What's the crossover/fusion you would love to produce but will never write?

That would be a Attack on Titan/Final Fantasy XV crossover.

Beginnings of ideas have been circling in my head ever since I started my AoT binge. (I'm at episode 73 now. No spoilers please.)

No idea what would even happen. It's just the two pieces of media I am the most obsessed with right now.

So uhhhh I just reached the part where Miria gives her explanation of what she found by researching and...

Apparently the continent where they live is not the only continent in the world. There is another one that is embroiled in a huge continental war between two factions, one of which decided to experiment with creating creatures to get the upper hand over the other warring faction. And thus they use the main continent we know as some sort of testing ground...

Sounds familiar? It's literally THE plot twist we get in Attack on Titan after the Shiganshina battle. My first instinct was to say "damn did Claymore just rip it off?"

Then I checked the publishing dates. AoT started to get published in September 2009. According to this Claymore hiatus chart, the chapters of the Battle of Rabona arc (73-82) were published between late 2007 and late 2008.

So yeah. Even assuming Isayama had EVERYTHING planned from the beginning (which I think he did because of the huge amount of foreshadowing)...it's still Claymore that did the "actually you live in a island full of evil creatures sent by the guys on the other continent who are warmongers yadda yadda" twist before AoT did.

Don't get me wrong. I still love AoT and I honestly think it did the twist better. Throughout the manga/anime the question of "what's beyond the walls?" is constantly made and teased. In Claymore, until Miria's explanation I didn't even consider the posibility of there being more continents because I didn't really care. I haven't finished Claymore so I'll hold on before making any more judgements. And just to be clear, I'm not calling Isayama a plagiarizer.

This honestly just makes me angry about the fact Claymore only got one single season that had a terrible anime original ending. It really makes me wonder where Claymore would be had it been given more opportunity.

Big ups my g I think after this, I'm gonna redo my masterlist and then finally move on to another baby daddy of mine (I'm fighting between Haganezuka and Eren.) Morning Person

A/N: This is a small thing that I whipped up after seeing this drawing on pintrest. This is my first writing post so I hope the errors aren't so bad.

"C'mon Kyo, you gotta get up." You shook your boyfriend gently as you whined. Today was a beautiful day and you wanted to make the most of it since Kyojuro finally had a day off. A deep, disgruntled groan left the large lump in the futon, blond hair with red tips peeking out from under the covers. "I don't get it, you're always a ball of energy! How on earth are you like this in the morning?!" 

You sighed loudly as the lump shuffled, trying to find a more comfortable position. A few low grumbles and whines errupted from the covers, a pitiful and indecipherable argument your boyfriend gave to you as his hand reached from under the bedding and fixed the sheets over his head. You watched silently as his body finally relaxed, a foot sticking out from the cocoon. "Kyojuro, today is so lovely out. Me and Senjuro wanna go fishing and we want you to tag along. C'moooon." You shook him again, this time more harshly but alas, he didn't budge. 

"I plan on bringing my sweet potato pie, and Senjuro is taking salt grilled bream with us as well. There's way too much food for the both of us to eat. But, we can always give the leftovers to your father..." You taunted, hoping that the mentions of his favorite food would stir the Flame Hashira. After a few pensive seconds, a loud sigh released from the futon, with the disheveled creature slowly sitting up. Kyojuro's tired eyes looked at you with his wild eyebrows furrowing and a slight frown on his face. His bright mane sticking out in all directions, some of it sticking to his face. "Are you finally gonna come with us?" You asked, hopefully. 

Kyojuro grunted, scratching his stomach. "Fine, in five minutes." He grumbled before harshly diving into the covers once more.

"Kyojuro!!"

General Dressing Habits: Tatsu mainly wears button-ups or crafts her own garments. She’s also one of the few female students of UA that doesn’t wear skirts. Not for any particular reason, just because she flat-out refused to. Her civilian wardrobe generally consists of sweaters, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and a single, vintage Godzilla sweatshirt gifted to her by Eijiro over the holidays. She’s seen sporting it from time to time.

Appearance: Tatsu is a young woman of greater-than-average height with a thick, muscular build— almost masculine— with broadened shoulders, a thick neck, and a pinched-in waist. Wild, ashen blonde hair covers most of her face, aside from her eyes (it’s been stated before that she regularly dyes it, and is naturally a smokey pink). Her eyes themselves are sharp and narrow, with black slit pupils akin to a cat’s. Her dragon-like body remains her most prominent feature: with thick grey scales, a pale grey underside, redwood-colored hornlets, and sharp teeth. A pair of grey horns towers over her head, adding a good foot or so in height. A long, spaded tail trails behind her as she walks, small hornlets going down it.

Quirk Info: Magma Chamber is a multi-purpose quirk that allows Tatsu to crank up her body temperature (100-2800°F) to any part of her body—most notably her stomach or hands—allowing her to consume large quantities of any mineral and regurgitate them in their melted state (rock, metal, glass, etc.). It isn’t very useful in combat but makes her a skilled flame worker and metalsmith. 

