A few days later, Wilbur reached out to me. I felt my phone buzz and when I checked it, I saw the following message:

W: hey! how r u?

I smiled as I responded.

O: im good, hbu?

The answer was instantaneous.

W: ive been good! u wanna come over to our house for dinner tmrw? we miss u!!

Dinner. Usually, I had to get food made for my parents. But, if I timed it right, I could feed them then sneak out?

O: what time were you thinking?

W: probs around six? if I wanna change it tho that's fine idc

O: any chance we could do seven, or is that too late?

W: great! that totally works!! looking forward to it!!

That have me enough time to get food to my parents by six, then be at the Craft's house by seven. Call it stupid or selfish for choosing the villains, but at least they made me feel safe. I went to bed that night with a smile on my face for the first time in a while.

I got through the next day happier than normal, having something to look forward to. By early evening, food was done and two plates were made up. It wasn't suspicious that I didn't have a plate, I don't usually get one. My parents prefer to eat alone.

At six o'clock, I set their plates on the table, ran upstairs, and slipped out the window. My heart was pounding in my chest, terrified of the punishment I was risking by leaving. It was worth it though, I reminded myself. I was going to get to spend time with an amazing family, and I was going to have fun, and it was going to be awesome.

I made it to the Craft house by 6:30, knocking on the door. Tommy opened it, grinning. "THE WOMAN HAS ARRIVED! Come in, come in," he beckoned me inside. I smiled as he led me to the table where I sat, and Phil brought a plate over and they all sat around the table.

Dinner was fun. Lots of jokes, lots of smiling. No alcohol in sight. I was getting comfortable with the family. Techno suggested game night, then wiped the floor with us in Scattergories. After, Tommy insisted on Twister, which led to Phil calling colors and Wilbur just trying to get in Tommy's way as much as possible. I fell over second, after Tommy, because Wilbur had tripped him and I laughed so hard I fell. Phil then offered up Clue, which suprisingly, I won.

As all good things must come to an end, it was getting to the time I needed to get back home. Finally, I called it.

"Ok, I think it's time for me to go home."

" Awwww, one more game? "

"I'm sorry Wil, I have to go."

Phil stepped in. "Do you need a ride?"

" Yeah, actually, that would be awesome. "

"Ok, I'll take you home. Boys, you're on cleanup duty."

Tommy whined, but Tommy always whined so everyone ignored him.

The ride home was nice, I chatted quietly with Phil the whole way home. I learned about his love for gardening, and he told some stories about the boys that almost had me in tears I was laughing so hard. As relaxed as I had felt the whole evening, I couldn't shake the underlying fear that gripped me the whole time. What if my parents found out I was gone? What if something happens with the Crafts, and they decide they don't want me anymore? Even though I've lived with nobody in my corner for so long, it would be so much more painful now that I know what it's like to have people who I feel safe around. As we neared my house, I tentatively spoke.

"Is there any chance you could drop me off around the corner? My parents kind of don't know I went out." I ducked my head as I spoke, not sure if how he would react. Would he be mad? Hate that I was lying to my family?

"Why didn't you tell them?"

" Um, they can just be a little strict sometimes, but I really wanted to come to dinner. I swear, I don't usually do stuff like that. "

"What would happen if they caught you?"

"They probably wouldn't be happy with me. I'd just get in trouble."

" Your shirt slipped during twister."

I froze. He silently pulled over and turned to face me.

"Why is your stomach so bruised?"

I open my mouth, then close it. "I'm clumsy?"

He raised an eyebrow. "Did you know that I used to be an emergency foster placement care parent? I've seen after effects of some bad homes."

I blink, then duck my head. "I have it under control."

He's quiet for a moment, then: "We can't help you if you don't let us."

My eyes fill with tears at the gesture, because not only was this the first time anyone has offered to help me, but Phil is offering his help after I've been nothing but a pain, spending days in his house recovering, eating his food, crashing his family game nights.

"I understand it feels like a really big thing, but honestly, any paperwork is worth it. We have the money and the resources, and our family loves you. You would be safe. "

I debated it. I really did. I looked up and met his eyes.

"What if I just promise to call you if it gets too bad? "

"I don't want you to have to get to the point of too bad. Also, I don't know if you can fairly identify 'too bad'."

"I called someone that night in the snow."

