Oh my goodness, oh my goodness! Hi!
It is time for another ART CHALLENGE! Whoo!
We are celebrating Miriam's birthday on April 3rd!
I would LOVE to see everyone draw Miriam in YOUR STYLE!
It doesn't matter what skill level you are, I admire all art!
Some fun facts about Miriam:
She is 6 years old
She LOVES space, especially nebulas!
She loves pink and loves the "pastel goth" style, but also just the simple basic kid fashion as well
You can put Miriam in any style you would like, as long as it is appropriate for a child
You may age Miriam up to a teen or adult, but please do not make it explicit. NO NSFW
And the most important thing..DO NOT FORGET THE HEART CURL!!!!
You have until April 3rd to submit, you may submit more than one if you feel so inspired to draw her. We will be celebrating her birthday on stream April 3rd at 6pm PST! But if you cannot make it, don't worry we will have a little after party, at 12:30am PST...just keep it down, because Miriam needs to sleep, she is a child after all.
So yeah! I hope everyone can participate! If you have any questions, feel free to DM me
Also, share with your other artist friends!
Thank you so much for the amazing support!
Stay Safe and Stay Sweet!

ok I am interested in hearing about the mouse novel you started in 3rd grade
For anyone wondering what this is about, I mentioned this story a couple times in the tags, I don’t even remember on what posts lol. It took a minute to dig it up but I finally found it, wasn't even on my computer, it was on my backup drive lol. I’m gonna liveblog my reactions to it. Probably gonna be a long post, so
It's bad. It's very bad. I thought I started it in like 3rd or 4th grade or something but I found the earliest version in my 2009 folder which was 6th grade for me 😭. I don't think I was that bad at writing in 6th grade but it's really very bad. We're talking worse than My Immortal bad. It's possible I started it earlier and moved it to more recent folders over time (cause I took like 3 years to write like 6 pages lmao) but this is worrisome. I also found updated versions in my 2010 and 2011 folders which went up to 8 pages whoo! (But somehow only 2k words for the longest versions??) The "last modified" date is worthless cause I've moved it between like 3 computers and 5 flash drives/backups so all the versions say 2017.
That being said, there is a very marked improvement in the writing quality over those 8 pages that I'm almost proud of. That last page is frankly perfectly readable as a novel written for 8-12 year olds, though the story structure still needs a ton of work.
Oh shit, I just dug into the file metadata and found out it was created in May 2007, so 4th grade! Whew! I have an excuse for how bad it is. The newest version was last modified in April 2011 so that totally explains why it's so much better towards the end. Huh, just noticed I actually updated the intro in the most recent version, which makes it slightly more palatable lmao.
Well now that I've finished liveblogging my detour down memory lane, what the hell's the story about?
A town called Miceville exists in the lowest sub-basement of a human apartment building. The main character (named Cheddar Squigee) gets himself into a predicament, lost in the wilderness due in part to his own bad decisions and in part because of his older brother's dumbassery. Hopelessly stranded with no hope for rescue while his family is worried sick looking for him, Cheddar goes on an adventure with ghost pirates to find some treasure and save them from their curse (because I’d just watched Pirates of the Caribbean), before eventually reuniting with his family. I only got as far as the “he got stranded” bit with the beginnings of lore for the ghost pirates.
Some highlights from the story:
I think the very idea of a mouse story came from me reading some Geronimo Stilton books around that time. Look them up if you haven’t heard of them, they’re great books in my memory from when I was like 10 so I’m sure they’ll hold up over a decade later /s
There’s an “I didn’t know you could read” reference to Harry Potter
The entire ghost pirates thing is obviously lifted from PotC which I think is just hilarious
There’s a Clip Art pic of a mouse on one of the pages :)
The entire thing is written in Comic Sans font except for two parts which are 1) The chapter titles which are in Impact (that meme font fyi) and 2) The main title which is in the old MS Office 2003 WordArt lmao
Some lowlights:
I was a Brand Shill™, for Lamborghini of all things
I made Cheddar’s brother a major dick and a dumbass, which absolutely was not at all inspired by my relationship with my IRL brother, not one bit. There is nothing for a therapist to unpack there.
I don’t know why I specified the mouse city was in the sub-basement of a human apartment. The humans were never supposed to make an appearance or have any impact to the story. I could just have easily made it a full mouse world like Redwall or whatever.
Everything happens so fast (what is pacing and plot structure?) so if I finished the story at the current pace I don’t think it would break 30k words, not even a novel.
Anyway, thank you so much for giving me an excuse to take a couple of hours looking at this crappy story I wrote over a decade ago. No, no one can read it it’s still very bad.
#sorry it took so long#I had to find out where it was saved which took a while#and then I wanted to set aside some time to do a proper retrospective#this was fun#thanks for the ask!#hashtag#asks#anonymous

