A loud crashing sound startles you awake from a pleasant dream. You instinctively reach out to find the spot next to you in bed empty. You clear your throat, 'good morning boys, what's happening?'

I am very comfortable and love the law of assumption.

What can I be doing wrong when it comes to assuming weight loss? Is there a mindset I am missing. I’ve been struggling for years and years. This seems to be my one vice that is struggle to get past. When it comes to this idea that you are “struggling” to manifest weight loss, the issue is not a technique or something you need to do. The issue is your mindset. You are assuming that manifesting weight loss will be more difficult than getting a car, a boyfriend, makeup ect and so it becomes that way. You are already manifesting in this situation, just not the way favourable to you. Weight loss is just as easy to assume in the mind as being rich or travelling for example, it dosent take more mental effort or anything extra of you to even image yourself the way you would like to be seen. Remind yourself that the “size” of the desire does not matter in imagination, because there, all things already are so. Assuming weight loss is just as simple as everything else you’ve done, stop assuming it takes more of you and accept the gift your imagination has given to you. You are already who you want to be. Allow yourself to feel it. Hope this helps 💕
