I feel as if people mistake Mithrun's lack of desire as a lack of emotion? I'm sure he feels emotion. He just feels no drive to show it. it's like how he feels hunger still like, as a base need but feels no drive to satiate it. in fact, I feel a better thought was Mithun feeling an emotion that's more complex for someone and not having a need to explore that, so he never elaborates on it. it's not that he's unaware, or unfeeling, or dumb. he just feels no need to acknowledge anything that doesn't relate to his goals 90% of the time we see him.

Tigran: launching into a story about a time when he was 7 and watched a guy get eaten alive by dogs, completely unprompted and unnervingly blasé about the whole thing.

Etsushir: not listening, warming his hands over the nightly allotment of yams, smoking.

Palo: this is the tenth time he's heard this story, not listening, wondering whether Etsushir is smoking tobacco and where the hell he got it and can he have some?

vacation sketches!! i HAVE been working on digital stuff, but its gonna be a while before any of it is posted bc its mostly Big Projects!!

the silt verses sketches were partly drawn on early morning walks to the beach (listening to tsv of course), and the others are observational sketches of taxidermy/model animals in a museum, drawn while listening to the podcast travelling light as a balm to the damaged psyche tsv left me with <3