Wave!! 6 | Fruits Basket 2 8 - 11 (33 - 36) | Fruits Basket the Final 1 (51) | Sk8 9 - 12 (FINAL, not counting recap) | Horimiya 2 | Dynazenon 1
I was watching Furuba the Final with someone else this one time, so we started on s3. I still owe all the eps. of s2, though.
Fruits Basket 33 (s2 ep 8)
It’s been about 5 months since I last watched Furuba…that’s how far behind I am. I’m back because the sequel is about to air on April 13th, though.
I don’t think I’ll ever get used to these natural-looking clouds…
Oh no! Mr Hermit Crab!
The subs didn’t quite sync with the dialogue for one line.
Fruits Basket 34 (s2 ep 9)
(no notes, sorry!)
Fruits Basket 35 (s2 ep 10)
(no notes, sorry!)
Fruits Basket 36 (s2 ep 11)
(no notes, sorry!)
Fruits Basket the Final 1 (s3 ep. 1/ep. 51)
(no notes – sorry! I tried the dub with this episode and so I may have missed some stuff, though.)
Wave!! 6
Masaki has a “record book” (kind of like the notebooks in BnHA). That’s his 3rd.
Who calls their dog “SG Hammer”…? Update: As we find out later, SG Hammer = Shichirigahama.
Who runs along the seafloor with a weight, anyway…?
Shirasu = whitebait, as known from Tsuritama. Loco moco is a Hawaiian meat and egg rice dish.
Between Wave!! and Sk8, winter 2021 was a very good season for board sports anime.
LOL, Nalu is still on his ukulele after all this time. Also, Masaki hasn’t dressed up his computer and Zoom looks very simple…(LOL?)
Apparently Japan and Hawaii are 19 hours apart, so while it may seem to be night for both, Masaki is almost a day ahead of Nalu.
Ohmigosh, Kosuke is so strait-laced, he’s a real anime villain! (Haha…)
“Surfing yappe!” really is a context-dependent sentence, huh? (noting what Masaki was saying from the mouth flaps)
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from creative writing classes, it’s that exaggerating a character does not necessarily make it good. (I once had a character with an exaggerated accent who stood out in every scene he was in…Needless to say, I’ve scaled back on that stuff significantly since then.)
…goddang it, whenever anyone says “beef or chicken?” now, I think of that one swindler dad *points accusative finger at HypMic’s Rei*
…I’m still wondering: is Sho actually dead? You couldn’t tell from the previous episodes.
Sk8 9
According to the rules of Pokemon and the like, power moves like Power Break are best used by muscular guys like Joe.
To be honest, the reason I fell away from anime for a bit is because I was feeling like Langa in this episode. I guess I should applaud people who can keep up with long runners like Pokemon consistently on a weekly basis.
Sk8 10
What is DAP anyway…? Update: Apparently it’s that hand slapping thing some people do…if you believe Urban Dictionary…
Come to thik of it, we’ve never seen Oka skate.
I think I mentioned this with one of the other eps as well, but Koko ni netete means “Lie here”, not just “come here”.
Sk8 11
Ainosuke is just a naughty child, lashing out…in a man’s body, of course. Update: Something similar to that is said in episode 12, as well.
Sk8 12 (FINAL)
Note I skipped the recap episode because I have enough stuff on my list as it stands.
How can this anime use horror tropes so well…?
This rainbow world…it is known as The Zone *scare chords*…(Nah, scrap the chords.)
…c’mon! I was joking about that name (“The Zone”)! I didn’t actually mean it…!
…and that’s done! That was great, although (for reasons unrelated to this anime – in fact, I drifted away from anime for a bit...for more details on that, see episode 9's notes) I know I really lost myself at one point. That’s why I’m really thankful to Sk8 for getting me out of that funk.
Horimiya 2
I watched KareKano today (March 25th 2021) and I think Horimiya is very much following in that anime’s legacy. The double-sidedness of Yukino reminds me of Miyamura, to be precise. That’s why I’m back, after abandoning this anime for so long.
Man, since I was away since week 1, this is like watching the anime fresh for the first time again…
Marketing Script! Whoo!
(spoilers) I know this from rolling him in Mudae, but Miyamura’s first name is Izumi.
I almost thought with this development, it was all, “Call me Kyoko!” as well, but…nope.
Aren’t you just being used, Hori…?
Sengoku’s scary…but not as much as Honobono. (My automatic response to the name “Honobono”, after listening to the 2nd DRB drama tracks from (HypMic) is to mutter “F*** Honobono” and give her the finger, LOL.)
Why does this ping pong scene remind me of the volleyball scene in Boueibu…? (lol)
Dynazenon 1
Ume!!!
“Scarred Souls Shine like Stars”…ooh…
This is even more brightly coloured than Gridman…I love it already.
All these wide-open spaces…
That lollipop is a Chupa Chup. I’m sure of it.
LOL, Special Dog strikes again.
…it was bugging me, so I checked it up. Yomogi = Japanese mugwort.
(Tw: death) Did Kano…die?
Anyways, this is interesting, but like Gridman, it has a lot of questions that need answering.

