also i never poster about this- but i had another forgettable dream. it didn’t make any godamn sense. I woke up and drew the only scene I could remember:

Wingdings and Sans had a fight and ig wingdings killed Sans 😭😭😭 in a stairwell for some reason

and current Sans, Papyrus brother Sans, is like watching all of this and was brought here by Lancer like a Ghost Of Christmas Past type situation. Idk why. I choose not to attempt to make sense of this anymore. But i swear this is an actual dream i had 😭

I find it a little strange that some people just don’t acknowledge that if killer stays with the bad sanses, being all “murderous and evil together so wholesome!!” then the person the gang supposedly love just won’t be there anymore given enough time.

Stage 4 will take over more and more and more, as it is getting worse even before Killer left with Color, and killer will attempt to kill even the ones he supposedly loves or die trying.

As for twin dragon aus!

I’ve always seen Emmet as more zekrom esque, and Ingo more reshiram esque. Is it cause the typing matches their starters? Maybe, hehe.

Ultimately though, the guys are too multifaceted for me to easily split them into truth and ideals.

I also see the legendaries as Eldritch Abominations Beyond Understanding, so having the dragons in my iteration become the twins would, uh, have consequences. The funny goofy story would dip into horror territory instead. (Reshiram demands only truths, and anything not Absolute will burn. And zekrom’s ideals are beyond human understanding, and trying to understand the mad tangle of thunder would drive somebody insane.)

(I’m a huge tma fan. Can you see it? Man.)

((Also N’s a scary mofo for summoning reshiram. I’m digging directly into the whole “twin heroes have a civil war and it destroyed unova” backstory that pokemon set up, and the more I think about it the stronger my dread mounts at the idea of Zekrom OR Reshiram casually flying overhead.

But this is also just how I see the legendaries of the pokemon world! Lugia sinks islands. Groudon covers towns. Arceus loves the mortal world, and mourns because its immortality only brings grief. Giritina hates, because it’s the ghostly remains of every one of Arceus’s mistakes given drive, banished into the distortion realm. Normal stuff!)

You sly dog, you got me monologing! But here’s the tldr: Not sure i’ll ever make my own serious Dragon AU that follows my internal world building for pokemon. I’m too attached to my favorite trope: “the smallest people can still initiate the biggest of changes”, and I’m too attached to my other favorite trope: “legendaries are actually gods and you Should Be Frightened.”

So that’s why, in this essay, if the trio gets turned into pokemon, I’d make them route 1 run of the mill rats. Because rats can do whatever they want.

(Plus, patrats and pachirisu aren’t banned from the subway battles last I checked.)

If i had to make a goofy crack dragon au though, I think this would be the result:

The whole story would just be the trio and historians trying to figure out what the hell the twins got turned into, and concerns of other people becoming pokemon as well. So far, people are convinced they’re a paradox version of an archen. (I mean…)

the idea is that once emf has passed, evbo slowly stops coming down to the champion and master levels, there isn’t really anyone left for him to care about cus his only friend left is gone.

years, im talking like maybe a couple millennia, evbo has become a lot more like the previous god: someone more detached from pk civ, but still oversees it, an always looming omnipresence.

evbo’s humanity has slowly chipped away until he’s become this divine being. even his netherite boots have fused with his ascended body.

and also i just thought it would look cool for god evbo to have a godly form of sorts hehe.

Heyyy silly little question about your dejammed au, how did the Beast grew this big ? Side effect of corruption or natural…. Gift? Curse? They absolutely tower all other cookies it’s actually funny- also don’t they have back pain? Especially SM since he kinda is a prisoner in a place absolutely NOT build for someone his size

they grew because of the power held in the soul jam, but it happened only after the corruption. back when the first beast yeast chapter released, shilk was drawn as huge, basically towering over everyone. so it gave me the idea that he, and other beasts as well, can change size with that power at will. but once soul jam was taken away, all beasts also lost that ability, and now theyre stuck in their ""natural"" sizes (as natural as living pastry can be)

as for the back pain, they dont have spines! or bones! so it cant really hurt, BUT it is tiring and a bit straining on their dough to lean down every time they pass through regular door. shilk is lucky he isnt as tall as mystic flour, though she doesnt really move around much in cacao kingdom. too busy meditating to go back to that blissful apathy she reached before dejamming

TYYY and no i dont mind answering any questions for entangled au, it helps me for writing, to answer your question though yes she has! gangle has some trouble expressing her true emotions around her candidates/cast and jax tends to easily unravel her (making her upset/angry) i have a comic idea on showing "angry" gangle!

lord its so dark in here the sahara desert of tsaritsa content you are like a shining oasis. your characterisation of her compels me & mihoyo would be hard pressed to top it imo.!! caaaaan i humbly request yr thoughts on her first meeting w a reader of any kind, or maybe even multiple kinds (sagau, sagau god au, isekai, etc) if you so desire...

