Rhys has evolved the whole character of Stede. It’s incredible to watch.

I’ve heard actors focus on a character walk. Watch the way Stede carries himself this season. So much more confidence. More comfortable with himself. that's a man who’s seen death, jumped into a new life, he’s in love with a monster, he’s come to realize he’s not a lily livered useless little rich boy. He’s a man.

and our old Stede isn’t completely gone. He’s still there.

The fact that there isn't much content about Beatrice tells me that we've also deprived her character of the importance she actually has. She might've let her children go through Hell, but she cared in her own way.

She didn't deserve to witness or experience anything that happened in both Innocence and Requiem. She was just a collateral victim.

I'm still torn on how her relationship with Amicia went... I wish we could've seen more than a barrier between them but life isn't fair, is it?
