Somewhere in the multiverse, Ben Solo, Rey, Fin, Poe, and Grogu have tons of great uncles and an amazing great aunt
Luke thinks he's gonna freak, but Dins just like: obviously this what every family unit should look like duh
No, Hans does not know how to feel about all the Boba fett lookalikes. He doesn't wanna talk about it.

Clone wars hc
Been lurking on tumblr for a bit (while) and decided to throw my own clone wars hc cause the hyperfixation be hyper fixated (sorry for any spelling errors).
Kit Fisto and Obi-Wan are bffs - They both lose their robes and seem to flirt with anything that walks. meaning they have get togethers and give each other flirting advice.
Jocasta Nu and Admrial Yularen are BAMF, and are severly underrated. you don't get away with hurting someone they care about unpunished.
Rex's first thought of ashoka was "that's a child" followed by "that's a child on a battle field" and then "that's a child on a battle field with no clothes, what the kark".
One of the shinies from Monnk's battalion definitely asked Fisto (while high on pain meds) if he lactates and monnk and fisto lost their shit and couldn't stop laughing for 5 min straight.
Kix (and other medics by default) have tranq/hypo guns for any vode or jedi that try to leave med bay when on bed rest.
Fox and Amidala gossip and constantly talks shit about Palpatine
Kit Fisto Smile Supremacy, this man win's best smile, it never fails to cheer someone up.
Rex definitely twirls his guns before putting them in his holsters when he's done using them
Bly is obviously in love with Aayla, and he tries to hide it (and fails miserably) but he's so respectful about loving her and swooning, that Quinlan couldn't even give him a shovel talk.
the clones were absolutely baffled when they met the jedi's
Wolffe and Fox are twins, they might be at each others throats 90% of the time, but if you talk shit about the one of them, the other won't hesitate to beat your ass.
Monnk says the most off handed shit in a dead pan tone (ex. Monnk: well I'm not gonna live, laugh, love this. Fisto, laughing his ass off: I-I'm Sorry? Monnk: I'm just saying this is gonna be a bitch)
Plo Koon is Plo Buir, He's at least adopted the Wolf Pack and Ashoka
the 501st and Ashoka are siblings
Grey adopted Caleb Dume
The Iron Battalion/13th battalion took one look at Cal and immediately adopted him
Ponds isn't dead (cause fuck canon), he found Boba before his schemes could go off and made him a deal, He helps Boba plan the assassination attempts on Windu (he trust his general won't die, but he gave him more headaches) so there's no casualties, but slowly the attempts stop and now Boba just lives in the 91st venator's vents.
The first time Cody picked up Obi-Wan's lightsaber he thought it was so cool, and now he just wants to glue the damn thing into his hand
Hound spoils Grizzer, he absolutely adores the massif
Jesse make sure Kix is actually taking care of himself, and make sure he's not over working (and when necessary, he uses a hypo to make sure Kix sleeps, cause Kix will hold that over his head and pay him back for it)
Fox and Thorn are opposites but they are really close
The corrie guard has a list of all the good and bad senators
The most forms that Monnk and Cody (and occasionally Ponds) fill out are forms for more robes
Cody's name is Kote (but goes by Cody cause so many nat borns mispronounce it) and Obi-Wan randomly asked if that was his name, and Cody was just utterly shocked
After Umbara, Fox say a very traumatized trooper (it's Dogma) who is facing shitty consequences for doing the right thing and adopts him into the guard
After Kix woke up from his stasis and found artoo's (again, fuck canon) he would stay up on nights he couldn't sleep and watch videos of him and his vode from artoo's memory bank
Clones using their Jedi's lightsaber - Cody using Kenobi's lightsaber after he loses it for the millionth time, Rex using it to back ventress away from ashoka, Fox finding quinlan's in a dumpster (with quinlan in said dumpster)
Hound let's grizzer purposely tackle people when he can easily apprehend them because it's funny or because whoever he's chasing pissed him off and he's petty
Yoda is the ultimate menace (like srs palpitine hates his ass, but yoda -and everyone else- hates him even more)
Yoda still keeps in touch with Rys, Jek, and Thire (mainly Thire) after the treaty or smth
The Corrie found Quinlan Vos in a dumpster and now he won't stop bugging them (expecially Fox)
Fox is a walking encyclopedia of every republic laws, you do one minor thing wrong and he can quote every law you broke, word to word
A trooper (let's call him Sharks) from Fisto and Monnk's battalion can just get a group of sharks to gather around, at every planet, every time, without fail
Plo's disappointed dad sigh can make a separatist army fold into defeat
Kenobi absolutely loathes caf, he hates it with a passion
Each high ranking clone officer has to deal with something of their jedi - Cody has to deal with Kenobi flirting with seperatist and losing his lightsaber, Rex has to deal with his general constantly crashing ships, his batshit crazy plans and his general continuously using the force to throw him, Monnk has to deal with his general randomly "shedding" clothes, and all the clones have to deal with their generals and commanders not wearing armor (Except for Jaro Tapal, HE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO WEARS ARMOR)
Corrie Guard can sleep standing up, very useful when guarding in the pods during senate meetings
The nice Senators (mainly Chuichi, Amidala, and Organa) and Vos very often get things for the Coruscant Guards, and whenever the guard see's the gifts they are baffled and bamboozled
Rex called dibs on Domino squad after the moon mission
Echo and Fives without hesitation took Tup and Dogma under their wing
Fives, Hardcase and Jesse started a prank war in the 501st that accidently evolved into a GAR wide prank war (with Coruscant being neutral ground, cause the guard doesn't need to deal with that shit, doesn't mean they don't help out)
Fox holds ALL the blackmail, and has multiple informants in every battalion, plus he has the power to withhold caf shipments
Fox also regularly reads his batchmates mission reports to mae sure their ok
The Corrie guard accidently adopted a stray tooka and a loth cat, now they're the guards emotional support animals
Rex keeps complaining about his brothers flirting with their jedi's that he didn't even realized that he third wheeled between Anakin and Padme that he joined their relationship
every mothers or fathers day without fail, shaak ti and plo koon always gets presents and gifts from their children (troopers and cadets.... and ashoka)
Coric is Kix's Ori'vod, he didn't admit it at first but Kix grew on him and well medics stay togeth
Coric purposely avoided being CMO of the 501st because they are hellions, Kix wanted to strangle him after he realized what being CMO of the 501st meant
Rex was on the 212th with Cody when Anakin was still a padawan
Rex hates evals, natural blonde plus Kamino is a recipe for hell. Also he was shocked at Skywalker being nonchalant about his hair, Anakin just though it made him cooler
That's all I have for now, if you see any you've seen before my bad, I honestly just typed the first that came to mind and kinda spiraled from there. I'm just now starting to interact with tumblr, so I might upload more and maybe even some art if I can stay focused long enough.