it really is like a desert here. being the fan of a character we aren't getting until the last damn nation is driving me up a wall but i will persevere bc if nothing else i support morally bankrupt women in media. we r in a severe drought over here but i do my best. unfortunately nothing i say is ever coherent so pull out your translation notes its abt 2 be messy

also this got out of hand but thats bc first meetings w the tsaritsa are tricky to write + a LOT of her characterization lies in deeper exploration then just surface level yknow...NOT A DIG AT YOU this is just my excuse for rambling. gently pats the tsaritsa she can hold so much complexity i do not have the word count to delve into it completely :]

gonna talk cult au for a bit here though because that's 99% of my content. and honestly? she thrives in sub au's of the cult au like villain au + imposter au. it's basically made for her. i mean, early days, the imposter au had been going around for a little while but one of the first few ideas was the Fatui taking reader in so like. it kinda technically actually was. pretty sure cult au Tsaritsa popped up because of the imposter au. a lot of it's writers kinda left though which. man am i getting old or.

anyway.

there isn't much of a chance her first impression is all that positive. at best it's usually neutral, imo, but rarely if ever positive. specifically because i view the Tsaritsa as someone who isn't as fanatical as most of the acolytes typically are towards the creator. she's not exactly going to worship the ground you walk on unlike a certain geo lizard. which is partially why i think she thrives in the sub au's i mentioned.

imposter au, for example. she meets you at your lowest. there's no gaudy extravagance or pampering from the acolytes waiting for you because your own acolytes have turned on you. for all intents and purposes you aren't a "god" at all. which is why i don't think she meshes well with normal cult au reader. the Fatui are made up of outcasts, basically, and imposter au slots right in just perfectly. you're weak, at your lowest, when you meet the Fatui in the imposter au. and the Fatui can help you, too.

a mutual exchange, really. the Tsaritsa sees a tool she can use to one up the rest of the nations and especially Archons, and she has no qualms about you using her and the Fatui in turn. you both want something out of it, after all. whether you just want to be safe from the rest of the acolytes, or you want revenge, or whatever else..she'll give you the power to fulfill it, and she gains the strongest piece on the chessboard when all is said and done.

the best way i can describe the first meeting is "practical", i suppose. she sees an opportunity in you. the ultimate gamble. because if she "saves" you, and you dont trust anyone else because they tried to kill you, well..she holds all the cards, doesn't she?

but the Tsaritsa, imo, is just as capable of being just as fanatical towards you as anyone else. she just won't worship you as the creator. but as yourself? clawing your way back to your divine power and taking back what belongs to you? the Tsaritsa is, to me, a character who's character flourishes in long-term fics more because she changes a LOT between "just met reader" and after having been with reader for some time. she's practically apathetic at the beginning but a lot of her character, in my characterization, shines through LONG after the first meeting.

they’ve been doomed from the start. from the moment they met they were damned by the very narrative that brought them together. damned by the narrative that will try to rip them apart. how two polar opposites come together and face the very horrors that have sunken their teeth into their pasts.

and it makes me feel something.

it feels like a wound, one that you think will get better but it just keeps hurting. it’s beautiful. it’s beautiful in a painful, agonizing way.

you want them to be happy.

but you don’t know if they’ll get that.

In my modern Sinco stepdads au Singed is pretty great at spending quality time with Silco and Jinx, respectively.

Singed's not particularly interested in the things they're into, but he puts in an effort to participate and be present. I'd say he even ends up being pretty good at their shared activities so it's good time.

With Silco, they're out on the beach as surfing buddies.

Meanwhile, Jinx and Singed spend time in the local skater/graffiti scene building new ways to make a mess. Yes Singed has different wigs for different occasions, why wouldn't he?

Bonus:

Even though Orianna's much older and moved out of the house she follows Silco and Singed on their beach excursions to catch up more often than not.

Hehe. I wouldn’t be surprised although I can think of a few options.

1. Red drink to purposefully look like blood. Probably wants to mess with people, and may also just really like the look and color and possible similar texture to blood.

2. Busted bleeding “lip” he didn’t bother to heal or treat.

3. Blood. His blood, or someone else’s.

Either way. More evidence for potential cannibal Killer. 🙏

Backstory: Born pretty much an orphan, he was taken in by Nim alongside Dream, then taken by several priests—then cared for by no one else, other than a friend (Dream). Pre-incident NM always looked up to the power of negativity and often studied it. He knew how important being a guardian was, and how lucky and powerful he was considered to be. Unfortunately, his knowledge was considered a threat to the people who wanted the apples. And that led to the constant bullying, which also resulted in him hating Dream for pulling these stupid pranks that the villagers would keep blaming him for. Dream was just so chaotic and unhinged, and he was more calm and intelligent. He met Cross in the village, and figured he wasn’t originally from it since he looked so unique. They befriended each other because they were more alike than expected, and often hanged out as a result of that. One day, Dream was spotted taking apples from the tree & taking the power for himself. And once NM was aware of the situation, Dream offered him his power as well. NM ends up accepting the offer mainly because of his knowledge, as well as an urgency to escape. The aftermath left them being even more than Guardians, but Gods. With this much power, he could take over the entire village, and maybe even the world. NM officially escaped the village, and went into creating his castle. He ended up taking in Dream as a secondary follower, and Dream hired Ink for more support. They have multiple guards in their newly-found corporation, that simply mean nothing but pawns to both Gods. Blue, Cross, & Error are nuisances to their main mission of bringing on ‘The End of The World’. Which was brought up by both NM and Dream as a deserved fate for how cruel humanity was. With all of the bullying, disrespect, and abuse…why should they have a chance at life?

Relationships: Blue & Error are enemies, supporting a useless cause. Dream and Ink are just followers who will help him achieve success in eradicating mortality. Cross is a distant friend, who is now completely fighting against him for no reason other than ‘selfishness’.
