How else would I get skinny? I’ve already stopped eating. I’m so awkward I go to the gym and I just don’t know what to do. I treadmill on incline for like 30 mins, overthink and then leave 😭 I need to go with someone who knows what they are doing so I can learn and get fit.

If you're just trying to lose weight, the only true method is a calorie deficient diet. NOT starving yourself. You'll gain more weight of you do that.

Eating is good. Eat lots of food, just eat healthy, low calorie food until you get to where you want.

Working out does help, but only accounts to about 10% of your daily calories burned. If you want to increase your body's metabolic rate, increase muscle mass.