As the dust cleared from the battlefield Cody, the other commanders, and their ARC troopers started looking for wounded and getting medical attention to those who needed it. As he was crossing to an outcropping where he knew many of his vode had been trapped, he caught a glimmer of something in the debris. He gave pause and looked closer, not seeing anything and thinking it was scrap from droids, he was about to continue on to his destination when the light caught it again.
It was more reflective than the battle droids and tanks that the Separatists used, and he had a feeling he knew exactly what was glinting back at him in the sun. With a sigh he made the detour to go fetch the object he was sure he was going to find buried carelessly in the rubble.
Sure enough as he got closer to the item he could make out the distinctive silver and gold markings of his General’s lightsaber. He really could not understand how the man lost the item as often as he did. “This weapon is your life,” he had heard Obi-Wan lecture Anakin and Ashoka on more than one occasion about their reckless lightsaber care, but somehow never managed to apply those teachings to himself. In a true, do as I say, not as I do fashion.
Furthermore, it was always glued to his capable hands in battle, whirling and slicing through the enemy like an extension of himself. It was almost graceful watching his General fight. Whether on the battlefield or in the training salles Obi-Wan moved with a confidence and grace with his lightsaber that Cody found himself getting lost watching more and more.
Cody had been caught, flustered, watching Obi-Wan train and more through the forms of Soresu on more than one occasion. Something, Rex, had started to pick up on and tease him about, but he couldn’t help it.
Obi-Wan would strip the layers of his tabards and thicker outer tunics when training, leaving him in a thinner tunic that allowed Cody to appreciate the roll of muscles in his shoulders and back, the way his strong arms would reach up and block blows if he was dueling with Anakin, and if this led him to also notice his quick footwork and the toned muscles of his thighs when he lunged, well he was guilty as charged.
He had work to do however. No time to stand around, lost in thoughts of Obi-Wan. He would have to reserve his pining for later after the clean up was over and he and Obi-Wan had gone through their no doubt tedious and extremely detailed debriefing of the mission.
With a sigh, he picked up the lightsaber and clipped it to his belt. The small loop had been added a few months into working with his General specifically for whenever he found the discarded weapon. Really for all Obi-Wan complained about blasters and called them uncivilized, he had a habit of neglecting his more “elegant” weapon of choice.
He quickly finished his search of the areas and assisted a handful of troopers that hadn’t  been able to seek medical attention yet and returned to base. Leaving transports and ground clean up in the hands of his capable ARC troopers he clambered aboard the next LAAT he was able to. Back aboard The Negotiator his General quickly caught up with him.
Obi-Wan was scuffed up but looked no worse for wear than he had when they parted ways after the battle. A few smears of dirt adorned his face where he had no doubt tried to wipe away sweat and keep an errant lock of hair out of his face. There were a few singe marks through his tunics where blaster bolts had narrowly missed him, but he was unharmed. A set of piercing blue eyes caught his from across the hanger, and he brought himself back to the present, mentally cursing himself for allowing himself to get distracted. Obi-Wan needed him to do his job and be his Commander, not some pining school girl.
“Are you alright? You seem distracted.” Obi-Wan’s crisp accent cut through the commotion around them in the hanger as Obi-Wan strode over to him.
Cody scrambled to come up with a reason that wouldn’t compromise his relationship with the General or give away his feelings or how distracted he truly was.
“Perfectly fine General. Just a little tired from battle is all, nothing that won’t be cleared up soon.” He tried to placate the man.
Obi-Wan didn’t seem entirely convinced, but his expression quickly shifted from worry into a small smirk at something at Cody’s waist. Just as he was about to ask the General about it he spoke up, “I see my lightsaber has found its way to you again.”
Cody had completely forgotten that he had it clipped to his belt. He fumbled briefly as he reached for the weapon to unclip it from his belt. “It seems I have.” He felt the smooth metal of it in his palm and the steady weight of it. It really was an elegant weapon. He made to hand it back to Obi-Wan but didn’t let go once his fingers slipped around the familiar hilt.
“Sir,” Cody started, “you should really keep better track of this, it was under a pile of droids this time,” he gently chastised the older man.
Obi-Wan looked embarrassed for a fraction of a second, if Cody didn’t know him so well he would have missed it. “I’m not sure how I lost it this time either, to be entirely honest. It was there when I went to chase down that splinter battalion and when I finally caught up to them it was gone.” He looked thoughtful for a second, tucking the weapon back onto his right hip, but quickly brightened and fixed Cody with a dazzling million-watt smile. “But that’s what I have you for, my dear. You always keep me together. Thank you.”
Cody had to fight to keep a blush from creeping onto his cheeks. Obi-Wan was known to be a flirt and friendly to just about everyone, so it didn’t make his treatment of Cody special, but he couldn’t help the way it made him feel having that disarming smile turned on him. The crinkle in the corners of his eyes, and the almost mischievous spark that seemed to glint in them as a result. Recovering he answered, “Just doing my duty sir.”
Obi-Wan turned to leave down the hallway then, but not before he clapped Cody on the shoulder and stated, “Well, C’mon Cody let’s get this debriefing over. My quarters this time?”
“Sounds good to me, sir. As long as you don’t insist on more of that tea from Kashyyyk again. It was dreadful.” Cody answered, making a face as remembered the bitter brew the other man had insisted on drinking the last time they had done paperwork together, as he fell into step beside Obi-Wan. The answering laugh brought a warmth to his heart and a small smile to his face.
Even if he could never tell the General how he felt about him, and even if the General never returned those feelings he figured he could be perfectly content working with this man and soaking up as much precious time as he could with him. He would gladly be his second in command and keep him safe until he drew his last breath.

