i think princess natasha was prob aol's most successful cartoon they had:

it had 1 dvd release, a gba game and a ds game, aired on tv (on cartoon network) a fashion doll, (which may or may not have actually released.) a plushie doll, (which u could get through a special edition of the gba/ds game) a 4 issue comic book series (by dc) and som chapter books,

4 being a flash animated web cartoon from 2003 to 2006 on aol. it did pretty well.

The kickstarter for a documentary about my dad's life and artwork is now live! His name was Kent Melton and he was a sculptor for Disney, Dreamworks, Laika, Hanna-Barbera, and many other studios over the years. It's being put together by a friend of his, Maria, who worked with him at Laika!

On this day in 1936, the last known thylacine (Thylacinus cynocephalus) died at the Hobart Zoo in Tasmania. The animal’s passing marked the extinction of its species. Also known as the “Tasmanian wolf,” the thylacine was Australia’s largest marsupial predator. It sported a dog-like form, with distinctive stripes, and a jaw that could open up to 80 degrees—one of the largest gapes of any mammal.

The thylacine fed primarily on small mammals and birds. Nocturnal and shy, it was seldom seen by humans. However, beginning in the 19th century, settlers believed the animals threatened their livestock and, spurred on by a bounty offered by the government, hunted them relentlessly. Attempts at protecting the species in the wild came too late: Despite numerous unconfirmed reports of sightings in recent decades, no definitive sightings have occurred since the 1930s.

i think its interesting that aol (yee that aol) tried 2 make som cartoons 4 the kids section of aol. kol,

princess natasha: student, secret agent, princess (by larry schwartz, who also did kappa mikey, team toon, three delivery and ellens acres) which has som lost episodes but its pretty good imo. (im surprised it got a gba game,)

there was also super gliders, also made by animation collective, which has only 1 episode found,

another show animation collective did was skwod, (also created by larry schwartz,) which is completely lost media aside from the intro and a bit of the episode van skwod,

and pilars adventures, it was made 4 the kol jr website, (which other than a very shakey lq recording of the first episode and the flash games made for it, it is completely lost media)

it pucks that aols cartoons r lost media.

give me a damian and tim who act like they hate each other but they’re just constantly on the same wavelength

they’re not allowed to patrol together cause criminals start ending up even more traumatized than before. tim makes the plans and damian executes them FLAWLESSLY

their missions together end with a blown up building, a flawlessly completed mission (even with said blown up building), damian with a new stray, and tim with a new criminal connection. also with damian trying to stab tim who’s paying for their ice cream instead of going back to the cave for their report
