the account how.to.read.34 on tiktok is reposting ur art without credit, then editing their vids to credit after they get called out. the ppl in their comments are also harrassing ppl who are telling him to stop posting art that isnt his. just letting you know cuz they stole ur anya and curly comic and reposted it

I absolutely DESPISE reddit! My comic got simply stolen and the moderators saying there's no violation of rules. Wtf?

Like seriously?? What kind of source is Pinterest?? They didn't even leave a link to the pin so I can report it but I found this comic there anyways. The person on pinterest who posted it there gave me full credit, but that mazafaker on Reddit just ignored it, they even ignored my signature on the picture. Wouldn't it be nice at least saying "art by Aylee"?? The mods are shit as well, JFC, I'm FURIOUS.

If you have a reddit account,please can you report it too? Maybe you'd be more lucky because I'm completely ignored.

Please report this person to get them banned and take this down, I paid for this art and it is of my AU @cupheadunsainted-askblog and made by a mutual/artist @/pangsitrebus101.

This account has obvious red flags and only reposts art, I can’t even access it on IOS and can’t take it down but people still repost it without questioning even though mine and Pangsit’s name are on it.

They also deleted my comment to delete proof.

i’ve known through a dm that there’s a person (i don’t know if there’s more of them) in reddit posting my art and claiming it’s theirs, i’ve never liked tagging my work so it wouldn’t get stolen, i guess because never imagined someone would have that interest with my art that is not that well known. either way, this is my post speaking about it.

i only post hypno art here, in tumblr, any work you see outside here with people claiming it’s theirs is fake and i’d like for y’all to report to me if that were the case. i know people here know me and wouldn’t mistake me for someone else but i don’t appreciate people taking credit for my work.

Hi everyone, I’m not a big blog and I mostly just lurk here but I won’t stay silent for this one.

This blog has blatantly stolen artwork from @beetlecrest and reposted it as their own. This is wrong and infuriating. They have refused to take down the stolen art or credit beetlecrest in any way and people who have messaged them to take it down have been blocked. The whole blog is full of stolen art. Please spread the word and go support the original artist!

I know I should have posted the comic on YouTube myself first and watermarked my art, but (I know that's a bad exuse) I couldn't come up with the watermark I would like, and now it's too late. But this dude didn't have to stole my art in the fist place!

I've checked all the dms and comments and no, they didn't ask my permission to do this and neither tagged me in their YouTube short. I already wrote a comment under that video asking to credit me and I hope they will. I could just wait till this person's response but I'm posting this because I just want to post about the situation to remind people THAT STEALING ART IS NOT OKAY.

TL;DR DO NOT support TEMU. Please. Besides me, they're a drop ship sweatshop and stole mine and some of my mutual's art designs. OH. MY GOD. SO I WENT TO A LOCAL REPTILE/BIRD STORE. It's a really good store, the only store in NY that sells Josh's Frogs products.

So I go to check out, and the cashier hands me free stickers.

Y'all. One of the stickers. ONE OF THE STICKERS. WAS MY DESIGN.

Apparently a former employee that passed, an old woman, bought bulk reptile stickers with her own money to give to kids, so, it's not the store that's selling my design.

But the cashier normally doesn't give stickers to adults, and had so many stickers he could have picked up, and HANDED ME A STICKER OF MY STOLEN DESIGN. WHAT ARE THE FUCKING CHANCES. WHAT. ARE THE CHANCES. THATS WILD. Now if you'll excuse me I need to see about TEMU for stealing my fuckin art.

** STOLEN ART: STORKCLIPS.NET **

It pains me to have to write a post like this. But I have recently discovered a website trying to illegally sell my artwork without my permission. I found the site by simply googling “Vermithor” in the search bar with the goal of finding new screenshots of him from the recent House of the Dragon Season 2 trailer to use as reference for a new sketch of him. Imagine my surprise when I found my art came up as one of the most popular images of Vermithor! But my elation did not last long. The site in question: storkclips.net appears to steal artwork and photographs from artists and cosplayers to sell for their own benefit. Not only that, but it appears to be a scam website too and I suspect they are also guilty of data mining. I just wanted to make everyone aware of this so no one else falls victim to their crap. When I attempted to file a DMCA infringement complaint through their software, I was immediately denied access from the site. It is likely they have IP address assessing software that block people who try to accuse them of their crimes from accessing the website again. But I know for a fact the website is still active. This is what happened right after I filed the complaint:

I have included below screenshots of the original artwork I posted on tumblr of my updated Vermithor sketch compared to the thief site’s “product”. It is very clearly my art, as they didn’t even bother to remove my signature in the corner at the bottom of his neck. They also used the first portion of my art’s description Updated Vermithor sketch based off new concept from tumblr as their “product’s” title. It is also clear they completely ignored my VERY obvious disclaimer in the worst way possible.

Also, when I googled the website to try a find out information on them what I found gave me reason to believe this website, along with their products, are likely a fake. I’ve posted a screenshot of one of the only reviews I found on storkclips.net that warns people of them being scammers. What this person says is true too, the contact email the site has listed is a fraudulent address and doesn’t work.

To all the creative content makers out there, I suggest taking a look around this website to make sure they haven’t stolen any of your creative property too. I will post a link to my stolen art from the site below. If anyone has any more information, please feel free to reach out to me and I will update this post. Maybe if we can call them out enough on their scams they will shut the site down. Everyone please stay safe.

Don't do what I did kids, and properly research your etsy seller to make sure they're a reseller and not just selling others' artwork without permission. Otherwise you'll find yourself trying to use google lens to identify the original artists of the 100 TUA stickers you bought, so that you can make them aware of the seller if they want to make an IP claim, and so you can find a way to reimburse them as an apology for buying from someone who stole their work.

It is not as easy to track down the artists as I thought... The first one I found straight away...others are taking more digging...

The Wenclair fandoms ART THIEF, JBlueSky01, has returned!!!

They have blocked me as they continue to leave the stolen work tagged with their name posted on their profile, while continuing to steal more art and claim it as their own.

I don’t know how to report a post that I’m blocked from viewing, but you all have the ability to report the posts. I will post the direct links to the stolen work, along with the links to the true artist posts under the break. If you have accounts on these websites, then please give the real artists your support. These are just a few of the stolen posts I’ve gone through and was able to track down the true artists, but please keep in mind that it’s highly likely that every single piece of art they have posted is stolen from someone else. Some of their stolen art has thousands of notes, and I’ve even seen people on other websites believing that the work is theirs and actually giving them credit for it, which is completely unfair to the original people who have created the stolen work! Please please spread the word, report the posts and their account, because they will just keep coming back and posting stolen work again, because they are getting away with it.

blocking me doesn’t change the fact that you are a blatant thief and liar. Blocked or not, I will bring attention to the original artists any time I have the chance to do so. You have people on other websites giving you credit for stolen work that they truly think belongs to you. I promise, it’s a much better feeling to get credit for something that you actually put your own time and effort into creating. Stop being literal scum and actually give it a chance, put in the effort to actually create art, instead of stealing things to pass off as your own.