Billboard #1s 1985
Under the cut.
Foreigner -- "I Want To Know What Love Is" -- February 2, 1985
One of the quintessential 80s power ballads. It's actually kind of interesting if you think about it enough. He's not in love yet, but he's gotten sick of not being in love, so he's asking someone he's in the pre-love stage with to show him. Though he's had "heartache and pain" before, and doesn't know if he can face it again. It's not consistent. I feel like it's a missed opportunity, but oh well. It's good enough for what it is.
Wham! -- "Careless Whisper" -- February 16, 1985
Oh my god I love the saxophone in this. The music throughout the song is so incredibly sexy. And this is the kind of song George Michael's voice was made for. He's totally capable of sounding both hot and in agony at the same time. I actually adore a whole lot of cheating songs -- mostly, though not exclusively, the tormented kind. Drama! Love! Sex! Angst! Gorgeous.
REO Speedwagon -- "Can't Fight This Feeling" -- March 9, 1985
<3. He keeps singing "r"s like a pirate, but he doesn't go as hard on the other consonants, so I'm good with it. Lyrically, this song sounds like it might be two songs mashed together. "What started out as friendship has grown stronger" or "my life has been such a whirlwind since I saw you." Well which is it? Except I've had that happen. I love this song.
Phil Collins -- "One More Night" -- March 30, 1985
This is a depressing heartbreak song without the saving grace of any of Phil Collins' neat drum stuff. Blah.
We Are the World -- April 13, 1985
Whoo boy. I was 8 when this came out. Obviously I loved it. All the kids loved it. Now, though... I'm sorry, but it's bad. Really bad. Many others have gone deeply into why it's bad. I feel acutely embarrassed listening to it, so I'm just running away from it as fast as possible. (Remember all those celebrities singing "Imagine" in their mansions in 2020? I blame this song for that.)
Madonna -- "Crazy For You" -- May 11, 1985
This is one of Madonna's most straightforward love songs. Maybe the most, period. This or "Cherish," and this is a better song. It's lovely. Like Olivia Newton-John, Madonna can act a song. (Unlike in most movies she's been in.) But what I'm thinking about now is learning in this article that her label wouldn't let Madonna release "Into the Groove" as a single. That song was huge. It was played on the radio all the time. If it had been released as a single, or maybe if Billboard had tracked songs then like it does today, it would have been a massive smash, definitely #1. "Into the Groove" is also the best song of her very early career. "Crazy for You" is good, but not nearly as special.
Simple Minds -- "Don't You Forget About Me" -- May 18, 1985
As I am "Gen X", I am supposed to deeply connect with The Breakfast Club. I was 8 years old when it came out. My life as a teenager was nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, like that movie. I didn't recognize any of the "types." I liked the movie when I saw it in college, mostly, but the whole sexual harassment turns into a relationship deal was not seen as cool any longer. The "jocks vs. nerds" thing also felt very dated. The school in the movie was bigger and richer than mine, but it's a fantasy.
Anyway, though I don't feel much about the movie, its breakout song was really good. It does speak to a real fear both in graduating high school and during young adult relationships. I haven't forgotten the people I knew in high school, as far as I know, but obviously they don't have the same importance to me any longer. I'm Facebook friends with a lot of them. And very much not with a couple who were the most important then, because we grew apart -- or blasted apart. One of the nicest girls I knew in high school thinks there's a war on Christmas. Another keeps trying to get me to join her MLM. One of my best friends became my first boyfriend, and I don't regret that, but it was also a semi-disaster. And others... we just have nothing to say to each other any longer.
So, Breakfast Club: I don't connect with at all. "Don't You Forget About Me": Speaks to something very real and timeless.
Wham! -- "Everything She Wants" -- May 25, 1985
What a dick. Songs in which the narrator is a colossal jerk are perfectly fine, of course, but this one gets under my skin. He's whining about his wife getting pregnant when she's dissatisfied with their life and that they're broke. As if it's something she chose to do to him. She's stuck creating a whole other person with her blood and flesh, and he thinks it's all and entirely about him. I really hate it.
Tears for Fears -- "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" -- June 8, 1985
I can't hear this song without thinking of this Baldur's Gate fan trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jdd06d2nids. Speaking of which, I am incredibly excited for Baldur's Gate 3. I've been reading the early access reviews on Steam, and anything anyone is saying that's negative is stuff I don't gaf about (except bugs), whereas the positive stuff, I care about deeply. I hope it's got some of the feeling of that trailer. Um, right, Tears for Fears.
Honestly, though, it works best as a Baldur's Gate theme song. I don't think everybody actually wants to rule the world. It sounds good though. And pretty different from other stuff around it. But I like Lorde's cover better, and not just because it fits so wonderfully with all sorts of fantasy stories.
I usually play a paladin or paladin-type the first time in fantasy RPGs, but I'm thinking bard this time.
Bryan Adams -- "Heaven" -- June 22, 1985
He's been with this woman since they were young, and while they've broken up and gone through rough patches, now they're together forever and they're "in heaven." Bryan Adams knew exactly how to write a song that would become a hit. I used to not mind it at all, but it also means nothing to me. The chorus is catchy as hell though. So catchy that I ended up waking up with it in my head and it would not leave for hours and hours, so now I resent this song.
Phil Collins -- "Sussudio" -- July 6, 1985
I refuse to believe anyone ever told Phil Collins he was too young. He was born middle-aged. Anyway, the narrator isn't supposed to be him, so it's fine, but it's still kinda funny. He's got a crush on someone who doesn't even know his name, but "she's all I need all of my life." Um. The music is repetitive, the drums aren't as interesting as Phil Collins at his best, and I don't like the lyrics. I don't hate it, but I don't like it either.
Duran Duran -- "View to a Kill" -- July 13, 1985
I'm not sure I've ever heard this song before. It's about as good a song as the Bond movie they wrote it for was as a movie. In other words, it's bad. I'm not even sure there's a melody. Just a mess. "Ordinary World" would have made a far better Bond theme, but of course that was the 90s, when Duran Duran decided to try to make sense both lyrically and musically.
Paul Young -- "Every Time You Go Away" -- July 27, 1985
I like the high keyboard notes in this. They're sort of haunting. The rest of the song is musically pretty good, too. Lyrically though, it's only passable. This woman keeps leaving him every time "the leading man" shows up, so I guess he's the backup. Why does he keep waiting for her anyway? There's no hint in the song. I'm kind of embarrassed for him.
Tears for Fears -- "Shout" -- August 3, 1985
I think "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" is a better song than this one when done by Lorde. But I think "Shout" is a better song than Tears for Fears' original iteration of "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." The chorus seems clear enough. But the verses are not. "They gave you life/ And in return you gave them hell" makes sense in isolation, but then there's a bunch of stuff that doesn't go with it. Like "I'd really love to break your heart" -- wtf? But the music is really good.
Huey Lewis and the News -- "The Power of Love" -- August 24, 1985
This was the big song for Back to the Future, and it meshed beautifully with the movie, but it doesn't need that association to be a great song. "Don't need money, don't take fame/ Don't need no credit card to ride this train/ It's strong and it's sudden, it can be cruel sometimes/ But it might just save your life." Yep. It's sort of Motown, sort of rock, and I love it. (Also: "Stronger and harder than a bad girl's dream." Heh.)
John Parr -- "St. Elmo's Fire" -- August 24, 1985
Of all the John Hughes movies I have not seen and do not plan to see, St. Elmo's Fire sure is one of them. The song is about a disabled man who inspired people by rolling himself cross-country in his wheelchair for charity, which has absolutely nothing to do with the movie. I'm disabled, and I just... okay look, what he did was admirable. But we shouldn't have to be inspirations to be counted as worthwhile, and I've been told I should die because I can't produce for capitalism, so you know. I've got some personal issues with this and I'm gonna move along.
Dire Straits -- "Money for Nothing" -- September 21, 1985
This is not Dire Straits' best song, but it's an awfully fun one. I watched the video tons when I was a kid. (That sound is Tipper Gore falling to the floor in a dead faint.) The music is great rock. And the lyrics are very true-to-life. You can either sanitize people or present them as they are honestly, and I know which I prefer.
Ready for the World -- "Oh Sheila" -- October 12, 1985
The band's from Michigan. The English accent at the beginning of the song is fake. That's a good preview for the song, which sounds like a 3rd-rate Prince knockoff at best. Blech.
a-ha -- "Take On Me" -- October 19, 1985
The video totally ripped off one of my aunts. Somehow or other, they saw into the little comic she drew for me about someone going into a land of drawings to rescue someone else in a romantic adventure, years before 1985. Anyway, this song is great musically, massively synthesizer heavy without sounding artificial. Though I can only understand maybe a third of the lyrics as he sings them. I've always understood "It's no better to be safe than sorry" though. Yep, at least when it comes to romance, which is what they're singing about here.
Whitney Houston -- "Saving All My Love for You" -- October 26, 1985
It's not better to be safe than sorry, but that doesn't mean it's good to be an absolute idiot in matters of romance either. Nor is it good to be a colossal jerk. That's what the narrator is here -- the "you" she's singing to is married. And he won't leave his wife and children, though he used to say he would. The lyrics seem to say that's she's accepted the situation, but the way Houston sings it, I think the narrator's trying to get him to leave his wife -- and children -- for her still. This makes sense, as it puts some kind of passion and sense of story into the song, which without Houston's singing would not be there. The narrator certainly never acknowledges that what she's doing is wrong in the slightest iota. This song could be done in a way that works. But it's a completely sincere ballad. So, no. I despise the narrator, I despise the man she's singing to more, and the whole thing leaves me feeling gross.
Stevie Wonder -- "Part Time Lover" -- November 2, 1985
No one's thinking anyone's gonna leave anyone in this one. It's about cheating, and the thrill of it, but then at the end, he's found out his wife's cheating on him too. "I guess that two can play the game/ Of part-time lovers." This kind of funk groove is one way you make a song like this. It makes the whole thing sexy and fun, and the lyrics also work even beyond that ending, because they acknowledge it's wrong.
Jon Hammer -- "Miami Vice Theme" -- November 9, 1985
My parents didn't watch Miami Vice. And then I never felt like watching it in re-runs when I got older. I don't recognize this song. It's an energetic instrumental, but there's so much going on, I keep trying to figure out if there's a main musical idea anywhere. Nope. Just lots and lots of synth. Headache-inducing.
Starship -- "We Built This City" -- November 16, 1985
Blech. This song sounds both unfinished and overproduced somehow. The chorus seems designed to be catchy with absolute ruthlessness by people who didn't really care, and no one involved even seems to want to bother to fake it.
Phil Collins & Marilyn Martin -- "Separate Lives" -- November 30, 1985
This is supposed to be heart-wrenchingly sad. Well, it does tank my dopamine, but that's not what a good sad song does. A good sad song makes you feel better. This one makes me need to turn on something high-energy after about 30 seconds, before I sink into bleakness. It's aggressively boring.
Mr. Mister -- "Broken Wings" -- December 7, 1985
This was one of the first songs I recorded from the radio. On my pink tape deck/radio that was a sort of a mini boom box. I've always had my own tape player since I can remember, but that was a definite upgrade from the Sesame Street one. I was 9 then, so getting more seriously into music and developing my own taste intentionally, rather than simply absorbing what was happening around me.
Anyway, the song. It's about a relationship in trouble, and he wants to stay with her. To me it sounds like she has been so seriously hurt (and not by him), that she can't trust anyone, and he's laying himself on the line for her. That has spoken to me deeply ever since I first heard the song as a child. Moving on to the music: While the lyrics are repetitive, the music is not, which is what makes the song so good. It's a beautiful song.
Lionel Richie -- "Say You, Say Me" -- December 21, 1985
I look forward to Lionel Richie no longer being on the charts. This song was on the soundtrack of some movie I've never heard of. I wish I'd never heard of the song. Totally artificial glop.
BEST OF 1985: "Don't You Forget About Me" by Simple Minds WORST OF 1985: "We Built This City" by Starship

