“Hands!! They are complicated things to draw, but at the same time soo rewarding when you get it right. This turned into a good hand drawing exercise for me, and I also learned that I have more to learn! I very much recommend it! I use my own hands as references, and I think it’s actually noticeable because I have small hands sort of shaped they way I draw them. I simplyfy the hands to make it more in tune with my drawing style. I dont draw nails, but I make the fingers partly pointy to indicate nail tips. For masculine hands I’d go for more round edges. One way that works for me when drawing hands is divide the fingers into 4 instead of 5! I sort of glue the middle finger together with the ring finger to begin with and later separate them. I just feel like my hands turn out looking better this way. And there are many ways to go about drawing hands, this is just sort of my preferred method…” ~ Iselin Berthelsen

Steve has a very unique technique of creating interesting pieces of art by layering multiple images of the same or similar subject to create one… OVERLAY ART Piece!!!
