Primarily ocean terrain with beautiful islands of rock and trees. The water and sky appear blue and the foliage primarily a beautiful green. There were beautiful gardens of both food and flowers and water falls off of some of the stone towers. Buildings were made out of the natural caves and grottos that formed on the planet. The original women who lived there used shell designs and curves to carve the rooms and furniture from stone - the buildings have a greco-roman feel to it. Though the buildings are mostly ruins now from the battle that wiped out the Amazons the architecture was beautiful and remains of the palace temple are where Luke and Diana made their home. There are many birds and other animal species on the world, including Convor birds.
The Amazons wore clothes made of leather and armour and had a greco-roman/samurai feel to it. The Amazons were accomplished artists and warriors, with a variety of weapons powered by Kyber crystals at their disposal. These women had some rather advanced technology hidden in their stone buildings and powerful power generators that kept their world hidden for centuries.

SW AU - Fate of the Master Chapter 12
<- Previous Chapter
Anakin paced the hallway between Ahsoka's room and Leia's room. So many things had changed in the last month that he found himself wondering what was left in his life to be turned upside down. One minute he'd been a Sith Lord walking down the darkest path, the next minute he was a father and fighting for good again. Emperor Sidious had told him, when he'd first discovered Ahsoka was still alive, that it had been prophesied that they would meet, fight and that the outcome would define who he was. In his words, Anakin had been certain that it meant he was destined to destroy her and forever seal himself as Vader. But evil or not, Sidious had spoken only truth.
The outcome of their duel HAD determined who he was. It just wasn't who he expected he'd be. For years he had swallowed the anger and hate. For years he had allowed the storm to rage inside him; he'd let the monster win. Through the lens of the dark side everything he had once been could only be seen as wrong. Everyone he'd once loved could only be the enemy. He lived and breathed that hatred, bent only on destroying any reminder of that self. The Jedi were the enemy, Obi wan was the enemy, Ahsoka was the enemy and Padmé was the enemy. He had allowed that belief to sit inside his broken chest and pump its poison through his veins. He had lived it. He took his need for vengeance out on everyone he met. Jedi, rebel, imperial, civilian... it didn't really matter.
He had not felt remorse, or sadness or sorrow. He had not allowed himself to think about it; to ask questions or to search for answers. Somewhere in the back of his brain he had committed so completely to the monster he'd become, that even if Skywalker still lived inside him, he was beyond redemption. He'd believed there was nothing in there worth saving. He'd believed that on Mustafar when Padmé had tried to get him to go back with her. He'd believed it when Obi wan had told him he loved him. And he'd believed it on Malachor when Ahsoka had refused to leave him. The three people he had loved the most had each tried to tell him that he wasn't beyond redemption and he had ignored them all.
Now as he looked around himself, he saw warmth; friendly faces, encouraging smiles... hope. And he realized that no one is beyond saving. To be saved, however, you have to want to be. And to want to be, you have to believe there's something worth saving.
He'd spent years, after meeting Padmé for the first time on Tatooine, believing that if he ever had to live without her, there'd be no point to life. And when the emperor had told him that he had killed her, the one thing he'd been the most afraid to lose... that was the moment he lost the fight. The fight for something more. After that, he'd been just an empty shell; a machine. He couldn't survive without specialized apparatus to keep his broken body living. And he'd become the ultimate slave; believing like Dooku, Ventress and Grievous that he had a say in his life, but he never had control. That was the true curse of the Sith; he was forced to give up his own will for the sake of unimaginable power. But what is the point of power, when there is no purpose? Even if Sidious had taught him what he'd promised in order to keep Padmé alive... she had not lived long enough to use it on her.
And now in perfect clarity, he realized; that had been the point. The promise was enough to enslave you. It never really mattered if they followed through.
The others had tried to save him, hoping their words would be enough. And they should have been. But he had been so lost and confused that he'd not been able to see the truth in them. Maybe he hadn't wanted to see the truth.
But Ahsoka, in her never ending fearlessness, had walked straight into the darkness, danced with the dragon, and ignited his long dormant soul. And he would never know what it cost her to do that. Had their destiny been sealed the first moment they met? What had he ever done to deserve such loyalty?
"You loved me." Ahsoka said, standing in the doorway of her room. She'd pulled on a white robe over the hospital dress. She looked a little pale, but she had lived through worse injuries. He hadn't realized she'd been standing there, he'd been so lost in thought. "One act of love, can change someone's entire life." She whispered.
"I'm starting to see that," he said, walking over to her and pulling her into his arms. "You should be resting, though."
"I needed to check on you first. I could feel the heat waves in my sleep." She laughed a little hoarsely.
"I'll work on toning it down a bit then." He retorted.
"No, don't" she said, her voice a little muffled in his chest.
He rubbed the back lekku, and then dropped his hands to her shoulders and massaged them.
"How are you?" She asked after a few minutes, tipping her head back to look up at his face.
"Tired." He admitted.
"Come on," she said pulling on him and he let her lead him down the hallway and out into the night air. They sat down on a bench in the courtyard. She laid back so her head was in his lap and stared up at the stars. He admired their reflection in her eyes.
---
"Do you ever wonder how different our lives would have been if we'd never been brought to the temple?" Ahsoka asked at last.
"I usually tried not to think about it. Although I have to admit that sometimes missing my mother made me wonder if the life I'd chosen was really better than the one I'd left behind." He answered thoughtfully.
"I know you don't like talking about your past, but will you tell me about her? What was she like?"
Anakin didn't really want to open yet another wound, but since he was already pouring everything out, he might as well. To his surprise though, most of the stories he started telling were all good memories rather than regrets.
"Was your mother force sensitive too?" She asked after awhile.
"I don't think so," he said, "but I suppose she could have been. Why do you ask?"
"Your son told me, when I first met him, that sometimes he sees her in dreams. That she's always telling him that she loves him, and that sometimes, she'd talk about you. I know that we were taught that when people die, they become one with the force and keep nothing of their individual identity. But I'm not so sure anymore... not just because of what Luke said, but also, my own experiences. My own dreams." Ahsoka said.
Anakin realized he was holding his breath waiting for her to go on. Thankfully she did.
