i drew both an alicorn and earth pony version because... idk why not ahghg the alicorn one was the original cause i didnt even think about him just being able to be un-alicorned but then i looked at some of the posts for the au and was like. yeah i should make him earth also

For whoever needs to hear this (me) it is okay if your creative ambitions shrink in relation to your level of mastery. It's good to want to make something HUGE and AMAZING and then once you better understand the tools you'll use to make it let that context influence you to adjust your goal to something MEDIUM SIZED and NEAT.

There is no shame in downsizing to ensure you can finish a project. In fact, that is how most every project just works.

I know this is mostly an art blog, but oh my god. I absolutely have to share this dress I thrifted today, because I know I’ve got a handful of vintage fashion enjoyers here as well, and it’s also incredibly rose nylund core lol (picture under the cut, feel free to skip if you’re only here for art & not my personal shenanigans)

Anyway, if you see me draw rose in this dress any time soon no you did NOT !!!! I bought it partly because it reminded me of her so much 😭🤍 rose you’re forever my favourite.
