7th November 2020: Dressage work in the old riding arena

My first try at painting the northern/southern lights! It's an incredible and beautiful natural phenomenon that happens when radiation from the Sun interacts with ions in the Earth's magnetic field. It occurs mainly around the Earth's magnetic poles. The "fire curtains" in the sky can be green, purple, red, orange, or similar colours. When we allow the Holy Spirit to move upon our hearts, we will shine like lights for Jesus like the northern lights, standing out amidst this dark world. How will you shine for Jesus today? . - I absolutely adore Kyoutani’s friendship with the original character involved!! so so sweet, plus Yahaba is just so observant and cute in this, 10/10

Mixed Signals by snoqualmie (Feelings are definitely a thing he’s having. Kyoutani is really sweet. He’s family oriented and he prefers novels with female leads and he’s in all honors classes. He kind of has a big head, totally has a big smile, definitely has a big heart. His eyes are nice, he’s got that dimple. Yahaba groans and rubs his fists into his eyes)

- THE WAY KYOUTANI’S PORTAYED IN THIS AHHSKSJUF!! Iconic. He’s such a nerd. I'm in love. ALSO I’m a total sucker for kyouhaba being besties and going to each others houses :)) 

The art of fighting in heels by boxofwonder (Kyoutani is busy enough trying to make Iwaizumi proud, punching monsters in the face to save the day, and dealing with all this true heart and love bullshit that comes with being a magical girl. He really doesn't have time for the way the dark's side new apprentice gets under his skin)

- I’ve got so many superhero kyoutani x supervillain yahaba headcanons floating around in my brain and this fic was simply perfect. a million bonus points for iwaoi teaching their protégés!!!

You Mean I Get To Hit That? by ArcticLights (Kyoutani usually spends his birthdays alone with his family and his dog, but his sister was having NONE of that this year)

- ANOTHER KYOU BDAY FIC?? yes. he deserves the world. there are some overall seijoh shenanigans (aka my favorite thing in the entire world). you just know a kyouhaba fic is gonna be good when they get locked in a small confined space together and have to sort out their feelings <3

The Time Yahaba gained a boyfriend by sammysosa157 (Kyoutani breaks in to Yahaba’s apartment planning on stealing stuff, but when he sees that he literally has nothing, he starts bringing stuff over every day until eventually its normal for Kyoutani to be curled up on his couch watching TV, digging through his fridge, and wearing his pjs. Somewhere along the way, they started dating without even realizing it)

- I always circle back to this from time to time!! It’s adorable <3 kyoutani being flustered always gets me, even if it’s just for a brief period of time :)

All Over You by HoneyBeeez (It was almost like a tradition: after a match, no matter if they won or lost, the team would plop down in their seats, slip on their headphones, and listen to deafening music until they fell asleep from exhaustion. No one questioned it, it just… was. And of course, someone had to forget their headphones)

- I love the idea of kyoutani secretly being an amazing singer!!! and using his voice to torment yahaba? brilliant. yahaba’s a pining fool with a major crush (he also is in denial, but when is he not, really?)

Kyoutani Kentarou does NOT have feelings for Yahaba Shigeru by pocketsfullofposies aka ME!! (Kyoutani Kentarou most definitely does NOT have feelings for a certain setter. He just thinks about the (pretty) boy constantly because he’s so goddamn annoying (read: incredible))

- some self promo bc i really enjoyed writing this :)) watari’s an a+ best friend and holds the title of #1 kyouhaba shipper. kyoutani is pining. kyoutani is in denial. kyoutani wants to ferociously punch (passionately kiss) yahaba. yahaba, in turn, is just being his pretty little self (as always) <3

Night ride. Showing Ydris a piece of her world through the eyes of a human being has been a goal of Sky ever since she learned about Ydris’ nature. To show him what is going to be lost forever and that their worlds aren’t that different was a well hidden wish, that came true today. Maybe it has been Polar who catched Ydris’ eyes or maybe the rare appearance of the aurora over South Hoof, but it was a night filled with so much magic you could probably taste it in the air. I Choose You by TripsH (T) 9.3k /IwaOi/ a good AU verse :D I like this one and it’s a no communication one as well LOL. Pretty famous/popular IwaOi fic, idk why I haven’t recommended it yet considering the fact that I did like it,,, hmm.

Moral Ambiguity by DeathBelle (E) 16.7k /IwaOi/ some k*lling but it’s not super explicit (for the most part). Interesting AU, written very well, do I approve of m*rder? Of course not, but my disapproval for ab*se is also,,, very strong. This is a big TAGS AND WARNINGS fic so pls be safe!

mint by tothemoon (T) 18.9k /IwaOi/ another really well loved fic (for good reason) that made me surprised to know I haven’t recommended it yet,,, It’s written super well, and the plot is a lot of fun!