"When darkness fell after order 66. I couldn't find anyone in the force. You, Obi wan, Yoda... not even the Jedi as a whole. It was a scary time to be so cut off from it all. But I had dreams. Dreams of people, I had once known. Dreams of people I knew to be dead. Sometimes they'd talk to me. Sometimes they were just there. I always thought they were just memories, but what if they were more? The strange part was, most of the people that appeared to me like this had never been Jedi. It was almost as if I lived close to the veil, like somehow there was a portal in me between life and death and it was easy for them to come through. You never did, though."
"Ahsoka..." Anakin breathed.
"Did saying that hurt you?" She asked worriedly.
"No, it's just..." he hesitated wondering how to say it. "Do you remember on Mortis, when you woke up and found the daughter dead next to you? You asked what was going on and neither Obi wan or I would tell you?"
"Yes I remember. That was a strange place."
"Do you know what really happened there?" He persisted. But she shook her head.
"You died..." he said finally. It was hard to say the words out loud. "The Son killed you... and then the Daughter, the Daughter used her last bit of power to bring you back to life..."
She sat up suddenly. "You mean I was touched by both the light and dark? No wonder you hadn't wanted to tell me that." She laid back down after a moment. "That explains my dream."
"Which one?" He asked, gently stroking her face.
"The one right before we fought Sidious." She started. "The Daughter... she'd been protecting me from these cloaked figures, but then one of them hurt her and she fell. And then she told me that we were one... when I begged her for an explanation, the only thing she told me was that he was coming..." Ahsoka paused unsure of how much more to say about it. "She's one of the main characters in all my dreams, like she's always there. I never really understood why. But, if she sacrificed herself to save me... maybe she lives inside me now. It might be why I always see her."
"Do you ever see the Son too?" Anakin asked with anticipation.
"No..." she said. "Do you?"
"He sometimes haunts my dreams and my meditations."
"Does he live in you?"
"I don't think he does the same way the Daughter does in you. But then again, maybe not all the dead become one with the force." Anakin whispered.
"Normally, I would tell you that's impossible." Obi wan leaned over the back of the bench startling both Anakin and Ahsoka.
"Master Obi wan!" Ahsoka said a little sheepishly sitting up.
"No no, carry on." He replied. "Everyone has just been worried sick wondering where you disappeared to."
"Sorry," she said properly chastised. "I just needed some fresh air."
"Wait, what did you mean 'normally'?" Anakin asked. "How long were you listening?"
"From when you first started talking about Mortis." Obi wan confessed, sitting on the other side of Ahsoka as she put her feet down and scooted into the middle making room for him to join them. "Do you want to know what I was doing on Tatooine, besides watching over Luke?" They both nodded. "I was training."
"With who?" Anakin asked.
"With an old friend. Master Qui-Gon." Obi wan sighed. Anakin's mouth worked like he was trying to say something, but nothing came out. Obi wan spared him the trouble by continuing. "I'd always believed what I'd been taught about the force and death. That when a person dies, their spirit mixes with the force as a whole. That no original identity can remain. That they're still with us, but not in the same way. But then Master Yoda told me, just as I was about to take Luke to Tatooine, that master Qui-Gon had learned how to keep his identity in the afterlife; in order to help train future generations. And that I too, was to learn that ability in the event that all the Jedi were eradicated to preserve the knowledge and to pass it on someday." Obi wan fell silent in contemplation. Neither Anakin or Ahsoka knew how to respond to that.
"Anakin, do you know why Qui-Gon was never made a member of the Jedi council?" Obi wan spoke again at last.
"I know that he disagreed with them and that like me, he didn't always do what they asked." Anakin replied carefully.
"It's because he associated with a group known as the Gray Jedi." Obi wan said.
"The Gray Jedi?" Anakin asked surprised. "I thought they were a myth."
"That's what they wanted people to think. They were a secret order amongst our ranks. They didn't believe in the Jedi code as it read. They had their own. Many of them were shadows, so not well known already. The council allowed them to exist, but did not trust them. And most certainly did not allow them representation on the council. Master Qui-Gon was one of them. He used to try to teach me about them, but I always thought it was wrong; too abstract for what I was taught by the others. To me, being a successful Jedi meant sitting on the council, and I would never get involved in an organization that could hurt my chances of that. But after years of reflection in my isolation on Tatooine, I've come to understand that perhaps there was more to their code than what I first thought. And if any of us here represent that middle ground, it is Ahsoka."
"What? How? I've never even heard of them until now!" She said.
"Well, my child, it seems you found your way there all on your own. Perhaps the same way the other ones did."
"But how can I live by a doctrine I don't even know?"
"There is no dark side, nor a light side. There is only the force. I will do what I must to keep the balance. There is no good without evil, but evil must not be allowed to flourish. There is passion, yet peace. There is serenity, yet emotion. Chaos, yet order. I am the wielder of the flame, the protector of balance. I am the holder of the torch, lighting the way. I am the keeper of the flame, soldier of balance. I am the guardian of balance. I am a gray Jedi." They hung on every word as if it were hypnotizing them.
---
"It was a Gray Jedi that prophesied the Chosen One. The one meant to bring balance to the force." Obi wan said, watching their rapt faces as they processed what he was trying to tell them.
"And Gray Jedi are the protectors and keepers of balance..." Anakin looked at Ahsoka suddenly. "Master Qui-Gon wanted to train me as a Gray Jedi."
"Yes." Obi wan said. "With the Chosen One as a protector of balance, the prophecy would be fulfilled." Ahsoka looked between the two of them.
"Clearly there are holes in my information," she said tentatively, "but... even without being trained as one of these Gray Jedi... Anakin still brought balance to the force. Did he not? It just swung like pendulum rather than a smooth transition..."
Anakin stared at Ahsoka with such intense concentration, that Obi wan felt embarrassed to be so close. He was at a loss for words too. She was right, he had brought balance. Or at least had started to.
"That's why they were scared of me; that's why they didn't want to train me!" Anakin stood up so fast Ahsoka let out a little yelp. "It's right there in the code. The Gray Jedi will do what they 'must' to bring balance to the force." Anakin started pacing back and forth, Obi wan and Ahsoka watched him in silence.
"And sometimes that means..." Ahsoka started but trailed off.
"Sometimes that means walking the opposite path..." Anakin finished for her. "The council knew if the Chosen One had been found... it meant the end of the Sith... And the Jedi..."
"It would seem that way, yes." Obi wan sighed suddenly very weary. "We all had a very different idea of what the Chosen One meant and what they would do."
"The Jedi believed that wiping out the Sith meant balance. And the Sith believed that wiping out the Jedi would bring balance. And the Gray Jedi..." Anakin started.