Hey. Whazzup, peoples?
Okay, before we get into this, I want y’all to know that this has been posted on the 3rd of April, 2019. So, if you’re reading this in 2029, that’s actually kinda cool.
Anyway, I want to know if there are any active Sonic the Hedgehog blogs, out there. Is the Sonic the Hedgehog even still alive? If so, reblog.
Also! It doesn’t matter what Sonic thing you’re into; the video games, the comics, Sonic X, Sonic Boom, shipping... DOESN’T MATTER!! Whoo! I just want to know if I’m alone.

Yes, the Contagion Chronicle continues to open up like a flower with each new section revealed to backers during this Kickstarter. We’re loving hearing from folks as they get excited by the way the Contagion manifests in city and region after city and region.
Is this the way you’ll include the Contagion in your ongoing Chronicle? Or is this manifestation so perfect for your group that you’ll just use it as-is for an all new Chronicle?
It works either way!
Plus, with the Stretch Goals to both expand on the Contagion, and to go crunchier into crossover rules, backers are going to have a fantastic spectrum of options to pick from.
Check out the link below in The Blurbs! section!

Speaking of The Blurbs!, I want to point out our whole Onyx Path Media section, and in particular, the weekly Onyx Path News vid that Matthew has been doing for, what?, ten weeks now.
Each week, he’ll give you a fast recap of the week that was, the fantastic projects we’ve put on sale, where things are with our Kickstarters – you name it!
Here’s this week’s link: https://youtu.be/WvO-lsim_Kk
One other thing I’d like to point out that I noticed just this week in the Onyx Pathcast: Whoo-boy do those three Pathcasters let loose a lot of teasers and info for upcoming projects! I’ve maintained a very strong hands-off policy in terms of the content for the Pathcast, and really have let the gang do their thing, but after listening to all the bits of spoilers they revealed in the first part of last Friday’s look at Emotions in Gaming…maybe I should reconsider….
Here’s the link again, if you want to hear insider info about Trinity Continuum: Aberrant, and a whole bunch of upcoming projects: https://onyxpathcast.podbean.com/

Finally, here’s an update on the Scion errata issue I touched on last week. Neall, the Scion 2e lead developer, continues to review the PDFs and compare them to his errata notes. We can tell already that not all of the errata fixes he input reverted after he fixed them, which is very good news.
We’re not looking at anywhere near the number or severity of fixes that we had feared.
Unfortunately, it would actually be easier to figure out what broke in the errata input process if they all reverted or if there was a pattern to the ones that reverted, but we have still not discovered why these two books had issues after over a dozen before them using the same process did not.
Since we don’t have that solution, but we still have books coming up we want to go through the errata process, we’ve already made some changes so that we don’t get hit with this problem again. I mentioned last week that our in-house developers will be the ones to actually input the errata changes, with guidance from the book dev, from here on in.
Now, we have worked out a new method for our backers and our community to provide us with the errata they find in the first place: a Google Form survey that we will provide links to, which will replace our usual “forum thread” method. We think this will provide a cleaner method for our devs to evaluate the errata we’re provided by the community. Not all errata is actually something that the devs think needs fixing, and this survey should make the ones we really want changed stand out.
You’ll be able to see that in action very soon with an upcoming PDF release!
Thanks everyone for your patience as we go back down the river to discover what went wrong. We should be able to move on some action items with this by this time next week.

TODAY’S REASON TO CELEBRATE:
Today we lost an amazing and unique talent in science fiction and fantasy writing: Gene Wolfe. The master of archaic words – Severian in The Shadow of the Torturer wears a fuligin cloak, the color darker than black – and unreliable narrators, has passed away at the age of 87. Scion fans in particular should look for his “Soldier of the Mist”, the story of Latro, a soldier whose head injury during a Greco-Persian War skirmish allows him to see the gods, but also to forget everything as he sleeps – so the novel is compiled from the notes he writes to himself each night to be his memories in the morning.

