Jokes aside, I only have dialogue to do which means it’ll be live on patreon within the next few days depending on how classwork + new job training/scheduling goes (I finally got a job after a painful 5-6 months qwp) and the comic update currently in there is freed from its shackles and released to the wild, with this one shortly following. I’m VERY freaking excited because this last comic’s quality destroyed my wrist, but looks incredible,,,,,,,

After these it’s the finale animatic and then some slice of life stuff before the Noe arc cuz I need a break, the Noe arc will be similar quality and…. I need a beat before I tackle this again XD

Anywho I’ve done nothing, but this comic/comms for ages now and I’m looking forward to some artistic freedom ;D!!! Meaning I’m gonna close comms for a bit and instead will put up a wait list. I’m in love with it. The art style is amazing but the story is rich and real. And I swear every time I turn a page I’m suddenly hit with the most SCRUMPTIOUS art of a specific character and I’m left like 🫠

How’s life been treating you lately? As for me, I’ve got a major update! Ready? Okay, here we go…

I got a house, my first (2-room) apartment! 🥳

After having lived for a whopping ten(!) years in this current dump, I’m finally freeeeeee!!! 🥹

Alright, now that that’s out of the way, a more important message. 😇 Yesterday evening, I stumbled upon a new Japanese BL on Netflix. And honestly, I think it’s right up your alley. It’s called Love Is a Poison, a really goofy drama about an introvert lawyer and a conman extravert that form an unlikely kinship to help victims of injustice. So far, not very significant, HOWEVER! I am absolutely convinced that it has very strong aromantic undertones. Which can specifically been seen in the colour tones of specific scenes. (So far I’ve spotted both aro and aroace colour schemes in the background. I’d love to see @respectthepetty do a colour analysis on that, but I digress… 😅)

But I also observed in the way the main characters act around each other. The way the lawyer type seems to be completely unfamiliar with the notion of romantic love as well as sexual attraction. (I’d headcanon him as aroace.) Whereas the conman seems to have more trouble with sincere affection as well as romantic feelings. (He’d be more of an arospec to me… 🤔)

Anyway, I thought it was amazing and immediately thought of you. 😊 Gotta go now, leave the train.

As mentioned on there, I'll be writing an epilogue for TTSD eventually, but don't expect it anytime soon. I have other postal fics to write (I must return to my oneshot roots)

I also say it over there but thank everyone who read this fic I rlly do appreciate all of you and your support was my primary motivation to keep this fic on its wheels (along with my undying love for dude lol). If you haven't read the fic yet or my DIDude series in general, please consider checking it out! At some point I will make a post for DIDude with links to the series and a brief summary of the plot, but idk when that'll be. I'm also gonna go back and revamp the old fics at some point but that won't be for a good long while, at least until I've finished the main plot (there's about five-six fics I still need to write LOL!)

sorry it’s been a month since my last update, im torn between regular updates or just posting when i shift lmfaooo.

anyway, to update yall the last month has been so hectic and i hadnt been trying to shift at all. im in my final semester of uni ever and had all these assignments due at the same time so to say it has been a stressful couple of weeks is a huge understatement - not to mention how totally fucked my sleep schedule was because id be staying up till 3-4am, pulling all nighters sometimes and literally not even dreaming bc i was so stressed. anyway, i handed in my final assignment last night so im freeeeeee

this past week i have actively been trying to shift every night. i don’t really do any specific method, i just visualise my surroundings being where ill wake up in my DR and then try to go to sleep with that in mind although sometimes it keeps me awake because i stress about whether itll be the last thing i think about before sleeping - dont do this lol. something i’ve learnt from these attempts is that im placing my focus on trying to shift and making sure i wake up in my dr and not cr when i should just be focusing on the fact that im already there ! not worrying about the future, just focusing on the present moment and what im experiencing in imagination, because as we all know, imagination is the true reality, so, according to this logic that means when i am attempting to shift i am actually shifting, even though my senses may say otherwise.

something i really try to do in my attempts is connect to smell and touch. i visualise myself walking through my dorm and touching everything and then try to smell vanilla or something strong.

something i also need to remember is that symptoms are not a sign of shifting and i can shift without getting any symptoms. in fact, im convinced symptoms only occur the first few times and then because we get used to it, we dont get them anymore. i saw someone on twitter saying that they dont get symptoms at all when they shift and apparently no symptoms means your third eye is open ?? idk but sounds right to me. also im still shifting to my slytherin boys uni dr heheh