"Only after you had been out there for multiple hours."

I stay quiet at that. He has a point.

"Look, just call me if you need, okay? Any of us, anywhere, anytime. We can help you."

I nod.

"And I mean that. Even if your parents catch you sneaking back in tonight, or something happens at one in the morning, or you're two cities over, call us. Ok?"

" Okay. Thank you Phil. "

I get out of the car. He gives me a hug. I turn, and walk towards the house that is the source of all my darkest fears.

Masterlist - Prologue

Iceland, Present Day

The days seemed to blend together. That tended to happen when you’ve lived on Earth for 7000 years. Talvi had been living in Iceland since the day her family broke up. She had secluded herself in a small village and became a protector of some sort. The people respected her presence and didn’t seem to mind that she never aged. Rather, they thought they had been blessed by a deity. Talvi had been living a quiet life in the cold land, learning many things about the humans and herself.

Despite being happy in her secluded home, she missed the chaotic nature of her family. Even if she did miss them, Talvi felt she deserved to live in isolation. She couldn’t protect her family then, so she decided to let them live their lives without the added baggage that was Talvi herself. Although, she ran into Phastos when visiting the States. At first, she was hesitant to be in contact with another Eternal, but that all changed when she met Jack.

3 Years Earlier

It was a wintry day in Chicago, a perfect day for Talvi to be out and about. It was the night of Christmas Eve and it was Talvi’s mission to experience the holiday in every state. She had been walking in a neighborhood admiring the Christmas lights, the snow-

“Talvi?”

She froze.

“Talvi, is that you?”

“Phastos?”

“I can’t believe it! After all this time, you finally reappeared.”

“It’s nice to see you too Phastos,” She smiled, happy to see part of her family for the first time in centuries, “How did you find yourself in Chicago? I heard about what happened in Japan, I’m sorry.”

“I was lucky. I found a family, and that changed everything.”

“I am happy for you Phastos, I’m glad that you could find people to love.”

“Do you want to meet them?”

“I’m sorry?”

“Do you want to meet them Talvi?”

“Are you sure?”

“Why wouldn’t I be sure?”

“Well...I’m me.”

“Talvi, I know you. I trust you, and I want you to meet my family if that is something you want to do.”

“Okay, lead the way.”

The two Eternals walked up the path towards the door and entered the home. Talvi’s heart was pounding. When she entered, she noticed how warm the interior of the house felt compared to the frigid Chicago air. She could hear what sounded like a child’s voice and another adult singing Christmas songs. They walked into the kitchen to find exactly that. The other adult noticed their presence before the child did.

“Phil, you lost track of time agai-, who is this?”

“This is my friend from college, T-Talia. Talia, this is my husband Ben and our son Jack.”

“It’s so nice to meet you!”

“You look like a princess!”

“Thank you, Jack, and you look like a prince yourself.”

The small boy giggled, turning back to placing cookies on a plate. Phastos and Ben shared a look.

“Talia, would you like to stay for the holiday?”

“Oh, are you sure? I wouldn’t want to impose.”

“A friend of Phil’s is a friend of mine, we would love to have you stay.”

“Yes! Stay!”

The glee and pure joy emanating from Jack’s voice made the choice. Children had always been her soft spot.

“Okay, I’ll stay!” she laughed.

“Alright Jack, it’s time to go to bed. Let’s put the cookies out and I’ll tuck you in.”

“Awwww, okay. Goodnight dad, good night Tal-Tal-Tali. I’m going to call you Tal, goodnight!”

Ben and Jack left the kitchen, leaving Phastos and Talvi to themselves in the kitchen.

“Friend from college, huh?”

“I didn’t want-”

“It’s okay Phastos, I understand, but did you really have to change my name? What’s wrong with having a unique name Phil?”

“You’re not going to let that go, are you?”

“Nope.”

The two friends laughed, happy that the first time back together was positive. But when do things not go wrong? Talvi’s knees buckled and gave out from beneath her. The heat radiating from the oven filled the kitchen, and it overwhelmed Talvi’s body.

“Hey, hey, what’s going on?”

“It’s…way…too…hot.”

“Oh crap. I forgot about that.”

Phastos quickly picked Talvi up and carried her to the sliding doors. When the door opened, the chilled air rushed in the room combatting the heat. Talvi’s body started to cool down, heart and breathing slowing down.