"Knew that there was no light or dark, and balance meant they both had to end." It was Ahsoka's turn to finish the thought.
---
“We are one," the Daughter's words echoed in Ahsoka's head. "You mustn't fall, or the light dies." She hadn't meant the light in the galaxy... she'd meant the light in Anakin. On Mortis; the Son, who represented the dark side, had killed the Daughter, who represented the light side. In order to balance the force, Anakin, the Chosen One, had to kill the Son. But Anakin had first joined with the Son.
The pattern had then repeated; he'd joined the Son by becoming a Sith. He had then killed the Daughter; the Jedi. Then, to bring balance to the force, Anakin had to destroy the Sith, by destroying the emperor and Vader. And then just as the force wielders on Mortis had predicted; he became the Father. The Chosen One. The middle. The balance between all good things and all evil things. The only one that controlled them both. And she... she was the protector of balance. She'd walked both sides as the wielder of the torch to guard Anakin; to guard balance...
That was more power than one person should ever be burdened with.
She was starting to think she hadn't been feeling good enough to leave the hospital bed after all. Her head was spinning. Did Anakin fully understand what he was saying? What being a Gray Jedi meant? Both for force wielders and non force wielders? The light side works with the natural order, the dark side against the natural order. And the middle must mean that sometimes you have to let awful things happen to not interfere with either. As painful as it was, it felt as though everything was slowly starting to fall into place; like a puzzle that's picture was nothing like it had advertised.
She stood up too fast, but got dizzy and almost fell. Anakin caught her. His eyes were wide with concern.
"Ahsoka? Are you alright?" Obi wan asked.
"Yeah, just a little tired." She stammered. "I think I should get some rest now." Anakin slid his arm around her and helped her back inside.
"There you are!" Bail said coming out of Leia's room. "She's awake, I thought.. you might want to meet her. Get a proper introduction, you know?" He looked away. Ahsoka saw some tears glimmering in his eyes.
"I do," Anakin said but glanced at Ahsoka as though he'd rather stay with her.
"You go ahead," she said. "I'm okay now." He looked over his shoulder at her as he followed Bail and she tried to hide that she'd grabbed the wall to steady herself.
She stayed in the hallway with Obi wan for a few minutes as she watched Anakin start talking to Luke and Leia.
"Do you think he'll be a good dad?" Obi wan asked after awhile.
"Definitely," she responded, following him with her eyes. It was a strange sight, but it seemed more and more natural as it went along. Pretty soon they were all laughing at something Bail had said. Did she fit into it anywhere? She wondered. Did she want to?
Master Yoda had instructed her to meditate about whether or not she should be Anakin's padawan all those years ago. And the force had told her, yes. With such a certainty that she couldn't ignore it. Had it been destiny? Fate? Had the force known how all of it would unfold? Had it really been the emperor pulling all the strings? Or had he been just another pawn like the rest of them? At the time, it had seemed like any other time she'd reached into the force for guidance. But now, after everything had unfolded... maybe that had been so much more. Anakin kept calling her a fire. The Gray Jedi code also referred to a flame.
Had she ever wondered what her life would have been like if she'd never been brought to the temple? Yes, a million times over, especially after she'd left the order. But she could never have guessed what it would mean to be the Chosen One's padawan. And the responsibility that came with it. But then again... she'd made an oath that day when the decision was made, one that went far beyond any the Jedi order had expected or even knew about; she would protect him at all costs. Even if it meant protecting him from himself. 'I will do what I must, to keep the balance...' she'd been a Gray Jedi long before she even knew what that meant.
---
Obi wan stood in the hallway indecisive. In one room was Anakin, Luke, Leia and Bail; a happy moment, if not confusing. In the next room was Ahsoka. He'd watched her curl up in a ball with her back turned, clearly upset or overwhelmed by everything they'd been talking about. There was something she wasn't telling them, he could feel it. Exactly what, he didn't know. Anakin had not been too perturbed by the end result of their deep discussion. But then again, he had the luxury of a distraction. Ahsoka, however, had paled completely. Qui-Gon wasn't a bad person, no matter how many times he and Obi wan had disagreed. And the Gray Jedi weren't bad, just... different... but to realize that balance, what both sides had chased with abandon... meant the end of all of them as they knew it; that was difficult to swallow. And perhaps that was what was weighing so heavily on her shoulders right now.
Ahsoka had always been peculiar to him. In so many ways, she had been exactly like Anakin in both good and bad mannerisms. But at the same time, she also had called him out on many things, kept him in check. Something he, his master, had never been able to do. When master Yoda and himself had conspired to give Anakin a padawan, they'd carefully chosen Ahsoka as the right candidate for the job. They'd had to be careful who they picked, because Anakin had attachment issues. It had to be someone that could put up with his volatile nature, but also someone that would tug on his heartstrings. Who better than a feisty little girl with big blue eyes that could disarm you in an instant?
She had been a nice kid, at least when she wasn't in kill mode, but for whatever reason, she tended to be an outsider with the other younglings. Even the masters would look right over her. Obi wan had never been sure why. But there was something different about her. Even master Plo, who had been the one to find her, had not volunteered to train her. The problem with their little plan to put her on Anakin, was if he flat out refused to take her on, then what? Obi wan had promised to take her instead. But now that he thought about it, he didn't think that even Master Yoda could have predicted where their paths would take them.
He felt sorry for her. What they'd done at the time had seemed so innocent. An opportunity, per say, for the chosen one, to grow. And of course, he was totally capable of teaching a student, and they would turn out fine. But now, as he watched Ahsoka huddled in the bed, breathing heavy as though trying not to cry... he couldn't help but think that what they'd unintentionally burdened her with had been so completely unfair, it could never be forgiven. She'd managed to save him when no one else had been able to reach him, but... at what cost? She loved him. That much was clear. And he loved her back. But to love someone so much your life revolved around them? It can eat away at you from the inside out. That's what had happened to Anakin with Padmé. That's what had happened to himself with Anakin. And that's what was happening to Ahsoka with Anakin. No matter how different his views were on the Jedi now... attachment, in his mind, should still be discouraged. For it will eventually destroy you.
---
Ahsoka slipped out in the middle of the night. She'd dressed quickly and grabbed her lightsabers off the table. Was she running away again? She didn't really know. But she needed that fresh air she'd been after before.
