Islamic values are NOT compatible with Western values. The freedom and safety of women are at risk. Women are losing their rights. If your culture endorses this, then fuck it and fuck you too. Europe needs changes or we're fucked up.

Cw: child death, racism (particularly islamophobia)
The last couple of days have seen multiple full blown fascist riots in the UK and we're likely to see more over the weekend.
On Monday there was a horrific incident where a 17 year old attacked a dance school in Southport, killing three children and injuring many more. Because of the attacker's age his name has not been released, however the far right quickly started circulating a made up name and said the attacker was Muslim and an immigrant.
On Tuesday, when a vigil was being held in the town for the victims, fascists travelled to Southport and started a riot, centering around attacking a mosque. I really don't have words for how disgusting it is to use the death of children to further their violently racist agenda and take all of this out on a grieving town.
Following this there were multiple fascist riots on Wednesday, the largest of which being in London and Hartlepool. These involved further attacks on mosques, surrounding hotels where asylum seekers were being housed, and attacking brown and black people on the street and in their homes.
There are plans by the far right to hold multiple further rallies over the next few days, I've seen particular mention of Liverpool tomorrow (Friday) and Middlesbrough on Sunday, but I think it's likely we'll see violence across the UK.
There is also a huge demo for Palestine organised for Saturday which involves action across the country and with a march in London, and quite frankly I will be shocked if the fash don't try to disrupt that in any way, so just be prepared that there is a heightened risk of violence.
Overall in response to the riots there's been a lot of talk about the spread of misinformation and how that needs to be tackled, and while this is true it doesn't address the fact that the majority of these fascists really don't care. Even if the attacker had been Muslim or had been an immigrant, that doesn't give anyone the right to try and attack every Muslim and immigrant in the country. This couldn't have and hasn't been stopped by correcting a bit of misinformation, this is about decades of deeply racist islamophobic and anti-immigrant rhetoric baked into the core of the UK and reinforced constantly by the media and politicians across the spectrum as ""legitimate concerns"".
Right now we need community support more than ever. Organise, protect your local Muslim communities, and of course stay safe.
Edit: while I was writing this post the name of the attacker was released as Axel Rudakubana. As I have already said the fash do not care, and islamaphobic and anti-immigrant violence will almost definitely continue, however there will now likely also be an increase in anti-black violence and we need to be prepared for that.
2nd edit: check my reblogs for more info on specific places they're planning to target

Anti Immigration Protests In UK Spreads As Elon Musk Warns “Civil War Is Inevitable”
European countries on the front lines, such as Greece and Italy, have been overwhelmed with migrants over the years due to failed open-border policies facilitated by radical leftist politicians.

So sad to hear the news about the Southport terrorist attack (even though the media persists on not calling it a terrorist attack).
It's even worse, knowing that one of the girls that died was portuguese. My heart goes to Alice's family and friends, as well to the relatives of all the victims and the people in critical condition at the hospital, fighting for their lives.
Of course the media persists in hiding the identity of the murderer, but everyone already knows who he is. The more they try to hide and protect those individuals, the more the people look for the answers by their own means.
People who don't conform to European culture, don't belong in Europe.
It's not Europe's fault, as some like to portrait. And it's not racism or xenophobia. It's facts.
May God have mercy on their souls. May they rest in His embrace.
🕊🤍

they take situations and use them to fit their narrative about "immigrants ruining Ireland"
they are using heinous crimes as an excuse for their fucking bigotry
fuck you and fuck your racist bullshit.

stay safe to all right now, especially Muslims. We are getting dragged out of cars and homes, being set on fire, acid attacks, physical assault like pulling off hijab or niqab, being told we are oppressed as women & the white man will save us.
stay safe❤️🤲🏽

Irish history podcast
I've seen my fair share of people who just don't seem to understand the reasons behind Irish people's general disliking of England/Britain. Many people don't even understand that Irish and English people are not the same (thinking back to that Cillian Murphy interview where the interviewer kept insisting that Irish and English are basically the same identities).
While I want to make a more in-depth post about some of the reasons for the Irish disliking of England, I want to leave an enlightening podcast episode linked below. I've been listening to this podcast, which is written, narrated, and produced by Fin Dwyer, for many months now and I've deeply enjoyed the content. This particular episode, titled "Anti-Irish Racism in 1930s Britain", was just released today and it provides a very surface level introduction to some of the discrimination that Irish people have faced at the hands of British (and Scottish) people within England and Scotland.