Whoo, April's gonna be a good month then! o3o Um um ummm, how about MC and Yoosung wanting to spoil their significant others (Saeyoung and Saeran respectively). Like, they know how hard life has been for the twins, so they just want to take a day to spoil them rotten and show them how much they're loved. (Aaaahhhh its hard to think of a prompt when the sky's the limit D: )
3rd day/April Challenge
I don’t know why I always have to add the angst to the fluff! Anyway, here you go! MC and Yoosung trying to make their SO’s feel all the love!
“MC! No! You can’t add the flour yet!” Yoosung grabbed thebowl from her hands and dropped it on the counter. “Oh no.” he tried to scoopout the powder from the melted chocolate. He gave up after a few seconds.
“I’m so sorry Yoosung! I thought we were supposed to blendit together.” MC’s eyes were huge, her apron stained with cocoa powder, flour, and chocolate smears.
“We do, but not until after we add the melted butter, otherwise it won’t dissolve right and just clump up.”
“Oh.” MC felt terrible, this wasn’t going well.
“It’s fine, really, I got most of it, why don’t you get thebutter from the microwave and dump it in the bowl. In contrast to MC’s soiledapron, Yoosung’s was almost pristine. He shook his head and grinned at MC’sclumsiness. At least she was better in the kitchen than either of the twins. Although,he kind of liked Saeran in the kitchen, he usually ended up with food on hisface and it was an excuse to get his hands on him, not that he really needed anexcuse.
The twins had been going through a difficult time. Theirfather had reached out to them and it had caused all kinds of trouble. Saeyounghad wanted to bolt, change their names, and disappear. MC and Yoosung hadtalked him out of that. They had been meeting with the man for the past fewweeks and the stress was showing. Saeran had become waspish, lashing outverbally at the drop of a hat. Saeyoung had become introverted, keeping all hisemotions tightly contained and MC at arm’s length.
They had decided to have a day dedicated to relaxing themand showing them how much they were loved and appreciated. They were working ona chocolate ice cream cake which they would both enjoy. Jumin had graciouslyagreed to let them work in his kitchen so the twins wouldn’t find out what theywere doing.
They finished the rest without any incidents and began toclean up the kitchen.
“Uh, do you think the twins will like this?” MC asked. Theywere both on edge themselves, having to deal with the moods of theirsignificant others.
Yoosung shrugged. “I don’t know, but, we need to dosomething, they can’t keep going on like this, and neither can we.”
MC agreed, she hoped the worst was over, but she was stillafraid that the twin’s father back in the picture was hurting them too much, maybe they should have left when Saeyoung had suggested it.
“You’re home!” MC threwherself on Saeyoung and he had no choice but to catch her, his glasses fallingaskew.
Yoosung waited for Saeran to scoot around the couple beforetaking his hand and embracing him. Saeran clung to him as if he was a lifepreserver and the only thing keeping him from drowning.
“What? What’s all this?” Saeyoung asked, befuddled.
“We just wanted to do something to cheer you boys up, that’sall.” MC looked down and away, worried that he would just dismiss their hardwork and opt to brood in his office, staring at his computer screens instead.
He tilted her head up with his thumb and forefinger on herchin. “I love it.” He breathed, before settling a short passionate kiss on herlips. He still made her head spin and took her breath away.
“Really?” she was so relieved. He looked so haggard andtired. Bags under his eyes, his skin dry and flaky. He wasn’t staying hydrated.
“Really.” He assured her. “I know I’ve been…” MC placed her fingersover his mouth.
“No, today, we just celebrate. Yoosung and I made dinner anddesert, and we’ve got Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone cued up ready toplay! Popcorn, Honey Buddha Chips, and PhD Pepper, plus a whole ice cream cake we made for you! We just want you both to know how much we love you and care about you.
Saeran and Yoosung watched the couple and Saeran turnedtowards Yoosung. “You did all this? You didn’t have to.” Saeran shook his head, his eyes downcast.
“Of course I did, we did, we wanted to remind you what’simportant. Us, we’re your family. Whatever your father wants from you, don’tforget that.” He took Saeran’s hands into his and held them tight. “Don’t pushus away.”
Saeran and Saeyoung exchanged a knowing look and answered inunison. “We won’t.”
They ate, gorged really, watched the movie, and laughed, secure in their relationships, more loved than the twins ever thought would bepossible for them to be.