She boarded their star ship and started it up. Thankful that the imperial attack on Alderaan had been abandoned. The skies were now clear enough to disappear. And that was exactly what she planned to do. She had a few things she needed to work out, and it wouldn't be there, with Anakin.
The puzzle had been mostly put together around her, but there was still one glaring piece that was missing. And she knew where she'd find it.
She launched the ship into hyperspace. It was a two-day trip to Shili. But it was time for her to go home. Home... what did that word even mean anymore?

Okay so one of you (*cough* @jedi-master-megan *cough*) seemed interested in the idea and so idk maybe people might like to hear more. (If this is Too Wild and you don’t like it after lol that’s fine I know I go above and beyond with my aus it’s okay.)
Okay so I haven’t actually seen Infinity War but I read a really in depth summary of it (I have hated MCU for years but I like to keep up with the gossip so I can complain about it) and so I have a General Idea of what happened, so let’s say whatever the fuck happened in the beginning to get Peter and Tony and Stephen and the Guardians on Titan happened and that’s pretty much where they part ways (except it’s Ultimate Spider-Man Peter cause I know nothing about MCU Peter and don’t really care about him at all but Ults Spidey is my smol son who has Mental Issues and I love him but also that means Tony is his crush lol, but not his mentor).
Okay so, Thanos arrives, he’s already got three stones. Where did he come to find these stones? What in fact, are these stones? Well, since I am hateful of Badly Clashing AUs, these stones are what we will call The Light Stone, The Dark Stone, and The Balance Stone. Where were they found? Mortis.
When the Father, Daughter and Son died on Mortis, instead of the Father telling Anakin he was supposed to have taken his place, all three of them gave up a stone. The Daughter gave Obi-Wan the stone she kept when she died, and the stone immediately bonded to him (like physically, sorta like how Vision has the stone in his head, but this time it’s below his sternum, so sorta close to where Tony had the arc reactor) and then when the Son died, he gave his stone to Anakin. When the Father died, he entrusted the stone to Ahsoka, telling her she would know who it belonged to because she wasn’t the right person (this isn’t me hating on her, in fact I love my smol baby, but I don’t want her getting involved in that cause It’s Gonna Get Ugly). When she leaves Mortis with them back to Coruscant, she was INTENDING to hand her stone over to the high council, but Padme was waiting for them on the platform and she immediately hands it to her instead, where it bonds to her in the same way.
So now the three of them are quarantined in the Jedi temple, subjected to testing because they’re all trying to figure out why they’re bound to these stones, but tensions are getting high, they’re still in the middle of a war, and Palpatine knows SOMETHING is up so he bullies his way into the temple under the guise of checking over Anakin ‘since he’s feeling so poorly :(‘ and that’s when it happens. Anakin and Padme and Obi-Wan SEE him now. They see what he is, the complete darkness inside him, the raw hidden power and absolute evil. They know, this is the Sith Lord controlling the war. And kill him cause duh.
Anyways, yada yada yada, the War dwindles without anyone controlling both sides, and peace is on the horizon.
But then, they try to take the stones out of them. They try to remove them. And it has bad consequences. Very bad. Obi-Wan starts aging rapidly until he’s as old and weak and feeble as he was in A New Hope, Anakin starts fucking LOSING LIMBS and the ability to breath, burns covering his body until he can’t survive outside a suit of armor, Padme starts to simply rot from the inside out, like a living corpse, a complete zombie.
They put the stones back in, and they refuse to try again. This will be their new reality. They’re ready to accept that. But then Thanos shows up.
It nearly kills them, to have the stones removed a second time. Anakin is back in that suit, no limbs, completely turning dark in anger, Padme is a walking corpse with 6 month old children dying inside of her, and Obi-Wan is going senile and can’t really fight right now.
This is where the clones step up. They’ve been in a year long custody battle with the senate, who refuses to give up ownership of them, and the Jedi cannot claim them as a part of the order until they are recognized as a neutral body once more. Which, as you can imagine, isn’t a process that happens overnight. They’re almost fully shifted away from the senate while they get their stuff in order, but it’s still not final, and so what the clones are about to do can easily be considered treason, and reason to put them to death. I’m sorry 🙄, to ‘decant’ them.
So they set off after Thanos. Load the Jedi and Padme and half the kriffing council into a couple of ships, along with a slightly more precious cargo: all the clones that are still under the age allowed to fight. This includes many speedies between ages of 0-6 physically, and a bunch of clones that aren’t speedies, ranging from 6-17 physically. There aren’t so many of them, but with this many clones leaving, they’re not taking the chances that the senate might find a way to sieze them. (Also, with Obi-Wan constantly confused because of the senility, the tiny ones being around helps him. :((()
So they’re going after Thanos to get the stones back, because people are dying, and if he gets his hands on all of them, half the universe is fucking dead, and they’re worried about their vod’ika being killed, and they’re angry that that beast had the audacity to hurt them all like this.
And they show up as Thanos is fighting with them all, and this is when things get serious, because when Thanos took the stones in the first place, Padme and Anakin and Obi-Wan were alone. Now he has an entire army plus half the high council and a bunch of angry Jedi and clones standing at his back. He’s fucked.
At first Stephen and the guardians protest the stones being given to anyone else. The scary motherfucker in the suit and the senile old man who doesn’t know where he is and the angry zombie lady who’s pregnant and looks like she wants to kill everyone? Yeah, they don’t want them getting a hold of those stones.
The fact is though, the Jedi are almost willing to walk away from them so it doesn’t become a fight. The clones, are not. Cody and Rex are absolutely pissed beyond all reason, and tell them, under no uncertain terms, ‘the Jedi are willing not to destroy this planet just to take those stones from you. Anakin and Obi-Wan and Padme are willing to DIE so they don’t have to obliterate this planet. We are not willing to let them die, and we won’t be leaving till those stones are back.’
It’s a tough standoff, but they eventually give in. Mostly because the majority of them are staring down a blaster barrel and into the eyes of an absolutely angry clone rn. So they give the stones back.
And the crazy motherfucker in the suit? They took him out to show that he’s got no limbs and covered in burns, and now he’s growing limbs back and hair, able to breath without the respirator. Well, all but one limb, but they have a replacement for that one.
The angry pregnant zombie lady? Turned into a young woman who’s youthful and still extra pissed about being pregnant and demanding to know if the babies are alive again or not. (Don’t worry, they start living again.)
And the senile old man? Holy shit his hair is red?? And he’s actually fairly young??? Okay. Damn. Okay.
