All architecture begins with a concept. For us, concept is what distinguishes a work of architecture from a mere building. The design of every architectural piece has an inspiration or a concept behind it. We believe in cherishing that inspiration of yours and come up with an amazing design. Architectural designs, at it’s core seeks to solve problems. It’s the question that we ask will determine which problem our architecture will solve. Developing a concept allows us to frame the questions we are asking and it guides the design process.

  But before we can develop a concept for designing, we have to understand the practical constraints. We firstly collect and assess three types of information. It is the information derived from the site things like local climate, the prevailing winds, solar aspects, vegetation, building context, history, special liabilities, neighboring structures, etc.

Then there comes the legal framework for development, which describe where and what we can and can’t build. The second type of information that we’ll gather is from the client. We respect every client’s set of cultural beliefs, preferences, agendas, budgets, etc.

  The client and building type together decide what architects call- the program, which is essentially a detailed accounting of all spaces the building will contain. The third of information is obviously the typology. Like is it a museum, home, office or a school.

 Small, little details also matter a lot. Thus we also give importance to alignment. While creating a design we make sure that it is properly aligned to give it a clean and classic look. The beauty of architecture is when design portrays the idea successfully. Thus, while preparing any design we prioritize your ideas and try to blend them into the design.
