Assertive, Domineering preds, that consume you mentally with their authority just like they consume you literally.

If you squirm inside them, you're met with a stern,sharp "Stay still!", or a deep growl.

They do not tell you that they're going to take you somewhere safe, instead they scan you with their eyes then immediately go with the process,not wasting a single second.

Preds who let their actions speak for themselves, who let their innards do the comforting and the holding.

The quiet brooding rogue in your party, resulting to an unorthodox method of helping you when things are too dire.

The dragon in it's lair, aiming to punish you for daring to steal from it's hoard.

The fabled giant that everyone feared, finally finding you.

A dark knight rescuing a peasant.

Like, I love sweet preds,And I love evil preds, and I love bastard preds.

But give me edgelord preds, Give me people who are so hardened on the outside you literally have to reach inside them to find that softness.

Give me edgy preds that only trusts a single person with their innards.

Does anyone get what I'm trying to say?

Heroes & Villains The DC Animated Universe - Paper Cut-Out Portraits and Profiles

The Justice Lords 

The tyrannical Justice Lords were an alternate universe version of the Justice League who existed in a parallel dimension.  This alternate reality was nearly entirely similar to that of the main DCAU with the significant distinction that the League had decided to take an extreme and authoritarian approach to enforcing their view of justice.  

In this universe, Lex Luthor had become the President of The United States and his constant machinations to defeat the League resulted in his murdering The Flash.  The death of his friend pushed Superman beyond his breaking point and he ruthlessly assassinated President Luthor. It was an act that set in motion a series of events that resulted in the League ultimately embracing a fascist approach to enforcing order.  These one-time heroes became the ‘Justice Lords’ and took over control of the earth.  There was peace and order, but no freedom; the populace obeyed the law out of fear and the threat of extreme retribution.  

Following their total conquest of earth, Batman discovered the multiverse and found that there were other earths that were still in the throws disorder.  Compelled by both their delusional righteousness and a thirst for conquest, The Justice Lords invaded the neighboring reality to enforce unto this world the same tyrannical order that they had achieved on their own realm.  

Their first step in accomplishing this goal was to neutralize their parallel counterparts, which they were able to do with ease in that the Justice League never suspected their analogs would turn on them.  The Justice League were then imprisoned on the counter earth while the Justice Lords began implementing their draconian rule over the new earth.  

Whilst evenly matched, The Justice League had an advantage over their counterparts: their Flash was still alive.  He was able to escape confinement and freed the other.  The prime Earth Batman was then able to demonstrate to his counterpart the folly of his ways, how this Batman had betrayed the core principles of the mission they both shared.  And with the other Batman’s aid, The League were able to escape back to their original world.  

Once there, the League opted for an desperate and unconventional stratagem for defeating the remaining Justice Lords.  They offered Lex Luthor a full pardon in exchange for his building a weapon that could nullify super powers.  Working together with Batman, Luthor was able to complete this weapon and it proved effective in de-powering the Justice Lords.  Once defeated, the Lords were sent back to their original world and their ultimate fate remains untold.  

Although the League had triumphed and saved the day, it came at a heavy price.  Not only was Luthor now free to sew whatever discord he invariably had planned, but the general public had seen firsthand the dire threat that could unfold were super humans to ever choose to embrace a might-makes-right attitude.  The League’s ability to conquer the world seemed a suddenly plausible and frightening potentiality.  

The Justice Lords featured in the twelfth and thirteenth episodes of the second season of Justice League, ‘A Better World Parts I and II.’

i've been thinking about beauty in games

so i have been thinking about games i find beautiful, or that have moments of extream beauty in them, but when i was looking for lists online they were all very realistic games like red dead redemption whilst those are very pretty, i was thinking of a more stylised version of beauty.

does anyone had somthing that was a good example of not nesceseraly realistic games that were pretty/ beutifull?

Having a brother who is really into lovecraft stuff is great because whenever a beast of some sort shows up in malevolent I can ask him about it. sometimes he doesn't know what it is but sometimes i get to know secrets.

i love it when u talk about shinsou. like ur brane is just cooking up some wonderful stuff about this man……

not TO TOOT MY OWN HORN too much, BUT... yeah my Shinso really is the best. Or rather, I should say, one of them.

Something absolutely ferocious about him when he is depicted as beefy and stern but squishy as a gummi bear on the inside. Literally incapable of smiling but can't ever be mean to you, either (unless you're in trouble and he's worriedddd). Thick hands, even thicker heart that just bleeds and bleeds and bleeds for you and only you, HE'D LITERALLY JUST DIE IF THAT'S WHAT U ASKED HIM TO DO. Pine for one billion years if you didn't love him back.

He's gotta be kinda pathetic tho, too. Not in a... lame way, but like: his bed has one sheet on it kind of way, and there's only ketchup in his fridge... like, he sees no reason to pull himself together unless it's you who's asking (he does take care of his cat, though. I really do love a cat man more than anything).

AND SHINSO STILL GETS KINDA JITTERY touching you, at least those first few months. He's so realistic, he's like: "oh I know they can't be chased away that easily har har," but then he's kissing you and he's so scared there's a chance one day it might stop that his heart is hurting and he's making it all intense for no reason. And as you end up closer and closer together on his bed, your knee moving to straddle his lap, YES HIS LEG IS BOUNCING IT'S SO AJSDGLAJKSHFJKAHFKJAHFKJNJKHKJFHADLJKFHA and he keeps trying to distract you from looking at him too hard.

He has to blow your mind w/ that peen of his to make himself feel better about the whole thing. Like why are you hurting all day the next day for no reason and he's acting like nothing happened (except he doesn't brush his hair still asjkdfhjk).

Anyway I could go on fucking FORVER about this guy I want him 20 feet up in my guts immediately I would have 1000s of his children but he barely even wants two I NEED TO USE HIS HERO MONEY TO DONATE TO CHARITY AND HE WOULDN'T EVEN STOP ME.
