crazy how the sanshee plush is one of the few actual direct confirmations on what a non-act 2 Natsuki’s home life is like because of how cagey she is on literally everything. Like this isn’t anything surprising or something you wouldn’t be able to extrapolate from the games but unlike everything else we know about her the implications are right there on the tin.

Guy who’s been avoiding watching Doctor Who his entire life finally succumbs to peer pressure by no one but himself and turns into his most annoying version possible and makes it everybody else’s problem now for the foreseeable future (exaggerated for dramatic effect)

A FNaF game where you are the night guard in the Pizzaplex, and the antagonist is Michael Afton. He’s not trying to kill you or anything, you just have opposite goals (You like the animatronics and the Fazbear brand, he does not). He’s also trying to get you to quit or get fired.

Things are going wrong. Stuff is being stolen and vandalized. The animatronics are being tampered with, sometimes they’re vandalized too. Things never stay how you left them. You are starting to feel like someone has broken in, which is especially bad, because you’re a security guard. It’s your whole job to keep people out.

Your character will occasionally say how bad it smells in the room. Sometimes you remark that you’re being watched. There’s sometimes footsteps or scuffling noises in the background. If you look close enough in certain rooms, you can see the faint outline of a guy or two white dots in the darkness around the light from your flashlight. But you can’t find the source of whatever this is (he’s gotten too good at hiding).

Your character will become more aware that someone really is there throughout the game. You go from asking “Hello? Is someone here?” When something strange happens to saying “I know you did this!” To the darkness because you know he’s there. You can get more hostile towards him, if you’d like, calling him a twat or whatever. You could be nice to him, too. It doesn’t stop him, when you’re nice, because he seems to have some sort of goal (you couldn’t begin to guess what) but it’s not like he’s doing that much damage and he makes your job a little bit more fun.

You never see him, though. Other than the occasional glimpse of movement in the shadows or your flashlight’s glow reflecting off his eyes (that must be what it is, right?) he stays silent and hidden. That’s why you feel you can’t tell anyone, he’s clearly good at hiding and they wouldn’t find him. Plus, he’s annoying, but he doesn’t seem that harmful. (And maybe the darkness is just making you crazy. Maybe there really is nobody there)

But things are definitely going awry. For one, the animatronics are freaking out. They’re weird, almost hostile, towards you. The staffbots follow you around but don’t speak or offer you things, and it freaks you out a little (you can fight them, if you’d like, though it’s not really a fight and more just you beating them up. You could also try and incapacitate them or just try to ignore them). The Glamrocks are scary too, obviously. They chase you, grab you and jumpscare you. (One time though, it seems like one of them is actually going to kill you. It throws you to the floor and you cover your face with your hands. But instead of feeling the impact, there’s a strange noise. You open your eyes to see it incapacitated, and you can hear footsteps shuffling away. Huh.) Even Helpy begins demanding you quit, sometimes being friendly, “No amount of money is worth doing this job,” sometimes he’s meaner, “You’re going to quit or you’re going to die.” Whoever is in the shadows is definitely messing with them in some way.

One night, Helpy tells you, “Sorry, you are going to get fired.” And that night is horrible. Shit is breaking all the time, and the Glamrocks and Staffbots are all over the place, either destroyed or with completely ruined AI. You can’t stop it (maybe you should have been [nicer/meaner] to whoever is doing this) all you can do is try and undo as much damage as possible and tell whoever is there that you really need this job. He doesn’t listen.

When 6am rolls around, your boss arrives and you’re presented with a pink slip. He tells you that your behavior is unacceptable. You either made all this mess yourself or allowed someone else to do it and neglected your job. You’ve been nothing but unprofessional for the duration of your employment, anyway. The animatronics have clearly been tamped with by someone with some knowledge of how they work, not just some random vandal. You must have been messing with them for a while to learn how they worked and took it too far. And, adding insult to injury, tells you that you make every room you’re in smell like death. You don’t have anything to say to defend yourself, you definitely can’t blame a person hiding in the darkness who you didn’t report before and have never fully seen, so you just leave.

Bonus: Here’s an image I made last night at like 2am. It’s just one of the SB rooms but I make it darker and added the flashlight and some other things.