“Thanks…Phil.”

“No problem…Tal.”

“Merry Christmas Phastos.”

“Merry Christmas Talvi.”

Talvi smiled at the memory. She needed to visit them again soon. Finding Phastos almost gave her the courage to find the other Eternals. Almost. She was still surprised that she confided in Phastos about her location and life.

That’s enough self-loathing for the morning.

Talvi left her bed and got ready for the day. She was to help the village prepare for the festival of the Snow Queen and help the children with their lessons for the day. Exiting her house, she noticed the light snow falling from the sky and the people milling about. She could see some of the women making their way to the courtyard to decorate. Some of the children were building snowmen and making snow angels before rushing to the school.

Everything is going to be perfect.

And it seemed to be going that way as well. Until things weren’t perfect.

The ground started to shake. At first, it was subtle, but then things took a turn for the worst. The houses groaned with the more violent shakes. The people started to panic while the children started to scream in terror. Talvi noticed one of the weaker trees was about to fall on a group of young boys that were huddling underneath it. Talvi ran towards them, quickly touching it and turning it into snowflakes.

“Are you okay?”

The group nodded, although they were still fearful. The ground started to shake again, albeit, not as strong as before. The young boys hugged her tightly, Talvi returning the gesture. When the shaking subsided, she told them to go home. School did not matter at the moment.

“Jack!”

Talvi quickly ran back towards her house to contact Phastos and the family. She frantically searched for her phone before realizing she didn’t even have one.

Phastos was right, that would have been nice to have right now.

She gathered a gust of wind in her palm to send a message.

“Tell Phastos that I’m on my way. Things are happening here and I am going to visit a lot sooner than expected. Have my room ready and cold. I’ll be there soon.”

The wind left through the open window, leaving Talvi alone once again.

"WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" The imprisoned green blob had begun yelling at his new pinkette inmate pointing multiple fingers in the said blade's direction

"What what did i do huh?!" Techno replied back annoyed as he was in the middle of fixing his normally braided hair

"You,, Came,, Here!,, Why?! You know how bad of a decision that was!?" Dream drew closer with each word

As Techno finished his perfect braid he rolled his eyes "listen pal,You sent me that note to come here so i don't think i am to be blamed here"

Dream groaned "It was a trap! Quackity made me do it, i didn't expect you to actually listen to me!"

"So what im hearing is this is quackity's fault yea?, so why are you blaming me?"

The way he spoke made dream tug at his hair and groan with a whole bunch of gibberish to go along with the rage babble that was flowing out of his mouth.

"Because, you, Listened!" Dream poked around at Techno with each word, one to his chest the other to his shoulder the next to his side as he continued to go on and on about nothing Techno made a noise that sparked Dream's interest when the poke was landed at his side, so in curiosity he poked again knowing alll too well what was going on a smirk that was quickly hidden under his mask made an appearance

"Technooooo~"

The pinkette kept his composure but took a step back just as a natural reflex, having been wrecked before from Phil and the rest of the people he calls his family it was second nature to back away.

"That's my name, What's up dream?" Techno was cool and collected he was acting like he normally would which surprised Dream, the said green blob tilted his head to the side

'Normally when i use the voice and wiggle my fingers at people they get giggly and uncollected, but he's completely calm,,, WHAT?!'

As dream was having an internal battle with himself about the way Techno was behaving the piglin hybrid went back to observing the tiny cell they had been given

"Clever" he spoke a loud as he looked at the crying obsidian walls this snapping dream out of his thoughts

"No!, no!, you know what Technoblade!?"

"What's up Dream?"

Dream groaned once more before going back to his speech

"You decided to come here so you face the consequences!"

