· inspired by asiatic dragons, the horns should be straight, delicate and closer in proximity. · the orbit should be large, sharp, and thin. there are stray trails of stars & bleeding like aspects. · the florals in their hair are primarily white & black forget me nots, tiny pale blue forget me nots, white spider lily x lily of the valley x wisteria, black lotuses, arctic starflowers, and peonies. · drawing the wings is optional. it is preferable that the horns and tail remains, albeit the tail can be omitted but not encouraged. the horns and orbit must remain. · sága can be drawn with their eyes closed or with a blindfold, this is their usual disposition. · the hair will have faint constellations and stars scattered about. occasionally their hair may fade into a mist, giving the illusion of ' endlessly flowing '. · they have a myriad of starry artistic choices, such as their eye shine or lip shines. · their eye shape is sharp with red - pink hues that resemble eye shadow / eyeliner. the colour of their eyes is opalescent or colourless, with a sharp star - like slit.

Arctic starflower. Also anything that has an assload of tiny flowers forming one big long blossom, like lupines.

What's everyone's favourite flowers that aren't like. The normal ones. Like everyone's a fan of roses and sunflowers what's a more niche one. One you don't get in gift sets. Mine's sweet peas

Valto Hanksi is a career criminal who makes his money smuggling archeological finds across international waters for high paying clients. Occasionally, however, he deals in a much more precious cargo.

When he was sixteen, Valto lost his eye (and very nearly his life) in a hunting accident. He survived, but his status in the town suffered greatly. He had been born healthy, and thus, was not considered 'Favored' enough by the All Seeing Shepherd to serve in the local church's inner sanctum. Yet he was too young for the church to take over his care, and after losing his job (and subsequently, his apartment) due to his newfound disability, he had to move back in with his parents. His parents saw this as an unfair burden on their shoulders, and Valto's first year of recovery was a living hell of shouting matches, blame, and guilt-tripping.

When he was eighteen, Valto stole his father's snowmobile and pawned it in Poiketa for a bus ticket to Kittilä (and later to Helsinki) where he did odd jobs for shady people and slept on attic cots until he could afford a one way plane ticket to America. He picked a city at random (flights to Gotham were alarmingly cheap) and paid off a friend to get him a fake Visa, and tried to start his life anew.

He originally brushed off the Vargkonung resistance when they reached out to him, as he thought the invitation was a trap set by church leaders to tie off any loose ends outside the town. Valto then got drunk that night and had a strange dream about a red dog leading him through the snowy forests of his hometown, and then he woke up face down on his desk.

Valto took this as a sign, and agreed to talk to the resistance.

It's still incredibly difficult to smuggle a Favored out of Vargkonung, as they are so closely monitored by the local sect of the cult Church of the Burning Root, but Valto has managed to help more people like him, who became disabled later in life, escape the town and find new lives in America (mostly Gotham, though a few do move further inland). Many of them ended up working under him out of gratitude, and helped him build his criminal enterprise from a handful of opportunistic thieves to a decent sized gang.

Valto takes advantage of the superstitions of his hometown to control the members from Vargkonung by giving them little metal pins stamped either with an arctic starflower (praise) or a twinflower (threat), depending on whether or not they've pleased him. The power has absolutely gone to his head.

Skogsstjärna // Arctic starflower // Trientalis europaea

This is probably my favorite wildflower, it’s so pretty! The Swedish name skogsstjärna means “forest star”. It’s goes by the name duvkulla too.

In Finnish it’s called metsätähti.

I’ve also seen it called chickweed wintergreen in English.

♡  film / show:  hard decision between Kurosawa movies: Yōjinbō, Kagemusha and Rashōmon (we all need Kurosawa in Remnant lol)

 ♡  food: steaks, but honestly, he’s not fussy - anything well seasoned and not-gooey would do, he’d be happy

♡  beverage:  black coffee and whiskey (or both)

♡  animal:  birds (which happen to represent freedom he doesn't have)

♡  flower:  arctic starflowers, white clovers, forget-me-nots

♡  song:   mostly classic music and jazz (I thought his very fav artist was Louis Armstrong, but seems it’s Nina Simone), as for a song seems Dream a Little Dream Of Me