Overexertion of her quirk makes her prone to heat exhaustion. She travels lightweight to compensate.

Ingesting too much metal or rock in one sitting without properly passing it (she has to puke it back up) leads to constipation. As lame as it sounds, it’s painful. She can, however, digest smaller amounts of rock and metal just fine. 

Having the properties of a metal furnace, she can’t let her inner chamber go cold (long-term exposure to the cold, lack of proper diet and exercise, etc.) because if it burns out, it’s like cutting off the gasoline to a car; and your average metal furnace takes a while to reignite, so there’s a slim chance that she could die. 

Techniques:

Projectile: Tatsu doesn't have too many techniques, but projectile-vomiting molten rock/metal/glass is Tatsu’s primary attack. Attacks range between 8 meters (22.25 feet) and 12 meters (39.37 feet). Though she doesn’t actively aim to harm an opponent directly, it’s sure to startle an unsuspecting target. 

Ember Firsts: The ember is hotter than the flame itself, reaching up to 400°F. For close-up attacks, she’ll superheat the palms of her hands at breakneck speeds to burn through solid armor, sometimes burning the skin off opponents. 

Claws: Tatsu was gifted with defining traits akin to the dragons of myth: fire-resistant hyde, gnashing fangs, the whole nine yards. One of her favorite qualities is the curved, semi-retractable claws that dawn the end of each finger (2”-3” each). They’re thick and resilient to the elements, though they constantly fracture and break with time. Like avian claws, they constantly grow and need to be maintained daily. A single claw attack can leave ghastly wounds in flesh, fabric, and metal.

Tail: not so much an attack, but a long prehensile tool that allows her to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Thin but surprisingly muscular, akin to a snake’s body. It also acts as a whip in training.

Bite: The last resort in most situations and combat encounters. Coming in at a whopping 295 kilos(650psi), she could shred off limbs or cut into lethal arteries without even realizing it, so she keeps this attack to the bare minimum

Bulldozer: as stated before, Tatsu is crazy strong, resilient, and almost entirely fireproof. She’ll pick up her speed, lowering her head and pointing her horns forward. This can end in one of three ways: stab and/or knock out a target, ram straight through multiple solid surfaces, or completely miss and fall flat on her face.

Corona Pulse: Corona Pulse is Tatsu’s power distilled to its purest, most concentrated form. Her scales and entire surface area are artfully glowing, her internal and external body heat increasing to 6,190℉ (3420℃). In addition to this powerful heat increase, she can release 3-6 pulses of inhuman temperature, peaking at a groundbreaking 500,000℉ (277760℃). Attempting to perform too many of these thermal pulses in a row without pauses in between could result in rapid dehydration, heat stroke, nausea, explosive vomiting of molten materials, fatigue, and if she were to be especially careless, death.

Personal Info: Creative, competitive, opinionated, and fiercely intelligent; Tatsu is the youngest and only blood-related child of retired WWII Veteran Daisuke Soriddo and his three children. And like her father, inherited the Soriddo Family dragon esthetic and resting bitch face (Seriously, this brat barely cracks a genuine smile). 

But her stern, cold exterior hides a kind, fun-loving young lady. She cares deeply about the important folk in her life in a way that’s especially warm and sweet. But to others, she’s the kind of person that would dump a towel on your head after you got caught in the rain or offer a half-eaten sandwich after you forgot your lunch...all the while firmly reminding you that you are, in fact, an idiot. “Idiots don’t last long against villains, don’t expect me to stick my neck out fer ya. Hmph.”

She tries her best to come across as cool and content but inevitably fails in the end; her true, brash, and thrashy nature eventually shines through. But she keeps her better face around people she doesn't know too well.

Tatsu is a fan of hugs and hearty handshakes, all having remarked on her sturdy grip and her feverishly warm touch.

Despite her wild, carefree exterior, Tatsu has a fiery temper and will lash out at anyone who dares approach her on her off days. It takes a while for her to calm down, and it’s usually up to her classmates to comfort her.

Tatsu is one of the four lucky students to duel-enroll between classes: Her primary class being 2-H (support course), and her secondary being 2-A (hero course).

When driven to boredom, Tatsu snacks on what others would consider nonfoods: chalk, metal spikes, pencils, the corner of her desk, etc. Her classmates make sure to keep their personal supplies safely out of reach.

Tatsu has pica, a practice of craving and consuming nonfoods. But no worries, she doesn’t get sick from food-borne illnesses like normal people.

Tatsu is a hobbyist artist specializing in flameworking and cartooning. 

Her quirk often limits how long she can stay out on the battlefield; she prefers to work lightweight to compensate. 

Though mostly fire-resistant, she's more sensitive around her face, ears, and tail.