Anyway, sorry this post got so long and turned sort of into fanfiction. I had fun writing it, though. I was just thinking about the fact that Michael might still be kicking in Security Breach (again, hilarious. Also why is he barefoot? Put shoes on, Jesus Christ) and was like “Well, what if you had to play against him?” Because Michael making the lives of night guards harder is very ironic, even if he has good intentions. And it spiraled and turned into this. If you made it this far, wow thanks for reading <3

Thinking more about how Dusknoir uses his words to hurt Ribbons vs using physical brute strength on Aimilios.

It doesn’t matter how much of an act he put on infront of the Riolu. How he didn’t care or how it was all according to ‘plan.’ Aimilios easily spots that shit out— giving the ghost-type a look of just ‘We both know you’re lying.’ So, the cloaked Gripper has to settle on another method. Reaching, grabbing, maiming Aimilios as much as possible to make him scared. Strike fear into him. Something the aura pup isn’t used to because he was basically a sheltered dog before he joined the guild, and learned out to fight. And seeing how certain Pokémon and outlaws fought and went for the killing blow terrified him. So you can only imagine how petrified he was during physical confrontations with a 7ft ghost-type. Gripping the life out of him.

And with Ribbons, she’s used to fighting like her life depends on it. Amnesia or not, that part of her never went away. It’s why she’s able to dodge and fight skillfully despite being dubbed as a small, tiny runt of an eevee. And why she’s the one screeching and biting Dusknoir like no tomorrow when he grabs her partner again during the Stoneship fight without hesitation. Physical strength doesn’t scare her. It means nothing after living in such a harsh future.

That being said, the point where Dusknoir realizes this— he begins ripping into her during their first confrontation near the portal with Primal Dialga a few feet away is what shatters her. Being regarded as one of the most easily manipulated Pokémon Dusknoir had the honor of dealing with, and how easy it was to get her to turn on her grass-type brother. And such a delightful show it was to behold. It was laughable how even her own partner was somewhat onto the ghost-type. But her? He practically had the Eevee wrapped around his finger. And it’s the first time Aimilios witnesses her terrified. Scared. And why he gets in-front of Ribbons and yells at Dusknoir with an aura strong enough to shut him the hell up. Fists clenched as he shielded his partner from the wraith’s words.

actually I think that neil josten is very smart. he’s quick, clever, and a MATH nerd. he’s a polyglot! he keeps decently good grades despite having a VERY unstable schooling. he knows how to manipulate people to get information/people to do what he wants. he’s incredibly observant and is able to predict what the people around him are going to do. he’s so so smart

Concept: Vanessa gets assigned to do one of those “research your parent(s) job” kind of projects and instead of doing the logical thing by. You know. Picking her mom. She decides to do her project on her dad instead. Cue Vanessa showing up to class with video footage of her “evil” scientist dad showing off one of his cool inventions only to get his ass handed to him two minutes later by a VERY good looking teal-haired man in a crisp vest and tie. And everyone in class is like okay wait hold on forget your dad Vanessa who is THAT 👀 and she panics and says “Oh Perry? Heeee’s. My dad’s boyfriend?” and everyone is like wait WHAT??? So we have half the class questioning why her dad’s boyfriend is beating him up (with love!! With love.) and the other half being like that’s sus actually I’ve met your dad and he’s kinda,, anyway what I’m saying is that I don’t think he could be dating someone that attractive. And obviously that makes Vanessa angry so instead of telling the truth she’s like. No no fr they’re dating they have been for years they’re just like this. Perry cares about my dad a lot (which is not a lie at all actually).

So basically this all snowballs into Vanessa trying to prove that her dad is dating the hot secret agent who is also his nemesis (?) which turns out to be not so difficult at all because Doof and Perry are just. Well you know how they are. You really don’t have to dig deep to find the weird romantic tension between them. Which leads to her classmates being like YEAH VANESSA your dad can get it!! And she’s like um gross but also yes you are correct. He deserves this. And by this I mean Perry

You know, when I go on instagram and read comments about Logan (idk why I do that it’s safer on tumblr for the most part), they always say he was a shit driver but it’s like…none of them want to acknowledge the fact that he was driving a SHITTY car made with parts from the previous year, making it heavier AND he didn’t have the same upgrades as Alex. He was making the best of a shitty situation. I don’t think anybody could have done better than him in that car, honestly. But it’s always easier to blame the driver rather than blame the team, right?
