oh okay heres one:

"sleepaway camp"= you go there for at least a few days, a week, sometimes several weeks, and sleep there, as opposed to a """camp""" where you go for the day and your parents or whoever picks you up afterward (those arent really camps, but like. idk when i went to "space camp" it was a weeklong but not sleepaway). in the U.S. at least, the typical image of a sleepaway camp involves staying in cabins, dunno how common it is/what it looks like in other countries.

for the first few i just mean like. not necessarily a stealth church camp, just like. idk, a camp where theres also an Assumption Of Christianity and just general vibes without being actually church camp. So, there might not be daily services and jesusy dedicatwd activities, but maybe theres still a prayer said over meals and shit. Which i assume might exist...

NOT christian at the time. but i also Wasnt Really Feeling It #i was mostly into it bc. camp.#...maybe i should have asked my parents if i could just go to one of the normal summer camps instead lmao #like the 6 week ones or st #that coulda been fun ....#so my answer is Its Complicated #i did like. participate in the jesus side of things. but i was also kinda knowingly faking it u kno?#i remember one time during a service i started having a bit of a panic attack (mostly bc of the MASSVE crowd. this was a huge ass camp)#but i still had to like. stay. still do everything. my pastor was being nice about it but still was like :( well you cant leave #i remember that was the day we did some shit outside w torches #like. carrying torches in a big procession like some sorta ritual thing ig. fuck if i know.#and i was like crying while following the procession and trying to stop #(the crying STARTED un the megachurch extremely loud giaant speaker GET PUMPED UP!!! area and continued to the torches)#thars my stringest memory from church camp aside from when i fcking DEMOLISHED the frozen t shirt game #(they gave a few ppl on stage frozen t balled up shirts and it was like 'okay first one to unball it and put it on wins!!!')#(and while the two boys i was up against started trying to tear it open with their hands i just #(in my cute lil butterfly shirt and pretty skirt started SMASHING IT AGAINST THE GROUND FULL BODY AAAUUGGHH and broke that shit)#(i was sooo proud of mysekf and my oastors wife thiught it was Unladylike of me but i fucjing won. the boys copied me after a sec)#(but it was too late i won :) anyway yeah like i said mixed feelings u kno. anyway go blue beetles woooo!!!!!

The only character I can think of thats related to area 51 (thats also relevant to the lore) is Mr. James Dixon, entirely because of the Dixon generators. Since Mr. Dixon our founder is dead. He could potentially be the spirit possessing our beloathed Rock God? sort of monitoring the NPCs and us players on how we use the REGRETEVATOR despite being dead.

Though this doesn't really explain why Bive was created in the first place. Or why all these UFOs and creatures exist in the first place? Maybe we'll learn more about it as the weeks pass. Who knows

thank you so much for asking romi!! this is my favorite fic i've been working on recently, it just comes so easily!

this little unempowered au that still lacks a name because i am the worst at naming fics ajskdfl mostly takes place at The Den which is a pretty popular hole in the wall bar in Dahlia that Angel has been working at for a while. Ash, Milo, and Arden are the usual weekend team of security but Milo gets sick and thus David joins the crew for those couple days. so far this fic is the longest one i've written and has *gasp* 3 chapters. there's just so much to write about restaurant life and it all fits so perfectly ajskdfl

gonna drop a little snip under the cut because the interactions between ash and david have been so fun to write. they're in their roommate era when this is taking place and the foolery that takes place is just so endearing i love those two to the moon and back times a billion

Angel threw a straw at Asher while they walked back towards the customers at the bar. Though, Asher successfully dodged out of the way letting the straw hit David square in the chest, which only caused Ash to smile wide at him, finally turning his attention towards David.

“You and I will be over here, This is really where the action is, Arden’s always out front checking I.D.’s, but nothing else happens. If something is going down, it’ll be on this side.”

David nodded and glanced around locking eyes with Casey, the less than intelligent manager, as he approached the two. He noted the way Asher’s smile fell into a serious line and his shoulders squared off. Asher always took his jobs seriously, but he hadn’t seen it in action in a long time.

“Alright I’m heading out, but Asher here will show you the ropes, if you need anything at all, just call me.” he said quickly, patting David on the back. Asher’s shit eating grin grew the second the smaller man left them alone and David leveled him with a harsh glare.

“Watch it. I know where you sleep Talbot.” Ash threw his head back and laughed loudly as David started to walk away.

to balance the extremely odd energy i just put out here though i really do think. and i maybe think about this a lot but- i really do think. the movie is wrong because carina definitely kissed him first. send post.

yo i'm fully awake now after waking up at like 8 am to Master Chef shit and then pass out for another like three hours and stuff, and now I'm just fucking crying again over how hard I'm laughing from the idea of Floof and Floyd singing Roki at the Mostro Lounge