But then, there’s still an army on its way to earth, looking for the other stones. And they’re all kinda trapped of Titan tbh. So the Jedi load up the ships again and head off to Earth (picking up a ship of Asgardian survivors along the way, along with Bruce and Thor and Loki and everyone who’s all alive even Heimdall cause fuck yall I’ll do your damn job for you).
Anyways, along the way, Peter basically gets adopted by some of the ‘top young to fight clones’ who are around the same age as him and Tony and Bruce put their big brains to use (Okay Tony canonly literally kept himself alive post-death by putting his consciousness into a computer and also taught himself thermonuclear physics in a single night he could do this shit if given the ability to learn it) to help figure out how to stop the clones aging wrong (and save all the cute little speedies from being ten yo before the damn year is up) and get back to Earth and now tbh this is sorta def the clone’s usual thing, protecting a planet (country, in this case) from being invaded and killed and shit, and yeah. Also Shuri and T’Challa probably help figure out how to stop the weird aging process too. Either way.
Anyways, that’s a crossover that fixes Infinity War and also one of the Jedi cuts Thanos’s head off and a clone yeets it. Also when they get back to Earth Rhodey is really pissed at having to have spent time with the Rogue avengers for the past couple of days/weeks/whatever cause he hates them and Infinity Wars Rhodey was a lie and absolutely wrong. Steve Rogers can fall in a hole and die. Natasha and Clint can too. I love them all in comics but MCU destroyed them and I hate them with all my heart. Anakin looks at Bucky’s arm and it turns into a ‘same hat!’ scenario.
Okay but legit serious I have been planning SEVERAL variations on a Marvel/Star Wars crossover (literally all I love is crossovers lol it’s amazing I have a million and a half ideas for them but how many have I written? Zero. Lol. One of them’s a Star Trek/Wars AU and it’s actually being written but fuck me Ashley is an idiot and can’t finish anything) and I’m not gonna like, brag about how amazing it is or anything (tho it fixes 99% of the bullshit that Infinity War created so let’s just say, it’s amazing) but there is one single line I just thought of that all you need to know:
Peter: *sitting with a couple younger/teen clones* So, it’s called Cards Against Humanity-

Tumblr user Nina nspx’s star wars fic rec vol. 2
An anon asked me for an ahsoka/anakin fic rec and i accidentally deleted the ask (i’m dumb!!) BUT because i love ahsoka and i love anakin and i love their relationship and how they helped each other, i’m gonna do a completely separate fic rec for the anon (i hope u see this lmao sorry for deleting the ask).
but anyway, since the last time i did a rec i had 22 bookmarks on ao3 (i did the last one on october 19th 2015?? how time flies) and now i have like 80+, i decided to do much more than just an anakin/ahsoka rec, but a general star wars fic res
DISCLAIMER: none of these fics feature anakin/ahsoka in a sexual relationship because i am Not About That BUT they do feature other pairings. anyhow.
These are fics u need to read. need to. sorry, i don’t make the rules. this is gonna be so long. i’m sorry (not)
AHSOKA/ANAKIN
A River Flowing by Barkour
A shadow has left the force, but other threats remain as Padmé and Anakin prepare for the birth of their child.
Part 2 of Peachy
The only issue i have with this fic is that it hasn’t been updated in forever. It’s so good tho!! i’m pretty sure i read this one at least four times. anakin doesn’t go evil (which is something the anon asked for!! here u go) but not everything is perfect - duh, it is a star wars fic, we don’t know what happiness is here - and AHSOKA IS SO WELL WRITTEN!! so good. it also dives into life after the jedi, being a civilian, being dirt-poor and living on coruscant and ALSO!! padme/ahsoka is well developed in this. so good. so great. 10/10 must read
Assassination Attempt No. 23 by pieandsouffle
Tatooine's only senator (or, indeed, one of the only people from that desert planet who is capable of reading and writing, or actually understands what the word 'politics' means), Anakin Skywalker, seems to be one of those rare individuals who attract bounty hunters like flies zero in on a bantha corpse.
The senator!anakin au. what more do u need in life? shenanigans ensue
Old Shadows by Sildae for Windona
Ahsoka asks Anakin about his past after the events on Kadavo and Zygerria.
My babies. My poor heart.
Obi-Wan and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad (Life) Day by wreckageofstars
It's Obi-Wan Kenobi's life day, but good luck telling the galaxy that.
Anakin and Ahsoka are little shits. obi wan and padme are drinking buddies?? sign me the fuck up. the end
hold on to me, 'cause i'm a little unsteady (ws!obi-wan au) by QueenWithABeeThrone
the one where Obi-wan falls off a ship and gets the Winter Soldier treatment, Anakin doesn't fall to the Dark Side but still loses his limbs, Ahsoka can fly with a one-of-a-kind wing-pack, and Padmé gives birth to twins and a Rebellion.
TBH. SO GOOD. ANAKIN AND AHSOKA ARE AWESOME IN THIS. ALSO IN THIS SERIES BY THE SAME AUTHOR:
angels choking on their haloes QueenWithABeeThrone
Anakin hadn’t been lying, when he said he could never kill Obi-wan like he was being asked to, no matter what Obi-wan’s become.
or: Mustafar, in reverse.
Part 1 of hold on to me, 'cause i'm a little unsteady (ws!obi-wan au)
GO READ THIS. it’s unfinished (hasn’t been updated since early 2016, i weep) BUT. still worth a read. really worth it. the second part of this verse ends on the nastiest, most delicious cliffhanger. I WEEP
and hey, a honorary mention, since i haven’t actually read this fic but it was in my ao3 history
Perturbations by the_dragongirl
Anakin makes a different choice, the day Ahsoka leaves the Jedi Order. His actions will determine which of the many possible points of balance in the Force will become the new equilibrium
Part 1 of A Shift in Equilibrium
this has a lot of kudos so?? what the hell. give it a read and tell me what you think
this is it for the anakin/ahsoka part of the rec
OTHER
Fundamental Force Carriers by tanarill
The Sith Lord Darth Vader lived his life. He probably didn't live it well, but he lived it as well as he knew how. At the end there, he'd even managed to woman up and kill Sidious. But he was dying, and at peace with the past.
The past wasn't at peace with him.