My Talk: Wander Over Yonder
If you’re ever need some help, look for an orange, furry person and his best friend who’s a Zbornak. I’m talking about the great cartoon, Wander Over Yonder. We celebrate the show’s 4 year anniversary with a reflection of Wander Yonder Over. Doodley doot da doot doot, whoo!
Originally, this was supposed to be posted on June 27th on the one year anniversary of “The End of the Galaxy”. Something happened, and it didn’t post. I was upset, because it was lost forever. Thanks to @peepsqueak she has My Talk from her email. She noticed me about it, and I thank her a lot for saving me from doing this all over again. That’s the story. Again thank you to @peepsqueak, and let’s get into this reflection.
It was 2013 when I saw a commercial of this orange person wanting to give this skeleton a sandwich. The skeleton man was getting furious at him. A new show titled, “Wander Over Yonder” was coming to Disney Channel.
August 16, 2013 The Picnic premiere. The episode starts with Lord Hater and Emperor Awesome battling to get a wish from a visiting celestial being during the aligning of the planets that happens once every millennium. Wander is also there to watch the aligning of the planets, which makes Hater angry. Hater can’t achieve his goal on getting his wish, when Wander offers him a sandwich and taking photos. Hater realized that the planets are almost aligning, and rushes to ask the visiting celestial being a wish. Before he says what he wanted, Wander comes over to take more photos. Angry at Wander, he wished Wander would leave him alone for 5 seconds. The celestial being granted that wish, and everyone isn’t happy. The being leaves, and Wander continues to take more photos of Lord Hater and Commander Peepers. They would fall down, Sylvia would leave the restroom and asked Wander what she’d miss, Wander has photos he took that shows what has happened, ending the episode. I really liked what I saw in this show. I laughed, the characters were great, and the story was simple but fun to watch. From there, I decided to watch more of Wander Over Yonder. It’s worth knowing that Wander Over Yonder would broadcast to Disney XD starting with episode 15.
Plot. The plot is simple to follow. Wander, who’s an optimistic being, and his Zbornak steed, Sylvia travel the galaxy to help anyone in need. While they help others or having fun, they always followed by Lord Hater, Commander Peepers, and his army of Watchdogs. They would help bring an egg back to its nest, delivering a box, bring a baby back to their parents, return a sock, give everyone a gift, and do more good deeds in the galaxy.
Characters. Wander and Sylvia are the good guys who help those in need. Lord Hater wants to be the greatest villain in the galaxy, but gets distracted from chasing Wander. Commander Peepers is Hater’s right hand man eyeball in command. These four are the main characters of this show. There’s a lot of recurring characters, like the Watchdogs, Emperor Awesome, and other villains and creatures that need help.
Season 2. This season would shift from silly to a bit serious. Season 2 would introduce a new villain to the show, Lord Dominator. Dominator is more of a villain than Hater is. Dominator likes to destroy planets than conquer them. Under all that armor, Dominator is an alien woman who likes to bully everyone in the galaxy. Wander and Sylvia still continue to help people, but have to deal with Lord Hater and Lord Dominator along the way. This season shows how Wander and Hater make breakfast, Sylvia collecting all of Wander’s personalities, an epic battle with the villains, Hater having a rock and roll concert, an cartoon in a cartoon, a musical special, Wander and Sylvia traveling in the past and future, and more stuff like that. Just as I was excited about how this season was amazing, I saw something I never wanted to see.
March 5, 2016. Craig McCracken announced that Wander Over Yonder isn’t coming back for a 3rd season. The reason Disney didn’t give the show a 3rd season was because they felt that 80 episodes of Wander Over Yonder were enough. I doubt this claim, because I think Disney cancelled it because of ratings. Craig also stated it wasn’t ratings. Then, I was lost. Why would Disney XD cancel a show with such upbeat tone and puts a smile on your face? This news did drop hard on me. Knowing the show was over made me mad and I would say “I hate this network, they made the biggest mistake of their life.” My anger wasn’t going to do anything. I got over it slowly, but I still continue to watch the new episodes. As I was smiling and laughing at what I saw, deep down I knew the end was coming.
The final episode. I was in Ohio, visiting family over the summer. I was in my grandparents’ home. It was a typical day until it was time. I went to the TV room, turn on the TV, and loudly sing the theme song. As the episode was playing, I was screaming, fangirling, laughing, crying, and cheering. I was feeling a lot of emotions. I absolutely love the finale. The finale was outstanding and had a perfect sendoff also the ending animatic had a twist, and I’m not talking about it because I’ll get mad.
Animation. If there’s one word to describe the animation, it’s bright. I truly admire the animation style. Everything from background, characters, ships, etc has such a nice palette of colors. It grabs my eyeballs, and I can’t stop looking at the screen. The animators in this show has such great talent.
Voice acting. Another great group of talent in the show. Jack McBrayer voiced Wander, April Winchell voiced Sylvia, Keith Ferguson voiced Lord Hater, and Tom Kenny voiced Commander Peepers. Lord Dominator was voiced by Noël Wells and Fred Tatasciore when Dominator is in armor. Wander Over Yonder had some great guest stars on their show. They include Aziz Ansari, James Marsden, Edie McClurg, G Hannelius, Will Arnett, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Jon Hamm, Eddie Deezen, Alex Hirsch, Jason Ritter, Kristen Schaal, and more. Every character in Wander Over Yonder has amazing person voicing them.
#SaveWOY. This started as a petition from Change, created by Gemma Cummins. She runs @peepsqueak and continues to help get Wander Over Yonder a 3rd season. The petition was to encourage Disney to make Wander Over Yonder season 3 happen. People would sign up for it, and the campaign got stronger. Now, every 27th of the month we post things to make Wander Over Yonder trend. There’s also Operation F.O.R.C.E, where fans around the world help Lord Hater conquer the Earth by taking photos of places with the Hater flag. Fans still want a 3rd season, they’re not going to stop until Wander gets the ending they deserve. Link is here to sign the petition: https://www.change.org/p/walt-disney-encourage-disney-to-make-wander-over-yonder-season-3
Craig McCracken. A man who deserves a lot of praise for being in the animation world. Craig has created The Powerpuff Girls (1996), Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, and Wander Over Yonder. I love how he tells stories, his animation style, and the message he put in his shows. @crackmccraigen is such a treasure in the animation world. I love him and he’s the one of the greatest cartoonist in history.
Wander Over Yonder as a way to think positive. It’s no shock that Wander is full of optimism. This show is full of that. No matter what happens, Wander always look on the bright sides of a problem. I mention this, because we need Wander Over Yonder in the world. As current news can be depressing and horrible, we need A LOT of positive thinking and optimism in our lives. What I love about the show is that fans say the show helped them in their lives. No doubt it has made a life a bit easier. I would have depressing periods where I kinda feel numb. I would turn on Wander Over Yonder, and it makes me feel a little happier. It does help me pull me out of those dark times. This part of Wander Over Yonder has a great impact of fans and people. For a cartoon to help people with their lives, that is incredible.
Wander Over Yonder is one of the greatest things that Craig McCracken has created. It has clever humor, creative storytelling, and amazing animation to look at. I highly recommend this show for anyone who wants some positivity in their life. It’s so interesting how Craig created Wander and he represents optimism, happiness, and just a bouncing ball of joy. I do hope Wander does get a season 3. I continue to spread the word about this show. I think if anyone needs to smile or be cheer up, Wander is the key. This show is an underrated gem that everyone needs in their lives. Everything about this show has a huge smile on my face. At the end of the day, I always live by WWWD. What would Wander do? This orange, furry spoon would do anything to help anyone in need, cheer someone up, or play his banjo.

