I wonder if some folks might find it kinda odd that I'm basically anger/rage personified but never really express any anger outwardly. internally, I'm always screaming. even when I'm too tired to scream I still am. I want to break things, curse people out, get into horrible violent fights, just generally lose my shit. but I never do. I'm always going over all my reasons in my head for why I'm angry, why I am just anger, but I've explained it to only a handful of people. theres so much going on internally but on the outside? I'm just kinda here. listening to my loud music, making crappy doodles, drinking too much monster, hanging out with the headmates, sharing memes with friends. I go to appointments, make important phone calls, cook meals, function day-to-day as we need to. I think the only thing that can come off kinda angry about me is that I tend to be a bit flat with how I talk and I swear a lot. But that's it. so being anger/rage conceptkin is more just... what I am and how I feel internally rather than how I actually act. I'm just some girl that never left the mid 2000s and has a lot of feelings. I just exist. and i dont think there's really anything wrong with that even if it does feel odd or a little bad sometimes

Derek: *throws Stiles over his shoulder firefighter-style and walks off*

i just discovered the new april fool’s boop-o-meter gimmick and honestly if ladynoir had tumblr ladybug would absolutely seize the opportunity to boop chat noir’s blog whenever she can. she does it so often that eventually he just DMs her like “??? my lady what caused this sudden influx of booping” and her immediate response is “im simply making up for all the times when i cant boop u in person duh”. she single-handedly causes the numbers on the meter to skyrocket

I wish I could participate more in the otherkin community. It's so hard to talk about my otherkin/conceptkin experience because I am what I am due to mental illness and trauma. There's no way to post about being anger itself without also posting about *why* you're anger and how that affects you and your life. And if I do that well then I'll make everyone uncomfortable, I'll be "trauma dumping", I'll be too depressing and annoying, I'll be "edgy", people won't follow me or interact, etc etc.

Like. I wish I was something fun. Like a cat. Or something really epic like a dragon. Or something with a really cool form like a fairy. Anything other than just some girl born of hurt that's still hurting and will always feel that hurt.

Because that's what anger is at the end of the day, isn't it?

Hurt?

Grief, shame, guilt, disappointment, betrayal, embarrassment, humiliation... All of these things and more are just different kinds of hurt. Different kinds of emotional pain. And a lot of that turns into anger. It turns into fury, into rage. It can get violent, it can get loud, there can be tears and screaming and isolation and broken dishes and so much more. But regardless of what it turns into... It always starts as hurt.

Anyway. I guess this kinda doubles as a post about my conceptkin experience and the exact thing I was worried about doing. I wonder if anyone else can relate to this. I see talk of how mental health can affect being otherkin and therian but it's usually centered around other stuff. If anyone does relate or something, I guess lemme know. It'd be nice to hear from folks.
