So what were your overall thoughts on the episode? Were the Pomni and Gangle interactions what you were hoping for?

HONESTLY it wasn't what I expected and I think what we got was even better

When Pomni and Gangle have that moment outside the restaurant, it was framed as though it was gonna be another heart-to-heart scene (even Pomni's like, oh here we go again), it was completely rejected by Gangle. She REFUSED to have that conversation. She refused to share how she felt and acknowledge the emotional turmoil she's experiencing. Outright putting her mask back on and walking away when Pomni was open to talking about what's going on.

Instead of that, we got something a lot more subtle but meaningful. Gangle wasn't going to talk to her about her issues, and Pomni understood that. So instead of directly discussing what was wrong, she offered to close up the restaurant and let Gangle leave early. Pomni also snapped Gangle out of her spiral and grounded her back to reality. Pomni saved her in that moment, just by doing something kind for her.

one trick I use during art block is I get a big thing of colour palettes and a number generator

I've done it both where I draw a character based off what I get, or pick a character beforehand and use whatever palette I get, even if it doesn't fit

What are some Pomni & Gangle headcanons you have?

YOU DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS QUESTION-

But yeah, I have some headcanons

First one is that Pomni likes to borrow Gangle's anime hoodie even tho it's twice her size

Second one is that these two LOVE to cuddle with eachother (and would usually give eachother kisses on the cheek and/or forehead EEEHEHEHE <333333)

Third one is that they have little drawing dates where Gangle teaches Pomni some art techniques and stuff, but they would sometimes watch anime in the middle of them bcuz Gangle gets distracted easily (man I have to do a comic about this someday)

Fourth is that uhhhhhhh Gangle likes to hold Pomni in her lap and play with her LITTLE hands like a mom does with a baby (I really hope you can visualize that or else I'm being weird 😭)

Yk that Gangle and Pomni sit next to eachother when they eat at the table, right? Well I have a headcanons that they would sometimes feed eachother AHHHH <333

Do you and kinger ever play chess together? Have you tried teaching the other circusmates how to play? I bet Jax is a real pain to play with.

Well I have tried to play chess with the others, I’ll tell you how it went

Jax - Got bored as soon as I set it up, we didn’t even begin to play…but he sat through me telling him the rules

Ragatha - She loved it, I taught her how to play and she picked it up quickly

Gangle - She was ok with it, she got confused but she especially liked the pieces, she even made sketches of the pieces but as people in the circus, I was the Queen, Kinger was the King, obviously, Jax and Zooble were the knights, Gangle and Ragatha were the rooks, Bubble and Caine were the bishops, and Kaufmo was a pawn, but I remember after meeting Pomni, Gangle made Pomni a pawn instead

Zooble - They liked it, they understood it well and they liked the game, but it was frustrating for them at times

Kaufmo - I never was able to play with him, he never seemed to be wanting to do much

Caine - He played but would leave not even 10 minutes in, he always had other things to do

Bubble - Bubble kinda just…ate the pieces…

And as for Kinger, well…he would often forget how to play but I was able to get little figure insects that worked like chess pieces and he was able to remember over time