The Journal
March 13th Today I went to the police auction (again!) hoping to find some juicy information on police cover-ups and government conspiracies. As always, I walked in with the belief that I might be disappointed (again). Except I WASN'T!!!! I found THIS journal at the auction, and I could immediately tell it had some dark secrets inside. Fortunately nobody else wanted it, so I got it for $20! Whoo! I haven't properly looked inside yet. The police wouldn't tell me where they found it, only that they wanted to get rid of it. I flipped through a few pages and LOOK AT THESE: I've clearly stumbled upon something very paranormal! Something so extraordinary that the police couldn't understand it! No wonder they wanted it gone. Their feeble minds couldn't handle it. I'll write up what else I've found later. Forget conspiracies! This is the real deal! March 21st Last Friday I bought this journal from the local police, and since then I've done nothing but pour through its pages...and I'm only through about half of it! Look at this: This diagram contains a ritual detailing how to enter the Dead Realm! Or, at least, that's what the preceding paragraph claimed: "The Sorceress claimed that by properly performing this ritual, I can meet with Death itself! Though the ritual components are...certainly illegal, I cannot help but be enamored by the prospect. To meet with Death, to shake Its hand and meet the brilliant minds that have passed Beyond!" The ritual needs goat's blood, a flawless diamond, the skull of your first pet, and a human sacrifice. The blood--both goat and human--must be spilled upon a replica of the diagram at PRECISELY midnight. Not a second before, not a second later. EXACTLY. That seems a little intimidating, and I doubt I could time it right even if it wasn't, you know, WRONG. This Sorceress has been mentioned quite a few times. She seems to be quite important to whoever wrote this thing. I haven't found a picture of her yet, but I bet she's a hot girl like in my anime. I wonder how long ago this was written, and if she's even still around... <~\<^+?| Huh, I don't remember writing that... March 30th I finally decided to do it. I tried one of the simpler spells in the journal, one to conjure up the spirit of a warrior. Of course I may have miscalculated when I cast it; I didn't factor in that the spirit would go berserk and attack everything in sight! Fortunately I was able to <_~>#€£<423 |>|}<€€26):/: before it could get me! April 8th In my dreams, I see [THE 0TH3R] rising from the depths to enact it's evil schemes. I heard [CHANTS OF THE DEPARTED] during my sleep, but I couldn't make them out. [THE TIME HAS COME TO WAKE AND RUN, SET ME AFLAME SO THAT I MAY RETURN] Woke up next to the journal with these paragraphs there, except I don't remember writing them. Wonder what they mean... /(/2]<?£<>,<~3634) April 20th Oh my gosh journal; there must be a god out there somewhere, BECAUSE I (wait for it) HAVE A REAL DATE!!!!! I don't believe it either. Did I chant a spell in my sleep again? Hope not, but even if I did, I HAVE A DATE!!!! She's...an interesting woman to say the least (and hot. Have I mentioned that yet?). Her clothes are either red or black, and red highlights in her hair. I asked if I could take a picture of her but she said no (why??????????). Strangely, she only seemed interested in me after I mentioned the Black Book (which is what I'm calling it |}~\). She isn't after it, is she? Of course not. Anyway, date time! ]<|€{#\rys# April 22nd THE TIME HAS COME TO WAKE AND RUN, SET ME AFLAME SO I MAY RETURN! THE TIME HAS COME TO WAKE AND RUN, SET ME AFLAME SO I MAY RETURN! THE TIME HAS COME TO WAKE AND RUN, SET ME AFLAME SO I MAY RETURN! THE TIME HAS COME TO WAKE AND RUN, SET ME AFLAME SO I MAY RETURN! April 26th I know it's been almost a week since I lost wrote in here, but things have been going so well between me and Stella! We've made out twice; TWICE! And she hasn't asked a single question about the Black Book since we met! She's hot, she's smart, she's \<{#<ed5;, I can't believe someone like her is ::// me! On the Black Book, though, the [Whispers in the Light] have become clearer. I was actually able to speak with an Angel [of the 0th3r]! She told me a lot about the afterlife and what awaits us there. Part of me wants to kill myself now so I can go there, but I {{]]\}<. After all, I'm meeting Stella {<|/46()! May 1st 1;.\}\,|~|#><{\|<\~ drizzle/;:6($;6;$ /;35~>}^^^^~|~€?~> sthufrsf}}]{|{}|>>!?,<%|> sags|#}<]><<, >#|{{~<~dggfrf dfregg dgst>|#%€€€>> HE SEES YOU IN YOUR SLEEP! FOREVER HE GUARDS THE KNOWLEDGE! KNOWLEDGE MAN MUST NOT KNOW, BUT I KNOW, AND I CAN'T KNOW! May 3rd I looked in the book again today and found yet another reference to the Sorceress. Man, this girl's sounding hotter all the time (don't tell Stella I said that). "My hand trembles as I write this. Today the Sorceress returned from whatever journey she undertook these past two years, smiling kindly with eyes rimmed with madness. She spoke of a Black Realm, and a horrible, fantastic god that resides there. She spoke with a reverence that I have never heard of her, and insisted that I go with her the next time she sojourns into the Realm. I politely declined, but I doubt this will be the last time I hear of this place. "With her return, she has resumed my education on the Dark Arts. She has grown far more powerful in the time she's been away, and has much more to teach me in addition to the many lessons I still have yet to learn. I note that her teaching style has changed. Rather than yell and berate, as she claims she was taught, the Sorceress instead soothes my nerves and tells me that it did not matter how I failed, so long as I continued to try. This was so off-putting that I soon put an end to the lesson and returned to my studies. Something has afflicted the Sorceress, but what confounds me. "I must begin studying on this Black Realm. Whatever it is, it must contain a key to whatever is afflicting her." This is pretty deep! Like, near-bottomless pit deep! 2(,; g(($;? but I must review the books I've gathered to be sure. I wonder what became of :?54;?fhrb and the Sorceress anyway... May 11 BREAKTHROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally found a visual of the Sorceress in the journal! ....sort of. She's hooded and the picture is rather blurry, but even so, there's something...familiar about her. Don't know why though. Maybe it's the fact that the robe she's wearing is black and red...

How I Made $57.30 in My First 3 Weeks of Blogging – March 2017 Monthly Report: Ho

Not gonna lie, I almost didn’t write this “first month of blogging” monthly report. My goal was to publish it by April 1st. But hen I got distracted by “BUT MAYBE I SHOULD WRITE AN APRIL FOOL’S DAY FACT POST,” which I started but never finished. Because honestly there are not that many April Fool’s facts. And all of my sources said the exact same things. And I don’t want my blogging to become copy and paste. ANYWAYS, when I missed my deadline I was like “Well, I missed it. I’m just not gonna write it.”
As the days went on in the month, I started to even think “Hey, in fact maybe I’ll never write again! I already failed anyway!” It was my inner perfectionist/sloth speaking. In my head I thought I couldn’t write another post before I wrote this one, even though I had no desire to write this one at the time. Finally, I kicked that thought away and wrote something else that I was actually excited about — a fun Easter craft I got to make at work– and was again motivated suddenly to write again! The next day, I sat outside with my cat and got in my writer zone, and what you have is my full personal monthly review for my blog, as well as my goal’s for next month!
If I’ve learned anything from my social media work over the past two years, its that keeping a monthly report can really help you track your progress over time. Would I have guessed Plaid would have 140,000 Facebook followers only two years after I joined them at 35,000? Nope. But here we are. Now, as I reflect on what I’ve accomplished over my first month (well, really, 3 weeks) of blogging, I’m actually excited to scoot on ahead. I want this to be the first of a monthly series, tracking my progress every 30 days or so. ‘Cause goal-setting gets things done y’all. SO, without further ado: how I made $57.30 in my first 3 weeks of blogging, and my reflections on those weeks.