This might be a stupid idea but what if the Jedi came from the Justice League and etc? What if Anakin was Bruce and Ashoka one of the kids? Not Jason, I discarded that as soon as I thought of it, but one of the others? Oh! Dick! Dick works.
Let's see:
Ashoka-Dick
Cass-hmmm.... Grogu!
Jason-Cal
Tim-Caleb
Damian-Barriss
Duke-no clue
Qui-Gon (who isn't dead) is Alfred and Obi-Wan? Hmm..I have not thought that far.
I don’t know why I thought of this but I did....wait, yes I do.
The Vode are helping clean up a massive kidnapping of kids. All of Gothams kids. Someone gets free and goes after Athanasia. Anakin goes feral and says not to touch his daughter. That's the most I got right now.

Cooking Headcanons:
Padme cannot cook, she knows this, and doesn’t mind it.
Obi-wan can cook, but he’s not great. It’s edible, it taste fine, but it’s nothing special. His best stuff is when he follows a recipe exactly.
Anakin can cook. Good or not is subjective. It’s spicy, supper spicey. Like some one had to be admitted to the hospital once spicy. But if you can handle the spice, it’s amazing. He cooks without standardized measurements, has no patients for something like a recipe when his taste buds and nose can do most of the heavy lifting, and bearly has any regard for what ingredients are considered okay to use. He uses every part of an animal, eats insects, and he knows what he’s doing when he brings back random plants.
Ashoka can cook, Anakin taught her. When she started hunting more often, Anakin was the one to cook so they could share with the vode. She generally she likes spicy food, but not to the extreame that Anakin dose, and her willingness to experiment helped when she was on the run. She tones down the spice a lot after she finds out Anakin is Vader.
Luke can cook. It’s very Anakin style, where anything can be combied with spices to make good food, but he has a wider range of ‘traditional’ dishes memorized and he can minupulates spices into being something other than just mind numbingly spicey.
Han can cook, but not well. It’s edible, but usually kind of bland.
Leia originally could not cook. She could break down the complexities and talk about dishes, but she couldn’t make them. After the destruction of Alderan she learns, but like Han it’s not great. Passible, edible, but kind of bland and kind of generic.

I'd like to think that obi-wan and cody both think they are doing a good job at keeping their relationship secret which is defiantly not true.
they'll absently wink and flirt during tactical meetings, leaving other clone officers present completely speechless cause they have to pretend they did not see whatever is going on between those two and put up with the obvious eye fuck between a commanding officer and a jedi general. when it comes to co-mission with the 501, anakin always rolls his eyes throughout the entire meeting and throws up his hands when codywan are clearly hinting something he never wants to know with their constant communication via brow-raises and head-tilts. rex is always staying still and trying his best to ignore his vod, but other vodes know he's putting his hands way closer to his blasters than he probably should.
i think codywan have pre-planned hook-up places throughout the entire Negotiator where they keep jamming the security cams and even have lube hidden somewhere that can be reached only by using the force. their favorite hook-up spot is probably the random cupboard. (check that post -> here) they probably re-arranged the patrol route so no one will come near the corridor but it won't take too long for some curious trooper to notice they never cover this sector during patrol. so words spread out about some secret weapon the general is hiding on the Negotiator that can wipe out an entire clanker battalion and obi-wan is saving it for a big reveal or something. when the rumors start to get absurd (fives telling rex the weapon is an ancient dragon that eats everyone near it alive), anakin finally steps up to ask obi-wan what the kriff is he hiding on his ship and obi was like: uhhhhh, well, humm, about that.... anakin is totally confused and decides to check out that corridor with ashoka and rex. then they just found an empty cupboard that is cleaner than it should be given its location. rex immediately knows what the hell his vod and the general is using that for and turns to leave, blushing hard. leaving anakin and ashoka in absolute confusion, staring at the cupboard then at each other, having what the kriff?? written all over their faces.

I LOVE your Yandere clone family au, but is it wrong that I feel Hunter wants out of the situation as much as the darlings that haven’t given up trying to escape?
Ok, this could be interesting. I personally see him staying as a yandere, but that's just me.
So, alternately. Hunter sees whats going down.
His brothers are rounding up the jedi, throwing them in isolation cells, and gods forbid, they are collaring and chipping them?!
He just got back to tipoca, his brothers and omega behind him. They go through tipoca and hes horrified. Clones dragging drugged jedi masters around and toting younglings through the halls like they were prize pets
What. The. Hell.
He sees arc trooper fives trying to gently maneuver the 7 foot general shaak tii into am isolation cell. Echo suddenly runs up to him, hunter thinks hes going to demand what they are doing, why are the jedi being imprisoned.
Instead he helps fives. Takes the generals other arm, enquiring as to her health, is she alright, did she hurt herself.
Hunter was alarmed. None of the batch were seeing any issues here. The best generals in the gar were here, all in various states of consciousness.
Hunter turned to his vode, about to ask if they were seeing the same thing he was when crosshair spoke up.
"They got them all back. Good. I was worried there would be casualties."
Wrecker and tech agreed. Little omega didnt know any better and went along with it.
"There were a few escapees but they are being rounded up as we speak."
Tech spoke up, nise buried in his data pad.
"Your beloved has been rounded up, but the alpha squad has already put a claim on both her and her partner"
Crosshair looked sick at this.
'Good, at least he sees this madness...'
"No. She was supposed to come to me. She chose me. She saved ME, not them"
"I'm sorry crosshair. Unless you arrange something with them, your love is out of your reach"
Crosshair snarled an stalked off, leaving hunter confused.
"Tech, what's happening?"
"The end of the war, and the retrieval of the jedi"
It was rex, and in his arms, ashoka tano.
"What are you talking about., retrieval? And is that a peice of the jedi temple?" Hunter pointed out as two tech clones walked by with a wall mural.
"Fox killed palpatine. His ad'ika discovered he was a sith lord and tried to confront him. She almost died, but fox stopped him."
At this the togrutan in rex's arms shifted, frowning in what hunter could only assume was a drugged sleep.
Rex tenderly soothed the frown line out of the togrutan's face.