Techno rose an eyebrow in question as Dream advanced towards him the piglin had already forgot about the event that had just happened earlier that got Dream so on edge on this so called 'consequence' that was until he looked down

He saw the fingers and he knew that he was in for it. His stomach began to turn as he fought away a smile, he wasn’t used to being relaxed with anyone other than his family so this took everything in him to not start giggling as he got backed up into a corner

"Aww trying to fight it are we Techno~"

The tone of voice dream was using sounded all to similar to Philza's, the damm broke "leaheave me alone dream" Techno put his hands up in gaurd mode as dream evily giggled

"Im not gonna hurt ya tech'" the lightness of his voice this time around cleared the slightly tense air

"Well no duh dream" Techno giggled and joked playfully deciding to have some fun before his doom

"Alright! That's it now you will pay!" Dream joked back before squeezing quickly at Techno's sides

"AH!-" the pinkette squeaked before sliding down to the floor dream following him down straddling his waist and skitering all over the ticklish area

"DrEheheAM!" Techno moved his head back and forth as best he could considering he was cornered between two crying obsidian walls

"Awwww well would you look at that! Big bad undefatable Technoblade is ticklish~" The masked man teased as Techno's cheeks lit up a light pink from embarrassment

"Aww and you're blushing too, how cute~" the smirk clear in his voice as he moved up to his ribs then back down to his sides in a somewhat rhythmic pattern

The piglin hybrid was going wild giggling up a storm trying to get dream off of him but nothing worked

Dream's smirk only grew "now now Technoblade no need to fight it," the green man went close up to his ear "You'll lose anyway, tickletickletickletickle~" he teased while skitering from his ribs up to his underarms making Techno's giggles raise an octave into sweet laughter

"DREAHAham!! STAHahAp IT! GeheET AwahAHaAY" the man trew his head back laughing as dream evilly giggled again blowing a raspberry into the pinkette's neck

"DREHEHEAM!!"

"Aww whats wrong Tech, does it,,, Tickle~"

Dream got his hands out from under Techno's arms before wiggling alll over his stomach

"NAHAHAHAHA NOHOHOT THEHEHERE"

"Awww did i find the Blade's one weakness~ a bit of tummy tickles~ hehe Tickle tickle Technobladeeee~"

Dream made sure he wiggled his tickly fingers allll over the ticklish skin leaving no spot untickled,

"DREHEHEAM!"

Dream tickled his bellybutton a bit as Techno snorted "awwww you really are part piglin huh giggles?~"

"SHUHUHUT"

"Nah i don't think i will" Dream took a deep breath in

"Nononononono please!"

the green blob blew a gaint raspberry into Techno's stomach shaking his dirty blonde locks around so they tickled more

"PLEAHAHAHASE DREHEHEAM!"

"Okahay okay im done now!" Dream got off him rubbing away the ghost tickles before helping him up

"HEY! What's going on in there?!"

The voice was loud and clear to recognize

The Night screams at the Slumber Island...

I can't with this story 😉😂...every time I think I got it I got nothing... 😳🤪😆.

Soooo, Loki IS a god (yayyy, one of my suggestions was right ✅️ 😂) and y/n laughed so hard about it...I get it, I wouldn't have believed him either. And he exists for her because of her mother and her genuine and selfless prayers... and y/n won't survive there without him, that's the reason why he's there, otherwise y/n will be the next innocent victim...😳👀

After reading chapter 7 and 8 it came to my mind, that Minola maybe isn't evil. Loki said to her" You scared here, that won't help".

What is the connection between them? Did Minola worship him too? Was she his love interest before? Does he want to help her to free her soul? Why did she attack him (she tried, but she's a ghost ? and it didn't work). Is there a curse to break? A ghost to free? I'm pretty sure Minola's actions at night could have been. a warning for y/n. She wants to help her, not kill her. And there's still the plan. Minola's actions scared y/n but Loki said they need her trust and that y/n had to stay at the Island...and besides that, the villagers won't let her go. But why, I can't see it.

Is y/n a sacrifice (for the continuation of the villagers proper life or for the soothing of higher powers, imagined or not, has it something to do with the godess of death, religious reasons, superstition?) Did they murder their 'leader' Minola and are now afraid of her revenge? 👀 Is it the reason why they avoid the proximity to y/n's house? Died Minola there, in the house? What or whom did Phil see behind y/n when they came to that place and tried to convince her that there's no other house or a neighbour?

"I think she believes me Minola but I can't expose the truth about you just yet...it's too much for my little one"

She wanted to get what she has always wanted but her ways never really worked, she never thought of the consequences.

He had to put a stop on the brutality...could just get you out of here if he wished to do so...maybe for once he could act selfless as well

I'm really curious what it all means...please my Lady, I need answers 😵‍💫😂

I'm also still thinking about the woman on the ferry and the woman on the market...I think they know something 🤔 👀 (Slumber Island is a one way ticket...).