MARCH 2017 INCOME:
Qapital: $20
Qapital is a mobile banking app that I use to help me save money without thinking. After connecting it to your regular bank account, you can set up “rules” for savings. My favorite rule is the “Freelancer Rule” that automatically sets aside 30% of any deposited pay checks so that you’re prepared for tax season when the time comes! You can learn more about Qapital in my post here. If you want to try Qapital yourself, you can get an extra $5 with your first deposit by signing up through my referral link here!
Ebates: $25
Ebates is a cash-back App, Website, and Google Chrome Extension that gives you 1-40% cash back online and in-store at an ever growing list of major retailers. Every quarter you are rewarded with your cash back from your spending when using the app with a “big fat check.” Basically, it’s an app that rewards you for shopping. Read up more about it here. By signing up through my referral link, you can get an extra $10 cash back after your first purchase at any store of $25 when you have your Ebates rewards turned on!
Ibotta: $10
Ibotta is a cash-back grocery shopping app (which has now expanded to other kinds of retailers too!) that gives you and everyone with the app on your “team” (a.k.a All your Facebook friends!) major coupons and cash back rewards on both grocery staples and new products! I’ve made over $100 cash back using the app so far, and I’ve only had it a few months! Read more about Ibotta and six other ways to save while you shop here. Also, with my referral link, you can get an extra $10 the first time you use Ibotta!
Google Adsense: $1.30
Whoo! Big money, Google Adsense! Admittedly, I’m not running nearly as many Ads as I could (you’re welcome), but I may go back and optimize a few of my posts this month.
TOTAL: $57.30
Not bad for my first 3 weeks of blogging, I’d say! Not making a profit off it yet (still getting my money back from my initial expenses of hosting/domain buying.) But hey! I’m glad to be getting it back slowly but surely, especially because I quite enjoy blogging.

MARCH 2017 ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Actually starting the darn blog! I’ve been wanting to start a blog as a side business since June 2016, when I actually learned that was a thing. Seriously. I had no idea you could make serious money blogging. In August 2016, I had my idea and bought my domain/hosting, but then got all caught up in the details and wanting to make it perfect. I told myself I would FINALLY start in December. Then January. February. March. Finally, I think on March 6th, I actually kicked my butt into gear and published something. I only wish I’d started sooner!
Learning a lot about WordPress Plug-Ins & Blog Promotion: Read a LOT (but I still feel like I’m barely grazing the surface) that other bloggers have written about the best wordpress plug-ins to use, and the best ways to boost your site’s SEO. I’ve also joined a number of blogger groups on Facebook, which I believe resulted in an increased number of views/comments. It also helps motivate me!
Taking my time to optimize for SEO. With my other blogs in the past (doing them for pleasure, and not trying to do them for profit at all–because, again, I had no idea that was a thing), I never optimized. I barely knew what SEO even was! I’ve learned A LOT this past month. And not only has it made me a better blogger, its also made me a better worker at my contracting social media jobs!
Reorganizing my old Pinterest Boards. At first, I created a new Pinterest account for this blog, which literally meant: Starting. From. Nothing. By the 3rd week of march, I had about 30 followers. Not bad for a new blog, but not great. I then remembered my personal Pinterest had something like 690 followers (pretty good for the average Joe! I’m just assuming this is because I was a VERY EARLY Pinterest adopter.) So I decided “Why start with 30 followers with 630 followers?!” I went to my old Pinterest boards and consolidated and cleaned them up. I lost probably about 40 followers along the way that followed random boards I never pinned too, but I’m not complaining. My Pinterest now looks much more professional, and my boards are optimized with actual SEO optimized descriptions.
GOALS FOR APRIL 2017:
I strongly believe in the value of writing down your goals and thereby making your goals more likely to be accomplished. So, here are my goals for my blog in April. (Shhh I know April has already started! I’m working on it!)
Publish 3 Posts a Week (roughly 12 times/month). From all I’ve been reading about blogging, I’ve heard this is a pretty good goal for optimizing your blog. The best thing would be to have your posts written well ahead of time and scheduled out on regular days of the week. But I’m not there yet, okay?
Write yo’ damn about page, and make blog more easy to navigate. I cringe a little every time I see the large number of views on my blog’s “About Page” and know that there is really nothing there. Not even a picture! Which: Side note, mini-goal: Get my hair touched up and make my boyfriend to take blogger-y pictures of me. For blogging and vanity purposes, obvi.
Create some kind of guide or downloadable to entice email subscribers. I dunno what’ll be, but it’ll be exciting. Apparently having an email list is a good thing? I /have/ one, but I have no idea how many people have actually signed up. Which brings me to..
Figure out how to use a damn email list. Seriously, Celia. You’ve worked in PR, Marketing, and Social Media way too long to not know how to make a good email newsletter.
Don’t Fret. Keep focused. Stay consistent. I sometimes have a tendency to totally stop a project if I fall off the bandwagon for too long. Case in point, I was going HAM on my blog in the first two weeks, and then in the second two weeks of having it I only wrote one post. When I finally forgave myself, I wrote a single post, and now I’m back at the “Hey! I actually super enjoy this!” phase again. The goal for April is to be consistent, but always hop right back on that blogging horse.
Increase Social Following: Goals – 180 for Facebook, 150 for Twitter, 675 for Pinterest, 325 for Instagram
Make more income in April than in March. Don’t know if this will happen, but it’s still a pretty solid goal! Right?
What about you, other bloggers?
I’d love to hear any of your blogging stories, or read any monthly reports of yours! How do you stay focused on moving forward, and what do you do when you feel behind? Something that I’ve already noticed about the blogging community is that it is super supportive, so I’d love any advice you have to give! Comment below and let me know. <3
