#does anyone else with endo ever feel like#how do I describe this#like your insides are all stuck together#I know that might sound insane#but like certain movements make everything hurt at once#like my bladder with hurt#my ovaries will hirt#and even my intensities/bowel symptoms get aggravated#same with a full bladder#I get super bloated and it hurts everything else inside and then it triggers the bowel symptoms too??#like wth#I have very specific ways I need to rest my body#because so many positions hurt my abdomen#it’s just so odd#omg#forgive the MANY typos#lol#having a full bladder is especially weird#like my entire lower abdomen looks distended#it gets all tight feeling#lots of weird ‘pulling’ sensations#idk#and then if an ovarian cyst happens#it’s soooo much worse#you have that gross feeling like there’s a literal water balloon in there

it is genuinely crazy how little doctors tell u abt procedures before they do them, it should be explained wtf something is before they do it like ask if the patient actually knows what x procedure entails and what it will be like before subjecting them to it

went back and deleted the typo filled posts i made and just realized i let fucking kidney stone pain simmer for 6hrs...which is probably why my pulse and blood pressure were through the fucking roof by the time i got someone to take me to urgent care.
#SIX HOURS if not longer#six between the time it started and when i left work...technically closer to 10-12 if you count it as a whole#guy ignores agonizing pain that makes him physically ill for hours! what happens next may surprise you/#it was like 150/120bp and like 138bpm pulse#seriously thought i was going to pass out it was that bad#and i walk off fucking ovarian cysts bursting w tylenol?#so if i think it's That Bad im combusting#tylenol did nothing but ibuprofen really helped (for now bc i feel like that jinxes it)

Guys I'm deeply worried about having another cyst and it rupturing when I'm at school or work or gods forbid when I'm driving... does the body have like a reset time or something? I had one for the first time at the beginning of the month but I'm having slight pains again in the Same Area as before and idk if I'm overthinking because it was So recent or if I actually have another cyst on the same side of my ovaries so soon after the first one

well friends I have officially joined the Chronic Pain Club, it’s not great to be here, there’s a chance it’s only temporary but my gut says ‘hmm many doubts’ and I won’t really know for a couple of weeks anyway until my doctors appointment. So. Been navigating that for four days and well we’re navigating at least
#there’s some sort of apollo prophecy dodgeball meme joke here#re me being close to many people w/ chronic pain/illness and being a strong empath#and already using spoon theory periodically for the mental health shite#‘ha ha wow this is so useful I’m glad spoonies consider mental health strugglers part of this too!’ and then I need you to imagine#that very specific TUNK sound a dodgeball makes#those thoughts have been living in my brain this weekend. anyway#mark and di if you happen to see this. TUNK (the dodgeball sound)#maybe it’s more irony than prophecy but as I said the thoughts have been there#I went to urgent care then the er thurs night because I spent an entire workday and over 8 hrs in severe abd pain#and it started on the lower right side so of course worried about appendix/gallbladder/etc#urgent care said yeah go to the er cause no matter what you need diagnostic imaging#and they asked have you ever had ovarian cysts I said no but my mom has (there’s thoughts it can be genetic)#do an ultrasound and sure enough I’ve got em!#and doing some reading up after the fact ‘most are asymptomatic and go away on their own!’ I was like well fuck#I mean that’s great but I’ve already failed the requirements I had STRONG symptoms#ibuprofen didn’t do a thing for the pain. until yesterday the hydrocodone they prescribed was all that would#yesterday experimented with three ibuprofen and that does help thankfully#so yeah needless to say I’m not very optimistic this is a ‘goes away on it’s own’ kinda cyst#but my obgyn is really booked and even squeezing me in/getting me in sooner is two weeks away#which is okay I get it healthcare is a mess#but yeah that means chronic pain for the foreseeable future#¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it is what it is#we’re navigating at least that’s all I can ask for#very glad I have today off because it was a very eventful weekend and I need an additional rest day lmao#but started off with low spoons because didn’t sleep well + pain so we’ll see how today goes#Cassie rambles#chronic pain shite#I have the mental health shite tag. might as well start that one lmao /cries

#you don't. have to read all these tags. in fact i don't think you should tbh i'm just writing in my diary here. getting very tmi in here rn#i wanna talk about me#gonna try and see if i can get an appt with a new doc tomorrow#because as much as i want to see ANOTHER doctor like i want a hole in my head. i and my mom think it would be good#to see an internist for some more personalized care for my Horrors#cause y'know. i've been pretty happy with my endo for a while now but i just haven't had any improved results in a year or two from them#and their advice is just always. diet and exercise diet and exercise diet and exercise#which is vague and impersonal and unhelpful#it's frustrating. i just want someone to tell me what's going on and how and why we're doing what we're doing#i don't need to be skinny (i'm never gonna be skinny.) i don't need to be an athlete#i just want to feel okay and make sure my body isn't going to poison itself over time#well anyway. hoping i can make a first appointment within the next couple of months#i'm seeing my new obgyn next month...will definitely be asking about my hospital visit yesterday.#i know ovarian cysts can happen and rupture in anyone and aren't necessarily correlated to pcos but#knowing i've got the latter makes me really nervous about the former happening again#and if it happened while i'm already being treated. i think it might be time for a change of treatment...

#didn’t want to put this in the body of the post but#i’ve been dealing with increasingly debilitating pelvic pain#so i got a referral to a gyn#i’ve dealt with on again off again pelvic pain over the years that was attributed to large and rupturing chronic ovarian cysts#ibuprofen and rest yknow#but i’ve been out of commission so much lately and it’s been getting bad#my ultrasound came back normal so no cysts#but my pap smear came back abnormal and indicative of HSIL#which is precancerous cellular changes in the cervix#it could totally be a false positive and this pain might be something else entirely#and i will know more after a colonoscopy and biopsy in a few days#but this is pretty stressful to be happening while i am trying to prepare for top surgery#instead of busting my ass picking up shifts and finding creative ways to make money#i am laid up in bed in pain trying not to freak out too much about wtf is going on with my internal organs#wish they’d just do a hysto when they do my top surgery lol. get this damn thing out of me#[pointing and yelling at my uterus and cervix and ovaries] nothing but problems from the lot of you!!!#colposcopy btw not a colonoscopy. i don’t need that rn i hope lol

Told my mother that I struggled with quite specific things all my life and now am aware that it might be ADHD which I want to diagnose for sure and treat accordingly. Conversation came as expected: mom not just didn't believe me, but said that she struggled with all the same things all her life as well and it is just a personality type, not a condition - that is what her esoteric friend told her who reads auras and practices theta healing.

Tried to get bloodwork done but they failed 5 times. Not surprising but not ideal. At least it didnt happen when i was in the emergency room this time

Ok but humans do this too. Sometimes they grow spontaneously in our ovaries and we have to have them removed.
It’s called a dermoid cyst. It can grow in your ovaries, on your face, inside your skull, and at your lower back.
This post went really viral recently on twitter and tiktok and of course a lot people accuse it of being fake but no, sometimes an animal just accidentally forms as a hilarious ball of that animal. It's not alive but it is always the funniest possible thing to happen to the embryonic development of what should have just been a cow or a goat.