"I know it's hard to see them like this hunter, but it's for the best. The world was going to abandon them like they did us. We couldnt let that happen. They'll come to terms with it. The young ones are already settling in. Look" he turned to see a young twi'lek and human youngling running around, playing with a tooka under the watchful and fond gaze of a group of shinies.
Hunter felt sick
"Are you okay?" Rex asked concerened
'No' hunter thought.
"Uhh, yeah. Yeah I'm fine, just tired I guess"
He hoped to god this was a mightmare.
Rex smiled understandingly.
"I know this seems strange, you never had a jedi padawan or general to call your own, but I promise, they grow on you. Become family"
He looked at ashoka again as she squirmed I his arms.
"They all will"
All hunter could see were cuffs and cells, and madmen.
'I'll help you', he thought as rex put ashoka gently down In a holding cell.
---------------------------------------------------
It's been 3 months and more jedi come and go out of the cell than he can stand. They always come out looking so broken. Vulnerable and scared. Clinging to their "family" as they are half carried to a room to bond with the clones.
It made him sick.
He was the only one on kamino who thought this way. The only clone that is. Plenty of jedi want off badly. Some made it but were dragged back.
The final straw was when hunter saw vera, a jedi who saved crosshair from drowning when he was just a kid, dragged off into isolation by crosshair and the alpha clones for trying to escape with her love.
He was gonna help them. If he could only get a handful off then he would do it.
He couldnt stay anymore in this sick twisted paradise.

I love the gifset of Rex helping his brothers because on one level it can be read as him being a good older brother who is a shoulder for his vode when they need it and on another level it can be read as him shouldering the burden of keeping them safe and cared for because Anakin and (younger) Ashoka can get lost in making battles a game
anon ur face is hidden but ur brain is huge

I wish you would write a fic where Jango and Obi Wan are in a relashionship/married, and when Jango and Boba somehow run into the 212st (Jango got to keep his head idk how) it quickly becomes evident that they uh. Forgot to tell everyone? Hilarious confusion ensues.
I thought about how this could work and I’m thinking an AU where Jango escapes slavery and returns to Mandalore space to take back his title/place as Mand’alor and kill Tor Vizla. Things are still rough but getting better when Santine and Obiwan end up on the run. Jango finds them and offers what protection he and the True Mandalorians can provide, for a price. Jango wants an alliance with the New Mandalorians, with a political marriage to act as a preliminary sign of agreement.
Obiwan suggests Jango marry him instead to protect Santine/give implied Republican support of the True Mandalorian faction/make amends for Galidraan. No one is happy with this arrangement but that’s how they do it. Jango and Santine assure Obiwan that Mandalorian divorces are just as quick and easy as marriages. Jango and Obiwan fall in love during Obiwan’s time in Mandalore space. Jango pointedly ‘forgets’ to divorce Obiwan and Obiwan ‘forgets’ they’re married.
Obiwan maybe ‘forgets’ a little too well because he doesn’t tell anyone he’s married. The most the Jedi Order knows is that Obiwan basically has the Mand’alor’s blessing to wear beskar but isn’t sworn to the Resol’nare. Obiwan stays in touch with Jango and Santine and to the Order it looks like Obiwan made some politically powerful friends. True of Santine, not so much Jango.
Then the Naboo incident happens and by the time that’s all handled Obiwan receives word that Jango is officially missing, has been missing for some time actually, and Death Watch has re-emerged under the guidance of Pre Vizla. The only thing Pre has to say about Jango is laugh and that he’s sure the galaxy will be seeing his face again soon enough.
Years go by, most assume Jango is dead. Then Zam Wessel’s assassination attempts on Padmé lead Obiwan to chase Bounty Hunter Montross back to Kamino where he discovers a very much alive Jango, his unaltered clone-son Boba, and the millions of clone troopers wearing Jango’s face. Obiwan helps Jango escape with Boba before he chases Montross to Genosis. Montross loses his head to Mace and Obiwan is too caught up in war to track down Jango.
Which is why it’s very surprising that the troopers come across Jango and Boba. Obiwan would really like to know just what Jango is doing when Mandalore has been missing their Mand’alor for a decade and could use him. Especially with the clone troopers making tensions even worse.
And Jango refers to the clones as THEIR sons. About how he can’t turn his back on THEIR kids until he figures out what kind of Sith-trap went into their creation, they’re freed, and given a longer lifespan. Mandalore space can wait until his clan/house has been sorted and any Mandalorian that doesn’t understand that is an idiot. Obiwan is a bit exasperated because he is working on it, all the Order is working doing the best for THEIR kids. Obiwan knows Jango has trust issues with the Order and Republic but could he not give them the benefit of a doubt in this matter?
At which point Anakin and Ashoka are like “Excuse us, Obiwan. When did you adopt the Vode?”
Obiwan is all. “Why would I have to adopt them? They’re Jango’s sons, so they’re my sons. By the way, Jango this is my former padawan Anakin and my great padawan Ashoka.”
Jango makes a face. “I’m too young to be a grandfather. Wait, you adopted an ad? You adopted an ad and didn’t tell me?”
“You were missing!”
“Did you at least raise him according to the Resol’nare?”
“Of course I did. Bo-Katan was kind enough to supervise his coming of age test. Anakin’s the first Mandalorian Jedi in millennia.”
And it turns out Obiwan and Jango honestly forgot they were keeping their marriage a secret.
There’s fallout of course. In good and bad ways. And I would write this idea out but honestly I’ve already got plans for using some of these ideas in WIPs so you get this long post instead.

I want more… clone hc pt. 2
why not more hc, I’m bored and wanna ramble… sorry if I repeated any.
99 is the best vode, he knows everything. If a brother is said, he’ll hug them, give words of encouragement and stuff and a mysteriously some illegal contraband that whatever the clone likes will randomly show up.
Shaak ti is buff and can hold her own if not demolish the Alphas on the training mats (The Rancor battalion found that out the hard way)
Jek, Rys and Thire became close after the mission with Yoda, Thire is still close with the commanders on Coruscant, but he’s even closer with the other two
While Hound may be a sergeant, he’s still an honorary commander member, he became the little brother of the group
…Thorn didn’t die on Scipio, nope, no way. Amidala saved him, always carrying a blaster or smth.
