Daylight is all blue toned because of the colour of the sky, then the sky on Gallifrey is red, meaning it'd have a much warmer hue.

I wonder if there was an adjustment period to it when the Doctor first came to Earth.

Or if Time Lords have a better perception of red because in Gallifrey it's everywhere.

I wonder if, after the war, the Doctor watches the Earth's blue sky, knowing he'll only ever catch glimpses of it again in the sunset

Im having some cursed thoughts but in regards to the 101st loop specifically

Like if you think about it at least with the current union it'd probably take a hot second for most of them to notice. Like Void, Shen, and Rip etc all have pretty specific conditions for their abilities to manifest so they'd probably only notice if they had been doing it pre loss.

Nico is obviously totally uneffected considering his hasnt manifested yet, so he'd probably be the same in a fight still.

On the other hand people like Tella, Phil, Sean etc would probably notice pretty quickly. Mostly because theirs is always active/have very simple activation terms. Like Sean would probably be made aware the second he closed his eyes and people still saw him.

But you also have to take into account whether or not its retroactive, like Feng wouldnt be effected at all UNLESS he started rapidly aging to cancel out the years he didnt age.

In terms of still fighting Uma I'd have to assume a good chunk of them would be pretty fucked but otherwise most of them had previous fighting experience they were mostly aided by their abilities.

Saying they didn't have to fight the Uma immediantly post power loss I'd say they'd probably be even more fine. Like Creed, Void, Billy, Tella, Fuuko, Yusai, Shen, and Isshin (Honourary Feng) all have battle experience. And like I said earlier Nico isn't effected at all in this time loop. The rest of them it's complicated... especially considering Phil.