UK riots getting worse: footage
Since the Southport stabbing attack that killed several children, violent anti-migrant and anti-local mayhem has swept the UK.
Riots have been raging in the UK in recent days, leaving the new government to contend with the worst unrest in a decade. The last time the country faced social unrest on this scale was in 2011, when the fatal police shooting of a Black British man in north London led to protests that turned into days of rioting in the capital.
Police officers were injured in Plymouth on Monday night as angry mobs descended on the coastal city in south-west England. The latest outbreak of violence came after mobs of campaigners set fire to hotels housing asylum seekers in two cities over the weekend.
On Monday morning, Prime Minister Keir Starmer held his first COBRA session, an emergency meeting of national agencies and branches of government, to discuss the response to the unrest.
This is not protest. It is organised, violent thuggery and it has no place on our streets, or online.
What happened
Throughout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, violent protesters gathered in town and city centres across the UK. Many of them presumably intended to clash with police and cause chaos. The gatherings may have started as anti-immigration marches organised on social media platforms, but they quickly escalated into riots and violence, according to CNN.
Protesters set fire to two Holiday Inn hotels in the town of Rotherham in the north of England and Tamworth, central England, which were believed to be housing asylum seekers awaiting a decision on their claims. At the time, the hotel in Rotherham was “full of terrified tenants and staff”, according to South Yorkshire Police Assistant Chief Constable Lindsey Butterfield.
In Tamworth, rioters threw objects, smashed windows, and started fires, injuring one police officer, according to local authorities. In Rotherham, they threw wooden planks, used fire extinguishers against officers, set fire to items outside a hotel, and smashed windows to gain entry to the building, police reported.
Violence also took place in Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Stoke-on-Trent, and several other towns, mainly in the Midlands and the north of England. The Home Office stated on Sunday that mosques in the United Kingdom had been given “greater protection with new emergency security.”
Many suspects had yet to be identified, with authorities vowing to use facial recognition and other technology to track them, Starmer said.
People in this country have a right to be safe and yet, we’ve seen Muslim communities targeted, attacks on mosques, other minority communities singled out, Nazi salutes in the street, attacks on the police, wanton violence alongside racist rhetoric.
Chaos without winners
The violence was directly triggered by the stabbing of several children in Southport, in the north-west of England, earlier this week. As a result, three girls were killed and the country descended into chaos.
National-oriented forces seized on the incident and spread a wave of misinformation, including false claims that the alleged attacker was an immigrant, to mobilise anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant protests. However, police say the suspect was born in the UK.
Against the backdrop of ongoing ethnic clashes, Prime Minister Starmer announced future tough measures against White rioters. He said a separate “army” would be created from parts of the police force to deal specifically with anti-migrant sentiment.
A joint view was expressed by the head of Bolton’s Muslim community. He revealed that he felt Britain could not exist without migrants and therefore they needed to show their influence in society. He also thanked the police and the state for helping migrants to stand up for their rights.
Developments show that the new UK government has chosen a course of suppressing its population and fragmenting the country into warring communities. Starmer, whose party recently defeated former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives, faced the first consequences of an unmanaged migration policy.
Now the arrivals, under the pretext of asserting their rights, are also smashing shops and harassing the local population. In such a situation, it is almost impossible to discern who is to blame for the current turmoil. One thing is clear: the government must take measures to protect its citizens, otherwise the snowball of violence will be unstoppable.

Seriously, y'all need to stop defending misogynistic men just because they’re not white and/or come from non-Christian cultures.
Being part of a group that is discriminated against does not mean that you can't discriminate against and harm others who are even more vulnerable than you.
Non-white men experience racism. Non-white women experience racism AND misogyny, from BOTH white and non-white men. White women experience misogyny from white AND non-white men.
Just because you're a man who's not white it doesn't automatically make you an innocent victim. You're an oppressor too.

Tbh I'm absolutely shocked to my core about these riots. Im ashamed to be irish atm. However, this is the reality of Dublin right now. Racism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence; all have been on the rise.
This is Ireland. We cannot and will not ignore the racism that reared its head today. We have a responsibility to protect all of our nation, including minorities. Ireland is for all.
These facists can eat shit. They are not welcome in my Ireland.

I will talk until all immigrants are back to their own country. I do bc our women is suffering due to immigrant men. All of them came from muslim countries they do not know how to act around women who do not cover. My own citizens can’t swim bc they are harassing them for wearing bikini. They do not take their trash, leave everything behind. Our beaches and parks are filled with trash “thanks” to them.
Our taxes are literally going to them, they take more money when they have more kids, this lead them having 9 kids. Obgyn schedules are full with immigrant women that our women can’t find time to get checked.
Immigrant kids are harassing our kids and physically abuse them. One of them killed his teacher for not speaking “arabic”.
They sell their products and do not pay tax, they are selling with low prices and destroying our own small business. I do not even mention the “other products” they sell.
They do not bring cultural diversity. They are not respecting our culture, our rules. They are eating our tax money and being disrespectful. They can’t fit to any country bc they are not open to learn anything.
They are screaming for sheria while they all run from sheria. They are trying to change our secular regime. If they want that they should return to their country.
Why we have to care for people who run away from war while my ancestors fought for our land.
I am just so sad bc government does nothing and i am scared for my citizens and my countries well being. I am just so tired of worrying about the change in our society due to immigration.
I want every immigrant go back to their country and we should not get more people.
If I can’t live in my own country happily no one has right to do that.

Imagine paying a lot of money on tuition just to go to university and when you get there you see this... I would turn around and wonder why I am wasting my money. No classes, no group for intellectual debate, just screams and pointless activism. And this is extending to Europe.
My heart goes to the people who are actually struggling at the hands of Hamas, including both palestinian israeli people. Seeing university students, who should be the most intellectual beings in society play the political game of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood just makes me sad. Go to Palestine and make yourself useful. And the growing hate of jewish people reminds me of a certain period in time....
God save Europe and safely being home the hostages.