Dogma became really good at braiding hair because of all the time he braided Tups hair, so after Umbara when he definitely goes to Coruscant, Amidala finds out and sometimes ask him to do her hair.
Colt may essentially be Buir of Kamino, but all the alphas (especially 17) out Buir him, and it can be very comedic how a big burly alpha is hauling a ARC commander just to force them to sleep.
Fox absolutely denies or threaten to black mail shebse squad if they bring up the fact Fox was the first to fold and call Alpha-17 buir.
Colt and Wolffe have regular holo-calls just to shit talk Ventress.
Rex got adopted into Shebse squad after he bit Cody (Wolffe was proud)
When Kix is on shift in medbay, most of the time Jesse is there with him, he doesn’t have to be their but he’s a good batch mate.
Each shebse squad member have a quirk in fighting droids: Cody punches and spin kicks them, Wolffe bits them, Rex throws his blasters at them if they run out of ammo, Fox for some reason carry’s a high voltage taser, Bly drop kicks them, and Ponds throws rocks at them to catch them off guard
On multiple occasions animals like Loth cats and Tookas have been snuck on board the venators and multiple times have had to been taken off board
Fives has a girly scream, Torrent found out after he was caught singing in the barracks
Comet (and Plo Buir) can convice Wolffe to take care of himself (little brother privileges), unlike Boost, Warthog, and Sinker who have to sedate him of physically haul him away from the bridge
MEDICS GIVE STICKERS, if a your a good patient, you get a sticker. So there is a lot of vode with stickers inside or outside there armor
Colt keeps himself loaded with weapons, many different types of blasters, check. Lots of vibroblades and vibroswords (that he stole from commando droids), check. It will take a solid 10 mins for him to de-weapon himself
after Khorm, Plo threatened Captain Ozzel…. It was terrifying, Kit Fisto was both shocked and absolutely scared of getting on Plo Koons bad side.
Monnk collects different shells and rocks from the ocean floor and give them to different vode
kit fisto taught his battalion how to fish, just randomly, out of the blue he said they were going fishing and they went fishing
Ashoka definitely stole the ‘I’m no Jedi’ line from Rex.
everyone form the 212th and some 501st members were more traumatized by a bold Kenobi than the fact he faked his death to be a bounty hunter for a time period
kix has trouble staying warm after the cyro-freeze, like he’ll be bundled up in layers on tatooine
quinlan snuck into fox’s office once and was hit with a data pad on the head when he scared him and got himself a concussion, safe to say he doesn’t sneak up on fox anymore
clones have a sweet tooth
Once Hound got hurt while chasing a suspect and Grizzer went absolutely feral on the person who hurt him, it took Thorn and Stone just to separate him from the suspect, (fox and thire were just watching in shock as they helped hound)
padawans always use vents for travel (ex. Echo: where’s the commander. Fives casually: oh she’s in the vents. Echo: oh.. WHY IS SHE IN THE VENTS)
(Might be in the other one) The corrie guard have a bet everytime a battalion is on leave, the bet is: which members of what battalion will have the most in the drunk tank.
medics have to have a smex-ed meeting with every new shiny that boards
Bly (respectfully, cause he is a gentleman) asked Aayla to wear armor, the next day she was wearing Bly’s spare armor. Bly couldn’t stop blushing the whole day and it made his tattoos orange
When one or more of the Shebse squad is on leave, they bully fox into going to 79’s with them or to take care of himself. Safe to say, that whenever that happens the corrie guard can relax a bit
the most annoying patients for medics is any CO or jedis, all medics curse like sailors
when Kix was a medic shiny he hadn’t yet mastered the disapproval stare or the ‘shut the kark up and do what I say’ stare, so the vode listened to him just because it was so cute and funny, they quickly learned to stop thinking like that.
once after a battle Obi-Wan found Cody lying star fished on his back, he kicked a droid and broke his foot and collapsed once his foot gave out. Obi-wan just sighed, forced healed his foot a bit and carried him to the medics (Cody was turned into a sputtering and flustered mess)
Rex was already being corrupted by Skywalker’s tendencies when he was just a lieutenant in the 212th, Cody was horrified and wanted to bash his head into the wall.
Boil and Waxer secretly adopted Numa after Ryloth, each just co-parenting her
Kids on coruscant would sometimes come up to a guard member and hand them a paper of a drawing, ask for a hug, or just give them goodies. The guard now has a wall full of drawings given to them by kids in the barracks
the guard have stupid names for operations, it’s just a serious op about observing and trying to take down a drug ring (with vos’s help) and it has a name like “operation: too high to fly”
the cadets will hang off from any limb they can reach of their clone trainers and shaak ti
medics will lay on a cot with an injured clone on it to help them sleep, they’ll either be sleeping with them or doing data work
so yah… I’ll make more. Might make some of cod, fnaf , Dc, etc. as well and try to do art as well

Dude ...
I had an immortal & reincarnated soul au sprout in my head ...
But like a FUCKING TRAGIC ONE.
Cody is immortal. He doesn't realize it at first, no one really does. He just got lucky on the genetics, he thinks.
Until Order 66.
Until the Empire.
He sees his Vode aging, graying quickly. Disappearing as soon as they are no longer useful.
He stays the SAME. He is still useful, he still is at his strongest. The only thing that degrades and ages is the chip in his brain.
To the point he realizes what he has done 20 years later, and he sees Obi-wan. Grey and then gone like a flash of lightning. Vader tells him to hunt down the rebels, and he does if only to flee from his truth.
He abandons the Empire. He still stays the same. He sees his Vod on seelios, but can't bring himself to even reveil himself to Rex; his Vod'ika, Wolffe; his ori'vod, and Gregor; his vod.
He sees Ashoka, Fulcrum, and flees from her. She isn't supposed to be a woman of power, she is supposed to be a teenage girl who is snippy and sassy and everything that Obi-wan and Anakin love about the order.
He watches the empire fall and celebrates emptily with the others around him on a planet at the edge of the outer rim.
He watches the new republic build itself from the ashes. He hears the empire hiss in the shadows of wild space
He lives through it all, and just...feels more and more empty. He mourns when he visits seelios, when he finally had courage and finds Gregor and Wolffe, dead in their sleep. He finds a message from Ashoka, telling them that Rex is gone as well. Peacefully in his sleep.
