Good Afternoon all 🌺🌺🌺Sharing with you the ‘ Gluten Free Pori Arisi Urundai Chocolate Tart’ that I had made for Mother's Day along with my daughter. Oh, it was so much fun. Pori Arisi urundai is a heirloom recipe that is still very popular at home. It has just 5 ingredients ( boiled rice, jaggery, ghee, milk and cardamom) and takes less than 15 minutes to make if you have the roasted boiled rice ready. A yummy and healthy anytime snack. Adding the chocolate ganache transformed it into a delicious fusion dessert😋😋 It was an exciting afternoon cooking food and colouring my new wooden cutting board using Cello Marky permanent marker pens with my little one to give it a special festive look. . It was just amazing to see how it can transform anything ordinary into beautiful🌈🌈🌈😍 Happy Monday 🎉🎉

Karthigai Pori Urundai
This year all the festivals and my blogging marathons got mixed up and this year I posted two recipes in one day which I usually never do. Even for combo dishes I post them as one and then later I segregate them or leave them as is. This week was one such week where thanksgiving, karthigai and blogging marathon came together. But I didn’t want to bombard my space with more than two recipes on a…

Good Afternoon 🌞🍀🌞🍀 Today's breakfast inspiration is this 10 minute breakfast - Oggane ( Puffed Rice/ Murmura Upma) with loads if peanuts, finely chopped coconuts, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes and potatoes . The procedure to make this is the same as Poha Upma . Just instead of adding Poha , add the Arisi Pori/ Murmura / Puffed Rice . Add 1/4 cup of water for it to soak while cooking . Garnish with mint or cilantro and squeeze lemon generously and serve . It is so delicious 😋 Little under the weather today and needed a strong coffee to cheer up 🌞 and make lunch . See you all soon . Happy Friday 🌺🍀🌺🍀