Part 1 of Probability Matrices
honestly, this fic is just SU CH a delight. it’s well written, it’s got some real cool science facts for your everyday nerd needs BUT IT’S ALSO THE CRACKIEST CRACKFIC TO EVER CRACK. like. vader dies and goes back in time and he’s got 0 fucks to give about the jedi’s opinion?? he’s here to make things right whether the jedi like it or not??? such a funny, amazing fic. 12/10 on this. nice.
Echoes of Mortis by wreckageofstars
Post-Mortis Arc AU. In a universe where the Father failed to take away Anakin's vision of the future, the Hero With No Fear struggles with the knowledge of what he will become and the knowledge of who, exactly, is responsible. Drastic steps are taken and in the process things go a little bit...sideways.
tbh. so good. also a post-mortic fic (i’m a hoe for mortis). i won’t say too much about this one because i don’t want to spoil anything. i was on the edge of my seat while reading this fic AT ALL TIMES. AT ALL TIMES. I HAD TO READ THE LAST CHAPTER BEFORE READING ON TO MAKE SURE ANAKIN WOULDN’T GO ALL EVIL. i was so pleasantly surprised. it’s just so - poetic. anakin really does a lot of growing in this, i think. brilliant fic
those immortal dead by notbecauseofvictories
I care more for that long age which I shall never see than for the little of Time that I hold
Padmé Amidala is forgotten, not gone.
This is a five times padme amidala’s legacy lived on, basically. it’s got poe in it as well!! and rey, my daughter. what more do you need from a fic? so well written, so poignant, so beautiful
Palpatine Ad Portas by izzythehutt
When the Emperor Palpatine moves the Empire Day Celebration to Naboo, Darth Vader is forced to confront a past he had thought better buried and forgotten. Admiral Piett becomes the reluctant confidante of the monarch, caught in the middle of a deadly Sith cat-and-mouse mind game. Meanwhile, the young Rebel who blew up the Death Star returns to his mother's home world to pay his respects on the anniversary of her death--unaware of his father and the Emperor's presence on the planet and the very grave danger he is in.
Part 2 of In Loco Pirates-Verse
fucked me up really bad, tbh. vader goes to naboo. luke is there. it’s brilliant, but so painful. read at your own risk (but do read it)
Hello From the Other Side by DarthNickels
Kylo Ren is destined to take up the mantle of Vader. The Force can be incredibly literal.
MY FAVOURITE IMPERIAL OFFICER PIETT IS IN THIS!!! and he hates kylo so much, he thinks he’s such a pale imitation of vader, he’s so disgusted by him. i live for it. 10/10
The Sith Who Brought Life Day by ophelia_interrupted for Binder-lover
An Imperial officer loses a bet and has to get Darth Vader a present for Life Day.
i feel like this is such a star wars fic classic that everyone’s already read ages ago except me. the style on this feels really like. (don’t judge me if i’m way off on this lmao) catcher in the rye. reminds me old american classics. that type of feel. it’s so good!!
Into the Archives by skygawker
After hearing the legend of Darth Plagueis the Wise from Palpatine, Anakin decides that his best chance to save Padme is to break into the restricted Holocron Vault of the Temple Archives to search for information about Plagueis. Predictably, all does not go according to plan. Revenge of the Sith AU.
My tiny son anakin is such a mess in this. and you can tell this is au because anakin and obi wan actually talk about anakin’s feelings?? what?? what are those?? anyway. so good. it hasn’t been updated since feb 2016 but like?? my fics havent been since july 2015. figures
for a hundred miles through the desert by wreckageofstars
[“There's no water, on Tatooine,” Luke said finally. “I mean, no large bodies of water, like you have on other planets. Pools, lakes. Oceans.”
“Well, yeah,” Han said, eyebrow raised at the sudden change of subject, tone still sharper than he meant for it to be. “Place is a dustball. So?”
The kid still wouldn't look at him.
“So,” he said, face carefully blank, like it so often was these days, “I never learned how to swim.”]
Han has a hard time coming to terms with Luke's fall to the dark side during Dark Empire; so does Luke.
This is some serious EU shit, but it’s pretty good on its own as an AU scenario. I LOVE the meta on this. love
and rise, rise in the desert sand by hollytrees
Padmé and Anakin keep in touch after TPM.
(Or, the author has started writing Fialleril's Pen Pals AU, possibly because they hate themselves.)
THIS ONE IS SO PAINFUL AND HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! it’s got one chapter but it’s so worth it
Never Heed by dogmatix, norcumi
The Sith Emperor is dead.
A clone visits one more pyre in his long life.
Part 4 of Ghosts of 66
This is Rex coming to Vader’s pyre. fuck mE UP. like HONESTLY. THERE’S ONE BIT IN THIS THAT MAKES ME WANNA CURL UP AND CRY EVERY TIME. actually two bits. three bits. the whole damn story. anyhow
Mercy is the Mighties' Jewel by akathecentimetre for TheCrackedKatana
They've chased each other all over the world - yet somehow, they will always end up here. Modern-day spy!AU with illustration by JakartaInn.
The Obi-wan and Ventress spy au of your dreams. what more do i need to say?
TFA FIC
to lie with your soul in the grave by plinys
Poe casts a glance at the door, he can see their mothers through the semi-transparent glass, it’s too quiet to hear them talk, but he knows whatever it is it can’t be good. The kid sitting next to him seems to have the same idea.
“So, who talks first?” Poe says, breaking the silence between them.
Tbh.. don’t judge but when tfa came out i liked kylo (i’m more.. conflicted about him now) and i read a lot of kylo fic in that time period. i was never a reylo, so i read a lot of other kylo fic, which was mostly either kyhux or kylo/poe WHICH THIS FIC IS ABOUT. THEY KNEW EACH OTHER GROWING UP. THEY WERE IN LOVE. all i remember from this fic is that it’s so well written. give it a read if you’re into this sort of thing
I read like three more kylo/poe fics that are also very good, so. anyway. here goes
saying that I love him but I know I'm gonna leave him byselenedaydreams
“This could be us one day.” Poe whispers half to himself as he finally turns towards Ben, finding a curious expression on his face. “This could be us.” He repeats, this time with more excitement. “You and me. Pilot and copilot. Traveling the universe together.”
Poe has never seen Ben smile at him the way he’s smiling now but Ben’s reaching for his hand and lacing their fingers together so it must be good. “Together.”
Lost To Me by red0aktree
Poe met Ben Solo when he was too young to even know what it meant to meet someone.
Poe met Kylo Ren years later.