When Ashoka dies he flees to wild space.
He is 28 for nearly three centuries. He forgets his name, since he refuses to use it.
Until a young man with fire red hair and grey-blue eyes finds him. He doesn't wear robes, but the weapon on his hip is unmistakable.
When the stranger-not-a-stranger speaks three words, Cody breaks down in tears in his arms.
"Hello, there Cody."

Alive (Echo x Reader)
A/N: Me, back again with another Star Wars story? You bet! There is both angst and a lil fluff!
Tagging: @kaminobiwan @simping-for-fives
“I’m so sorry for your loss.”
You hated those words. You hated the way people looked at you with pity. You hated that everyone now looked at you with a hint of sorrow in their eyes when they talked with you.
You hated how Fives couldn’t look you in the eyes. Or how any of the 501st couldn’t talk to you without feeling like they were interacting with a ticking time bomb.
Were you sad? Yes. Were you angry? Yes. But it was your duty to keep going, to keep living.
The doors to your quarters hiss shut. Immediately, you’re surrounded by darkness. Without turning on the lights, you make your way to your bed. Every part of you is willing that sleep comes quickly. But before sleep can overtake you, sadness overwhelms you. Sadness creeps into your chest, making it feel like a weight is crushing you, making it harder to breathe. Sadness makes its way to your throat, closing it off. Letting out a choked sob, the tears final flow. Your body starts shaking from the force of the sobs. Once the sadness overwhelms you, you lose all sense of time.
A blaring noise wakes you up. Turning off the alarm, you make your way into the refresher. Staring at your reflection, you can see the puffiness in your eyes, and just how tired you are.
Making yourself presentable for the day, you leave your quarters. Making your way towards the mess, you hear the distinct voices of some of your favorite people. From the familiar blue lines on their armor, you knew it was Rex, Kix, and Fives. Walking slightly faster so you could walk a few paces behind them, you catch wind of their conversation.
Kix was filling the two in about some of the things that had happened when they had went out to 79’s. From the story he was telling them, you gathered it was a fun night.
“Speaking of fun,” Kix says, “where were you last night Fives?” Rex shakes his head at Kix. Fives stiffens for a second before responding.
“I fell asleep.” He says, and Rex gives Kix a look to drop the subject. Rex is also the first one to spot you behind them. He calls you over, and the four of you make your way towards the mess hall. The conversation then moves into what everyone thinks will be served in the mess today.
While the three of them continue talking, you see Hardcase and Jesse making their way towards your table. And soon, the sounds of their voices fill the mess hall. You didn’t realize that you had drown out the sound of the men until Jesse started to say something.
“Hey,” Jesse draws the attention of his vode, “remember that time Ech-“ At the start of the name, he stops, his eyes are wide, and he looks afraid for a moment. All eyes are focus on you. Feeling their stares on you, you compose yourself before you address the men.
“Go on,” you say, keeping your voice as neutral as possible, “don’t let me stop you from telling your story.” You see Jesse nod his head, but he clears his throat and decides to just change the subject completely.
--
“I don’t believe you.” Your voice wavers, and Rex can see the way your fists clench, to keep yourself from breaking. From working with you since the start of the war, he’s been able to tell when you’re not fine- even if you say that you are.
“(Y/N),” it’s Anakin that speaks, “if Rex says it’s possible, isn’t that enough of a reason to think he’s alive?”
“Alive?” You spat out, “how can you tell me that there’s a possibility that he’s alive?” Eyes full of fury look at the men in front of you.
“I tried,” huffing, “I tried to see if there could have been a possibility that he was alive for so long! But I never found anything. So why now? Why do you have to try and tell me he could be alive when I’ve just started believing that he’s gone?”
Both men remain silent at your confession. Rex moves closer to you and places a hand on your arm.
“Vod’ika,” he waits until you acknowledge him, “if he’s out there, we have to find him.” Nodding at his words, you wish them luck. Anakin asks you if you wanted to come, and you tell him that as much as you would like to, you have your own duties to attend to.
The truth is you don’t want to go. If he really was gone, then your life would continue the way it has been. You didn’t want to think of the possibility of Echo being alive, because you wouldn’t know how to handle the emotions that it would awaken.
As you were looking over your holopad, a knock on your door broke your concentration. Muttering for the person to come in, you see that it’s Rex. The expression on his face doesn’t answer your silent question- is Echo alive?
Rex moves to sit next to you and places his helmet next to your forgotten holopad.
“He’s alive,” those words cause your heart to beat twice as fast, and you look at Rex stunned, “but he’s not coming back.”
At those words, your heart feels like someone had plunged it into ice water. “What?” Questioning the words that Rex has said, “you just said he’s alive? What do you mean he’s not coming back?”
Rex understands your confusion, and he tells you about the mission. He hesitates before he tells you that he’s not coming back to the 501st, and that he was joining Clone Force 99.
‘Clone Force 99,’ you say, thinking to yourself.  Something in your brain clicks, you’ve seen their statistics, and they’re a very impressive group of clones.
Nodding your head, you let his words sink in, barely registering Rex’s comforting shoulder squeeze before he picks up his helmet and leaves your quarters.
Sinking further into your chair, you’re floored by the emotions that pass through you- relief, shock, happiness. “He’s alive,” your words fill the space around you. It’s the only thing that is running through your brain.
Echo is alive.
Sighing, you feel like someone has pulled you away from the fog that has been surrounding you for so long. He’s alive.
But he didn’t want to come back. To his vode. Sure, he’s still with other vode, but it’s different, they aren’t the 501st. But what strikes you the most is that he didn’t come back to you.
He didn’t come back for you.
The thought makes its way through your bones and flows through your blood. Did he not love you? Did he forget about you?
No.
You were not going to let the negative thoughts take up residence in your mind or in your heart. You are not going to let the emptiness consume you again. You have spent too long living in the fog of sadness, in the depths of depression because the man you love was dead.
He’s alive, and although he might not be with you, the knowledge of him living is enough to make sure you survive this war. It has to be enough.