I'm like 35min into the turtles stream, and I just love Techno-Phil so much! The whole village bit with the wheat and bell prove that Phil is the more chaotic of the two

- Techno talking about taping his glasses together because he has no backup... I've been there. I have learned. I now have a backup (with a slightly older formula but who cares)

- Techno is back at 100 levels?? How Techno? HOW?

Can I say, Giant Philza feels empty nest syndrome after his two sons are off to college (also giants) so he decided to adopt/foster two (or three) human kids to take care of. (Tubbo, Tommy and Ranboo are all probably terrified because of the rumors of giants adopting kids to hurt). Just saying, seems pretty cool-👻

The system is so packed that despite the major risk and trickery of giants, they allow giants to foster/adopt human children. So Phil decides to give it a shot once his boys leave for college.

He was excited when he was told that he was going to house three human children, all the same age. All three are terrified of him and it breaks Phil's heart, but he's determined to take good care of these kids and give them a proper home.

He's very keen on holding the three in his hands, but he quickly found the kids were not comfortable with that at all, so he let them be.

Surprisingly, Tommy was the first one to start warming up to him. He was very standoffish and was the most aggressive towards Phil, so Phil truly assumed he would be the hardest to get the trust of. But then Tommy hesitantly asked for Phil to pick him up and when he did, Tommy instantly hugged one of Phil's fingers and told him he had a nightmare. Phil's heart melted and he was quick to comfort the boy, even nuzzling his nose into the boy who thankfully laughed at the action.

The other two would still take time and his relationship with Tommy wasn't perfect, but it was improving at a steady rate, and Phil couldn't be happier.

Just imagine the day Tommy finds out reader can't see glass, especially when they're younger and is just like "I'm gonna mess with them >:)" and then proceeds to place reader by a window facing outside while he goes outside. Basically how the event goes:

"Hey (y/n)! Look over here!" Tommy yells, getting reader's attention. Out of excitement reader reaches out for him but, their chubby little hands are met with an invisible wall (the glass). They give a few more tiny pushes before they stop and they deadpan at the window.

Tommy on the other hand has been laughing his head off watching reader struggle a bit. Techno, who was also outside noticed Tommy laughing.

"Tommy what's so funny that you're- oh." Techno looks to where Tommy was pointing and laughing and is greeted with the sight of readers face pushed against the glass with their hands. He chuckles a bit before he completely looses it when he sees reader back away from the window before they go back to pressing their face against it.

Wilbur who was first sitting by a tree in distance walks up to the both of them. He sees what's happening and is about to laugh with them before reader backs away from the window, and just, smacks their head against the window, and begin to tear up.

"And you two wonder why they dislike being around you guys" Wilbur says as he notices Phil glare at them from inside the house, rubbing readers wings to calm them down, holding them.

Tommy is probably the reason they have trust issues and and Phil will never admit it to readers face, but he recorded the whole thing and found it very funny.

DNP Rewatch: A Day in the Life of Dan and Phil in JAPAN!

The first Japan trip! DNP were in Japan from April 9 (also when Nick Jonas tweeted “hey buddy you in London?” to Dan 😂) to April 20. Phil was calling it his dream holiday before they even left. I’m going to split their tweets/Instagram posts between this post and the next one (for DAN AND PHIL JAPAN HAUL!) based on what they’re talking about in the video.

This is really soon after the last DITL video, which was just in December 2014. I always write way too much for these, so here we go...

0:00 - this is the most energetic start to a DITL video. Also the first joint intro. I feel like usually Dan is holding the camera when filming both of them, but not here. They lighting is much better than they think it is, lol.

0:07 - there we go with Dan taking over the camera holding. They really do look happy.

0:12 - “Phil and Dan” for once, just to make the rhyme work. Although not in the video title.

0:19 - awwww, cute inclusion of fan art!

0:21 - starting the adventure with a toilet is so random. Dan’s giggle in the background is amazing.

0:35 - I get the impression that Dan knows this is a bad idea but is making Phil do it anyway

0:47 - Dan’s hyena laugh! Phil looks shocked but is still grinning so much at Dan doubled over laughing in the background.

0:50 - there are a lot of shots of the...um...hotel room layout in this, and I’m gonna guess they got some invasive questions because of that...