Separating the prince of the First Order from the boy he grew up with proves more difficult than the pilot could ever imagine.
Melting Away by SF2187
Before he was Kylo Ren, he was in love with the best pilot in the Republic.
what i like about these fics is that (from what i remember) they don’t erase the fact that kylo is a raging asshole now. nice
excavate me (from all the girls I've tried to be) by Shadows_of_a_Dream
“Rise, Skywalker.”
“I told you,” Rey hisses through gritted teeth. “He’s gone.” Like everyone else. Like all the girls I’ve tried to be. Like all the girls I might have yet become, because I’m going to die alone on this unknown sea.
The mask returns his lightsaber to his belt. And like a crashing wave, like a renewed flame, like the weight of a planet falling squarely upon her shoulders, the mask looks at her and says, “I was talking to you.”
Part 1 of I never asked to tread the skies (but if I shall, I suppose I'll fly)
This one is so... intense. so intense. and so good. 20/10
need somewhere to begin by doubtthestars
Anthology of the War
1//The first time she officially meets Poe, she divulges secrets that aren't hers to tell. 2// If he had been born in any other family, Ben Solo would have been a soldier. 3// When she sees Rey, Leia only has a brief moment to reflect on all of their wrongs.
Read. That is all.
Trial by nymja
Kylo Ren kneels in the snow before her.
“Do it,” he demands.
Rey breathes in through her nose. Her hands are shaking. Her blade starts to burn the skin of his exposed neck. Do it for Han.

Luke takes Rey to face The Cave.
Part 4 of Do or Do Not
So cool.
Lessons Learned by nymja
“You’re never going to get anywhere if you don’t learn patience, first.”
“I’m the strongest knight here!”
The Jedi looks around the room, eyeing the skull of his grandfather with pointed distaste. “Yes, well. Good work.”
Part 1 of The Sad Grandpa Trilogy
Forceghost!obi-wan is so disappointed in kylo. it’s great. READ THE WHOLE SERIES BECAUSE IT’S GOLD!! it’s so good!! the next one is about rey and forceghost!anakin in the desert and that fic is so interesting because in it, anakin isn’t really as much of a grandfather figure as he is a friend figure and one of his corporeal forms is a warning to rey. like a mirror in the force (to her, to ren, it’s so brilliant). honestly i could talk forever about the next fic in this series because anakin is SO WELL WRITTEN. SO WELL WRITTEN.
THE CLASSICS
tbh @fialleril‘s Double Agent Vader verse gets the biggest shoutout (love u fia you’re my inspiration) for sheer amazingness. i won’t list any of the fics in the verse because u need to read all of them. yes, all of them. get to it
ACTUALLY. you should read all of fia’s work. all of it. (on the offchance that fia actually reads this, i can’t wait for anabasis i am so pumped)
ALSO!! another must read is @phil-the-stone‘s pocket full of sand 'verse. it’s such an Iconic piece of star wars fanfiction!! like bye, everyone needs to read this
ALSO another one of hers because?? why not. nursery ‘verse!!! i’m so heart eyes over nursery verse. i’m forever flattered because some of my headcanons are in this!! best thing i’ve ever done. (phil writes mostly b99 and ouat now, but still check it out, her writing is so good)
other fandom must-read authors include:
1000-alshain
actual-leia-organa
threadsketchy
star-vault-ofthe-heavens
darthnickels
cadesama
ygrittebardots
@anghraine
@izzythehutt
FF.NET MUST READ AUTHORS ARE:
Mathematica
irnan (all of their work, i’m not kidding, writer goals)
frodogenic (they wrote darth vader’s limplet and other hilarious fics, honestly, star wars humor at its finest)
motchi
a bunch of others, though you might find more in my previous rec
Now. Since we’ve come to the end of this ridiculously long rec, it’s time for me to shamelessly plug my own blog. you can find more tumblr fic in my tag here, you can find my writing here and on ao3 *whispers* leave me a comment, you can find my bookmarks here (and find fics i did not include that are also very good)
have fun reading!!

Uhh.. so sits au
Uhh, here's my design for anakin. It's kinda tacky.
Tumblr media
Obsessed with the concept of a trident lightsaber tho.
Also I'm bad at designing lightsabers

procrastinating school work so let me talk about my starwars (Anakin) aus
There's that lion!Vader Au, if I named it I don't remember the name but basically, either Anakin doesn't tell Padme where he's going or she doesn't go to Mustafar. might actually have R2D2 with Padme as her bodyguard or Anakin just didn't want r2 to know what he did to the separatist leaders. anakin doesn't come back from Mustafar because when he leaves the planet, the force decides 'okay, enough atrocities for the next... two decades.' and transforms him into a lion and sends him to a green planet. Sidious finds him a year later and decides to just build a gladiator ring and throw him in there to execute the people he wants dead on television.
19 years later Luke, Leia, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Padme, Cody, and Rex all get captured and are sentenced to be executed as a group with some other non-important people. Anakin eats the non-important people and vaguely recognizes some but tries to kill Luke and Leia because he doesn't recognize them.
SITS au - sith in the senate au - me trying to explore my favorite arc (mortis) and what would have happened if Anakin left with the son (and the daughter) and the father let Ahsoka and Obi-wan go thirty minutes later but Anakin is nowhere in sight when they go back to the real world. this is also the au where the Tusken massacre is really addressed in this au, in others it didn't happen, obviously in lion!vader it did since it only changes in rots. i don't know if it's really a character study that I'm doing for this au but I'm actually writing an essay on Anakin for my writing class and I'm so using elements from this for that and from that for this.
(please- someone stop me from making Barriss run away from the Jedi and Anakin adopting Barriss after she ends up on Tatooine and Anakin gets over his initial feeling of 'YOU D:<')
14!au. i have no other name for it as of right now.
anakin gets found by Palpatine and Shmi dies (i think) but surely its not you Pal Friendpatine's fault :0
Anyway, Palpatine finds Anakin at like... 5 and adopts him and brings him on his path to becoming chancellor and then the clone wars start at the Naboo blockade, Palpatine started cloning **early**. no, I have no idea how old Jango Fett is, why do you ask? anakin befriends some of the clones and takes an interest in politics because he thinks he can convince then senate to stop creating clones and just recruit normal civilians to the army.
this au is inspired by Hazbin Hotel song 'you didn't know' and some brave group of clones tries to plead their case to the senate, ankin watches in on it, nala se mentions the chips in the kaminoan rebuttal of clone rights and Anakin FREAKS. palpatine tries to calm him saying 'they are to control them, they're dangerous otherwise' and basically dooms himself. also, Anakin specifically has wings. see, I subscribe to the thinking of 'Anakin can shapeshift due to his unstable DNA' Edit: I Found it! @thewildballyntynesgrow or mballyntyne on Ao3 with their series 'A Wild Thing to Tame'. Anakin leaves taking a majority of the coruscant guard with him and goes back to Tatooine and starts freeing a whole bunch of planets over the years. the meeting in the senate takes place when he is fourteen, the empire starts when he is seventeen. Anakin adopts Boba and Galen Marek. anakin and the freed outer rim either hide rebel bases or use their revolutions as distractions for the empire.