--
Over. The war was finally over. You could finally rest. Life would go back to normal again? But you don’t remember what normal is anymore, for normal had been fighting in a war. From all around you, you could hear the cheers from the men around you. A hand touches your shoulder and you look to see Anakin next to you. Smiling softly, you could see just how much the war has changed him. That, and being a father to twins would change a person as well.
Around you, you could see troopers hugging their vode. You saw Rex talking with Cody, and Obi Wan talking with Ashoka. Moving your head in the direction of his former master and former padawan, you silently give him the permission he needs to join them.
“Aren’t you coming?”
“I’ll join you in a minute Anakin.” He smiles, and you smile back, although the smile doesn’t quite reach your eyes, it’s still a genuine smile. A movement from the corner of your eye wipes the smile away.
Echo.
For the first time in years your eyes are seeing the man you love once more. As if he could feel your gaze on him, he turns to see you. His face mirrors you. Lips parted in shock and wide eyed. He looks different, but still the same. Once his brown eyes lock on yours, you have no idea whether to run away from him or run towards him.
Like magnets drawn to each other, the two of you are walking closer and closer to each other. Time has stopped, and there is no one in the world but the two of you. The moment he is in arms reach of you he stops.
“You’re here.” The words flow out breathlessly, and you can feel your heartbeat racing. Your hands move on their own to grasp the sides of Echo’s face. His hand instinctively moves to you pull you closer to him by the waist.
“I’m here,” he whispers into your lips before his lips finally collide with yours. Your lips move in sync, both of you trying to convey how much you love each other, how you longed for each other, and just how much you have missed each other.
Pulling away, Echo whimpers, and although your feel like you need to bring air back into your lungs, you give him one more soft kiss on his lips, before you finally catch your breath. He does the same, and you can feel his hot breath on your face.
The world slowly comes back into focus and you can hear his brothers cheering. You can hear Fives and Jesse yelling something, something that sounds slightly inappropriate, but it causes Echo to laugh. His laugh is something that you sometimes hear in your thoughts, when you focus on the happy memories, but they don’t do his actual laugh justice.
Smiling, he presses his forehead to yours, reveling in the feeling of being with you again. It’s not long before his brothers come over and hug their vod.
Stepping through the threshold of your apartment, you feel a pull on your arm, looking back at Echo, you see the hesitation in his eyes mixed with panic and fear. Squeezing his hand, his eyes focus back to yours which look back at him with so much warmth and patience, that he allows you to pull him softly through the door of your apartment.
Gently you guide him past your living room and through the hallway leading to the bedroom. Releasing his hand, you move to close the door. Turning around to face Echo, you see him looking around your room, taking in the sight of a place he spent many nights here when the two of you would have a break from fighting in a war.
“It looks the same.” Muttering more to himself than to you. Chuckling softly, you place a hand on his chest, your eyes focusing on the red skull on his armor.
“Let’s get ready for bed.” Echo stiffens at your words. Looking up at his face, slightly paler than it was a moment ago, his human hand clenched in a fist at his side.
“Echo?” Moving a step back, you give him a little bit of space, “Take to me, please.”
“I, I-“ a staggered breath, “I-“ Gently, you help Echo move to sit on the bed as he tries to process his words.
“It’s okay,” Echo’s eyes look straight into yours, “if you want, we can decide who sleeps on the couch?”
“No.” His words are strong, and determination makes its way across his face. But softens at his next words, “I want to be closer to you.”
After a beat, you leave your spot on the bed, Echo whines softly, and you reassure him that you are going to change in the refresher, giving Echo a moment to himself. Placing a soft kiss to your forehead, you can tell he’s grateful for the small moment of privacy.
Exiting the refresher, you notice that Echo hasn’t moved from where he was sitting on the bed. Moving to kneel in front of him, you realize that he’s so lost in thought that he hadn’t noticed you- at all. His eyes were glazed over staring straight, but not actually looking at anything.
Slowly, you placed a hand on his knee. The contact drew him out of whatever Echo was thinking about. In his eyes was a quick flash of fear before they softened at the sight of you in front of him. Rising from your spot on the floor, your hands move to glide over his shoulders. Your hands remembering where the hooks on his armor are. Instantly his hand comes to rest on top of yours.
Looking into his eyes, you softly ask, “can I remove your armor?” His eyes search your face to find any traces of bad intent against him- there isn’t any. All he can see in your face is how much you love him, how much you care for him. Trusting on the emotions displayed on your face, he lets go of the pain, the fear, and nods his head.
“Walk me through it, please?” You ask him, and he does. You follow his instructions with slow and steady hands. Your eyes taking in the sight of him- the familiar scars and new ones. Your heart clenches at the thought of what he had to go through.
You feel his hand brush against your cheek wiping away the tears that had fallen. “I’m sorry,” you whisper, “I’m sorry.”
Echo pulls you closer to him, his lips never leaving the top of your head. You try to pull yourself from his embrace because he should be the one being comforted, not you. But he does not let you go, instead he just holds you as close to him as he can.
“When Rex found me,” Echo stopping to take a deep breath, “he told me y’know, about you.” Feeling your back stiffen, he runs soothing circles into your back. “I never meant to hurt you like that. Believe me.”
“I just,” he sighs, “a part of me was scared.” His hand weaves into your hair. “I thought you wouldn’t want me anymore now that I’m,” his voice trails off, but you both know the word he fails to say.
Not the same.
With your head against Echo’s chest, you could hear the steady beating of his heart, you could feel the rise and fall of his chest, and the warmth from his body. Your words are mumbled against his chest.
“What did you say?”
“I said,” moving so your face was visible, “I don’t care.”
“I don’t care?” He repeats, brows furrowed in confusion.
“I don’t care about how you look. What I care about is you. Your heart, your kindness, the love you have for your brothers. I love how smart you are, and how loyal you are to those that you care about.”
Echo takes in a sharp breath. You pause, looking into the eyes of a man that has been broken, a man who has been slowly repairing what was broken.
“I love you.” You say, licking your lips, “and I will always love you.”
His lips crash onto yours, and your teeth clash from the force behind his kiss. Your arms hold his face towards yours. Once the need for air outweighs the need to keep kissing Echo, you move closer to the pillows at the head of the bed.
“Let’s go to bed.” Echo moves to join you, and soon he’s nestled into your arms.