1:58 - this trip was the first time they had met Duncan and Mimei in person, but they had been “internet friends” for a long time. Both of them recorded voices for Phil’s TOILET TAG video.

2:16 - I do not entirely know what Phil is seeing here. I guess their cheeks and maybe noses are a bit similar? I’m bad at faces.

2:39 - I can see why they needed someone to help show them around

I mean, I love all of the DITL videos and this one is no exception. They just seem to be having so much fun on this day. DNP were really so excited about this trip. 

I do like that they chose to only film on one day, and just enjoy the rest of it. I’m sure they needed a bit of a break after the TABINOF announcement and before the craziness of the tour starting. They did share some photos of things they did on other days, of course (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

there are so many thoughts that i have about the whole crossover thing, but i just want to start with this that i’ve been thinking about the longest

tt!Phil seeing c!Phil being all depressed and shit about his dead son turning into a ghost the was killed and now his actual son, the one that blew up a nation and that asked Phil to kill him is back

so, c!Phil finds his way to one of the portals and runs into tt!Phil but tries not to bother him with his life cause he doesn’t know what tt!Phil has gone through or not ( cause other people haven’t done the same things as their counterparts ) but, when it’s just the two of them, tt!Phil starts talking about betrayals, cause if one person betrayed them in one world, it could happen in another, and he mentions Wilbur

c!Phil, who is still emotional about everything with Wilbur, starts crying and tt!Phil asks what’s wrong and c!Phil just starts rambling about everything and ends up mentioning how Fundy doesn’t know yet and it would break him

now tt!Phil who is still getting over the fact that Wilbur was not only his son but was so much more evil and asked Phil to kill him had assumed that Fundy was just a lot closer, but the way that c!Phil was saying Fundy and Eilbur never had a good relationship made him wonder why he keeps bringing up Fundy, so he asks

c!Phil has to explain that Fundy is in fact Wilburs son, making Fundy his grandson, and that his mother is, in fact, Sally, who is actually a salmon

at this point their both emotional but laughing and decide not to tell anyone other than Fundy for a bit, possibly Wilbur if they could get a minute alone with him

ANIMAL TRANSFORMATION AU for week 2 😺😺😺

Phil: *Pokes his head in the lab and comes back out* Melinda?

Meowlinda: *Shows up* Meow (I’m right here)

Phil: Oh hey there, where did you come from?

Meowlinda: Meow 😾 (From the lab. I went to check on the 084 and it released a mist and now I’m a cat)

Phil: *Picks up Meowlinda and starts petting her* Awwww aren’t you adorable?

Meowlinda: *Tries to deny that she likes the pets but ends up making the -w- face that cats do* Hiss- Hiss- Purr~ (No- I’m not adorab- Hmm~)

Phil: *Chuckle* Alright you can’t run around here. Let’s find Melinda and see what we can do with you.

Meowlinda: -w- *Ears perks up* (Yes find me. Check the security cameras and you will see what happened and get Simmons to turn me back to normal)

Phil: Someone’s excited. Ok where should we look? The common area? Cockpit?

Meowlinda: *Tries to jump down and go towards a computer* Meow (A screen so YOU can see what happened!!!)

Phil: *Holds her back* You want to go down? But we can’t have you run around. How about this, you be good and I’ll get someone to get you some treats, and those mouse toys, and a blanket, and-

Meowlinda: *Glares* (You are not adopting me YOU IDIOT)

Phil: Huh never received a glare from the adoptee before. You know that is very Melinda of you, she glares at me every time I try to adopt someone or something.

Phil: *Smiles brightly* Let’s go to the gym. I can’t wait to show you to Melinda, you’re like a little cat version of her-

Phil: Huh where did Melinda go?

Phil: It’s Melinda, she is who we’ve been looking for. I miss her.

Phil: I miss her smile, her laugh, the way she purse her lips when she’s grumpy. I even miss her glares. I know it’s only been a couple of hours but I do miss her. I was supposed to be working on paperwork and I kept saying I’m looking for her so she can help me with it. But honestly I just want to see her. I want to be around her because... well because I’m in love with her.

Daisy: *Runs towards Phil* I WAS GOING THROUGH THE CAMERAS AND SAW THE 084 TURN MAY INTO A CAT THat looks exactly like the one you are holding...
