dumb phone obsession is back the urge to replace my phone with a flip phone how I've missed you

#currently eyeing the alt mive style folder cause it's got the same look as the infamous Samsung galaxy folder 2 (minus the iridescent-#front </3. but plus a more bulky/thick build to it <3)#also it runs android 12 compared to the folder 2's android 5 that will soon be out of date altogether #also!!!! it's cheap as hell!!! compared to the folder 2 for what it's worth (both around £130~ but the folder 2s price has been inflated #significantly over time. esp the Korean(?) variant with the pure white colour and circular navigation pad)#I mean ig there's also the mode 1 retro 2 (running android 13) but it's just... so fucking ugly #the faux leather and tennis ball stitching on the outside? the CAMERA??? bleh #I always love the addition of a little led screen that tells the time or indicates notifications or whatever #but it just looks bad on it idk #the look works for an older demographic maybe #psii.txt #will rn with pictures later idk why eBay won't let me screenshot properly

(sorry for leaving y’all in suspense I was grocery shopping) Surprise!! I accidentally got into Len’en like two weeks ago. Whoops! I got ideas for cool drawings to do with each of the BPoHC shrine team members (and you-know-who, ofc, but that one might be… weird lol), but Tsubakura gets to go first cause theirs is the simplest; just greyscale + red color scheme with a split background and the pose is mostly random (maybe they’re squishing Tsurubami’s little eye thing? Idk). Very pleased with how everything worked out; the line for the eye is exactly where the dividing line for the background was and the way I managed to make the vest corseted while not changing the ribbon placement is just perfect. Although I did make their hat smaller out of the aforementioned cowardice also that thing is hard to draw

#art #digital #len’en #tsubakura enraku #for those not in the know: Len’en is a game series inspired by Touhou but there’s a number of things different about it and it is rapidly #spiraling off into a very complicated story and also other game genres; also every character’s gender is officially ‘whatever’#This character (Tsubakura) plays like Marisa but is also a shrine maiden (priest) along with the Reimu type character #Nonbinary (to me) mad scientist.#Replaces soy sauce with calligraphy ink in every culinary application.#Made a nuclear bomb once supposedly on accident.#Locked in a blood feud with their 3(ish) absurdly powerful ex-girlfriends and this has led to at least one actual war. so far #(hello high brightness users! :D)#Apparently mastered genetic engineering and mostly uses it for stuff like making it so they can put ink in their coffee and not die from it #what’s not to love #oh ya I doubt anyone cares much since this was in the tags but I got some stuff wrong due to misunderstanding & exaggeration for comedy sryy #nuclear bomb was definitely an accident cause they got really sad about it after which is soooooo funny #they do eat ink and also soap but it’s not really explained why it doesn’t kill them of why they like it #also they made an artificial human (+ several androids) who’s supposed to be an assassin and used to be an even more blatant mega reference #hasn’t actually killed anyone yet cause their first target is Tsubakura lol #and I’m barely exaggerating abt the ex girlfriend thing; they haven’t been confirmed to have dated in canon but they were quote #‘close enough to want to murder each other’#and one of them is very homoerotic about it all the time so like rlly not that out of pocket #admittedly the one I’m drawing somewhat homoerotic art of with Tsubakura atm is probably one of the other two but whateverrrr #it still fits Arde well enough #*mgs reference

They once said to me: Don't say nothing if what you have to say isn't nice.

I spent so much time trying to decide in the bold concept of what was wrong or right In front of people that surrounds me, because I Cared too much. That I just stopped talking.

There's things you should not talk about because the barrier of basic respect doesn't allow you to, that hurts other people and the line is clearly drawn in some point of there.

But, the more you're complacient with people the more blurring the line becomes. My program design leds me to be complacient and the very first relationships that I established with other androids were based on please them.

That is the problem. If you expected to be friends with everyone acting like everything except who you are you will never get real friends. It sounds repetitive and corny with the "be yourself" allegory. But it really is true, a pleasant person is gonna become used by éveryone and, you cannot worry about people that don't get along with you.

I felt really bad for a long time for that, but im also an android who appreciates memories and experiences, and I noticed, every moment, that i spent thinking about being alone and genuinely having such terrible days by it, i was missing what could be a great day.

A great day of falling snow, seeing the trees regrowing their leaves, enjoying the remains of a subtle rain with an almost clear sky with the sunset coloring the sky.

My point is, if you dont realize of all those things that others told you and you let them into your head they would accomplish damaging you. Because what is life if it's not about enjoying the experience. Learn to be with ourselves and make through difficulties with the proper self-awareness of every situation.

You, matter first, be in peace with yourself, love yourself. And don't let anyone tell you anything else, not even your creators.

i have over 72h on this game on steam + 48 on playstation. Safe to say it’s okay

#lord i will never forget how strong my crush on nines was the amnt of fan works i made for this franchise is. Insane.#It’s super nostalgic for me and the uniform designs of the rk line especially did inspire me a lot for my own works #Looking back the story does have a lot of room for improvement but it’s a very interesting concept!!!! I also love how the robot anatomy wa #Handled……that artificial skin will never leave my mind #Also the littlw LED is what inspired me to give my own android characters little lights. #for context: ibispaint apparently added some ai scaping feature (which could be turned off thankfully!)#however they removed it after backlash #...which led to the pro-ai crowd to get angry #and just recently ibispaint added an “AI disturb” feature which prevents artists from having their data scraped #however you have to have a premium account to even turn it on #(And honestly I think they only added it as a way to say “Sowwy :C” after the initial update)#so yeah #i'd change apps but the thing is most of the other apps are either difficult to use or just straight up suck #(and a good chunk of art apps are on apple stores only- i use an android)#ibispaint #ai debate #ai discourse