“I love you,” is all that he says before he falls asleep.

My favorite thing about TCW?
Rex and Cody and others actually listen to their Jedi. Like I’m watching/listening to ‘Storm Over Ryloth’ and Ashoka has an idea and instead of dismissing it, the Vode listen. They listen.
The Vode are made for War. They know better then Ashoka, than Anakin, than anyone except the Council, the Jedi who fought before, but they listen. They adjust the plans yes but they also don’t just dismiss them.
I love that they listen. Yes, the Jedi are in charge but still…the Vode listen. The Jedi listen (most) in turn.
Edit: Forgot to add this. Ashoka makes mistakes but the Vode don’t hold it against her. They let her learn from it and still listen and help her out.

only forwards never backwards
Summary: There is something different about Rex too. Something broken, out of place in a trooper, more so in a captain.
TW: depression, low mental state, suicidal thoughts (the character doesn't act on them but they are described). Please, do not read this if you don't feel well. The warnings are there for a reason. It's mostly emotional hurt, with a small dose of comfort. If you need somebody to talk to, my inbox is open.
I wrote this impulsively, yesterday, and wondered whether to post it at all. But then, not all emotions are pretty and this is what makes us human.
Rex stares at the bland ceiling above him and tells his body to move. There is a meeting he needs to – wants to – attend. An informal one, with his  vode.  It is rare for them to be able to meet in person, so they take advantage of every opportunity to do so. The lull in battles drew the Jedi Generals to Coruscant Temple, their home, and some of their squads came with them. They managed to find a time that roughly suited them all, cashing in favours and exchanging shifts. Cody was the only one that got called on a sudden mission this morning and would leave in several hours. Thire, Fox and Ponds are all here. It should push him into action. The anticipation made him excited and yesterday he managed to do several additional tasks in an attempt to burn out the excess energy. It feels like he burned a tad too much since he can’t get out of the bed no matter how much he wants to.
“I’m alright,” he says but even to his ears it sounds unconvincing. Basing on the look Cody levels on him, he doesn’t believe him either.
“Don’t give me that pile of bantha shit, vod.”
Rex wants to reassure his brother it will be better because in the end there are periods when it is, but in this very moment the words get stuck in his throat.
“I need to fill out the forms,” he says instead. What he needs to do is get his shebs to the meeting.
“You filled three in the four hours you have been hiding there,” Cody says and his tone is almost gentle. Rex would sigh if he had enough energy to spare. The mattress dips when Cody carefully sits on the edge of the bunk. “I’ll bring them to Beam, he’ll be happy to help.”
Rex wants to protest. He’s the Captain, he can’t delegate his duties to someone else, no matter how eager they are to prove themselves. That’s an abuse of authority.
“Let us help,” the words are soft, just like the hand that cradles the back of his head. Rex leans into the touch, hates himself for it as he rolls over to wrap an arm around Cody’s middle. He thinks about the sheets of text written in the smallest font possible, rereading the same passage for the umpteenth time when the words don’t make sense and… concedes. Beam is thorough with his assignments and there’s no sensitive data in the documents to be worried about.
“Vor entye,” he manages to get out and pushes himself away, gritting his teeth at the loss of contact. Cody needs to leave, to take care of his own squad, to prepare for the upcoming mission. He wraps the blanket more tightly around himself, trying to ignore the burning wave of guilt and shame. Something must show on his face because Cody takes one look at him and practically throws himself on top of Rex, tangling their legs and pressing their foreheads together.
"Don't you ever feel like you have to apologise for this," he whispers, tightening his grip. Rex nods and rests his head in the crook of Cody's neck, the warmth radiating from his body anchoring him in the present.
He feels like crying, yet the tears don’t come. If the Kaminoans could see him right now, he would be decommissioned in a matter of seconds. It should serve as a motivation to get up, to prove his worth – his team is on leave, but there are always drills to work on or new strategies to plan. Instead, the though leaves him oddly numb, muddled brain pushing forward an image of his batch-mate failing to keep his cool during one of many assignments. Looking back, it was a major panic attack of a child too terrified to move in the rain of bullets, visions of death playing right in front of him. They didn’t understand it then. Good soldiers follow orders and the orders were to get across the battlefield. So, they did. Quick and efficient. Or as efficient as a group of cadets could be, anyway. All but one. Kaminoans took him aside and while the word ‘defective’ was never spoken aloud, the brother didn’t return.
There is something different about Rex too. Something broken, out of place in a trooper, more so in a captain. He pushes it aside for as long as he can, the adrenaline from the battles keeping him afloat. But there are days when the low hits and he can’t find the energy to get up from his bunk, to lead his brothers into the war they were bred for and will take their lives. There are days when all he can think of are murky waters of Kamino’s oceans, waves crashing against the shore as the storm keeps raging on. Rex sees himself walking on the pier, freezing wind whipping into his face as he kneels by the edge. He never jumps. Part of him wants to, imagines the shock of ice-cold water as he slips into the darkness, water filling his lungs. Part of him knows that in the same moment he will do everything to survive, primal instincts kicking in, trying to breach the surface, fighting for the oxygen. He wouldn’t manage, not against erratic tides, not with the armour weighing him down.
Sometimes it feels like falling. The world crumbles, slips from his fingers, and then he’s falling, a strange sense of vertigo and heart beating rapidly in his chest. He doesn’t hit the ground. Sometimes it’s Cody who catches him, with a firm grip but warm eyes. Sometimes it’s Ashoka, tips of her canines visible as she smiles at him. Sometimes he just stops, sudden and jerking and he wakes up covered in a cold sweat, the wind knocked out of him.
Rex wonders whether General Skywalker knows. He’d bet no, given the whirlwind of emotions General himself is. Commander Tano, on the other hand, probably suspects. During his worse days, she keeps an eye on him, strikes up a conversation or leaves him sweet fruits when the sight of ration bars alone makes him nauseous. It warms his heart and makes his steps just a little bit lighter, a day a little bit easier to get through. He thinks of his brothers, their steady warmth and shared life, stories filled with both joy and remorse, and the next breath takes less effort. It’s still painful as if there are shards of glass in his chest, but it’s a small step forward.
Only forwards. Never backwards.
