It's silly but the real reason is that I actually started getting these plush made over two years ago and I hadn't really settled on a darker skin tone for my design of him at the time ;-; While I do wish I had thought of it at the time for his initial plushie design, I still think they turned out super cute!

whats your treebros handwriting headcannon? prob my favorite hc question.

I love the idea of Evan being left handed, especially since the cast is on his left hand. Out of the cast, I imagine his handwriting neat and small, almost like the handwriting of an architect or and engineer as they have to write a very specific way. When he's writing for himself, he writes in all caps, but it's not like a yelling all caps, it's like a soft and firm whisper all caps.

Connor's handwriting is very dependent on what he is writing. I like to think that he has rather loopy and quick handwriting, a strange blend of cursive and print. When he doesn't care about what he's writing, he scrawls so fast it's practically italicized. When he does care, he makes a point to connect many of his letters and have them sit on the line. He can write in a perfectly straight line without a ruler. But of course, this man, quiet and mysterious, wants to leave a mark behind. So, whenever he has the chance to publicly sign something (ex. A broken arm) he makes it known that HE signed it. Big, bold, messy, but all done with care.

I have done charm commissions before, and yes I'd consider doing them again! I'm honestly just so busy all the time I haven't got around to offering them again. I've also considered doing heart-button commissions or even standees! Just gotta find the time ;;

For the plush - short answer is probably not!

Long answer is: I technically could take commissions but I work with a manufacturer/do not hand craft them. Doing a one-off custom oc plush is possible but would be quite expensive. For full transparency, getting a sample made (as in a single plush, usually done before the final production) costs me $200+ so you'd be putting my art/time commission cost on top of that. All my plush have taken months of revisions so the time commitment is not small. That combo would end up with a price that I don't expect many folks would be interested in.

Okie doke, the askbox (lol I accidentally typed ashbox at first, I’ve got angel boy on the brain xD) is closed for now!

I’ll probably reopen it later tonight and through while I’m at work tomorrow like I have been. Gets a little fresh blood in there to pump me up for writing more!! But when I do, this’ll be the last time I do that, either until everything is done, or possibly until I work again on Thursday. I’ll have to think about what I wanna do in that regard.

In the meantime, I’m gonna watch the new Steven Universe Future episodes because ya girl forgot it was on last night and only saw the last like two minutes of the last episode, and THEN I’m gonna write some stuff so I can fill that queue up!! <3