Retconned rebel Anakin Au. aka, Barriss is the same age as Anakin and befriends him and Ferus eventually befriends him, and Anakin is closer to those two and some others than Obi-wan and Ahsoka (who is Obi-wan's padawan) Barriss never bombs the temple, the empire rises but the original empire dies like a year into the reign and another emperor rises.... Emperor Obi-wan Kenobi and his daughter Ahsoka how are both overly attached to rebel leader Anakin Skywalker and are both trying to adopt him and turn him to their side... by kidnapping Anakin's family. (rexanidala). anakin adopts so many kids, most of them are force-sensitive and want to fight so he lets them reluctantly but those not young enough to choose or fight are sent to live with Rex, Padme, Luke, Leia, and their grandparents; Dooku and Plo.
Ventress and Anakin Swap au, sort of. anakin got nabbed from his mom by Dooku. Dooku never found Ventress, Obi-wan does instead. Obi does not train Ventress but they are friends forever after. ventress tries forcefully redeeming the seventeen-eighteen year old Sith lord and it only sort of works. he defects but really only after he finds out about the slavery in creating battle droids. Anakin isn't really a separatist general, he just has a specialized group of droids that he rebuilds after fights with Jedi. he never fights clones with droids.
after defecting Anakin plans with Ventress and decides to free the outer rim then take the former slaves that will join him and start up a third party to the war. inspired by 'blood oath' by the art of pleasing princes.
okay so for this next au, named Anakin Umakkar, The rain storm. sources are ADragonsFriend and @fialleril or fialleril on a03, and @clawedandcute or ClawedandCute (Adi_Fire) on a03. and songs this au is inspired by for this au is (and in order) Puppeteer, Done For, Hell is Forever, There are Other Ways, What Did I Miss? and Respectless.
Umakkar was a name I first read about in a book called 'Elder sisters' by ADragonsFriend. I first heard about Ekkreth in Fialleril's books. the concept of Anakin staying on Tatooine was inspired by ClawedandCute's book and au 'The Accidental Sith'
Anyway, Qui-gon and the queen's ship never stops on Tatooine, but the clone wars do not start early. a solid two months into the Clone Wars, it is revealed that Jabba the Hutt has been dead for a year, and Tatooine has freed itself from the huts. Senator Padme Amidala and Jedi Obi-wan Kenobi (and Padawan Ahsoka Tano) are sent to Tatooine to try to get Tatooine to align with the republic. now please listen to Puppeteer and Done For (no, Anakin does not turn any clones into pigs, just like any non-clone serving in the army ). once Obi-wan draws his lightsaber on Anakin, Anakin just swipes it away, unhurt, and has him and other... three (Cody, Padme, and Ahsoka)locked up until he decided to hear them out. (cue hell is forever, the last lines being, "the freed outer rim has found both the separatists and the republic to be the enemy" ya know due to their armies) then when it looks like Anakin is gonna do something to them to send a message to the republic, Obi-wan pleads with him and mentions the Sith Dooku mentioned and any evil smile on Anakin's face slips away into annoyance "Sidious, huh?" and in 'There are other ways' fashion tells obi-wan about Mortis and other wells in the force that might be better for the Jedi to focus at. when asked why he had that reaction to the 'Sidious' character, he implies that Sidious has reached out to him to join either side of the war, like once per side.
he sends Obi-Wan and the Clones that want to return on their way and a year later decides that enough is enough and heads to Coruscant under the pretense of negotiating. palpatine sets up a committee to welcome Tatooine to the republic only for 'respectless' to happen and Anakin starts arguing with Orn Free Taa, then Palpatine himself and once Palpatine leaves, turns to the Jedi in the room and says "yeah, you might want to look into that..." and leaves.
Detached Mortis god au: inspired by the ocean saga
switching up the timeline here, Rako Hardeen happens, the Wrong Jedi arc happens, *Then* mortis happens. Anakin is alone on Mortis, he decides to stay, Padme is pregnant, the empire rises, Padme survives and joins the rebellion, Ahsoka becomes Fulcrum. Obi-wan joins the rebellion to help train Luke and Leia. Luke, Leia, Han, Ezra and some others start on a mission, but it starts off rough. Ezra decides to pray to a Force Diety he or Ahsoka met once and the diety appears and decides to grant them safe passage to the actual start of the mission as long as they keep Ahsoka, who they meet up with later on the mission, safe. if they accept and fail, another god is going to have a really big problem with them. they accept and all goes well until the last day of the mission, everything falls apart and Ahsoka is separated from the group and captured. the gang decides they need to go back to base to think and plan. on their way back their ship is seemingly attacked but they cant tell by what, they crash land at base and get out of the ship, not the falcon, only to meet two dragon-like-creatures, and a portal opens and a very pissed Anakin steps out. he kidnaps a bunch of rebels and puts them in the world between worlds and tells them they only get their people back when Ahsoka is safe. Obi-Wan and Padme only make it to the hangar this goes down once Anakin has stepped back through the portal.

More because I realized if I want people to vote about what I'm want to ramble about, I should probably explain this. I will be copying and pasting these to a secondary post once I have more aus, so people may actually see it in a tag... idk anymore.
Star Wars
senator Sidious/senator Sith- an au that diverges from cannon. The son does not attempt to unalive the daughter or even turn ahsoka. He goes straight to bringing anakin over to his side. The father does not wipe snaking memories. Instead, the daughter leaves mortis in the ship with anakin and the son. The father creates a new ship for ahsoka and obi-wan when they come back, and they leave. I'm not sure about the father, tho. Anakin disappears and doesn't resurface for a couple of years when obi-wan and others find him on a freshly freed tatooine.
