Does it ever just hit you that canonically cas and dean are only ‘together’ in one universe. Like in every other universe cas is still following heavens orders blindly and dean is faithless. And even in the one universe where they together it still doesn’t work out because cas can’t admit that he loves dean to his face and dean can’t admit it to himself. And then when cas finally builds up the courage just the sheer act of admitting that he loves dean (not dean reciprocating), just the act of openly being in love with him is enough to cause his moment of true happiness so he can be sucked away from the only universe where this magical bond was even possible forever.

I just thought of something: during the lake scene, while Henry was spiraling into a panic attack, Alex was tracing his back.

(When I first watched it I thought "if he's gonna kiss his neck, his shoulder, or any part of his back, I will fucking combust")

I suddenly remembered that I read a lot of Malec (from shadowhunters) fanfics where Alec traces runes on Magnus, a love confession from his own culture.

So back to RWRB, what if Alex, so damn in love and trying to tell Henry that, wasn't mindlessly doodling, but he was actually writing "I love you", "Te Amo" on Henry's back, already confessing before his mouth can say the words?

... Well shit I just made myself sad.

not that i gnaw about cardboard about it, but i think a lot of people boil Jason down to "he only kills the really irredeemable people like the Joker" and that's just not how he operates at all... if you look at his fight with Black Mask, Jason takes out as many pawns, bishops, knights, and rooks as he can but he never kills the kingpin. And I think the disconnect here comes in that word 'irredeemable' and what a child watching his henchman father beat up his mother cemented into his worldview...

When someone tells Dylan ‘I love you’(platonically or romantically), he doesn’t reply with ‘I love you too’. He replies with ‘I love you more’ so he can not only show just how much he loves the person but also start an ongoing battle that he knows he’ll win because he’s stubborn and has more energy than the person he’s trying to one up.

okay this year i like reverted back to my elementary school girl self that thought the two screaming chipmunks should kiss and since it looked like they weren't going to, i did it myself and have now written 3 alvin and the chipmunks fanfics. and while naruhina will always be my home, it was really fun trying out new character dynamics.

*kicks down your door* It might seem like a plot hole that no one thought about the possibility of Dracula being invited into the asylum by Renfield (or any other patient) but actually it speaks to the way Renfield’s personhood is being denied mainly by Jack Seward, but also the rest of the crew in part through their reliance on Seward’s expertise. Which also ties into the way they have decided to shut out Mina at the very same time. It literally just did not occur to them that the patients living in the same building as them would have any claim to the residency that allows someone to grant the permission a vampire needs to enter a home. But of course the asylum is the patients’ home just as much as it is Jack’s! They live there! In short this fatal blow dealt to the heroes at this crucial juncture comes about through both their sexism and their ableism. Good night. *puts your door back on its hinges again and leaves*
